Excellent job on my black Suburban. I recommend skipping the tire dressing. It slings off the tires and splatters on the vehicle. For the owners, I recommend they accept and respond to text. It is difficult for them to hear the phone ring in the shop. I also would like a more solid way to make an appointment. Super nice people. I will be a regular customer.

Took a 22 Nissan Sentra to get it detailed after a year of dog hair in the back and I can say there wasn’t a single hair left. The car looks BETTER then it did on the day we bought in brand new! Can someone please explain what I just paid $20 for? A guy guides you onto the track, sprays a hose on the car - barely, and then I go through the wash process. I had to vacuum and wipe down the inside myself… so what was the $20 for? Oh, and the vacuum head plastic is all broken, so it scratched surfaces in my car, including the navigation screen. An absolute waste of time and money. I would’ve been better with a hose, soap and sponge at my house.

Windows ceramic tinted and the lifetime ceramic exterior coating on a 2024 4Runner. The shop is busy… prepare for (at the time of review) around a couple of weeks for an appointment…. And another week or two for the ceramic coating. The phone was answered each time I called. The tint was done in a day. Alex and DJ were the techs…. Very happy with their attention to detail and professionalism. It is a lifetime warranty and only as good as the business. As of today ( I just picked it up completed)….. I highly recommend!

Tom did a phenomenal job repairing a dent in my new jeep wrangler that the yard guys dinged. There was a pretty good ding right above the windshield on the passenger side. As you can see…Boom… gone! Called about getting a spot buffed out and the lady who answered the phone was very nice. I stopped and talked to Alex about my car and he looked at it went and grabbed his buffer and buffed it out . Great service and I’m going to get them to restore my headlights . Highly recommend .

Very disappointed for what I payed for. I payed $210 for the service to come to my house. Did not get a confirmation text until 10pm the night before. They were still a half hour late. My console and trunk (not pictured) were not even touched. My cup holder was filled with dirty water. The lady who set up the appointment was super nice but I never heard back after I put in a complaint.

Will does an excellent job at a fair price. He's also extremely courteous and takes pride in his work. We have 2 dogs that ride in my car a lot, and they of course leave behind all the hair, dirt and smells that accompany them. By the time Will was done, the outside of my car was showroom ready and the inside was pristine. It was as if they'd never been in the car! My wife and I are now loyal customers and won't dream of taking our cars to anyone else!

Ryan Enfield restored my cars soul and my own soul at the same time. I have a 2003 Nissan Murano I've taken to Ryan before but this time I brought it in pretty bad shape. He restored the water damage that was due to a clogged sunroof drain that had flooded my floorboard multiple times over a years time.. He got black soot grime off of my beige steering wheel that was practically black from me hopping in and out of the car with grime from fed ex where I work. I wish I had taken before pictures. Not a crumb in any cranny from where i had been eating sloppily for a year in the car. Not a hint of mildew from the water damage, only the smell of a good clean new car. When you think of detail you usually think of a thorough cleaning job but Ryan literally is about every little detail. The car literally looks brand new from inside and out, from undercarriage to under the hood, to every chip of paint to restoring the trim and headlights. My car was my mother's that she kept in mint condition and I was distraught of how I treated the car and that's what I mean when I say Ryan restored my car and my soul at the same time. I also had brought a 2000 Lincoln Town car in years ago that my son had run into the ground and had a leak somewhere letting water in and almost ruining the carpet. Ryan found the leak, repaired it and I remember Ryan told me exactly what would be involved to restore the carpet and how much it would cost and he was true to his word and it was reasonable considering the labor involved. Ryan has always been true to his word that's why it's very disappointing to see any review less than five stars because if they had been honest and gone to Ryan about anything that may have been missed he would have made it right because he is a perfectionist and a man of integrity. I personally think Ryan should charge more but I think that there are more people that don't understand the quality and the value of what he does because they are not on that level. It's kind of like the Bible says about giving pearls to swine, they will never appreciate it. God bless you Ryan and I'm Soo thankful for you..I remember when I brought my Lincoln in the first time distraught that I couldn't find a detailing company that met the standards of a showroom quality clean like you do and being that it was my grandmother's car that was left to us in mint condition that was nearly destroyed you were a godsend. Afterwards I was downcast thinking you may not be be around when I needed you again. And when I called 6 months ago I thought you had passed the business on..I'm so elated you are still here still running the business, I hope you always will, for my sake at least. Lol. I pray all the best for you and your family. God speed

I had an amazing experience with Enfield's Detail. I dropped by to get a quote to get a scratch and some chips filled on my car. I love this car wash. However, Collierville is dropping the ball at this location. 1. No clean or towels at all. 2.Weekend worker is complaining that the others cause that he wants to trade places! I expect towels always for the $50.00 I pay.

Very good carwash, but they are consistently out of clean towels to wipe down inside or polish parts car! It can get annoying not having towels when you need them and for the price we pay, they should have them ready and clean! Nice carwash for quick drive thru if you're in a hurry and just want to wash off the grime, and also a good place to scrub it up and really polish it up when they have the towels

Keynan, the owner, is great! We had a spot in the car that needed to be cleaned and was causing odor in the car. Keynan cleaned it for a fair price and agreed to not do a full interior clean. The car no longer smelled after cleaning

My husband and I have both gotten “ready for the weekend” washes from Keynan and are consistently blown away by the results. The work he does is closer to a detail than just a simple car wash— he manages to get every last crumb and piece of dog hair out of the interior, shines the mirrors until they have perfect visibility, and gets the headlights looking super clear. Scheduling online is very easy and the car is usually done within an hour. Keynan is very friendly and great to work with too! Everything about our experiences with reflections has been amazing, and I’ll continue to get car washes from them anytime my car gets a little out of hand!

I could not be happier with the results. Very professional. Came recommended by a friend at a body shop as the best guy in town for paint correction and detailing. I have a black vehicle and it had mineral deposits from hard water on it. I had tried everything polishing compound, water spot remover, even 50/50 white vinegar and water. Nothing. They kept the car 2 days and polished it removed all water spots, put a ceramic coating on it, detailed inside and tinted front two windows as well. Does not look like the same car. Complete mirror. Could not recommend this company any higher.

I got my car ceramic coated. I was running an hour late, Joe got my car in and finished ahead of schedule. He was very detailed about the process. Joe was very friendly. After 30 minutes he say he’s done , I asked him to go back and finish the job because truck was still dirty. He start to complain that he’s a slave, after one hour more washing truck inside truck was still dirty, I pay him and I left the real cleaning service. He overcharge me for a job that is not done $300.
