I have been a member for 2 years. Never had a problem. Was always satisfied. Until a week ago. When I went into the car wash I ask the lady attendant to push in the passenger mirror. She grab the mirror a FORCED IT. By her forcing it, it slammed up against the passenger window and broke the mirror and it was dangling. I understand accidents happen I didn't make a fuse, but When I attempted to contact the owner. After 4 attempts I left my phone number and never heard from him. Needless to say that it's gonna cost me few HUNDRED dollars to Repair. I won't be renewing my membership. And I will never go back. Thanks Excutive car wash.

I went to In-Side Out Detailing a month ago for their Ceramic Pro Silver Coating for my 2024 Toyota Supra. Brad and his team were extremely easy to work with and professional. They provided updates on my vehicle progress and were able to complete the coating within 2 days. Upon my arrival at the shop, Brad even took the time to show me around and talk to me about all the different car projects they are working on. Brad and his team are extremely passionate about cars of all makes and models, and that passion is reflected in their high quality of work. I am extremely happy with the Ceramic Pro coating they applied to my vehicle. A month later, my vehicle continues to shine bright in the sunlight. Found Polak's while googling detailing places nearby. I was worried about it being cold out and how they would handle it but Jerzy did an excellent job. I dropped it off and he reassured me that it was going to come out great and it did. Since it's the winter I just got the interior package. It looks just like the first day the car was purchased. He cleaned a stain in the back seat and the products did not leave a toxic smell. There are various options for payment including digital options. I will be returning in the spring when the weather is better. Highly recommend!

Early last fall I happened to look at my car and noticed what I would call a marbling on the roof, trunk and hood. It seemed to spread like a ghosting web in the paint. A friend of mine just had his truck detailed at this place in Cranston where "a friend of his" rented a garage and performed detail work. I took my friend to pick up his truck with my car figuring I would get the guy to look at mine and give me an estimate on detailing. To me, from first glance, the man appeared miserable to me and immediately dismissed my car’s dilemma saying, "that paint’s shot. It’s no good". He made me feel very unwelcoming and I could sense he did not want to work in my car especially when he stated he had no business cards. I also noticed he spoke to my friend and not to me directly which actually angered me moreso. I’ll agree my car is an older one, but he made me feel like it was ready for the junkyard. Once I got home I tried some wax on an area of the paint and sure enough the damage had disappeared. So now I was determined to prove this guy wrong. I began searching for local detailers, but some in my area were a bit pricey. Then later, through the magic of social media algorithms, Polak’s Detailing had popped up in the feed. I sent a message and was responded to almost immediately. I spoke with Jerzy and we discussed my car. I was amazed at his knowledge and so we set up an appointment for him to look at the car to give me a more accurate estimate. He arrived on time and his demeanor was incredibly positive and made me feel comfortable about hiring him. He even offered to pickup and deliver the car for me which was a bonus in itself. He concisely explained what he would be doing and I also added a few other things as well. About two weeks later, I trustingly handed him the keys and off he went. During this time, I was contemplating the idea of possibly trading the car in for a newer model after the previous guy had discouraged me. Then a few days later Jerzy sends me a photo of how the car was coming along and I was absolutely flabbergasted! He made it look like a brand new car just driven out of the showroom! I couldn’t stop looking at it! It actually looked even better in person! Any thoughts I had about selling the car faded away fast. I can’t believe how meticulous he was. Not a stone was unturned. You tend to look for certain things you think he may have missed like inside the gas fill door, but nope. All clean and shiny. Even the engine bay was like new. Jerzy actually restored my faith in humanity and workmanship and will be soon detailing my other car working his magic with that as well. Bottom line is if you want your car done up, look no further than Polak’s Detailing. I guarantee you will be more than satisfied. He is the absolute best of the best. Just take a look at the before and after photos!

I came in for a paint correction and ceramic coating. The paint on my five year old car was in rough shape and Linell and John worked absolute magic! Not only did did the car come out amazing they went the extra mile to help me with PPF on some interior trim and tinted reflectors. Friendly, great communication, and excellent experience overall. Sanny did an amazing job cleaning my car! I spilled lemonade which was a sticky mess and my dog left his fur everywhere. Every piece of dog hair is gone and it looks brand new again. My Jeep was in good condition, as far as the amount of cleaning that I thought it would need, when I dropped it off for the standard package detailing at KPK Auto Detailing. I have owned the vehicle for 5 years and had finally gotten around to having it detailed. When I returned later in the day to pick up my vehicle, I was blown away by it's appearance! It looked better than I had expected...it looked like a brand new vehicle!!! The detailer, Ken had done an exceptionally good job of detailing both the outside and inside of my vehicle. I was especially impressed with Ken's work on cleaning the fabric upholstery. The seats had been completely cleaned of years of use and even last year's food stains on the front passenger seat, yet the seats were totally dry. The process of booking an appointment was simple. The responsiveness of the staff by phone, text, and online was exceptional. My experience working with KPK Auto Detailing was a pleasure. I just had my vehicle returned after a week in the shop for a full paint correction/ceramic coat and I could NOT be more disappointed with the results. Absolutely NO attention to detail and sub par quality on the work they attempted to do. Here's what I found- -Road salt and dirt still on paint (underside wheel well paint, all four, never cleaned/road salt residue still there, door jams untouched, panel crevasses and underside of bumpers not even washed or decontaminated, trunk and hood never even opened, ). -Didn't even attempt to obtain touch up paint for any nic's or deep scratches after assuring me it would "look like new" and "would look up the paint code by VIN number". -Swirling and dulling from an amateur wet sand all over the car that's now locked in along with contaminants that were never removed (doing more damage to the paint than an average wax and polish). -Brake dust still on rims (seriously, how do you even miss that when you're shining a tire?) I don't know how it seemed acceptable to return a car to a customer in this condition but let my story be a cautionary tale, do not go here if you care about your vehicle. Paint correction is definitely NOT their specialty. They say a picture is worth a thousand words so let these photos tell you what you can expect...
