Did an ok job on the detail. Wheels were still pretty dirty and sun-roofs don’t look like they got touched, but overall a decent job. It was very off-putting when my drop off time was 8:30am and I showed up at 8:37am and a guy comes out from the back and says, “you’re 10 minutes late-my guy has been standing around for 10 minutes.” Luckily the woman working at the front desk was friendly enough to make up for the rudeness of the guy trying to reprimand me for being 7 minutes late. Also got hit with a $50 charge for pet hair, and my wife has literally never had a dog/cat/fish in her car a day in her life so seems excessive. I wouldn’t say don’t go here, because again, a decent job was done, but if you want to be treated like a high paying customer don’t expect to be treated very nicely.

My car had been vandalized with scratches and gouges. I looked for a company that could work on the car and found T&T by their reviews. I drove by without an appointment and the lovely people at T&T agreed to work on it while I waited. They removed all the obvious remnants of the scratches and graffiti the criminals made as well as a few other scratches they saw. It looks so much better than I hoped it would! Their attention to detail and kindness will definitely bring me back for a full detail. Thank you!! Support local businesses!!

Amazing attention to detail from start to check out! Our 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk looks better than the day we picked it up from the Dealer. I paid 250 for a detail of my 2019 BMW X5. I was very disappointed to see it after they detailed it, some cleaning had been done but the main areas of cup holder and center console had not even been vacuumed. Other surfaces had been sprayed with some types of shine but still had scuffs and dirt all through out vehicle. Vents were still dusty, floor mats dirty. We brought it back for them to inspect the work, they apologized and we scheduled a second detailing so they could fix the problems only to pick it up a second time to find the center console still hadn’t even been vacuumed, sand and crumbs that would easily come up still in it, floor mats still had dirt on them. When we brought it to their attention they apologized, blamed the person who had done the detailing and blamed us for what might have happened between the two cleanings. They took it back into the shop and within 20-30 min told us it was done. Very little concern for the hassle, unprofessional and disappointing experience. We had a vehicle detailed 6 months ago with this company, excellent results. This experience was the opposite of that one. Pictures below were from the first time I picked it up. I should of taken more photos to show the lack of detailing that was done but I was hopeful that they would make it right with the second detailing. I will not recommend anyone use this company.

Wow...this place completely blows every other detailing place out of the water. I've taken my car to a few other places and eventually gave up, because I could do a better job for myself for free This place was highly recommended by a friend because they supported a local arts non-profit and we like to support those businesses. They did an outstanding job and this car was filthy... It had everything from mud, to mice, to sunblock, cat fur, and all sorts of spills. It literally came out sparkling as new! Highly, highly recommend!

I picked up a Penske rental truck. Windshield & headlights were completely splattered with bugs. I ask if she could get someone to clean it her reply they all have them look. When she was explaining thing about the truck fuel, DEF fluid I tried asking a question her reply she cut me off just listen IAM telling you. A very unpleasant person!!! They did not clean the windshield, head lights, I had to figure out things for my self. trans mode that slows truck downhill, mode to lower truck when loading, air seat adjustment. I would not recommend picking it up here. The truck worked fine. We picked it up after hours had to clean the windshield & head light my self.

Drove up from Colorado for vacation, when our check service engine light came on. We took our vehicle to Anytime Auto Repair Service, they were able to look at it right away and fixed our vehicle within a few minutes. Absolutely wonderful staff! Highly recommend.

I can now say with full certainty that i have seen the polar opposites of car detailing, my first experience from a place in Colorado was about as bad as it gets, i paid them $400 up front before the wash (the max pack was $325) and they had the audacity to state that i didn't get the full pack, i got the minimum with a $300 tip (my mistake clearly) Rapid Detailers was a breath of fresh air in every way, reasonable price, friendly staff, honesty and transparency with the job, and an appointment within 3 days of calling, the best in every scenario. The main problem of my car was a fogged headlight and stained cloth seats, and they did damn near perfect with both, and got it all done in a reasonable amount of time. the inside of the car was dirty and stained, uncleaned for a year, and it looks better then when i bought it now. If anyone is still reading, just give them a call, the 50 five star reviews as of writing this don't lie, they deserve every single one. do yourself and your car a favor and get a detail job done at Rapid Detailers.

Got my pickup Ceramic coated and love it. They have a display hood they've coated with a bunch of different coatings to show us the product they use and how well it works compared to others. They don't want to simply sell a product, they make sure it's the best option available and that's awesome. They didn't pressure me or push a specific item, they gave me options and explained the benefits of each and let me think on it. They even polished out almost all of the scratches on my door windows before doing the glass coating. Great people that care about you and your car and great products.l and service that shows it.

10/10 do NOT recommend if you are looking for a true detail. I should’ve known when they said it would take AT LEAST a few hours and the kid called me and it hadn’t even been 2hrs. They wanted to charge $143 and also asked for a tip. I said I need to take a look at the car before I know what to tip, so glad I did. First I checked the doors and side compartments, not cleaned, back seat pocket not vacuumed, center console wasn’t touched nor was the glove box. I told the kid about some ketchup I spilled and needed that cleaned, put my hand there and got ketchup all over my hand. I have a back compartment that I made sure to leave open so they knew it was there to clean, it wasn’t touched at all!! The windows weren’t cleaned but got worse due to the spray he used splashing on them. Dash gauges were still dusty. This was basically the job that anyone could do at a car wash. They vacuumed the floors and did a quick and shotty dash wipe. Overall I’m so glad I looked at my car before I paid, not worth $143. The manager (very young girl) was very nice but the owner didn’t seem to care. They offered for me to come back but it was such an ordeal cleaning out my entire car and then paying $40 in Ubers to get there back and forth. I ended up paying $50 which really was still too much especially w the stress that caused and then having to go home and clean what they didn’t. Is it too much to except a service done properly. Do your job right or don’t be in the business. Don’t go here.

I took my car here to get professionally detailed. I grew up with my dad showing cars and detailing them so I was looking for something professionally done but to be honest, I didn’t want to do the work myself. What they said would take a day took about half a day. When I came to pick it up the outside looked pretty good but the inside was not done well. Spots where clearly never cleaned, like the top of the streaming wheel and small parts in the door. There where splatters on the review mirror when I dropped it off there was nothing. The real kicker is the fact I got the engine detailed and when I drive home after picking it up, I found this rag in my engine. I get it accidents happen but the fact that the car wasn’t as clean as it should have been was frustrating. The worst part though is when I messaged them about the rag to let them know it was in my car I was replied with a curt response about how I wasn’t even charged for an engine cleaning and a half hearted apology. Which I paid for what I was quoted for which was an engine cleaning so I would like that part of the apology is to be questioned. Overall, was it the worst thing ever no, but the half-hearted cleaning job and then the lack of customer service I would never recommend them nor go to them again.

I catered soup and frybread. Even with coverings and doing my best to keep it clean the back of my van was awful and chelle cleaned it so good it looked brand new and the smell went from blah to ahhhh-mazing!! She had it in and out in just a few hours. I couldn't have asked for a better price, but that just made for a better tip!! Thank you again chelle!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We paid for the premium wash with a ceramic coating. They were over an hour late and didn't bother calling. Once they got here, they failed to wash the roof. When I asked why, they said there was some note not to. We never said that. Okay, sometimes stuff like that happens. But they maybe spent 5-10 minutes on the roof in total and left a bunch of dirty water on the slide toppers. Overall, they spent maybe 45 minutes total. One kid was on his phone half the time. They would not remove any hard water spots so basically we got those water spots ceramic coated in. Also, the owner said he charges twice what others do, and that it was our fault for not going with another company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I've never left a rating like this for anyone....it was THAT bad....

Being in the customer service industry i just had to post this. I was approached by the owner about putting two small boxes near the trash can from inside my vehicle, he asked if the boxes were mine and I said yes, he said then quote "I don't want em get em out of here". I understand that leaving SOME garbage at a car wash maybe extreme but a couple of boxes? I explained to him that I was a repeat customer there, cleaning many vehicles at his car wash and that his comment and attitude did not show very good customer service. He didn't say a thing except "both middle fingers up in the air to my face", and turned around and walked away. Customer service like that is what is wrong with America today! Take your money and two middle fingers if you have any kind of issue. Sad man! I feel sorry for him. I will take my business elsewhere.

The only reason this place got 1 star is that zero stars won’t register. It has been over a year and this establish will not pay for the damage done to my vehicle while on vacation. They admit it was their fault and do not care. Although the manager was pleasant in conversation and the employee on the premises took responsibility for the error, in ripping my roof rack off, they ultimately cannot do anything. The owner of this sorry excuse of a business would not even reply to me directly. Multiple attempts over the last year have fallen empty. Take your business anywhere but here. Pay a neighbor kid to wash your car, get your dog to wash your car, better yet wait for it to rain. Do not trust a business that is not even willing to take a phone call from you when they are at fault. Regardless of the outcome, show some decency.

Staff here are friendly and helpful. We bought a pickup truck and needed to check the height. Two of the workers helped guide us under the bar. Then got our membership transfered easily. Membership is a good value and our vehicles are well cleaned each time.

Would definitely recommend coming here to get the bugs and dirt off of your vehicle. We had been driving on long road trips to this area and to a few neighboring states. We picked up many bugs along the way and I didn't want to wait to get back home from the trip before washing the vehicle. I tried just rinsing the bugs off with a hose and it barely made a difference. I took the truck to this place and told the gentleman working that my primary concern was the bugs. They took a little more time ensuring they washed them off before running it through the wash itself. They also said that if I was not happy, to just circle back around and I could run it back through. They pretty much nailed it on the first attempt, so I didn't need to run it back through. They have vacuums and towels to use after the wash. The photos included are before an after photos.

There are 2 great things about this car wash: 1st- there's always an attendant smiling and ready to help you get checked in so you don't have to fuss with the card reader and figuring out what type of wash does what. The best attendant is a guy named Travis he's always smiling and happy to help. 2nd- car gets really clean and shiny. It's well worth it.

I use drive through car washes frequently. I usually use the competition down the street. There is still road grit on my car The "manager" strong arms me. Funny, parkway carwash, for less money, doesn't have this problem Nor do you get pushback drom the "manager/owner"

For my brother-in-law and sister-in-law. Very poor. Did not clean vehicle (Jeep which had a wheel in back was “our problem”.) When went to ask for another cleaning, they said for $10! There are many other better choices. Local but will not be going back.

Went here 6/20/22 and purchased the platinum car wash with the extra $2 bug prep. Came out of the car wash to still have bugs all over my car and soap still. Didn’t look like it cleaned my car at all. Vacuums were okay. Definitely wouldn’t spend the money

Worst self serve car wash we have ever been to. If I could give it a zero star review, I would. The first 45 seconds, nothing worked. The pre wash didn't work. Waste of $5. We wouldn't put more in, as we wouldn't give this place any more of our money. It appears like the car wash has never been updated...faded signs, and beat up machines.

Been looking for a place to wash my f-350 I found the Flying Pig! It was clean easy and yes it even washes the dually trucks as advertised. I will be going weekly now that I have found it. Only suggestion is to maybe offer a subscription down the road. Love it!

Dave with Reflective Rides is a true professional when it comes to paint correction and ceramic coating! I had some major bug etching on the front of my Canyon that I couldn't get out. Dave went to work and took the time and got every one of them out. He paint corrected and ceramic coated the entire truck and it looks better than new! I would highly recommend Reflective Rides! Dave's attention to detail is top notch and his customer service is simply amazing! He knows how to take care of his customers!

Some of the washes were too pricey for us. We opted for the $10 one, and we still had numerous bugs on our windshield. Hubby had to scrub them off at the gas station next door.

Took a brand new Ram 1500 through this car wash. Got numerous scratches on driver side, hood, roof, and lift gate. Truck was only washed once before, through a touch less car wash. Everyone in our family is supremely confident that the scratches were not on the vehicle prior to the car wash. We noticed them immediately after the wash, at vacuum cleaners. The manager initially claimed the scratches were caused by vacuum hoses. When he quickly realized this was physically impossible from the location of the scratches, he said he would turn the matter over to the insurance carrier. The car wash’s insurer has denied responsibility, claiming without any evidence that the scratches must have been caused elsewhere. We will correct this through the legal process, but in the meantime, beware of this car wash! If you must use it, I recommend you take pictures of your car beforehand, to avoid the same issue when it happens to you.

I just want to start off by saying these two guys are so sweet and you can tell they absolutely stand behind what they do! I only paid for an interior clean but they rinsed the outside of my car anyway! I’ve never had my car detailed so when it only took them two hours I hate to say I was skeptical. Honestly had they not let me know when they started and finished my car I would have thought it took them all day. My car looks brand new! I can’t even remember the last time it looked so good. Honestly the pictures speak for themselves. I can’t recommend them enough and I will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been bringing my car here for three years now, for everything from oil changes and brakes, to an unexpected front-end repair. I won’t go to another shop in town if I can help it, and I have (unfortunately 🙃) been to several. These guys really know their stuff and they won’t try to upsell you on anything you don’t need. Never had to wait for long, but if you do they’re quite accomodating! There is a waiting area inside with snacks, drinks, and sometimes a couple very sweet shop dogs to say hello to! Couldn’t ask for much more out of my auto shop. I would recommend them to anyone looking for fairly priced, no BS service.

Pennington County needs to reasses who they use for impound towing! My grandson had his beautiful car picked up by these guys and they trashed his front bumper...not a "little scratch" an actual CRUSHED bumper! No matter the circumstances of your services (which you DO get paid handsomely for!) You should NOT be allowed to treat other people's property like that! Complete disrespect!! And SHAME on you for not being accountable! Upon reading this owner's responses to negative reviews, it seems he thinks it's ok to treat people who had their car impounded like crap. Well, my grandson was not drunk and, as a prominent worship leader in the community, I won't take kindly to having either my grandson OR myself denigrated by an ill-mannered, miscreant with a hold on law enforcement contracts. At the end of the day, it is the person who's car is impounded that pays the fees, so essentially they ARE a customer!! Treated well and kindly, they MIGHT be a return customer that called themselves if they ever needed a tow for another reason! Only a shortsighted business person that was NOT interested in the success of their business would speak so fouly of ANY potential client! Hebrews 13:1-3 MSG "Stay on good terms with each other, held together by love. Be ready with kindness and hospitality. Why, some have extended hospitality to angels without ever knowing it! Regard prisoners as if you were in prison with them. Look on victims of abuse as if what happened to them had happened to you". ***edited per business owner's derogatory response: I have seen my grandson's posts, the videos are still up, and there is NO damage to his vehicle that is shown in any of those videos. The morning you towed his vehicle (that you were PAID to do) he was on his way to work. His arrest should not have anything to do with the FACT that he was YOUR customer whom you have not only treated horribly, but now, have very possibly LIBELLED! He paid for these services and, from the looks of things, you aren't interested in furthering your business by treating customers with respect! Simply being kind and investigating the situation would have gone a very long way, but your lack of foresight, your arrogance, and belligerence tell quite the tale. If you do not want the business from towing these customers' automobiles and thus treating them the same as you treat ANY customer, you should let the city and county know that and decline the tow...stop denigrating and shaming others. ANY future customer should question the character and the quality of services they will receive from someone who is so ill-mannered and hateful to their paying clientele. The circumstances of his arrest should have nothing to do with you treating him as a paying customer, and a police officer has ever right to suspect whatever they wish: still has nothing to do with how you respond to and treat paying clientele. My grandson has the right to have his property treated with care REGARDLESS of the circumstances! You have NO business PUBLISHING the details of your customers' services nor the reasons for the services...this may very well be considered LIBEL. I will not be shamed into submission to a miscreant and I suggest that if you want the review removed, try being a decent human, accountable, and KIND and I'll consider it. Since you seem to be fond of the Proverbs, let's look at Prov. 11:13: "A talebearer reveals secrets, but a TRUSTWORTHY person keeps a matter confidential."

These before & after pictures alone should show you that your search is over when looking for hail repair or scratch/dent 🤯 This crew did a great job! It's wonderful to be able to support a local team. They are super kind and have great customer service. This was my first claim ever and I wasn't totally sure what to do. They took care of everything for me! The absolute best shop in SD! They were able to fit my truck in right away after a hail storm and worked seamlessly with my out of state insurance to fix my truck. I just got it back and you couldn't tell that here was ever damage to it, on top of that, one of the team members picked me up from home to get my truck back as I did not have a ride. 10/10 would recommend.

If you want your truck raised and replace those stock tires with larger tires, this is the place. I had a 5 inch lift kit and 38 in tires installed. These folks did a stellar job and I highly recommend them. For us, the drive is worth it coming from Wright, Wyoming. GREAT JOB GUYS!👍

Rick did a fantastic job on our Jeep Cherokee after it was hailed on. Our vehicle looked great and he got all the damage repaired promptly. My favorite thing about our experience, however, was how pleasant Rick was to work with. Was looking for a new car wash location, they sent me a coupon for a wash. Thought cool, maybe a good place. After trying my coupon, it was no good. Think they just get you there then you have to buy one since your in line. Won't be getting a monthly contract here!

Good car wash except for the dye that they use in the brush soap got all over my hands from the leaky hose and dyed my hands blue/green for days. Like really bad. Very unnecessary. Also the spot free rinse was not working.
