They did 100% better job at cleaning the interior of my truck than the dealership I got it from did! I recently bought a truck and even though it had the new car smell, and the floors looked like they'd been thoroughly cleaned and such, the seats themselves had stains and when I wiped the center console, I was grossed out to discover it was wicked filthy. A quick Google search from a friend of mine found these men and kept me from spending hundreds more at a different place! They were able to get me in the next day, and they definitely got every stain out of the seats and gave good quality care and treatment to my truck. I'll definitely be going back to these guys! Also also - they're reasonably priced and genuinely nice! Look them up, they're worth it!

Disappointing experience having my BMW detailed here. I brought my car in for a full interior and exterior detail. The exterior job was very sloppy and residue from the polishing/waxing was left on multiple spots on my car. Including a large streak on my hood. A few weeks later now and the product residue has hazed up & solidified on my paint. For the price they are charging the exterior should not have multiple misses. I will say they got me in on very short notice and provided good communication/customer service.

My experience was different. I've never had a car detailed and mine was filthy. I called and he got me in within a day. Answered all my calls. Mike told me not to worry about the stet of the car and the price quoted was 250$. Seemed very fair. When I called while they were doing the car, I asked what kind of payment they took. No response. When I got there, the price was nearly doubled. I hadn't brought that much cash since no one would tell me how to pay and tip. The car was clean. the material on the drivers side door was loose and shortly after the clean peeled off. The "EX" from the back of the car was in the trunk. Most troubling... the driver's side rear view mirror was black. My car is silver. Always been silver... Mike told me, with a straight face that "It was always black, how about that? They probably never bothered to get it painted." I was so angry I could not even speak. I've been so angry since I haven't written this review. I know the car was a mess BUT if you are going to break off a rear view mirror, fess up, don't charge more and paint the damned thing to match the car. Don't gaslight and lie. I will never recommend this guy or his shop.

I have a 2018 Rav4 LE. I bought it used at 15k miles during the Pandemic, best vehicle decision I'll ever make. But the first two years I had it? I put it through a great deal. Another 15k miles through every weather condition you can imagine, two hours a day almost every day. Fully replaced a front windshield too, but that's another story. I kept good care of it, but it needed a lot of love. More than I can easily do, and I want this car to last long term, and beat out the Rust Death that was threatening my first car. So, part of that, getting it detailed, brought me here after getting quotes. Every conversation I had was pleasant, and made me feel both heard and part of the process. Not knowing much, that was a lot of explaining, which I appreciated greatly. The prices were competitive for what was asked, and the convenience really can't be beat! Went with a heavy hand, doing the standard detail work, plus clay bar, paint polish, and a ceramic coating with the wax on top. Something that'll buy me time to either maintain on my own, or figure out what plan I want to do long term. And I was absolutely impressed with the results. It looks better than the day I spun it out of the dealership with its as-new warranty! The attention to detail is superb. I will, as only to stress that this is an unpaid/unsolicited review, give a note to any potential customers that it is possible that you may see some tiny details missed - but these are so minute that you genuinely have to start manipulating pieces of the car's assembly to notice. Which, again, part of the package is convenience in both location and time. I imagine getting anything higher in quality would amount to the quotes I received for three times the price, and having to drop off my car for an entire business week. For what you get, in the time and price you pay for, you will have trouble beating anywhere else. So I can't help but recommend this place for any work you're looking for!

Great experience! My car looks wonderful. Scheduling was just fine. We spoke on the phone, I entered in an appt request and he texted me the following day with scheduling which was fast. Dante did an absolutely fantastic job completing an exterior paint correction and ceramic coating to my 2008 BMW 335xi. He also steam cleaned the interior for me. Recently bought a 2021 Chevy Blazer and noticed a few swirls n smudge marks on the middle area of the hood. Hard to notice unless looking at the right angle but bothered me. If the door is locked, you can walk next door to the right to find an employee. This place is awesome. If you are a detailing nut, this place has all the goodies. Great brand selection (Koch Chemie, P&S, Gyeon, CarPro, etc). No filler product. Only the good stuff. If you are detailing novice, Chris clearly knows his stuff and can be extremely helpful. Let me tell you, let me tell you!! My boyfriend surprised me with a car detail for Christmas and my car looks and smells AMAZING! Steve chose the right name for his detailing business because they truly did pay "attention to detail" on the inside and outside of my car. I swear my heat is even blowing warmer since they detailed my car! When I came to pick it up, it was sitting outside and was nice and warm when I got in it. The guys even took a quick look at my tire that was flat and aired it up for me. I came into the shop to get spots on my car fixed. I spoke to Steve about the spots at a consultation. He told me that a paint correction & a ceramic coating will fix the problem. Steve told me that the problem would be taken care of & that the 3 deep scratches I have on my car could be touched up with a touch up paint pen that I was able to provide - which I did. Upon pick up, spots are still very visible, & the deep scratches were not covered with the touch up pen I provided. The guy at the front desk showed me that on their log book where they write jobs they are completing - next to my name says " coating + touch up" - Meaning they were aware of the touch up that those three deep scratches required. Chris said he was never notified of a paint touch up for the 3 deep scratches. Except its in their log book, & each time I called, I mentioned the touch up pen for the 3 deep scratches. Chris also lied about some discount HE applied, but when I came for a consultation, Steve quoted me the same price. Chris offered me to return my car in 30 days for him to fill in the deep scratches... The scratches that were suppose to have been taken care of initially. Who has multiple days to just leave their car? I will not be taken advantage of again at this location so that service was refused. **Im 100% sure I was taken advantage of because when speaking to Steve at the consultation, I told him I was a teacher & a job like this is expensive so id think about it - his response - "Do you work for Pittsburgh Public? The owners wife works in special ed for PP & she makes BANK so I happily SPEND ALL HER MONEY on her car"** They also quoted me 1500 & upon pick up they added on a 100$ "bucket" of maintenance junk that I never agreed to. Wouldn't recommend going here if you're a female trying to get your car fixed. Send your boyfriend/husbands -they won't scam them. If I was told that this job wasn't going to fix the spots all over my car, I would have NEVER TAKEN MY CAR IN

Long review, but worth the read. I contacted a mobile detailer through Groupon, I let them know how bad my seats were and he told me there would be a $60 up charge. Upon arriving, he told me there was a $100 up charge, and to pay up front before his services.. which he also told me you pay after services on the phone. He was not at all reassuring in saying that my car would look better. He said he’d shampoo seats but likely wouldn’t be that much better, told me middle console was worn and would not be able to get it clean… the list goes on… TOO MANY RED FLAGS… thankfully we decided to not have him service my car. I then contacted Rob from Down 2 The Detail. He let me know he would have my car looking 100x better, and the photos of my seats didn’t scare him, he loves a challenge! FINALLY THE REASSURANCE I WAS LOOKING FOR! You want someone to be confident in the job they’re about to do! Rob got me in very quickly and did not disappoint. He was professional and timely. Not only do my seats look 100x better, but the middle console looks brand new. The windows were left down in the rain, hot chocolate was spilled, my bf works with concrete so just all around dirty at the end of his shift. My car needed brought back to life, and that’s exactly what Rob did. He also changed my break light for me, additional fee of course, but knows his stuff!! If you’re looking for a professional and trustworthy guy to get your car looking like new again. He’s your guy. Thank you!

If you want an example of how to run a good business, this is it. Dante explained everything thoroughly, managed expectations, and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. I got paint correction and ceramic coating on my black 2023 330i xdrive. Its not easy to make a black car look practically new, but it does! The work looks fantastic, the pricing was fair, the service was friendly. Lulu the greeter was the cutest thing on 4 legs. Go get your whip clean and shiny!

Paid 410 dollars for a tint job. Each window had 20-30 dust particles under the film. The team claimed that is normal and to be expected and that if they re did the tint the outcome could be the same or even worse! Had to fight for my money back so I can go get the tint done elsewhere the right way. Would not recommend for tint at this current time.

They do such a great job! We’ve had two cars detailed (an older SUV that was gross and moldy & a one-year old wrangler that we’re trying to keep looking like new) and they treated both the same. We had our 2024 Hyundai Tucson N line ceramic coated and front side windows tinted to match the rear windows. Car looks great, better than when we left the Hyundai dealer. The day we picked up the Tucson we dropped off my wife's Windvale Blue 2007 Mustang for paint correction, ceramic coating and all around window tint.(not the windshield). Unfortunately it was raining that day so we have no pictures from there.

I’ve used Pittsburgh Pro Car Care for a couple of my vehicles and have been happy every time. So much so that I brought my last one in from Virginia for the team to work on. Zach’s eye for detail is unmatched and his staff like Rob and Arnie do incredible work. I’ve had my cars ceramic coated, paint protection filmed, and one of them window tinted - all top tier work. My Jeep was most recently done, but I have a BMW they did 3 years ago and it still is immaculate. After 3 years I’m happy to have that BMW coated and PPF’d; it’s saved me from rock chips and debris, and made cleaning the car so much easier!

DO NOT GO HERE!! You are better off tinting your windows with sharpie. Horribly cut lines and many bubbles. I was told by the worker the bubble would work themselves out. I went back after some time once the bubbles never came out to get them fixed. The owner “Terry” was very rude and refused to fixed it since “the tinter no longer works for him.” He referred me to another shop and expected me to pay him $50 to fix his mistakes. Terry is a crook. There are many other tint shops in the area. The pictures are only few of the mistakes they made….

We got a quote from Terry to detail out truck. It was $500.00. Thought it was a little high but his shop is convenient to our office so we had him do the work. When we had aour drive pick the truck up, the price went up to almost $ 900.00. The told him that it was dirtier that they expected so he paid them. They did a good job but to have a price increase like that and not to have called to get approval for the increased cost is very poor business practices. Will never use them again.
