I took a great running but terribly dirty 2002 Z3 BMW to get the top tier Black Label Detailing done to it. The results were unbelievable and exceeded my wildest expectations as everything with this vehicle from the wheels, intricate rims, exterior finish and interior seats, floor, carpet, mats, dash, console and windows is now pristine. Literally 99% of all exterior surface scratches no longer exist. The car was so clean I almost didn’t want to drive it because I didn’t want to get it dirty but I did this afternoon and countless people at wawa and cross keys area told me how beautiful the car was. This 2002 BMW looks brand new! It was the best $600 I ever spent and I was so blown away that I’m taking my beat up 2004 Toyota Corolla to them today (whose exterior paint is peeling everywhere) just to get my entire interior cleaned. I didn’t even know Black Label Detailing existed but being a frequent wawa visitor I saw the place and saw a constant flow of vehicles there and the rest is now history and I couldn’t be any happier!!! The owner and his assistant who worked on my car were both pleasant and professional and informative. Payment was flexible and easy done over the phone. You won’t find a better Detailing Shop than Black Label. How do I know that? Because my BMW is spotless / pristine inside out and you can’t top perfection!!! Proof is in the pudding as a picture is worth a 1000 words. I will definetly be a repeat Black Label customer. Thanks for the amazing spectacular work!!!

Ray's Detailing came through with short notice. I and my wife needed the car detailed the same day and called him hoping that he could show up. He arrived in about an out. So normally I try not to complain but this was very disappointing because I saw all this once I left…I felt like the crew was rushing my back windows have towel marks on them. None of my doors were cleaned, my screen wasn’t wiped and none of my seats were wiped it was just really disappointing because I really wanted to support a small business especially when I got the most expensive package and tip on top of that

Brian S. and his team of Brian's worked on my 2018 Audi TTRS in Jan. 2022 and it is still looking great. They have done maintenance on my car every year to make it look top notch and keep coating in good shape and at present time the car has 89k miles. It is very cool to see my car on their website homepage, what an honor! They have helped me deal with some headlight issues with PPF and have shown me some hard water spots in hatchback jam area which we will take care of in the future. They have also helped my interior leather by cleaning it and adding protection. Great company and willing go above and beyond to protect my car and make it look the great! Top notch company! I initially was going to leave no review but after discovering scraps of old tint in the backseat I feel like I have to. I brought my vehicle in on a Monday morning after making an appointment with an understanding that it would be done by end of day. At end of day, I received a phone call saying that my old tint was coming off in pieces and further time was needed. No big deal, they just said to come in around noon the next day. On Tuesday I came in around noon as requested only to discover that it was still a work in progress and that it would more than likely be finished at the end of the day or the next morning at the latest. Further communication before I took an uber in with the anticipation of picking the car up would have been appreciated as I now was without a car for 2 days. The owner was gracious enough to drive me back. I got a call back Wednesday morning saying that it was complete. When I went to pick up the vehicle, my initial quote of $275 was now $450. I can understand some increase due to the extra work but nearly doubling the initial quote is over the top and the new price was not communicated until it came time to pay. On top of that, leftover old tint was left all over the back seat area including in the seat belt jams and headrests. Some sort of yellow-ish adhesive was found over the door panels (on the leather and wood) and in door jams. There were also chemical/water streaks on the inside of the front windshield which hadn’t been cleaned as well as streaks/prints as if the windows hadn’t been wiped down inside after install. Overall the job felt rushed despite taking longer and unprofessional in areas and the communication regarding pricing/timing was lacking. Leaving 2 stars instead of 1 only because the gentlemen working on the detailing side were accommodating.

I'm pretty OCD when it comes to detailing my own cars (5 cars in the "family fleet"), but my job has been so busy that I haven't had a chance to do more than wash this X5 a couple times since getting it at the beginning of the year. I recently visited Luxe Car Wash in Wyomissing, PA, after noticing their facility while driving through the area, decided I'd give it a try. The modern appearance and the availability of included self-service vacuums—something I always look for in a car wash—sealed the deal. The car wash wasn’t overly crowded during my visit, but there was a steady flow of cars, which gave a positive impression of its popularity. At the payment kiosk, I was pleasantly surprised by a discounted wash offer when signing up for text alerts—what a win! The process was quick and seamless, and I was soon gliding through the colorful tunnel of lights and waterworks. The automated wash process was efficient and enjoyable, featuring a tunnel illuminated with lights and equipped with various cleaning mechanisms. After the forced air dryers, a unique arm with spinning microfiber cloths gently contacted the car's surface, effectively minimizing water spots and providing a polished finish. What stood out was the additional step after the forced air dryers—a spinning microfiber arm gently caressing the car’s body, significantly reducing water spots and leaving a polished finish from bumper to bumper. While I did need to towel-dry the side doors a bit, the availability of courtesy towels near the vacuums made it convenient. The vacuum system was impressive, with excellent suction power that cleaned thoroughly, paired with a precision air gun that tackled tight spaces with ease. However, I did encounter an issue-- my only downside was while inside the wash tunnel, my front license plate was mangled, which was a bit concerning. While PA typically only requires rear plates, this could be a potential issue for others. Although this may not affect many customers, I feel it's worth noting for those, especially those with front plates mounted. Overall, I had a positive experience at Luxe Car Wash, appreciating the modern facilities, efficient service, and thoughtful amenities. Due to the issue with my front license plate, is the reason I rated my experience 4 out of 5 stars.

After 6 years of pets, eating on the road, and minimal up keep my interior was in pretty rough shape. I was blown away with the results from this team. 31.00 for this. This has got to be the worst car wash ever. I gave this place one more try because I believe everyone deserves a second chance. Well sorry not going back there again. I should have taken a picture of the guys that were to be cleaning and wiping down the car while it was going down the belt. All they were doing was talking with each other and doing nothing. I just don’t understand what this world has come to where people stop having pride in what they do. Personally if I was their supervisor they would have done it over. Sorry never coming back.

2/26/2025 I signed up for membership my 1st time through my car was scratched on both sides of the door significantly. I filled out a claim with the manager and 5 days later after I had to call back. He informed me that the cameras were grainy and could not determine the damage came from the service and was not consistence with the equipment. Mister would not repair! After Mister responded and I called the 800 number, I was told up to 72 hours I would get some answers. Its now been over 7 days and and no reply! You have left me no choice since I work in sales at a local car dealership, I will make it a point to inform all my sales NOT TO GO TO MISTER CAR WASH due to damage to my SUV and no satisfaction from customer service!!!!!!!!

I go to Sunny all the time for Car washes and oil changes. Lately however their service has been not good. Just got Car washed today. Car looked like it was never washed. The guys drying the Car what a waste. They do not even dry your Car properly. Spot everywhere. I understand they cannot get to every spot but man they missed everything today. I still gave 4 stars because usually they are good. Maybe they were having an off day today. But… I took my car to another car was again to get it washed correctly. So … I paid for 2 Car Washes.🤨🤨. I think the Management should get better guys at the drying station at the end. They are not Good. Seemed liked they did not even Care. Still tipped them but…. they did not deserve one. Sorry Mr Owner for the complaint. You have a really nice place just wanted you to be aware.

Equipment failure and would not REFUND my money. Waste of time and Owners are incredibly dishonest and greedy. Go ELSEWHERE. ******Despite leaving multiple Facebook messages and PHONE messages, I received one call back from a nameless young male, who promised to reverse the credit card charges off of the event at Bay 3 on October 8th. No such refund ever occurred. Please do not act as if I never contacted you, you know the truth.

We have a 40' diesel motorhome, which we cannot take to our house since we live up narrow dead-end road on a mountain. So, it is stored in a place with no access to water or anything else. We returned from a 2.5 month trip to the SW where we could never wash our motorhome and it was exposed to endless blowing desert dust, etc. It was filthy. I found TJ online and called him, not knowing anything about him. He came out to where the motorhome is stored that very morning. He cleaned the exterior of the big motorhome to near new conduction - he was meticulous and careful - even to the point of using special polish on the aluminum wheels and a razor scraper on the windshield to get rid of all traces of squashed and dried bugs. His array of equipment was impressive. Great work at a fair price! Much more than that, it was a pleasure to speak with TJ and get to know him a bit. A fine, honest, hard-working family man. Alex's attention to detail is amazing. I brought him a vehicle covered in dog hair, and I got it back looking better than when I bought it. He is very thorough and very responsive. He is eager to help you pick the best option for you and truly makes the experience amazing. He works with my chaotic schedule as well, which is a lot to ask for, but he does it with a smile!
