This was my first visit. I got a gift card in the mail for a full service wash ($22 value). I went on a Friday at noon and there were only a few cars ahead of me. There were signs showing you what to do. Full Service includes exterior cleaning (obviously) and interior vacuuming and wiping/towel drying interiors. My car went through the motions and I put a tip in the box at the cash register. They brought the car around for me. The guy spent a few minutes wiping down the driver seat, passenger seat, and dashboard. I opened the trunk to find nothing had been touched. I went back inside and told the cashier who said trunks are done by request only. The manager came outside and I showed him the trunk. He was very kind and said he would take care of it. He brought it back STILL WITHOUT HAVING VACUUMED or hosed down the floor liner/mat. I just shook my head and drove off. Other than the really wet floor liner/mat under the driver’s seat, the car looked the same. I thought, “what a waste of time.” It wasn’t until I got home and opened the passenger door that I became angry at how bad of a job they did. The baby spit up that was on the side of the seat was STILL THERE. And that was the whole reason I went to the car wash. Overall: DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I brought my Porsche Panamera here for the first time today and…WOW!!! It was like having a brand new car:) The outside was sparkling clean and the inside was immaculate. I have a Siberian cat Who travels with me and they were able to get all of the cat hair out. The car has gold rims that are very difficult to remove the break dust from, and they were spotless. Highly recommend these guys!

I brought my Charger to Sunshine to add ceramic coating to help prolong the life of the finish and make cleaning simple. The different types of coatings can be overwhelming to understand but Ray took the time to explain the process to me and what my options were. We set an appointment several weeks out and I set about waiting. Naturally a few swirls and even a scratch appeared while waiting but when the day finally came, Ray assured me he would be able to take care of everything. I expected to be without my car for a week but to my surprise, he said it would be done in just two days. As promised, the car was done in two days and of course, it looked amazing. To the untrained eye it probably wouldn't have looked much different if he'd just washed and waxed it though since it's a brand new car. To me, it looked so much better! The paint was deeper and reflected clearer. The finish looked flawless from every angle: not a swirl in sight. He had also cleaned the interior, coated the glass, and the wheels (including barrels). If that was all he did I would have been thrilled but.... I then received an in-depth explanation of the steps that were taken, the products used, how to care for it, the additional services (both complimentary and paid) that would be done to maintain the coating, and was given additional product for wash and finish. In addition to quality work I received high quality service! Price was exactly as we agreed and was more than fair for the work performed. Final note about ceramic coating - this is not your father's carnauba wax. Water seems to be completely afraid of the paint and it runs off in sheets. Picture below tries to capture it but it has to be seen to be believed!I

A week ago I contacted Rich the owner of Touch of Glass to get the windows on my 4runner tinted. Rich was very professional and honest. I took my car back to get the windows darker and once again they did a great job. The service was top class, all the guys are respectful and hard workers. It was definitely not like other places where the guys are joking around and not working. Again nothing but class, they were also friendly.

East Bay ALWAYS goes above & beyond with any work that has needed to be done on my car. I live in a busy part of Providence and unfortunately without parking being offered by my landlord I recently got hit 3 different times within a month and a half - including getting my driver's side mirror knocked off yet AGAIN just a month after East Bay put a new one on my car. I had to leave my car there for a bit this last time and knowing my job is mostly driving they put me up in a rental for the duration of getting and printing my new mirror which was extremely helpful as being a single person with 1 car doesn't leave a lot of options when you need something fixed. Lori is always helpful, professional, kind, lovely and so on top of coordinating everything and I can't thank her and the East Bay team enough for all of my repairs! They even had my car detailed after this last repair. Thank you guys for always being 10/10 !

Sooo not sure what the good reviews are all about probably someone that actually works there giving themselves good reviews but I just got back from there and posted my console photos I could post more but you get the point right?. Questioned the bald guy at the desk guess he's a manager or something. I said how can your guy be done he never even touched my tires I've literally been sitting down waiting for 5mins. He says oh well we are done went in my truck looks like it did before I took it in. There's the photos. Only a complete idiot would go there deliberately I'm from out of town will never go back there. If you let anyone tell you this place is good that's 100% on you. You've been informed. My photos are of the center console and running boards. I'd purchased the Royal Wash bald guy said there's no armor all just wipe down. Basically I paid for a not real good car wash and a towel swipe nothing else.

Not sure what I paid for but it certainly wasn't a car wash… the exterior is still dirty and the interior looks barely touched. Didnt bother to vacuum the back, any of the seats, cupholders, floor mats or door side pockets. Everything is dusty and dirty and there was water in my speakers. Huge waste of money. Now I have to go pay for another car wash.

Doug did a wonderful job getting my vehicle ready for sale. He is skillful both in detailing the interior back to like new condition, as well as a great attention to detail in the engine compartment. 5 stars! The best. I had a last minute request for a large white van that was very dirty from sitting under a tree for about 1 year. Lots of green moss and algae from the dampness and being in the shade. I called them and they were able to wash it the same day. I wasn’t there, but they showed up, did a great job and I was able to pay them through an app. That made it so easy. They said it took a while, but they got it looking great again. Owner is very friendly and professional. Easy to work with. Definitely would recommend based on my experience.

The worst place to get your car washed as a previous person posted they vacuum the bare minimum and don't even clean the inside of your car. I got the $24 package I thought at least they would clean my plastic carpets nope extra fee clean side of my car nope extra or if not get the $42 package. If I would have know that the $24 package only gets you bare minimum vacuuming and cleaning I would have gotten the the most expensive package. Mind you my car wasn't overly dirty but come on this was ridiculous!!!! I rarely post or give reviews but this experience really upset me and never again!!!
