I brought my Porsche Panamera here for the first time today and…WOW!!! It was like having a brand new car:) The outside was sparkling clean and the inside was immaculate. I have a Siberian cat Who travels with me and they were able to get all of the cat hair out. The car has gold rims that are very difficult to remove the break dust from, and they were spotless. Highly recommend these guys!

We have 4 kids and two dogs. So the interior of our cars takes a beating. Derek who owns the company is the person you talk to on the phone and comes out directly to you to provide his auto detailing service. He got every mystery stain and and crusty patch off our leather seats and had them looking shiny and spotless. He got every crumb and piece of dirt off the floor and not a single dog hair to be found. The exterior looked better than the day we bought it. Every piece of road tar was removed from behind the wheel wells. If you've ever washed your own car you know how hard it is to get that off. The rims are gleaming like they were brand new. You can't beat the prices or service. This is the second time we've used Derek and we will be using him again. The convenience of having him come to us and working around our busy schedules was the best. Appreciate his attention to detail. Bought my dad a gift card we were so impressed with his work, great gift since my dad is impossible to buy for.

I asked them to clean, paint correct, and ceramic coat the exterior. The paint is now so clean that it looks wet! They also cleaned the interior and added the sunshade tint to the windshield. Umair and his team made my car look even better than brand new and all at a fair and competitive price. He is very easy to work with and talk to and definitely knows his craft. My Jeep was in good condition, as far as the amount of cleaning that I thought it would need, when I dropped it off for the standard package detailing at KPK Auto Detailing. I have owned the vehicle for 5 years and had finally gotten around to having it detailed. When I returned later in the day to pick up my vehicle, I was blown away by it's appearance! It looked better than I had expected...it looked like a brand new vehicle!!! The detailer, Ken had done an exceptionally good job of detailing both the outside and inside of my vehicle. I was especially impressed with Ken's work on cleaning the fabric upholstery. The seats had been completely cleaned of years of use and even last year's food stains on the front passenger seat, yet the seats were totally dry. The process of booking an appointment was simple. The responsiveness of the staff by phone, text, and online was exceptional. My experience working with KPK Auto Detailing was a pleasure. Top Notch lives up to their name. I had my car fully wrapped in XPEL Stealth PPF, XPEL Fusion ceramic coating, and the windows tinted with XPEL Prime. My jaw dropped when I went to pick up my car. I’m a car enthusiast and I’ve had cars shipped to detailers hours away for this type of work. The work Jarred and his team do is on par with the best detail shops that I’ve seen on the east coast. The type of detailing that Top Notch does is a craft that needs to be mastered for years and years. The staff, the shop, and the products (XPEL) are all on the top level, gold standard. I’m so glad that there is a place like this in Rhode Island and there literally isn’t another shop in the state that can do work to this level. I’m legit never going to another shop now that I found Top Notch. Jarred is the owner/operator and he’s a super cool guy, the results he achieved for my car was amazing. The shop itself is impressive and immaculate. If you’re into cars, detailing, or just want to have your car look literally the best it ever could, go here. Was looking forward to getting my car wash with this business based off of the 5 stars reviews. I made an appointment and showed up to meet someone who said he couldn’t wash my car because he had locked himself out of the garage. I mentioned to him that I would’ve appreciated a phone call/heads up rather than making a blank trip. I asked if I could come back later, he said he would call to confirm my appointment. I didn’t receive a call. I understand things happen, but communicating with customers is absolutely necessary. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this business.

I recently picked up a 2001 PT Cruiser. One prior owner, a few small battle scars, but not too bad for its age. I brought it to Medeiros for a thorough exterior detailing. One of the worst car washes I have been to. Expensive and I am sitting in my car now thinking I should go get my car washed. I left there and I was just blown away by how dirty my car is after having paid and tipped to have it done. Also, they were bought by someone else and it’s going to be a freeway car wash. They were showing their prices for when they changed to the freeway car wash and in my opinion they are outrageous. I won’t be back.

I will never go back to this car wash. It cost $61.00 for my Subaru Forester inside and out. After it was done there was a leaf in my trunk and my windshield and side mirrors were streaked and the inside of the doors were still dirty. They are awful!!! Do not waste your money!

Exceptional car detailing *beyond exceptional* literally the best ever! From first contact through expectations, scheduling (and a necessary rescheduling -sorry!) through instructions for drop off, pick up… the e communication was exceptional and Justin went above and beyond to detail my vehicle to LIKE NEW CONDITION! I was shocked! Literally no evidence that kids were a golden retriever had been in that car on vacation a week before… not a grain of sand to be found. The exterior looks better than ever, honestly! After his phenomenal job, cleaning, stained seats and carpets out of a sand colored vehicle interior I’ve had him come back and do several others never had a car cleaner get rugs restored like he did works hard not fast. Alex did an amazing job on our new car. I wanted to have it ceramic coated as soon as possible after taking delivery of it to keep the cost down due paint correction and polishing. I spoke with a few shops around the area and found them overpriced due to them wanting to do a full polish and paint correction on a brand new car with less than 100 miles on it. Alex was great at explaining the whole process he was going to do to the car and explained that no paint correction was needed but he will perform a light polish to make sure there were no micro scratches on the paint. He was very helpful throughout the process, kept us updated with how things were going and we had our car back in 24 hrs. Car looks amazing (as you can see on pictures) and may I say better than when we picked it up at the dealership. I cannot recommend Alex enough, he is great at his job, communicates clearly and fast, and provides competitive prices.

Over the past couple of months, I've had Jeff detail both of my cars. With a mild paint correction, he was able to flatten out my ugly attempts at touching up rock chips and bring the paint to a level better than it rolled out of the factory with. He also managed to get a tremendous amount of dog hair and smell out of grey/tan seats that were used for transporting dogs for years. Jeff even polished and clear-coated foggy headlights for a minimal additional charge. He worked around my schedule, communicated promptly and professionally and did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Jeff and will definitely recommend anyone in the area needing their car detailed come to him.

This car wash has gone down hill since the manager Walter moved to another location. I’m disappointed. Also I recently discovered that my unlimited plan over a period of 3 months has skyrocketed from 69.89 to 107.85 a month. I have been on family plan since they opened for years now. Due to the machinery being broken/half working, the decline in cleanliness and serviceability and the unexpected unannounced raise in cost I will be canceling my plan and go back to washing my own vehicles. It is not worth it for me if I have to go through the wash multiple times at once for a clean vehicle and have to pay such a huge price. Update: they started to repair the broken items at the car wash and they contacted me after seeing this review reimbursing me the overage charges. They explained there was a system error or something. Raising it from 2 stars to 3 for time being for the effort they have made to make things right. We shall see how this turns out after another few months. Hope they get back to 100%!!

Stay AWAY!!! This place is a rip-off. The bottom 8-10 inches of the car doesn't get cleaned. It does a lousy job of cleaning a car. You can join them but if you want to leave, GOOD LUCK!. I've sent them 7 emails and left several phone calls..........nothing but crickets. I will dispute the charge when they try to bill me next month. Freeway Car Wash is so much better
