Brought our car, that we had parked for over a year, to Paiva Auto Detailing for interior cleaning. While parked someone threw a rock through the rear windows. Water and mold filled the interior. It was a mess and the smell was terrible. When we picked the vehicle up the interior was like new. We are already planning to take my wife's car to have a complete interior exterior done.

I’ve tried to give this place multiple opportunities, but each time leads to disappointment. The cashiers and even the managers are not properly trained, verbally acknowledging their deficiency at operating the register and different CC transactions. As a result I’ve had to take my business elsewhere. 2 stars because most of the employees encountered have manners. Please train your employees better Scrub-a-dub!!!

Good customer service, and affordable. Wish I had taken some before pictures but they did an amazing job. My car seats, seatbelt and arm rest were the dirtiest and needed a lot of work. Having a car with that color seat makes it’s hard to maintain especially with kids. These guys certainly did a great job…

Top Notch lives up to their name. I had my car fully wrapped in XPEL Stealth PPF, XPEL Fusion ceramic coating, and the windows tinted with XPEL Prime. My jaw dropped when I went to pick up my car. I’m a car enthusiast and I’ve had cars shipped to detailers hours away for this type of work. The work Jarred and his team do is on par with the best detail shops that I’ve seen on the east coast. The type of detailing that Top Notch does is a craft that needs to be mastered for years and years. The staff, the shop, and the products (XPEL) are all on the top level, gold standard. I’m so glad that there is a place like this in Rhode Island and there literally isn’t another shop in the state that can do work to this level. I’m legit never going to another shop now that I found Top Notch. Jarred is the owner/operator and he’s a super cool guy, the results he achieved for my car was amazing. Alex did an amazing job on our new car. I wanted to have it ceramic coated as soon as possible after taking delivery of it to keep the cost down due paint correction and polishing. I spoke with a few shops around the area and found them overpriced due to them wanting to do a full polish and paint correction on a brand new car with less than 100 miles on it. Alex was great at explaining the whole process he was going to do to the car and explained that no paint correction was needed but he will perform a light polish to make sure there were no micro scratches on the paint. He was very helpful throughout the process, kept us updated with how things were going and we had our car back in 24 hrs. Car looks amazing (as you can see on pictures) and may I say better than when we picked it up at the dealership. I cannot recommend Alex enough, he is great at his job, communicates clearly and fast, and provides competitive prices.

Had my truck's interior cleaned and detailed by Mitchell and his crew this week. It was filthy. I don't know how he did it but it looks almost new now. Especially the seats, which were funky as heck. I brought my Charger to Sunshine to add ceramic coating to help prolong the life of the finish and make cleaning simple. The different types of coatings can be overwhelming to understand but Ray took the time to explain the process to me and what my options were. We set an appointment several weeks out and I set about waiting. Naturally a few swirls and even a scratch appeared while waiting but when the day finally came, Ray assured me he would be able to take care of everything. I expected to be without my car for a week but to my surprise, he said it would be done in just two days. As promised, the car was done in two days and of course, it looked amazing. To the untrained eye it probably wouldn't have looked much different if he'd just washed and waxed it though since it's a brand new car. To me, it looked so much better! The paint was deeper and reflected clearer. The finish looked flawless from every angle: not a swirl in sight. He had also cleaned the interior, coated the glass, and the wheels (including barrels). If that was all he did I would have been thrilled but.... I then received an in-depth explanation of the steps that were taken, the products used, how to care for it, the additional services (both complimentary and paid) that would be done to maintain the coating, and was given additional product for wash and finish. In addition to quality work I received high quality service! Price was exactly as we agreed and was more than fair for the work performed. Final note about ceramic coating - this is not your father's carnauba wax. Water seems to be completely afraid of the paint and it runs off in sheets. Picture below tries to capture it but it has to be seen to be believed!I

After his phenomenal job, cleaning, stained seats and carpets out of a sand colored vehicle interior I’ve had him come back and do several others never had a car cleaner get rugs restored like he did works hard not fast. Doesn’t sacrifice quality for Speed. great start for a new business gonna do Very well moving forward. Will recommend and have recommended to anyone trustworthy polite and hard-working. Was told it's 5 dollars to vacuum... If no wash.. and so it not free if u don't get a wash... I have a black car so I don't go to the brushed washes scratch the heck out of most paint.... Go touch less . And asking people to pay may not help reviews.

I push the wrong botton on the self car wash bay and got charged $10 for nothing. I spoke to the guy in charge and I got in touch with the owner . He refund me with a $10 touchless car wash. Thanks again for taking care of the issue. Best car wash In RI Is touchlesss and powerfull to get all the dirt and salt off your vehicle .

I had fun washing my car here. Believe it or not i’ve been going there since the middle 80’s. I think the car wash is awesome & best now of all time. The water is hot from the spray wand and the different options for soap, streak free spray , pre wash, tire cleaner etc. The wash always is being used as it has two automatic bays ( drive-thru ) and 5 booths, theres never a wait if so not long. The prices are definitely competitive to all the new car washes everywhere that look great and appealing but the service you get is horrendous

I purchased my 2022 black ford ranger from valenti ford brand new and it has never looked as good as it did today when I picked it up from The Best Detailers. They did a meticulous job removing all of the swirl marks that have been on my truck’s paint since it was new. I never thought I would see my truck swirl free. I recently picked up a 2001 PT Cruiser. One prior owner, a few small battle scars, but not too bad for its age. I brought it to Medeiros for a thorough exterior detailing. Miguel detailed our full size Range Rover today. He did an excellent job! I have detailed it myself before and it is a lot of work. I am very picky. All of the door jams were nice and clean which is a big job just by itself. All of the nooks and crannies in the interior were perfectly cleaned. And the wheels, tires and wheel wells were all very clean. The paint itself looked brand new. The carpets look great as well as all of the interior leather seating. I am in the construction business and bought a new Tundra a few months ago, leather seats, beautiful truck, etc. The truck was so dirty inside and out with mud from work, dog hair, etc.. etc. it was quite embarrassing to bring it to Sparky because it was so new. since my wife and I were going on a road trip for two weeks she insisted that I get it cleaned and detailed. Just left about 10 minutes ago and I arrive home and my car still has half the salt on the back end of my car. I paid extra for the salt off and the deluxe wash for the undercarriage and what not. Usually the car washes are OK when dirty during the fall/summer time. Andrew and Anthony left me speechless! I wanted to give my car a good detail due to some scratches from dog nails and I’m sure other things. I also had some paint transfer on my mirror but wasn’t expecting any of that to be fully removed. They gave my car the best detail I could’ve asked for. All the scratches were polished out and removed the paint! I also received a fully warranted 5yr ceramic coat on everything. And if it couldn’t get better the interior of my car was fully cleaned as well! My car looks better now than it did over a year ago when I got it from the dealer! Reasonably priced, and for an inexpensive touch less car wash it does as well as you'd expect it to. These types of washes always miss small areas of the vehicle but again as it is inexpensive it is worth it. Does a good job getting the salt off of your vehicle in the winter months. That is truly one of the most important things to do in order to extend the life of a vehicles body, or at least attempt to prevent unnecessary rot. I will return near weekly, would you?

Cory was phenomenal from start to finish. Upon meeting with him, he informed me exactly of the process needed to get my truck’s paint back to looking new again. He even offered to repair a few small paint chips as well with paint he recommended that I pick up. He ensured my vehicle was locked up overnight and stayed in communication with me through the entire process. Upon picking my truck up, immediately I could see the major difference with the paint correction he performed. Everything looks amazing! Scheduled a detail with the business recently, owner was very professional and gave me a very fair price. I arrived early and he was willing to accommodate me, and got straight to work.
