I am completely impressed by the detail job performed by Chelsea at Attention to Details. I just got a new car that needed a DEEP clean ASAP. Had an amazing experience here! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone! I spoke to the owner Haj about tinting my windows and he was able to accommodate me and fit me within just a couple days despite how busy they are. Hector and his crew really took their time and were super thorough! My exterior was like looking at a mirror! Even with its cosmetic flaws due to age and wear and tear it looks superb! Do not use this business for detailing. I scheduled my appt online and paid then over an hour later was contacted via text not even a phone call that my appt had been cancelled because they had too may appts that day. But I was able to schedule online so if the slot was taken why was i able to schedule? They stated I was issued a refund and we could reschedule for the next day at 3 pm. The next day comes at no one shows at the schedule time and this time no one contacts me. I went to the business address and no one by the name of Hector lives there. Also it has been over 3 weeks and I still have not gotten my money back. Hector had blocked me from receiving messages. I put the business on the BBB my next step it to file with the court.

I called Dino to inquire about ceramic coating and an interior detail for my 2023 F250. He did not try and over sell me and gave me a reasonable quote for both. The work they completed on my truck was absolutely outstanding as the pictures show. To top it off, the completed work was actually a little less than Dino quoted. That is extremely rare these days. I will definitely be returning to Dino’s when I’m in need for detailing and future ceramic coating.

I could not be happier with the way my car turned out and the customer service I received. From the moment I called in Paul the owner was so professional, personable and helpful. He was honest and upfront about everything and I felt confident he would get my car to where I wanted it. Last year I drove over wet white street paint and had white paint all over the bottom on my car and up the sides. Paul assured me he would do what he could to get it off and wow!! did he deliver. My car looks brand new. I also had an awful mango smoothie stain on my backseat due to my sons spillage. It is completely gone. My car has never looked better. I had a full detailing done of the interior and exterior. Worth every penny and Paul was so fair with pricing and upfront about everything. I am a woman and I feel very happy with the way I was treated. A few days after my detail Paul called me to apologize (he found my grandmother's prayer at the shop- silly me, didn't even notice) it must have gotten overlooked when they were putting things back in the car. He mailed it to me and the fact that he took that effort to reach out to me, own it and make it right says everything about his character. Great owner and great work. Job well done!! BEWARE! These people are scammers! I had went to trade my car that I OWNED that I had only payed $4500 on GOOD car minimal problems for one of their cars and it was the biggest mistake I ever made! It was a LEMON as people call it, when I went to give them their car back and asked that they give me MY car back they had me pay over $12,000 and my cars radio no longer worked, the sunroof no longer worked, as well as a bunch of other things they claimed it was wear and tear so I took it to another shop to have it repaired and was told that was not wear and tear THEY messed up a bunch of things on the car purposely! Fast forward to only having $1800 to pay they added an extra $600! Claiming I owe $2300 for a car that won’t even move! They don’t even have a mechanic to fix it but threatening to take me to court for refusing to pay the rest! She called being rude and unprofessional as well as CURSING!!! If you know what is good for you DONT EVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

STAY FAR FAR away from these people they are over priced and the cars are beyond horrible worse dealer in Lancaster pa. Purchased my mercedes last year car was fine for about a week then the radiator blew couldn't drive for months took it to them to fix payed close to $700 for the repair for it to start leaking transmission fluid from the radiator line hose I kept getting stuck In the middle of the road with my newborn son and wife then the serpentine belt broke a month after getting that fixed and car started over heating got stuck in the middle of the road at 9pm at night with my wife and son then a couple weeks later I started having transmission issues I couldn't drive for months literally my transmission conductor plate was bad like I didn't even have the car for a year yet THEY SELL MESSED UP CARS owner said he will fix it but I gotta pay like what thats how they get people so you can pay them to fix it so they can get more money ester is very very unprofessional and rude should not be working there I would never buy a car from there again they ARE SCAMMER'S

I took my truck to Trevor for a light interior clean up, an exterior detail, paint correction and ceramic coating. Trevor killed at performing all of what I just listed. When I picked my truck up from him, it looked like an entirely new truck almost. Trevor’s communication is excellent also. He’s very easy to schedule with and he also gives you progress updates and pictures to keep you in the loop. We were satisfied with our exterior cleaning, but the crew cleaning the interior of our car was lacking in effort and not thorough! We still have dog hair on the back of our seats and the passenger seat looked like it was untouched. They need to do better!

I went to the one on manheim pike and i am Beyony disappointed and upset with this wash, so many scratches my paint and finish are absolutely ruined. and btw it leaves to many water marks and streaks, terrible wash beyond just the scratches GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, DONT WASTE MONEY

I had a terrible experience at this car wash. On Thursday, they broke a piece off my car and initially tried to claim that the car came in like that. I knew that wasn't the case because the missing piece was a cover with a sensor behind it, and the sensor only started ringing after I left the car wash. When I confronted them, they claimed they couldn't find the broken piece. I asked to see the security footage, but they said the cameras weren't working and that they had to wait for Google to send it to them. This excuse was clearly a stalling tactic. By Sunday, they miraculously "found" the piece and attempted to fix it with super glue. When I returned on Tuesday, the glue was still wet, and they blatantly denied having used it, despite clear evidence to the contrary. They tried to blame it on me . However, the glue was still sticky when I touched it. I pointed out that if I had used super glue, it wouldn't still be wet six days later. Eventually, they ordered the proper piece and just got it fixed, but this only happened after all the arguments and my insistence on getting the issue resolved. This place is incredibly dishonest and unprofessional. They tried to lie at every step of the process and provided shoddy repairs before reluctantly doing the right thing. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Do not use this wash first time I went I came out with a few scuff marks on the paint and I talked to them and they took no accountability and they were not terrible so I let it go. then most recently I went and the wash took off the clear coat of my paint and again all the manger said was hed look into it and they do so many cars and they all go through fine so it could not have been their wash… it was not there when I went in

Applied this to my brand new 2020 4Runner with the hope it would provide protection and easy bug removal. We just went through love bug season and I swear the love bugs were more difficult to remove than without. Not impressed at all. Waste of money. The company offered to refund however requires me to ship it back. The cost to ship it back is near the cost I paid for it. Not worth it! Buyer beware...

We visited the car wash this past weekend and used the manual stall. We travel back and forth between MD & PA and we have utilized many different manual car washes, with that being said. So here’s the good: the car wash was very well maintained and we liked how the car wash and the vacuums had card readers. That’s very convenient! The customer service of the individual I spoke with after the fact was also top notch. They got back to me quickly and were courteous and professional. However, we will not be visiting this car wash again as between the car wash and the vacuum, it cost us about almost $40 and we have never even come close to that amount washing our car. The person I spoke to said each card swipe is good for 13 minutes and so apparently we were there for 39 minutes? They said they checked the footage to verify, but I really don’t think it took us that long and even if it did - $40 to wash a car is insane.

I paid $11 for the Deluxe Car Wash. While washing, I thought I saw dirt particles in the water running down the windshield, but I thought I must be imagining. When I got home, the back of the car was nearly as dirty as before the wash. I scrubbed it by hand. The dirt was part of a dirty film on the car. I don't believe the water recycling filters are adequately maintained. I won't be back.

I visited your car wash today and opted for the Exterior Wash & Interior Detail package, for which I paid $49 ($60 with tip). Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations set by the services promised, especially considering the price. Regarding the exterior wash, while the overall shine was satisfactory, I was disappointed to find that bird droppings and other debris remained on the car after the wash. Additionally, upon inspecting the interior, I noticed that my seats were not vacuumed, which was particularly frustrating given that interior detailing is a core part of the package I selected. I also want to share that before visiting your business, I came across some negative reviews online. Despite this, I decided to give your business a chance, as I value supporting local services. Sadly, my experience today aligned with some of those reviews. I typically wash my car by hand at Sundance Car Wash, but I chose to try Divine to save time and support your business. After this experience, I regret to say I will not be returning. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I believe customer feedback is crucial for improvement. I had an excellent experience with horsepower. I am out of state and John agreed to go to the Mecum auction and look over 3 or 4 cars that I was interested in. After his onsite inspection we bid on two and bought one. The car was in great shape but we first took it to horsepower for a drive and closer inspection. John and the team identified 8 or 10 small items and were able to fit in the shop time to address it and in a couple of weeks the car was out the door and headed to me. Just great service and communication all around. The best buying experience I have had. I look forward to the auction next year.

Several years ago I bought my dream car: a 1941 Packard One-Twenty. She is a beauty but, as I quickly learned when I attempted to drive her home, she didn’t like driving more than 10 miles and would lose power and shut down. I took her to a few mechanics but they couldn’t figure out what the issue was. I was resigned to taking her on local drives around my neighborhood until someone suggested that I call Horsepower. The office staff and mechanics were a pleasure to work with. Their experiences and knowledgeable staff diagnosed and fixed the issue which had stumped other repair shops and then extensively tested the car to ensure that it ran smoothly for me all for a price that didn’t break the bank! I am thrilled to be able to take my dream car on local and longer distance drives with confidence knowing that she has been professionally gone over and tested. Even though Horsepower isn’t close to my home I am happy to make the drive and it is now the only shop where I take my Packard!

I used the touchless drive thru car wash. I paid for the premium wash. As soon as I parked by the vaccum, I could tell my car was STILL DIRTY. When I ran my hand across I noticed black dirt still on my hands. I wash my car regularly so I know it shouldn’t be this dirty after a wash. (See photos/video) Also, the yellow vacuum towards the exit ATE MY QUARTERS and didn’t turn on. Luckily, there was a nice employee who helped me. He told me that the older yellow VACUUMS have been burglarized and have NOT been WORKING properly. Don’t recommend using the drive thru wash here unless you want to waste money. Doing it by hand is better and could be cheaper.

Took my jeep through the automatic and because my vehicle had radiator fluid all over it, it did not get it all off. The man in charge gave me a token to go through the manual are so we could use the brush and soap to get it clean.

I been using the touchless was for a couple years and it use to do a good job, but since July it’s different, it sucks I told the guy there about it right after I washed it and showed him the windshield were you could see the dirt still on it. He said they did have problems computerizing settings it should be better now,that was last month, it’s gotten worse, today was the last time I’m going back there, the hood and roof still dirty after pulling out from bay, sometimes I go twice a week at 16.00 dollars ,no more

I called them and the lady that picked up the phone said they could take me at 4:30pm and I told her I had an appointment in Lancaster wonder if they could take me before that, that would be a plus. She said she can’t promised but she’ll check. A few minutes later she called and said if I can come in before 2pm they will quickly do it. And 💥my car was ready to go before 2pm. This team makes some pretty amazing car products. I have a car detail bucket, and it is a sweet kit. Has everything you need to detail your car, including the sink (bucket with a grill to separate dirt from the water). From start to finish with wash, detailing products, tire shine, invisible glass and "lil joe" air fresheners they have it all.

They have great products that we at Jc auto detailing Inc use daily. I have not spoken to any of the employees personally. As we order all the products through the internet for the past two years, with only one issue . Which was not the company's fault, the shipping company stoner subbed damaged one of the five gals of trim shine with their fork lift. So after 3 weeks of waiting for the original order, I was one five gal short. The shipping company didn't take care of the damaged item. I personally had to make calls with a case number from the shipping company to get another five gal bucket ordered. So at the end of the day we are still missing one five gal bucket of trim shine that I was charged for five weeks ago. Maybe a new shipping company is at need?¿??🤔 I don't know....
