I brought my Charger to Sunshine to add ceramic coating to help prolong the life of the finish and make cleaning simple. The different types of coatings can be overwhelming to understand but Ray took the time to explain the process to me and what my options were. We set an appointment several weeks out and I set about waiting. Naturally a few swirls and even a scratch appeared while waiting but when the day finally came, Ray assured me he would be able to take care of everything. I expected to be without my car for a week but to my surprise, he said it would be done in just two days. As promised, the car was done in two days and of course, it looked amazing. To the untrained eye it probably wouldn't have looked much different if he'd just washed and waxed it though since it's a brand new car. To me, it looked so much better! The paint was deeper and reflected clearer. The finish looked flawless from every angle: not a swirl in sight. He had also cleaned the interior, coated the glass, and the wheels (including barrels). If that was all he did I would have been thrilled but.... I then received an in-depth explanation of the steps that were taken, the products used, how to care for it, the additional services (both complimentary and paid) that would be done to maintain the coating, and was given additional product for wash and finish. In addition to quality work I received high quality service! Price was exactly as we agreed and was more than fair for the work performed. Final note about ceramic coating - this is not your father's carnauba wax. Water seems to be completely afraid of the paint and it runs off in sheets. Brought our car, that we had parked for over a year, to Paiva Auto Detailing for interior cleaning. While parked someone threw a rock through the rear windows. Water and mold filled the interior. It was a mess and the smell was terrible. When we picked the vehicle up the interior was like new. We are already planning to take my wife's car to have a complete interior exterior done.

We have 4 kids and two dogs. So the interior of our cars takes a beating. Derek who owns the company is the person you talk to on the phone and comes out directly to you to provide his auto detailing service. He got every mystery stain and and crusty patch off our leather seats and had them looking shiny and spotless. He got every crumb and piece of dirt off the floor and not a single dog hair to be found. The exterior looked better than the day we bought it. Every piece of road tar was removed from behind the wheel wells. If you've ever washed your own car you know how hard it is to get that off. The rims are gleaming like they were brand new. You can't beat the prices or service. This is the second time we've used Derek and we will be using him again. The convenience of having him come to us and working around our busy schedules was the best. Appreciate his attention to detail. Bought my dad a gift card we were so impressed with his work, great gift since my dad is impossible to buy for.

Top Notch lives up to their name. I had my car fully wrapped in XPEL Stealth PPF, XPEL Fusion ceramic coating, and the windows tinted with XPEL Prime. My jaw dropped when I went to pick up my car. I’m a car enthusiast and I’ve had cars shipped to detailers hours away for this type of work. The work Jarred and his team do is on par with the best detail shops that I’ve seen on the east coast. The type of detailing that Top Notch does is a craft that needs to be mastered for years and years. The staff, the shop, and the products (XPEL) are all on the top level, gold standard. I’m so glad that there is a place like this in Rhode Island and there literally isn’t another shop in the state that can do work to this level. I’m legit never going to another shop now that I found Top Notch. Jarred is the owner/operator and he’s a super cool guy, the results he achieved for my car was amazing. Beware when bringing your car here. I’ve been a member for two years and have never experienced any problems. I was in the tunnel, and as soon as my car was drying, the gate didn’t open for my car to exit. I honked for so long to alert the staff- however, the car behind me hit me and forced my car out, and the gate scraped the windshield, roof, and trunk. The staff said they didn’t know why the gate didn’t open. I filed a police report and will not be returning ever again.

Great people. Car comes out nice and shiny but with my civic sport 2018 the equipment fails the get the front and back of the car. Its probably because i have a spoiler and they had to disable some of the equipment. If so then 5 stars. I prefer that then getting my spoiler ripped off.

I brought my Porsche Panamera here for the first time today and…WOW!!! It was like having a brand new car:) The outside was sparkling clean and the inside was immaculate. I have a Siberian cat Who travels with me and they were able to get all of the cat hair out. The car has gold rims that are very difficult to remove the break dust from, and they were spotless. Highly recommend these guys!

This car wash has gone down hill since the manager Walter moved to another location. I’m disappointed. Also I recently discovered that my unlimited plan over a period of 3 months has skyrocketed from 69.89 to 107.85 a month. I have been on family plan since they opened for years now. Due to the machinery being broken/half working, the decline in cleanliness and serviceability and the unexpected unannounced raise in cost I will be canceling my plan and go back to washing my own vehicles. It is not worth it for me if I have to go through the wash multiple times at once for a clean vehicle and have to pay such a huge price. Update: they started to repair the broken items at the car wash and they contacted me after seeing this review reimbursing me the overage charges. They explained there was a system error or something. Raising it from 2 stars to 3 for time being for the effort they have made to make things right. We shall see how this turns out after another few months. Hope they get back to 100%!!

I’ve tried to give this place multiple opportunities, but each time leads to disappointment. The cashiers and even the managers are not properly trained, verbally acknowledging their deficiency at operating the register and different CC transactions. As a result I’ve had to take my business elsewhere. 2 stars because most of the employees encountered have manners. Please train your employees better Scrub-a-dub!!!

My go to place for detailing. I had my car detailed two weeks ago. Honestly, it was in pretty bad shape. When I left, it was spotless. All the employees are great, both in detailing and in convenience store.

One of the worst car washes I have been to. Expensive and I am sitting in my car now thinking I should go get my car washed. I left there and I was just blown away by how dirty my car is after having paid and tipped to have it done. Also, they were bought by someone else and it’s going to be a freeway car wash. They were showing their prices for when they changed to the freeway car wash and in my opinion they are outrageous. I won’t be back.

Was looking forward to getting my car wash with this business based off of the 5 stars reviews. I made an appointment and showed up to meet someone who said he couldn’t wash my car because he had locked himself out of the garage. I mentioned to him that I would’ve appreciated a phone call/heads up rather than making a blank trip. I asked if I could come back later, he said he would call to confirm my appointment. I didn’t receive a call. I understand things happen, but communicating with customers is absolutely necessary. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this business.

Great job, nice polite young man showed up on time has great prices did what I asked of him. After his phenomenal job, cleaning, stained seats and carpets out of a sand colored vehicle interior I’ve had him come back and do several others never had a car cleaner get rugs restored like he did works hard not fast. Doesn’t sacrifice quality for Speed. great start for a new business gonna do Very well moving forward. Will recommend and have recommended to anyone trustworthy polite and hard-working. A week ago I contacted Rich the owner of Touch of Glass to get the windows on my 4runner tinted. Rich was very professional and honest. I took my car back to get the windows darker and once again they did a great job. The service was top class, all the guys are respectful and hard workers. It was definitely not like other places where the guys are joking around and not working. Again nothing but class, they were also friendly.
