This was my first visit. I got a gift card in the mail for a full service wash ($22 value). I went on a Friday at noon and there were only a few cars ahead of me. There were signs showing you what to do. Full Service includes exterior cleaning (obviously) and interior vacuuming and wiping/towel drying interiors. My car went through the motions and I put a tip in the box at the cash register. They brought the car around for me. The guy spent a few minutes wiping down the driver seat, passenger seat, and dashboard. I opened the trunk to find nothing had been touched. I went back inside and told the cashier who said trunks are done by request only. The manager came outside and I showed him the trunk. He was very kind and said he would take care of it. He brought it back STILL WITHOUT HAVING VACUUMED or hosed down the floor liner/mat. I just shook my head and drove off. Other than the really wet floor liner/mat under the driver’s seat, the car looked the same. I thought, “what a waste of time.” It wasn’t until I got home and opened the passenger door that I became angry at how bad of a job they did. The baby spit up that was on the side of the seat was STILL THERE. And that was the whole reason I went to the car wash. Overall: DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I brought my Porsche Panamera here for the first time today and…WOW!!! It was like having a brand new car:) The outside was sparkling clean and the inside was immaculate. I have a Siberian cat Who travels with me and they were able to get all of the cat hair out. The car has gold rims that are very difficult to remove the break dust from, and they were spotless. Highly recommend these guys!

East Bay ALWAYS goes above & beyond with any work that has needed to be done on my car. I live in a busy part of Providence and unfortunately without parking being offered by my landlord I recently got hit 3 different times within a month and a half - including getting my driver's side mirror knocked off yet AGAIN just a month after East Bay put a new one on my car. I had to leave my car there for a bit this last time and knowing my job is mostly driving they put me up in a rental for the duration of getting and printing my new mirror which was extremely helpful as being a single person with 1 car doesn't leave a lot of options when you need something fixed. Lori is always helpful, professional, kind, lovely and so on top of coordinating everything and I can't thank her and the East Bay team enough for all of my repairs! They even had my car detailed after this last repair. Thank you guys for always being 10/10 !

A week ago I contacted Rich the owner of Touch of Glass to get the windows on my 4runner tinted. Rich was very professional and honest. I took my car back to get the windows darker and once again they did a great job. The service was top class, all the guys are respectful and hard workers. It was definitely not like other places where the guys are joking around and not working. Again nothing but class, they were also friendly.

If you're searching for a professional to detail your vehicle, look no further! KPK Auto Detailing blew me away with their attention to detail on my black Mustang GT. I asked them to clean, paint correct, and ceramic coat the exterior. The paint is now so clean that it looks wet! They also cleaned the interior and added the sunshade tint to the windshield. Umair and his team made my car look even better than brand new and all at a fair and competitive price. He is very easy to work with and talk to and definitely knows his craft. My Jeep was in good condition, as far as the amount of cleaning that I thought it would need, when I dropped it off for the standard package detailing at KPK Auto Detailing. I have owned the vehicle for 5 years and had finally gotten around to having it detailed. When I returned later in the day to pick up my vehicle, I was blown away by it's appearance! It looked better than I had expected...it looked like a brand new vehicle!!! The detailer, Ken had done an exceptionally good job of detailing both the outside and inside of my vehicle. I was especially impressed with Ken's work on cleaning the fabric upholstery. The seats had been completely cleaned of years of use and even last year's food stains on the front passenger seat, yet the seats were totally dry. The process of booking an appointment was simple. The responsiveness of the staff by phone, text, and online was exceptional. My experience working with KPK Auto Detailing was a pleasure. I haven't gotten a car wash in a long time and decided to try Freeway Car Wash as it's convenient to my house. I got the $33 wash and inside cleaning and I think it was well worth it. There were a couple of spots missed on the inside with the vacuuming but overall so much cleaner inside and out and it only took about 10 minutes! They cleaned the inside of my windshield which I hadn't been able to get clean after several tries myself. All the staff was very friendly. I'll definitely be going back for my next carwash!

Over the past couple of months, I've had Jeff detail both of my cars. With a mild paint correction, he was able to flatten out my ugly attempts at touching up rock chips and bring the paint to a level better than it rolled out of the factory with. He also managed to get a tremendous amount of dog hair and smell out of grey/tan seats that were used for transporting dogs for years. Jeff even polished and clear-coated foggy headlights for a minimal additional charge. He worked around my schedule, communicated promptly and professionally and did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Jeff and will definitely recommend anyone in the area needing their car detailed come to him.

5 stars! The best. I had a last minute request for a large white van that was very dirty from sitting under a tree for about 1 year. Lots of green moss and algae from the dampness and being in the shade. I called them and they were able to wash it the same day. I wasn’t there, but they showed up, did a great job and I was able to pay them through an app. That made it so easy. They said it took a while, but they got it looking great again. Owner is very friendly and professional. Easy to work with. Definitely would recommend based on my experience.

Not sure what I paid for but it certainly wasn't a car wash… the exterior is still dirty and the interior looks barely touched. Didnt bother to vacuum the back, any of the seats, cupholders, floor mats or door side pockets. Everything is dusty and dirty and there was water in my speakers. Huge waste of money. Now I have to go pay for another car wash.

Sooo not sure what the good reviews are all about probably someone that actually works there giving themselves good reviews but I just got back from there and posted my console photos I could post more but you get the point right?. Questioned the bald guy at the desk guess he's a manager or something. I said how can your guy be done he never even touched my tires I've literally been sitting down waiting for 5mins. He says oh well we are done went in my truck looks like it did before I took it in. There's the photos. Only a complete idiot would go there deliberately I'm from out of town will never go back there. If you let anyone tell you this place is good that's 100% on you. You've been informed. My photos are of the center console and running boards. I'd purchased the Royal Wash bald guy said there's no armor all just wipe down. Basically I paid for a not real good car wash and a towel swipe nothing else.

I highly recommend Supreme Auto Detailing out of Bristol, RI. We just got our jeep grand Cherokee detailed because we are trading it in soon. We have owned it for about 5 years and have only washed the exterior about 2-3 times. The inside was covered in mud, sand and hair from our 2 dogs that go for hikes in the woods and walks on the beach. Also there were food stains from our 3 kids. Not only the car was left looking brand new, but Khan was so friendly, it made me happy to support his business. For our next car I will consider doing maintenance detailing with them. Our car took an extra long time and they spend the extra time and came back the next day to finish the very dirty job!

We had a salesman turn in their company vehicle recently and I have never seen anything like it. Food scraps, trash everywhere, spilled coffee, left over ice cream all over the seats and marker and pen written all over the door trim. Uncle Willi put his heart and soul into cleaning this vehicle as if it were his own; he pulled plastic panels off and pulled carpet up to ensure he did not miss anything. I have never seen that kind of dedication to ensure customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Willi for anyone who needs any type of auto detailing.

When I first visited this car wash they did an amazing job. However for the last few times they’ve been doing an awful job and today I went there for the last time and paid for the full wash which includes wiping the inside and it was not done. Also I asked for my mats to be washed and they only did the front seats and not the one in the back. For this kind of service I could’ve done the $7 service on the one on Smithfield Ave.

I was so excited to go to this car wash. My car went in without a problem and then it came out with the glass from the left drivers side off. The manager said that the glue was loose and that’s what caused the glass to come out. I disagreed, I just finished driving on the highway without a problem. I’m a bit disappointed. The gave me a refund at least and now I have to go get it fixed.

I just got my minivan detailed today to get it ready to bring my newest baby home, and WOW I’m actually thrilled. To be honest, I wasn’t sure there was hope for the stains or the amount of filth that happened with 4 kids. I was expecting a good job, but I wasn’t expecting that it could ever look new again. This wasn’t just crumbs and crayons, this was mud that was just baked into the fabric of the vehicle as well as tons of dirt from my sons, I didn’t even like being in my own vehicle anymore. I am shocked at what AVD was able to do. They were so professional and they communicated with me as they were doing the detail to keep me updated. Everything is just excellent and I’m also really impressed by how friendly they were, it’s rare to get a handshake nowadays and that’s what I was greeted with.
