I brought my 2017 Honda Pilot in to Howard’s for the first time for an interior-only detailing because it desperately needed it. I requested that they remove my seats to get a good shampooing done on the carpet. What an amazing job the team at Howard’s did!!! They were so detailed. Honestly, I don’t know how anyone can improve on the job they did. They exceeded my expectations for sure. Not only did my car look brand new, but what I didn’t expect is that they removed all the pilling from the carpet in the back cargo area! What a difference it made. My family and I will be repeat customers. We'll be recommending Karter and his team at Howard’s Premium Auto Detailing.

I lifeguard at a camp with a long dirt road not to mention hauling music stuff everywhere and soccer gear and spending a ton of time in my car eating on the go etc. I couldn’t tell you the last time it was cleaned and had never been detailed. It was filthy and beat up. Karter went above and beyond to make it look, feel and smell great! I honestly can’t believe how good it looks and the rates were more than fair! I highly recommend this shop!

Absolute trash!! Got a full detail as a gift which cost 250. The service I got was horrible, and I could have done the same quality at a drive through car wash. There were places left totally untouched and dirty. They finished this "detail" in less than an hour so it's no wonder they missed so much. Said something to them about the still dirty places and was told "if we scrub too much, things will fray" which I understand that. However, these places didn't look touched. I informed the gift giver of the situation who contacted them personally and was told that the job was "the best quality" he could give. Sent pictures to him and asked if he would come back to clean the remaining spots. He stated he would not return so he decided to refund 125. Even with the refund of half the cost, the work provided was not worth it. I have attached pictures of after the detail service. Side note, I have dogs and understand pet hair is tough to come out, but the remaining dirt wasn't even pet hair. Just poor work.

They arrived on time and worked quickly to complete service on my Corvette. Because I show the car I was pretty happy with it's condition but wanted it serviced before foul weather sits in. This guy can work miracles, no really. I'm a truck driver and I let one of my cousins borrow my car while I was on the road so she could get hers fixed. Well when I get back she had been letting her bf drive it and it was disgusting, I mean call hazmat and a priest nasty. But this guy got it back to feeling (and smelling) like new. I wish had taken pics beforehand because I can't overstate how good of a job he did.

I cannot recommend this place enough! They were very professional and quick. PJ and Cory did a full engine swap and brakes and rotors on my silverado. They went above and beyond and made sure I had everything done safely so I could get back on the road. When my engine was done I had them detail my truck as well and having three kids you wouldn't eve n know it. Best place I've been so far in Cleveland.

We purchased the $20 wash and wax. Our vehicle was still dirty in many spots, including the hood, grill, both side mirrors, rocker panels, and each door handle. As well as the rear end was still coated in soap after going through the dryers even. It's truly sad that so many places seem to fall short of their "one job" these days, and charge more to do so 😔 *Edited 8/2/24 to add that I did email them as suggested (copied below) and never received a response. Another trend is businesses adding a response on the initial review to appear they are concerned, then drop the ball yet again when consumers follow through as they suggest. Removed a star. {Good morning 👋🏼 I appreciate your reply on the Google review from this past Friday (6/8). I didn't include in the review that this was the 3rd time I've been through the wash this year and each time it's varying degrees of clean. This is the 2nd time the whole back end was coated in suds as well. As we vacuumed the inside we noticed many other cars and trucks coming through that still had suds covering the rear of their vehicles too. I understand how hard it is to get bugs off the front end, and don't expect every bug to me washed away. This issue is mostly "dirt" on the rocker panels, the door handle areas, the side mirrors, and rear. Which we cleaned before being able to vacuum the inside and such. Regards}

They did a terrible job on my crippled father's truck. The radio dash had prior fingerprints and dust still there. Dirt still inside and outside of the truck. The washcloths the employee was using, was in better condition than him (employee). When my father asked for them to wipe the windshield, the guy missed - another employee did it - and wasn't even a washer! For $60 you'd expect a clean car. Giving 2 stars for the owner offering to make it right. I imagine they're hiring people just looking for a quick buck AKA tips but on an hourly wage. The owner does request you to come back and they'll "make it right" but when you're 20-30 minutes away - it's an even bigger inconvenience - I don't see this place staying in business for too long.

This guy is not very honest as I thought he would be. He charged me $150 plus $25 for 2 scratches he put paint over that looks worst than it initially did, $30 to repair headlights that he just buffed off. If I was able to share pics I really would just to prevent others from being ripped off by this man. He kept my car from 8am until 4:25pm. I thought it was nice of him to drop me back off at my home being as though, he didn't have anywhere for me to sit and wait. He also picked me up which I also felt was nice of him but being nice costed me a very high price for no work really done. I say this because when he brought me to my car, I noticed some things that were oddly not done. I guess it was my big mistake I just purchased my vehicle from a dealership and just wanted some shine. And a lil vacuuming from the recent weather, one of my headlights have condensation inside which I guess I'll have to get that entire thing replaced. Once I pointed out the things that were an issue he called himself wiping my vehicle down with a cloth, that left lots of streaks on my windshield as well as sunroof. Please take my word for it this man is NOT very reputable as I have also made a complaint with the BBB. I usually don't do reviews but this just really wasn't right, I know times are hard but it's just as hard for those things like this happens to.

I went through the car wash today and observed a young man working very hard cleaning the cars prior to them going through the car wash. While vacuuming my car he came by picking up the trash bins and asking each driver if there was anything they needed. He was definitely providing excellent customer service-I asked his name and he told me it was Dylan. I hope the Wash Factory Express holds on to this young man as he is definitely an excellent employee.

I called to cancel the monthly subscription and still got a bill for another month $20.00. I had gone through the wash one time and my first pay was $14.??. I went to the car wash and told them I had canceled. Evidentally it didn't matter since I never got my money back. 34 + dollars is a lot to pay for 1(ONE) car wash. The sensor messed up in the passenger mirror. Out more money.

My wife’s blazer got covered in oil based paint overspray on it at her work and was on there over 2 months while waiting on them to figure out what could be done we didn’t want car repainted as it would never be right. Then we met Chris and he put us at ease with his knowledge I was worried about harsh chemicals on the different types of plastic trims and what it will do to them. He understood exactly what I told him and knows what he is doing and we can never thank him enough for the job he and his staff done he was so accommodating and made us feel at home and the car looks better than it did in show room. The ceramic is awesome and recommend anyone wanting ceramic , paint correction or wrap to give Chris a call you won’t regret it and you will get a fabulous job. Absolutely blown away by the results. I just bought 1993 Sidekick and it was full of trash and dirt when we got it. Cameron did incredible job shampooing and steaming, and scrubbing, and polishing. It looks like a new car!! He arrived on-time and did it all in my own driveway. I didn't have to go across town and wait for hours in some bare bones poorly air-conditioned waiting room. The results speak for themselves. 10/10. Would recommend.

Thought everything was fine until I drove off afterwards to a restaurant nearby and my car started smoking like crazy. Tons of fluid gushed out the bottom and now I'm having to get a tow. Paid 16 dollars for this car wash to break my car. Car was serviced recently and all was in good order plus I never had an issue with the other car wash place in town. So upset.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I originally went through the car wash and noticed there was staining on my white paint (from lack of washing probably- woops). I talked to Sabastian who then put me through the wash a second time, free of charge. The staining seemed to become more visible the cleaner the van got. Although his customer service was great, I asked him to have his manager call me and I left a card. To my delighted surprise, AC, the manager, called me back the next day! He talked to me about what he thought was going on and set an appointment for me to come in and speak to the owner. When I came in, Adam and Jeremy were amazing! Adam spent almost 3 hours talking to me and buffing the staining out of my van. He also gave me recommendations of how to prevent this for happening in the future. I can't express how impressed I am with their professionalism and customer service. No business is perfect, but I love that they went above and beyond in order to help me out and solve all related problems. Adam has formed an amazing team and offer great service. I was with their customer service!

I went this evening 12/19/24 for a quick car wash as my windshield was mucked up and I couldn't see 100%. I splurged and got the $12 auto car wash. A soon as I entered I had regrets. The lights are janky and don't tell you very well when to stop. This i can look past. One of the giant spinning brushes not working at all, I can't! The most expensive wash and it lasted maybe 3 min? It barely cleaned my vehicle, but did manage to push my driver's side mirror backwards!! I would never recommend this facility to anyone. Save your money and go literally anywhere else in town. Shame on you hog wash for running such a shawty business!!

Owner is a rude douche bag . Had plans to swing by after my trip clean out my car and wash my car but didn’t have enough to vacuum my car so I was gonna do that part at home tomorrow. He pulls up and starts asking if I was gonna be using the vacuums I said no cuz if I did I wouldn’t be able to wash my car . He gets rude af and tells me if I’m not gonna be using the vacuums I can’t throw my trash away a couldn’t use the stuff there . Will forever be taking my business elsewhere. Always used this place as it’s closer to my home. But if the owner wants to be a douche bag an talk to me the way he did I will be going elsewhere. Hope this place closes or change hands to someone that actually wants business instead of running them off

This was my first time using Ibex and I must say I was impressed at his attention to detail. He is very thorough and good in his work. He worked us in last minute and was even slightly cheaper than the gentleman I typically use. I will definitely be recommending and utilizing Ibex again. Thank you for the awesome job! I’ve had other cars detailed in the past by other shops, but Eric did a phenomenal paint correction and ceramic coat on my truck and my wife’s Acura. Both hadn’t been detailed in years, as they’re our daily drivers…they now look better than the day we bought them, heck they’re now pristine. Eric took his time, measured the paint depth prior to starting to ensure that he’d optimize the paint correction; I couldn’t be more impressed. He’s diligent, detail oriented and straightforward. Couldn’t be happier with the end result.

A true down to earth person that helped me out in a pinch! My kid had a mishap in my girlfriends car leaving lunch. Chugging tea didn’t agree with his belly so up it came in the floor.
