Not exactly happy. First someone called and asked where my car was, when I had dropped it off the night before. As for the detail job, there is still a stain on my passengers seat that I will need to get dry cleaning spray to get out, they didn’t get all the dirt off the hood, I’m not sure it got a wax and buff, and there were still bugs in the back windshield area. I had spoken to Dennis concerning my car the week before as I am selling it, but I think he gave it to some kid who overcharged me. Someone recommended me to this detail shop, I will not be recommending it to anyone, especially veterans or military. I’m only giving it a three because of Dennis… he has a great customer service personality. Check your people Dennis.

I got the interior, exterior, and engine bay detailed for my husband as a surprise! He was sooo happy about the detail Prestige Auto put into his truck! It looks sparkling new AND pet hair free. Our dog has the tiniest hairs which were hard for us to clean out ourselves. Prestige Auto also sent update photos so I could track the progress. Scheduling was fast and easy. I wanted to get my car detailed. Its not very old but my dog shed and there was fur in the carpet. It was dusty and dirty. I left it with them and was truely amazed when i picked it up. It looked like it was brand new showroom condition. They were able to get all the fur out of the carpet, all the inside service just shined. The wax job is spectacular! Jeff, and his lovely Wife, are an amazing duo who take excellent pride in their work. Jeff was extremely responsive, very timely, professional and polite. He got to work immediately and was so kind, even when I had to leave before he was finished since it took longer than planned. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Since purchasing my 2014 Dodge Dart, new in 2014, it has been used for everything from my daily commuter, to our family trip only car to the only car the dogs are allowed in. Having 2 90 pound pits for the last 10+ years, we learned that their wirey hair gets in and on everything and no matter how we tried (covers, home vacuums, shopvacs or carwash vacs) we could never get the fur out so... we gave up. Since this was not my husband's work car, it was ok as I don't use it as a work car any longer and it was a really just for dog transport or around town trips... Well, cut to Oct 2023, we were hit head on in his commuter and suddenly this dirty, grimey car became his commuter for work. My husband HATES fur on his clothes (I know.. tough luck), so I decided we needed a professional to fix the mess it had become. After a neighbor recommended them, I reached out to Rican Radiant to come do an interior detail with dog fur removal. I attempted to be as clear as possible that there was A LOT OF FUR, but unfortunately no prep was enough to really grasp the grossness it has become (sorry Jeff!) . Poor Jeff and his wife had to work several hours just removing the fur alone but my God did they do a phenomenal job. The car has never looked so beautiful! It looks brand new! Thank you so much to the Caollazos for working 7, long hours, pulling fur and dirt and food from this car... Cleaning every nook and craney and making this car a space my husband doesn't dred getting into daily. We will absolutely be following up with y'all for future services!! As embarrassing as our car was before, you must see the before and afters... It will never get to that point again.

I drove by and saw a sign for auto detailing. Saved the number and called it. I was given a quote of 175 and a timeframe (not specific) of 2-3 hours. That timeframe passed and I was never contacted via call or text yet they were able to promptly call and text regarding the price. I told the “owner” he needed better customer service practices and the photo attached is how he responded. With multiple insults and threats of violent harm. This struggling business is UNETHICAL and they desperately need new business practices…

I continue to use Endless Auto Spa because of the precise and ultimately strong focus on the smallest details. Making each vehicle flawlessly clean in every aspect. I’ve had 3 different vehicles cleaned over the years and every single one was immaculate. This time Ryan exceeded his work further than I ever anticipated. **MUST READ** Hands down the best ceramic coating I’ve ever had done! I’ve had a couple vehicles ceramic coated at different detail shops in the Sango area and will never go back after going to Endless Auto Spa. Henry ceramic coated 2 of our vehicles and detailed a 3rd. He did an AMAZING job on all of them! I was very impressed with the service he provided on all of them. Henry's attention to Detail is second to none, I have had my vehicles Ceramic coated/paint corrected at other establishments and decided to give him a shot on my most recent. I have since re-defined what my definition of a "Great Job" was based on his results. Not only did he make the paint (Black vehicle BTW) look incredible by removing years of trail scratches and swirl marks he cleaned the engine, inner fender wells, inside of the wheels, door jambs, etc.. His prices are the same as the others I went too as well. You will not be disappointed if you take your vehicle to H&M.

I had an exceptional experience with Final Touches! I called a day before, and was told to bring in my car at my convenience. I was given an estimate over the phone, and felt confident in their knowledge of the industry and of similar vehicles. The price quoted to me was quite reasonable, as well! I brought in my vehicle and left it with them, and went to a local coffee shop. It took about 3-3.5 hours for them to do a full detail (interior & exterior), and I was extremely satisfied with the quality of their service. The gentleman who worked on my car (McAdoo) had me inspect the entire car at my leisure to make sure I was satisfied. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone needing their car detailed. These guys are amazing! I called and was given a quote over the phone, which was far more reasonable than the other places I had seen online, and they could get me in within a few hours! I only needed the interior of my SUV detailed, but they did an amazing job. I have children, and my back seats were NASTY, but my car looks great, and my leather looks new! They didn't add any additional charges, only what I was quoted over the phone, even though my car was disgusting. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Husky mom approved! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars! When I tell you I have been searching the city high and low for a decent vacuum. I have tried literally everywhere. Found this spot about 20 minutes away from home, but the reviews made me try it. And let me tell you as a husky, mom in shedding season. These vacuums worked amazing. What would normally take me an hour at competitors took me about 20 minutes. Not exaggerating. Best vacuum hands down. Only did a single wash this time. But I will be buying into their membership next week. This is the only car wash in this city worth going to check my reviews you will see, I am not shy about calling out bad car washes, but this is an absolute must try.Absolutely, recommend, and undoubtedly will be back. My photos might not mean much to you, but if you are also a husky, mom, you will know these pictures are phenomenal. Especially during shedding season. 😅

Used Dale to detail my 2018 Toyota Avalon, which was an outstanding job. So I had to have him come back to detail my 2005 dodge ram 1500 quad cab. He took seven hours to complete the job, and this twenty years old truck looks new. From the tires to the roof, front to back, inside and out it looks awesome. My wife wishes we had another vehicle for him to detail, she even wanted to go for a ride after he left. Can’t say enough how great he did. We will be repeat customers.

As a first time customer this is the best car wash I have ever been to. My car was very clean compared to most places. As a pet owner I typically accumulate dog hair in my car, but most vacuums don’t really do much. I was completely shocked when I vacuumed my car and all the hair was gone. I was completely taken away. I love this place and will definitely be back.

While I didn't opt for a monthly plan, I commend the young lady for her efforts in suggesting it. However, I would recommend making the cancellation process straightforward, as I've encountered challenges with that at other local car washes. Overall, I had a very positive experience; my car had a remarkable shine, rivaling only one other car wash I've visited in Nashville. It could also be beneficial to offer logo car fresheners as an incentive. I selected the $17.00 wash, and I appreciated the soapy brush treatment before entering the tunnel. Additionally, I would love to see another location in North Clarksville!

I got my car wash today at 5:56pm. I paid for the Base Plus which was $14.00. This car wash does not clean the hood of your car! Now, I need to go somewhere else and get a proper car wash. Save your money and go somewhere else!

I've got to give a huge shout-out to Clarksville Tint and Protection. I recently had tint installed on my 2025 Hyundai Elantra, and from start to finish, the experience was top-notch. When I first reached out about the tint, Jason recommended the best quality option that was perfectly suited for my car—and at a price that didn’t break the bank. I really appreciate his integrity; he could’ve easily upsold me but instead chose what was best for my ride. Three weeks in, and the tint looks absolutely stunning against the intense blue of my car. I was warned there might be some air bubbles as it cured, but not only was the installation flawless, there were zero bubbles. Plus, the tint is doing a fantastic job at blocking out the sun’s heat. Before I drove off, Jason and his wife, Marla, even shared some great tips on how to wash my car without damaging the paint. Their advice has definitely changed the way I approach car care.
