My wife’s blazer got covered in oil based paint overspray on it at her work and was on there over 2 months while waiting on them to figure out what could be done we didn’t want car repainted as it would never be right. Then we met Chris and he put us at ease with his knowledge I was worried about harsh chemicals on the different types of plastic trims and what it will do to them. He understood exactly what I told him and knows what he is doing and we can never thank him enough for the job he and his staff done he was so accommodating and made us feel at home and the car looks better than it did in show room. Absolutely blown away by the results. I just bought 1993 Sidekick and it was full of trash and dirt when we got it. Cameron did incredible job shampooing and steaming, and scrubbing, and polishing. It looks like a new car!! He arrived on-time and did it all in my own driveway. I didn't have to go across town and wait for hours in some bare bones poorly air-conditioned waiting room. The results speak for themselves. 10/10. Would recommend.

My car was in horrible condition makeup, red dirt mud, glitter from the kids, slime in the seats and I’ve only vacuumed the car probably four times in the four years that I have owned it. My car looks brand new now! He is very thorough and goes over all fine details of his service before the appointment. He’s extremely knowledgeable on what products are safe and effective for the most effective clean for your car. He took his time and didn’t cut corners. Both hadn’t been detailed in years, as they’re our daily drivers…they now look better than the day we bought them, heck they’re now pristine. I called Mr. Michael King to schedule an interior detail and he had me on the schedule within 2 minutes. He was 10 minutes early for his appointment time and did an amazing job. Brian performed a paint correction, detailed the interior, and cleaned the engine bay on an F-150 that I had just purchased. I couldn’t be happier with the results! I wish I had ‘before’ pictures to post because the transformation is amazing. In particular, the paint correction process made the truck look almost new again. Also, he was able to virtually eliminate the smoke smell in the cabin, which was almost nauseating. I would highly recommend Premier Auto Detailing and I will definitely be using Brian on other vehicles.

Very nice people. My car was previously owned by a traveling chemical and auto parts transporter who happened to live and routinely smoke in the car. It had a film of grease and ash everywhere you could imagine, moldy floor coverings, oil spills, mysterious seat stains, etc... H & H not only cleaned all the filth I just mentioned but they also patched up a paint scratch that was starting to rust and fixed a broken piece on my dashboard that I hadn't even pointed out to them, at no extra cost may I add. Great experience, I highly recommend.

I would choose zero stars if this was an option. Specifically the detail shop has abysmal customer service, did not honor a scheduled appointment and all around wasted our time. We would not recommend the detail shop to anyone and will never do business with the detail shop again. My wife and I scheduled an appointment with service and an appointment with detail both on the same day 3 weeks in advance. We spoke specifically with the detail shop and specifically with the service shop, each shop discussed with each other and then even after appointment times were set we spoke with each shop again just to double check all was set to ensure all would align. We specifically dealt with Kitty at detail. Kitty specified as long as our vehicle was at service by 11AM the car could have its service done and then the detail done. Keep in mind Kitty at detail and service talked ahead of time and Kitty provided us the time of 11AM to make our appointment with service. And we mentioned repeatedly that this shop is a two hour drive one way from our home which means 4 hrs of driving round trip. My wife took off work to make this appointment at the time specified by the detail shop. Service was spectacular but when it came time for the detail they said they could not detail the vehicle and that it needed to have arrived at 8am or be left overnight. At no point was this ever mentioned previously. Detail refused to clean our vehicle and their only offer was to leave the vehicle overnight. We can not leave a vehicle overnight as that would mean my wife getting a hotel or me also taking off work to drive 2hrs out and pick her up then 2hrs back to get her home then tomorrow do it all again to pick the car up. That would be 8 hrs of driving for one detail appointment. We spent over an hour on multiple calls scheduling this appointment 3 weeks in advance and the detail appointment was not honored. I want to stress that the service department has always been wonderful and we will continue to get our vehicle serviced here. But I can not in good conscience recommend the detail shop.

We had bug and tree sap stains on the front of our car that we couldn't remove so we brought the car to capital toyota detail center and they did an AMAZING job fixing the car up. Not only was their detailing flawless, but the service I received from all of the employees from the lady at the front desk to the owner, was exceptional. I purchased a (new to me) Cayenne and loved everything about it EXCEPT for the window tint. It was bubbling and blurry on both driver and passenger sides. I requested an estimate on Phantom Films website to remove the old tint and replace it. Corrin responded in a timely manner explaining the different choices. The shop itself is very clean and welcoming. I was able to drop off and pick up the same day. You can’t beat their warranty either! So good to work with James, Corinn and Kristin! Highly recommend!

WOW - can't say enough great things about James, Corrinn, and the rest of the team at Phantom Films. I did a full XPEL Ultimate PPF package with them and ceramic tint and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Very high quality work, they clearly spent a lot of time getting any PPF lines to be as minimal and clean as possible. They even buffed out some manufacturer defects I pointed out in their initial paint correction process. Unfortunately my car had some mechanical issues during the PPF job - James couldn't have been more forthright about the issues and even showed me their entire security footage to give me confidence it was a manufacturer defect and that Phantom treated my ride with the utmost respect and care. They worked with me over the course of 3 MONTHS while my ride was in the shop - offered me lifts to and from the dealership and even offered to pick up my car for me. These guys are the real deal. The quality of work is fantastic, the customer survice is unreal, and my car looks amazing. I absolutely will be coming back for any and all tint/PPF jobs in the future. Thank you!!

I spent $48.65 and spent an hour for them to clean my car. I have an Audi A3. It's a rather small car. I didn't mind waiting because I paid for the ultimate package soI assumed it would take awhile. As you can see in the photos, none of the door jambs were wiped, the dashboard still had sticky residue, and I don't think the trunk was ever even opened. The trunk may not be included, but I assumed with the deluxe package it would be. Seems like they just rushed through it and didn't put much timenrk effort. I will say I have been here in the past and loved my experience, but, in my opinion, today was far from satisfactory.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! The only reason I put one star is because it was required to make a comment. I would give them negative stars if I could. Both the service and customer service is awful. They have the nerve to damage your car and never take responsibility on the damage they have caused on your vehicle. I attempted numerous times to speak civilly and gave the "manager" plenty of chances, and all she could do is say that she would call me back and she never did. Once again, do not bring your car here, you will regret it!!!!!

I used this car washing place several times. And usually it's a good job. However I personally will never go here again. I have been charged several different prices for the same service. I was not aware the uncleanliness of your vehicle determined the price of service. I was charged double and my vehicle was no where as it has been in the past. I will definitely have to find a more suitable car washing/detailing establishment. 3/3/25 - Looking for fair! It is sad when you cheat people.

VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE DETAIL... called them up prior to taking in a bass boat, was confirmed that they do detail bass boats... however a price cannot be set before viewing the boat. Arrived the next day and was quoted $399, high price but the boat needed a fair amount of washing. (We are from South Africa so one could buy a running older vehicle for that price to put it into perspective) we accepted the price. On arrival several hours later the outside looked clean and shiny, the carpet was still wet, but it all seemed acceptable. The problem is that they never opened any hatch, never vacuumed inside carpeted hatches or washed the gelcoat hatches at all. It was still filthy dirty. Now if you say that you know bassboats, and you charge $399, you should be offering a FULL service. We Feel terribly done in by this shop and truly, if we had more time in Chattanooga would have gone back to demand the result we paid for. Hamilton, your a nice guy, enjoyed talking to you, but if you want to do the right thing here, contact me and give us half our money back brother!!!

Hands down the best wash in town. None of the automated washes ever got the rear of my car clean, always road tar left over on the rocker panels. East Ridge Car Wash is prompt and extremely effective. If there's a spot or two of stubborn road tar left over, I'll gladly spend 5 minutes cleaning that off myself rather than spend 30-45 min cleaning and drying it after going through one of those other washes.

After all the snow and cold weather, nothing has been open for car detailing for a few weeks anywhere or so backed up you cant get in for an appointment. So, i decided to try. Thus, hand-wash only business to deal my car. I was surprised to find they could fit me in at the end of the day, which was perfect for me. I came back when I was told they would be available and got me in immediately. I was very pleased with the service I got on the exterior of my car. It looks brand new again. I'm not sure about the negative reviews, but my experience with them was nothing but professional, good service, and a great job. Well done. No complaints.

Updated 3/2023: Madison did another amazing job detailing my car. I am adding photos. Car is a 2015 and has 128k miles on it. I have two boys (9 and 10 yrs old) that play travel ball - we are in the car a lot! It looks as good as it did when I bought! Great job, as always!!!! Older review: I am very particular with car care and usually spend a couple weekends a year cleaning, waxing, conditioning leather. I have an injury preventing me from doing it this fall so I took my vehicle in yesterday. Madison did an OUTSTANDING job. Horrible Experience, I was to have received the Platinum Package and Paint Restore. I may have received a little buffing on the paint and that's not paint restore. Plus, I did not get the inside cleaned; it still was still dirty as you can see in the pictures. My exterior trim and running boards looked worse than when I dropped it off. I was also texted saying they would leave my keys in my gas cap area as they were going leaving for thew day? I was shocked when my car was still there unsecured.

Paid almost $40 for ultimate wash. Trunk was not vacuumed out. Rear window was still filthy. Had to clean it myself. Paper towels were literally black. Not happy with result.

Their services are also fairly priced, best I’ve found in Chattanooga, and the internal and external job they did on my car was outstanding. I had tough water stains on one of my cloth seats and it’s completely gone now. Only one person there and didnt care to greet me at first. I asked for door jams and gas cap jam to be cleaned. They were only wiped lightly, still dirty when finished. Only visible areas were wiped (not cleaned). Charged 60$. Sprayed some kind of tire shine everywhere even though my car was not washed prior. So just covering dirt with shine spray. The shine spray also has caused my hatch to be difficult to shut/sticky now. The person was nice but I could have done a much better job and saved 60$. Very disappointed.

I really don’t know what to base a review off of a car wash places except for cleanliness and vacuums. This place had a great vacuuming system in my car got clean after going through it. This place did have a mat washing station, which I think is important really enjoy having. Didn’t really interact with any of the staff so I couldn’t tell you about friendliness there.
