I sent my vehicle there. Upon meeting Wally Jr and his partner, I learned that they are very respectful, polite and genuinely eager to to please the customer. I had done auto detailing for 23 years and I must say that these young men just starting out in the business certainly did a good job. My vehicle came back looking like a brand new car! I thought they couldn't get sap spots off my windshield and Wally had me come back and it turned out it wasn't sap but tiny chips in the glass. He went the extra mile to show me what it was , cleaned all the windows again and even washed the vehicle. There was a rapport among us and we seemed to like each other so I told the boys I will come visit them from time to time and in the meantime try to drive some additional business their way. Paid for the works in and out. Plus shampoo the rubber mats (extra $6). I specifically asked for the two back doors to be cleaned well. Well one was cleaned and the other not even touched! Seriously should have checked the doors before heading off to run my other errands. Always check.

I asked them to clean, paint correct, and ceramic coat the exterior. The paint is now so clean that it looks wet! They also cleaned the interior and added the sunshade tint to the windshield. Umair and his team made my car look even better than brand new and all at a fair and competitive price. He is very easy to work with and talk to and definitely knows his craft. My Jeep was in good condition, as far as the amount of cleaning that I thought it would need, when I dropped it off for the standard package detailing at KPK Auto Detailing. I have owned the vehicle for 5 years and had finally gotten around to having it detailed. When I returned later in the day to pick up my vehicle, I was blown away by it's appearance! It looked better than I had expected...it looked like a brand new vehicle!!! The detailer, Ken had done an exceptionally good job of detailing both the outside and inside of my vehicle. I was especially impressed with Ken's work on cleaning the fabric upholstery. The seats had been completely cleaned of years of use and even last year's food stains on the front passenger seat, yet the seats were totally dry. The process of booking an appointment was simple. The responsiveness of the staff by phone, text, and online was exceptional. My experience working with KPK Auto Detailing was a pleasure. When I first visited this car wash they did an amazing job. However for the last few times they’ve been doing an awful job and today I went there for the last time and paid for the full wash which includes wiping the inside and it was not done. Also I asked for my mats to be washed and they only did the front seats and not the one in the back. For this kind of service I could’ve done the $7 service on the one on Smithfield Ave.

I was so excited to go to this car wash. My car went in without a problem and then it came out with the glass from the left drivers side off. The manager said that the glue was loose and that’s what caused the glass to come out. I disagreed, I just finished driving on the highway without a problem. I’m a bit disappointed. The gave me a refund at least and now I have to go get it fixed.

I brought my Porsche Panamera here for the first time today and…WOW!!! It was like having a brand new car:) The outside was sparkling clean and the inside was immaculate. I have a Siberian cat Who travels with me and they were able to get all of the cat hair out. The car has gold rims that are very difficult to remove the break dust from, and they were spotless. Highly recommend these guys!

I just had my vehicle returned after a week in the shop for a full paint correction/ceramic coat and I could NOT be more disappointed with the results. Absolutely NO attention to detail and sub par quality on the work they attempted to do. Here's what I found- -Road salt and dirt still on paint (underside wheel well paint, all four, never cleaned/road salt residue still there, door jams untouched, panel crevasses and underside of bumpers not even washed or decontaminated, trunk and hood never even opened, ). -Didn't even attempt to obtain touch up paint for any nic's or deep scratches after assuring me it would "look like new" and "would look up the paint code by VIN number". -Swirling and dulling from an amateur wet sand all over the car that's now locked in along with contaminants that were never removed (doing more damage to the paint than an average wax and polish). -Brake dust still on rims (seriously, how do you even miss that when you're shining a tire?) I don't know how it seemed acceptable to return a car to a customer in this condition but let my story be a cautionary tale, do not go here if you care about your vehicle. Paint correction is definitely NOT their specialty. They say a picture is worth a thousand words so let these photos tell you what you can expect...

Found Polak's while googling detailing places nearby. I was worried about it being cold out and how they would handle it but Jerzy did an excellent job. I dropped it off and he reassured me that it was going to come out great and it did. Since it's the winter I just got the interior package. It looks just like the first day the car was purchased. He cleaned a stain in the back seat and the products did not leave a toxic smell. There are various options for payment including digital options. I will be returning in the spring when the weather is better. Highly recommend!

Where do I even begin... Firstly let me say that the owner lied to me about the work and time frame as he was telling my insurance company a completely different story and essentially holding my car hostage as he waited for the last check to clear. Secondly, the work that was done was complete crap. I needed a tie rod end to pass inspection which is something that should've been replaced along with everything else done in that area after the accident. Thirdly I have parts beginning to pop off and come undone that I will now need to have fixed and lastly the paint job doesn't match. I chose this place based on reviews but I was catfished.

deplorable customer service from George. he doesn't value his customers. 'word of mouth' is my best defense for the stupidity he portrayed and I allowed to happen. I have text messages if anyone is interested. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this facility. The only positive thing is when you do deal with a reputable body shop that provides excellent customer service you realize what you've been missing.

Not sure what I paid for but it certainly wasn't a car wash… the exterior is still dirty and the interior looks barely touched. Didnt bother to vacuum the back, any of the seats, cupholders, floor mats or door side pockets. Everything is dusty and dirty and there was water in my speakers. Huge waste of money. Now I have to go pay for another car wash.

Sooo not sure what the good reviews are all about probably someone that actually works there giving themselves good reviews but I just got back from there and posted my console photos I could post more but you get the point right?. Questioned the bald guy at the desk guess he's a manager or something. I said how can your guy be done he never even touched my tires I've literally been sitting down waiting for 5mins. He says oh well we are done went in my truck looks like it did before I took it in. There's the photos. Only a complete idiot would go there deliberately I'm from out of town will never go back there. If you let anyone tell you this place is good that's 100% on you. You've been informed. My photos are of the center console and running boards. I'd purchased the Royal Wash bald guy said there's no armor all just wipe down. Basically I paid for a not real good car wash and a towel swipe nothing else.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH. I only gave it 1 star because I had to. The wash leaves scratches on your car and it will still look dull even after the full service wash. Since they don’t use towels, the heat on the dryer is so high it bubbled the paint on the front of my car.

Purchase a $10 promo only running for a month unlimited car washes for 10 bucks. Ended up choosing the most expensive package they had why not for $10 and if you're not satisfied with your car you can run it through again staff is very friendly plenty of free vacuums.

This place is awesome!!! I pay $24.99 a month and I get unlimited car washes! $24.99 a month might seem like a lot to some people but in the end it saves you a lot of money!!! Each time you go through the wash it’s $14 each time and $24.99 a month is cheaper than 2 car washes alone!! And not to mention the staff here are very friendly and understanding!! I just got my minivan detailed today to get it ready to bring my newest baby home, and WOW I’m actually thrilled. To be honest, I wasn’t sure there was hope for the stains or the amount of filth that happened with 4 kids. I was expecting a good job, but I wasn’t expecting that it could ever look new again. This wasn’t just crumbs and crayons, this was mud that was just baked into the fabric of the vehicle as well as tons of dirt from my sons, I didn’t even like being in my own vehicle anymore. I am shocked at what AVD was able to do. They were so professional and they communicated with me as they were doing the detail to keep me updated. Everything is just excellent and I’m also really impressed by how friendly they were, it’s rare to get a handshake nowadays and that’s what I was greeted with.
