Told them full detail but felt like they did a rushed job. Quickly wiped down the interior with shampoo. You know it's quick because if you wipe the interior yourself, you will see soap bubble residue. This means they literally wipe it down with soap and left it there to dry without wiping away the soap. The exterior was a quick hand wash/dry and hand spray on wax to keep shine on for a few hours. They did not properly wax the car where the shine should last a few months. Literally the next day, the exterior of car looks like it's never been waxed. They make you wait a full day for your car but will only spend 1 or 2hr max on your car. Very poor quality service. Owner responded to my review asking for my receipt. I will post my receipt tomorrow. EDIT: cannot find receipt but was able to find the business card the owner gave me. The receipt was just a piece of paper with handwritten notes on type of service, model of car, how much was paid and that it was paid in cash. Also I want to add that no clay bar treatment/polish/wax was done to exterior. Only spray on wax was applied to make it look shiny to show customer. It's not obvious when it's shown to you on the same day BUT the next day, you can see that nothing was done to the exterior. It's all a smokescreen.

They did such an amazing job with my car. They were able to remove years and years worth of stains on my fabric seats and I was so content. Recently had my 24 Cadillac CT5-V in for complete ceramic coating and paint protection /detail. All I can say is WOW!! My car looks AMAZING !! Literally better than showroom new. Complete rip-off. I am not picky at all, very easy going and understanding person. I also never leave reviews. Paid 75 plus tip for a car wash interior and exterior. They didn’t touch the trunk or glove compartment at all. The exterior had very obvious smudges (I’m not even sure if it went through a wash). Upon pick up, I pointed these out to the person that serviced the vehicle (though hesitant because that’s not my nature), and he did a walk around, wiping spots here and there that he noticed. Looks like all they did was vacuum the inside (aside from the trunk which was untouched). Definitely disappointed and a waste of money. Very unfortunate—actually, just wrong and unfair. Better off doing it yourself, I certainly won’t be back.

Used to love this car wash but the quality is going down. 1. I seen one of the guy who was washing my car dropped the wash mitt and instead of rinsing it off.. they used it to keep washing my car. 2. A microfiber towel that was dropped on the street and I seen people drive walk by stepped on the towel. So I figured the towel would be thrown away. This Mexican dude picked it up and clean the interior of another customers car with it. So yeah when I say the quality of this place gone down it’s down. Never going here again.

Great service!! I really appreciate how efficient, detailed and friendly the staff are. I keep my car in great condition, so I feel good knowing I’m not causing the staff too much work. Even so, they really take their time to make sure my car looks showroom ready. I tend to stop in for service just after they open, so I never have to wait and there are always multiple guys working on my car. Everyone is so kind and they work beautifully as a team. I can see that they take great pride in their work. The detail shop & indoor waiting area are clean, neat and welcoming. I have always come here to get my oil changed, today everything was rushed. I just left the place, I don’t even think my oil was changed. I texted my husband at 7:52 while the person came to tell me the price of oil, 8:56 my car was outside waiting because they finished changing the oil, and they claimed to top off all fluids. All of that was done in 4 minutes. The trash that’s in my car, it’s after being vacuuming twice, I wash my car better than this. I should’ve done my own oil change and was my car myself. I spent 80 bucks for mediocre service. I will not come back, if you need better service, I suggest you go elsewhere.

Be careful getting your oil change done here. I went yesterday and the maintenance worker told me that I needed back brakes and that they will charge me $140 to do them and $80 if I purchased my own brakes. Luckily I thought the cost was too high and took my car to another shop just to find out that not only did I not need brakes, my brake pads wouldn’t need to be replaced for years. The guy at this shop lied and it cost me $60 at another place all because of a lie!

First of all Chino was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about his craft which put me at ease when making the decision to trust him with my car's specific detailing needs. I had significant white overspray on all the previously black trim on my car including on the wheel wells, mud flaps and air dams after having it repainted. Long story a bit shorter Chino's work, which also included a wax, interior detailing and headlight casing buffering was AMAZING and well beyond my expectations!!! I work in the city and mostly park in this garage. I left my car at the detail shop located in this garage and picked up at the end of my day. 2. Great job! I’ve scratched the side of the car with a tree branch and scheduled for the paint restoration service. They’ve removed all swirls and even took care of the huge scratches that were on the car (Photos of before and after attached) . Took about a day and a half to complete but was well worth the wait. Can’t stop staring at the paint! Such a great job, well worth the money.

Poor customer service and poor quality of work. I paid $300 for a detail only to find areas of my car that wasn’t touched. They sped through the detail just to make a quick buck in my opinion. When I asked about the untouched areas, the employee pointed the finger at each other. It was a good detail shop years ago, now they got new employees with poor work effort. Don’t waste your money

Felton did an amazing job. I had scheduled them at my home but unfortunately couldn’t use my hose as it wasn’t long enough to extend to my car. His shop was nearby so dropped off my car at his shop, and Felton dropped me off back at my home and when my car was ready, he came to pick me up. Friendly and courteous throughtout. Originally bought a living social deal in the winter, and it was postponed due to in climate weather. Finally after months of calls, they told me they were under new management and were planning on touching base with all their current customers. Harry called me, and we quickly arranged for mobile dealing service (right in the city). After a few confirmation calls, they were here at my house. Alex and team were professional and went right to work. 3 hours later, my car looked brand new! Did a great job of eliminating all traces of 2014's Snowpocalypse. Will be telling friends in the area about the great job. Giving a 4/5 solely based on the prior headache of scheduling, not on their workmanship. Keep it up!

I did the premium service because there was a discount offered at my office building. They were accommodating in that they ask for your car to be available between 9 am and 4:30 pm, and I don't arrive at work until 9:30 am, so I emailed to have my start time not be before 9:45 am, which they approved. I left my car keys in the car, as that was one option in their instructions and we're in a safe area. They did a great job cleaning the exterior and interior of my car, however they left new stains on my driver side, cloth car seat. And when I went out to leave for the day my car wouldn't start (it first flashed all the lights on my dash, then told me that it couldn't detect my car key, then stopped even turning the lights on when I pressed the ignition button). I had to get it jumped by a co-worker. I've never had issues with my car starting before and its my first newer car and I have been following all the maintenance schedules recommended by the dealer. I am assuming that they left one of the doors ajar and it died by the time I left. I suppose that the battery dying could have been a coincidence, but because of these things, I don't plan to use their services again. I wish they would have texted or emailed when they started the service and ended the service and maybe the battery wouldn't have died. Or I should have chosen the option where they have to call me to unlock the car for them to force them into telling me at least when they arrive to start the process.

WashLB comes to my office building every few weeks and washes my car and periodically vacuums & details it. The employees are courteous, considerate, & friendly. They use as little water as possible and do not create a mess in the parking lot. They do a thorough job of cleaning.

Outstanding service. My car has never looked this good since it rolled off the lot 14 and a half years ago. Richard was very helpful, extremely skilled, and an artist at his craft. He worked around my schedule and was very efficient, and got my car back to me after just a few hours of work. He also went out of the way to drive 20 minutes each way to drop me off and pick me up so that I wouldn't have to pay for a ride over. All in all, I am absolutely amazed at how spectacular my experience was, and I know that I will certainly be a friend and customer for a very long time to come. I decided to get my car washed and interior shampoo at this spot based on he positive reviews here. I'm not sure if it was my bad time, I was not satisfied. Spent 100$ but felt like the attention to detail was lacking by the person who cleaned. - All the glass and Dashboard were left with water wipe Smudges. - Seat over all cleaned but corners ignored. - wheels cleaned partially only. Overall interior and exterior was cleaned. basic service. Need to improve on the fixing the details to be a professional Detailer PS: (-1 Star) The Pics are after getting back the Car from Service. Funny that the owner doesn't understand the difference between Mud and Rust on the wheels. This is a 2015 car not a old car to get all rusted and oxidized. I cleaned up the residue mud once I got the car. If the owner itself cant believe and feels that these photos looks to be before the service, u can understand the feeling a customer will be going through on seeing the car in this state after the service. If you can't do properly a simple wash and clean, I don't expect you'll do a better job on doing a Full detail.

Had a bad experience with the owner. When they cleaned the inside of the car, they broke off the windshield mirror and a knob from the radio. Not sure what happened, but the mirror came of with a piece of windshield glass still attached to it, and the knob broke deep inside so that it cannot be repaired. The owner had attitude towards my daughter who picked it up, and they tried to conceal the damage with a couple of drops of super glue that came off by the time my daughter drove the mile to our driveway. I called them with no response first, and when I reached him he was angry, denied everything, raised his voice - in short: all around unprofessional. This was a 10 year old car and I will have to pay for the damage to be repaired. Imagine you have a nice car and this happens to you... I would not go near that place.

I was extremely impressed with the detail from Mike and Devin. My car had gone through thick and thin driving to Florida and back along with beach trips. A few weeks ago, my wife’s car was sprayed with a massive amount of driveway resurfacer. It was nearly impossible to remove and took me several days to get the majority of it off, but it left stains in the paint and on the glass EVERYWHERE. Local body shop recommended Auto Appearance and they did an incredible job. Frankly, having spent 3 days working to get it out on my own, my hopes were very low, but the guys got everything out. The owner took prob 30min with me trying out different solvents so that he could get an accurate estimate and set accurate expectations. When I went to pick it up, the guys that worked on it were definitely proud of the results and all the hard work they put to get the car looking like new. They walked me around the car and told me what they did and what worked how much care they took with the car. This place is great and I’m taking my other cars back after summer. I did not watch them clean my car, but I am certain there were Q-tips involved. My car was immaculate. When I walked up to see the finished product, one of them was trying their damndest to get tar off my fender! And he did. They were very easy going and professional. 10/10 will definitely have them wash my car again. Price is worth it for level of service and convenience.

I was able to make a same day appt with David for an interior detailing of my car. Where do I even begin with Bespoke Auto, I wasn't expecting much at this shop around Kensington. But Simon surprised me and he did an outstanding job with the paint correction and wash/detailing to my Lexus RX300. I couldn't be happier with the results. My car is over 20 years old and the paint was worn down especially by years if wear and tear. Simon talked about realistic expectations and we worked together on what needed to be done. Was referred here by a friend. Wanted to get my car prepped for a car show. Bespoke did a great job cleaning. Headlights looks like it is brand new now. Loved how my car looked when I picked it up. Will be coming back here again in the future for any events or just to clean my car.
