The relief I felt, sitting down in this freshly-detailed car... I just don't have the right words to express how good it felt to have an interior so clean and fresh. I mean, before I booked an appointment, it was such a mess. The car had pet hair everywhere and a foul mystery odor from a past owner. I searched for hours to find a well-rated detailer who would answer their phone, email, anything. Steel City Auto Spa was the ONLY one who responded in a timely manner and with confidence that they were up to the task. Now I admit I'm a little beneath their usual lineup of sports cars and fancy trucks, but I figured if people trust them with their most expensive machines, then I can trust them with my boring $10k sedan. And let me tell you, these folks were PROS. They went DEEP on these seats and killed that odor for good. They handled old adhesive on the dash like it was nothing. And of course they left the carpets spotless. Everything's clean, and now I can finally feel good about being inside this car. Dave is kind, accomodating, punctual and upfront. What else can you ask for!? Many places flood you with packages and add on services, this gentleman along with this establishment is clear about their packages and turn around times. I have never detailed my car in 5 years of owning it, it was a mess, both inside and out, when I got my car back at the end of the day, it looked showroom new, I was apprehensive getting into the vehicle with my shoes, that's how clean it was. I have a 2018 Rav4 LE. I bought it used at 15k miles during the Pandemic, best vehicle decision I'll ever make. But the first two years I had it? I put it through a great deal. Another 15k miles through every weather condition you can imagine, two hours a day almost every day. Fully replaced a front windshield too, but that's another story. I kept good care of it, but it needed a lot of love. More than I can easily do, and I want this car to last long term, and beat out the Rust Death that was threatening my first car. So, part of that, getting it detailed, brought me here after getting quotes. Every conversation I had was pleasant, and made me feel both heard and part of the process. Not knowing much, that was a lot of explaining, which I appreciated greatly. The prices were competitive for what was asked, and the convenience really can't be beat! Went with a heavy hand, doing the standard detail work, plus clay bar, paint polish, and a ceramic coating with the wax on top. Something that'll buy me time to either maintain on my own, or figure out what plan I want to do long term. And I was absolutely impressed with the results. It looks better than the day I spun it out of the dealership with its as-new warranty! The attention to detail is superb. I will, as only to stress that this is an unpaid/unsolicited review, give a note to any potential customers that it is possible that you may see some tiny details missed - but these are so minute that you genuinely have to start manipulating pieces of the car's assembly to notice. Which, again, part of the package is convenience in both location and time. I imagine getting anything higher in quality would amount to the quotes I received for three times the price, and having to drop off my car for an entire business week. For what you get, in the time and price you pay for, you will have trouble beating anywhere else. So I can't help but recommend this place for any work you're looking for!

Filled out the inquiry form online, told them what I was looking for and asked for a basic quote. They got back to me within an hour or so, scheduled me in for the next day. I had them pick my car up from work and drop it off when they were done. Went with the 2-hour package but we ended up adding half an hour bc the interior needed it and I had the time to give being at work. I dealt with Jon. Professional and straightforward. He did a great job. A ton of pretty heavily matted dog hair was removed. A long time of neglected care was handled in 2.5 hours. I was very satisfied and will definitely use their services in the future.

Long review, but worth the read. I contacted a mobile detailer through Groupon, I let them know how bad my seats were and he told me there would be a $60 up charge. Upon arriving, he told me there was a $100 up charge, and to pay up front before his services.. which he also told me you pay after services on the phone. He was not at all reassuring in saying that my car would look better. He said he’d shampoo seats but likely wouldn’t be that much better, told me middle console was worn and would not be able to get it clean… the list goes on… TOO MANY RED FLAGS… thankfully we decided to not have him service my car. I then contacted Rob from Down 2 The Detail. He let me know he would have my car looking 100x better, and the photos of my seats didn’t scare him, he loves a challenge! FINALLY THE REASSURANCE I WAS LOOKING FOR! You want someone to be confident in the job they’re about to do! Rob got me in very quickly and did not disappoint. He was professional and timely. Not only do my seats look 100x better, but the middle console looks brand new. The windows were left down in the rain, hot chocolate was spilled, my bf works with concrete so just all around dirty at the end of his shift. My car needed brought back to life, and that’s exactly what Rob did. He also changed my break light for me, additional fee of course, but knows his stuff!! We had our 2024 Hyundai Tucson N line ceramic coated and front side windows tinted to match the rear windows. Car looks great, better than when we left the Hyundai dealer. The day we picked up the Tucson we dropped off my wife's Windvale Blue 2007 Mustang for paint correction, ceramic coating and all around window tint.(not the windshield). Unfortunately it was raining that day so we have no pictures from there.

The team at Pro Car Care did an exceptional job on my vehicle’s tint! For my first appointment, I scheduled two front windows and windshield tint. Unfortunately that day, the team found an imperfection with the windshield tint film and they were not able to install it the day of my appointment. However, Zach was sure to follow up and offer me an amazing deal for the inconvenience. The finished product is perfect. Also, as a person who works overnight shifts, it is wonderful that they have a key drop option. I was able to drop my vehicle off early in the AM before the shop opened, and it was ready for me as soon as I woke up that afternoon. Took in my 2020 hyundai tucson recently for an interior cleaning. Great job! Only suggestion to Terry is to run the car a good hour to charge before customer picks up. When I picked up my car. It would not start. Battery had drained. 2 days later we had to jump the battery. Had not built up enough. Still pleased withe interior though.

DO NOT GO HERE!! You are better off tinting your windows with sharpie. Horribly cut lines and many bubbles. I was told by the worker the bubble would work themselves out. I went back after some time once the bubbles never came out to get them fixed. The owner “Terry” was very rude and refused to fixed it since “the tinter no longer works for him.” He referred me to another shop and expected me to pay him $50 to fix his mistakes. Terry is a crook. There are many other tint shops in the area. The pictures are only few of the mistakes they made….

Favens Auto Detailing is amazing across the board! Fred is extremely nice and professional! My car looked a mess but he made it look brand new and now my family is planning on getting their cars detailed by Fred as well! 10/10 would recommend! Also he went out of his way to get a stubborn stain out of my car. I will definitely be coming back!!

Address on website isn’t the correct address. The outside of my car looks great, I feel that they missed some things on the interior and for the price that I paid it shouldn’t have. I don’t know if this was a rush job or what. The backseat of my car looks untouched from when I brought it in even though the seats were wet when I picked it up. I didn’t notice until I got home how much was missed. Nice guy, but I would probably take it elsewhere in the future.

…I heard of this car detailing by Word Of Mouth, and I’m sooo grateful I took their word, because this guy, Marcos, took my Cadillac to a whole new level of sexiness !! He made sure that sparkles were glowing every where, from the Outside & Inside.. I will always pass his name around because not everyone cares for the actual detail of your vehicle as he does.
