I spent $22 exterior “the works” (tires) and $15 on interior detail. The guy there told me that he under promises so at least my expectations were set low. $37.00 total at first it looked impressive all these people working on my car. Results are 5/10. The interior really didn’t need much because I am the only one in the car ever. These are after photos.To be fair maybe the tire expectations should look like this and the interior is just windows/vacuum. All 6 people on the car make you believe a better outcome.

Had a coupon for a free car wash, It did a really good job, definitely go back again. didn't have to get out of the car and no streaks. And for people complaining, it ruins your car, I have a 3 month old Lincoln nautilus and I took it through , no marks were left from the wash.

Had my car detailed two weeks ago & the inside smells like mold. Tried calling several times, no one answered. Once I could get through to someone I was told I should’ve brought it back when I first noticed the smell (I was waiting it out to see if it would go away. Also, couldn’t get ahold of anyone last week) & when I said I did try calling sooner their answer was “well we were here” & received no help regarding the smell after paying $200 for the detail package. Take your car somewhere else

Ever since the Military Veteran passed away that I absolutely loved he was the manager they do a terrible job. I go there once a month and they can’t even vacuum right they don’t wipe down the inside of the vehicle. I have to do it when I get home they used dirty rags on the outside of my window, which fogged my window, and by the way, I tip very well. I’m very disappointed in this place get some workers that actually care.

Horrific! Caused $800 worth of body DAMAGE to my car when I paid for the $11 Deluxe Wash. When confronted, the owner told me it was impossible and I should get a lawyer before hanging up the phone on me. He did not even want to see the damage or accept the possibility that his car wash had malfunctioned. THIS CAR WASH IS NOT WORTH THE RISK TO YOUR VEHICLE. If anyone else has had a similar experience with this facility, please contact me and share your story.

Cloud 10 car wash covered my brand new car in scratches. I would absolutely NOT recommend! They are not accepting responsibility for the damages and will not release the video footage. I wanted to wash my car; I did not intend to be paying for damages caused by the car wash. For reference, I drive a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek.

I love the Cloud10 car wash chain, but this was a little below the top spot I've been to. I passed up all the other car washes in the area because even their best doesn't match Cloud10. The best Cloud10 I've been to had rags, mat washers (flat and contoured), and a sun canopy. I did not look around for the mat washer, but there were no rags or canopies. Despite these deficiencies, I would still recommend this car wash.

This was our second vehicle that Christian did for us. Full front XPEL ppf and Fusion Plus ceramic coating. Once again, just the most incredible experience from start to finish. His knowledge of the product and process along with aftercare and his excellent workmanship is what has made us repeat customers. The work speaks for itself, his pricing is very fair, and the work is done on time and he is also an incredible gentleman. It was a little overcast and rainy today but the pics still look REALLY good.

Royal Shine is tip top! Carlos is very knowledgeable about Ceramic Coating, PPL, tinting, etc. He gave me some great pointers on how to wash my car after I had the coating applied as well. He responds to all questions in a timely manner. Most of all, he does a great job and the results are unbelievable!!!

This was my first experience having my car (2018 Subaru Impreza Sport, interior only...for now) professionally detailed, and I must say that I am beyond impressed! To start, Matt was very easy to reach by phone and was able to accommodate my work schedule, getting me scheduled for the very next afternoon. As for the actual appointment, Matt was very friendly, laid back, and an all-around excellent host while I waited for the car to be done. The work was done amazingly quick (at least, to me it was shocking), and my car looks better than it did when I drove it off the lot. I can honestly say that the pictures I've included in this review fail to truly capture how good it is, but hopefully they provide a glimpse of it. Just an example: those WeatherTech floor mats were light grayish-white from all the rock salt from the winter and sand from New England beaches, and now they look better than brand new! As for the cost, the text message I sent my wife sums it up: "This is the best $52 I've spent in a long time!" I will definitely be coming to them for future detailing!

Amazing work from a friendly, family run business!! Excellent communication, easy scheduling and a super clean professional shop. Took my Son's 2010 X-Terra (186,000 miles) for a full detail and the truck looks like new! This truck is off-roaded and gets scratches all down the sides from brush and you can't tell they ever were there. The attention to detail is amazing, even the inside of the gas cap door has been cleaned and waxed. Highly recommend and worth every penny. Only place we'll go for detailing!!!

09/24/2021 He just did my new jeep and did a wonderful job! As usual I came in with a muddy vehicle, including sand from a recent trip from the outer banks, and both the inside and outside looked, well......phenomenal! My jeep looks better than brand new! There was a lot of tar around the wheel wells from chip and tar roads as well as random adventures. The underside was caked in mud. Interior was covered in dirt, grass clippings, sand, you name it! Price was more than fair for a vehicle of this size! As always, looking forward to my next appointment Frame and underbody washed and coated Wheels ceramic coated Interior and exterior fully detailed -------------- Included is before and after pictures. I forgot to get pictures right before the detail of the inside of the vehicle. My car sees lots of mud and dirt, especially since I do lawn care for a living, so after a day of mowing I'm covered in dirt and grass clippings. One of my coworkers recommended Landon and I took a chance. The wait time was pretty high probably due to covid if I was to guess but it was so worth the wait! My car went from beyond filthy, with brown seats covered in dirt, mud inside the car and outside alike, faded headlights, a disgusting engine bay! You name it and it was dirty! My car is 11 years old now and has never been so clean, let alone looked this amazing! Furthermore I ran into some mechanical issues right before my original appointment and he scheduled me for the next available appointment with just a message. Landon is a great guy to talk to and knows his stuff! I just got my car detailed and I already set up the next appointment, I liked his work that much! If you can live with the wait time, the results will speak for themselves and you'll be glad you did! I paid about $400 for both headlights, tail lights, engine bay, full interior detail, and a wash and wax on the outside and he even threw a few things extra in for me as he was detailing the car that really helped the car pop! He might be slightly higher priced than other detailers but I'll be coming back with all my vehicles, he's just that good!

Wes at DePorter Detailing did an excellent job with the ceramic coating for my 2024 Silverado High Country. My trucked has a beautiful mirror finish now and I could not be more happy with the result. He's very skilled and knowledgeable and takes pride in his work, and it shows! He communicated very well about everything throughout the process. Definitely consider him if you're considering a ceramic coating, and don't waste your money on the spray on job the dealerships offer.

One of the nicer car washes in the area. The garbage bins are always emptied when I go so I can clean out my car with ease. The water pressure here is nice and they take care of the equipment. As of recently, they even utilize and app now to be able to pay for a specific bay you're using.

If you live in the Gettysburg, Hanover, or Littlestown areas, Mike is the guy you need for paint corrections, full detailing and ceramic coating your vehicles. I love this place and every single worker there! They always do an amazing job on my car. When I ask for anything outside of the services that they are supposed to supply they have no complaints. Simple things like can you spray my rugs down! They oblige when they really don't have to! They take their time wiping my car off as well as my tires. I pay a monthly subscription which is the most hassle free part about it all! Very convenient! Customer service is always on point even when they hire new people the new people are always nice and thorough as well. Overall I love it there! They did not under no circumstances ask for this review. I just thought it was time since I've been going here this long and they stayed consistent with all of their services. Bri is amazing! I reached out to her with getting my car interior detailed, and it was pretty time sensitive since I wanted to have the car clean before having a newborn going into it and I'm due any day now. She responded quickly and was so kind and flexible with me. She got me on the schedule right away. I wish I would have took before and after pictures, but my fabric seats had some pretty bad stains that came from things like car oil, and grease. My husband is also in construction and paves roads, so if you know, you know. My interior literally looks brand new ✨️ and my husband was very impressed with her work too. We plan to return with more cars for her to detail! Definitely recommend her if your vehicle needs some good TLC and want it in good hands. Thank you again Bri!

Went to see KPK detailing for a 2012 RAM full paint correction and a 5 year ceramic. I was kept in the loop every step of the way on his progress from the finished polishing to the end of the coating process. The end product looked like a brand new truck. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. Go see KPK, you won't be disappointed!

My 2012 Lincoln MKX needed to have its headlights reconditioned, and because of its 4.8 rating, KPK Detailing won out. From the minute I made the appointment I felt assured that my car would be in good hands, and I wasn't wrong. I was truly surprised that my headlights looked brand new. I can't wait to take my car back in the fall for a full detailing with ceramic coating. UPDATE 10/11: Had Kevin at KPK do the ceramic coating, along with detailing all the faded black plastic areas of my vehicle. The car looks brand new. Recently had my 23’ Acura Integra ceramic coated at Northeast Auto Reflections. Ryan did an amazing job. I had to turn my head when I went to pick my car up due to the shear amount of glare my car is now admitting. Additionally he was able to squeeze me to do interior work. The interior was better than what it was new. During check out Ryan walked me through how to care for my car moving forward and even had the service recorder by CarFax. I was incredibly impressed. Couldn’t recommend his services enough.

Put $4 in the truck wash on the end and nothing came out. No water, no soap, no anything. Called the number and it transferred to a random person that has no association with the car wash. Called for a full detailing of the inside of my car. Got a call that my car was ready so I went I looked at the inside to make sure it was done and what I expected it to be like after a nice “wash” but to only find out it was not even done nothing looked clean it looked just like how it was when i first dropped it off. A business with such high ego that should just close if their employers can’t do a simple task. Don’t recommend at all.

Whoever owns this is cutting corners. Vacuum is barely strong enough to clean. Tire Shine/Engine Cleaner was out of chemicals as wash the soap. Automatic Wash is just as terrible but worse because you spend more money.Multiple Bays shut down, owner does not care so neither do I. No longer a customer, not worth your money, avoid!

It’s got a lot of conveniences, it’s clean, and I guess the going rate for laundry in the area, about $3.50 wash and $1-1.25 to dry BUT use at your own risk! It’s not well attended, so if you need help with lost of money or if your side load laundry machine doesn’t drain and is filled with water, there is no one to call for help. The only time to find some one that can help is between 8am and about 9:30am. In the evening they just lock the door. I talked to all the business around looking for help with my situation they say the owners are super nice, however no one had their number. The customer experience is “you are on your own” you might just be out the money you use to “gamble” on your laundry or your car wash and the shock of dealing with flooding the place. All they needed to do is put up a phone number I could call and leave a message so someone would call me back… I probably wouldn’t have written this review.

I drive people around and deliver takeout and packages for a living so I like to keep my car as clean as possible. I went at 3am, after work, this way I could take my time and do it right. First the vacuums, if you have weak hands it is darn near impossible to properly vacuum the car and the nozzle doesn't turn to make it easier. Spot remover and shampooer didn't remove one spot, it still looks like nothing was done. Then there is the scent, I sprayed the "new car" scent into my car in the carpet as they suggested. The spray was not consistent I couldn't find a way to turn it off to move to the different part of the car, and I just did this last night and right now it does not smell like "new car" in my car. The car wash broke my rear windshield wiper. It cost $1.50 to run the machines (vacuum,shampoo & scent, for just a couple of minutes). They say by these tokens if you put in a ten-dollar bill they give you an extra token. Each token is worth a dollar if I use tokens I have to put two in so it's $2 but if I use coins I could do it at $1.50, how does that add up? I didn't notice the time difference and if there was it wasn't significant at all. All-in-all I spent $20 and my car does not look really any different, except of course the outside and the broken windshield wiper. I definitely do not recommend this establishment.

Excellent Self Service Car wash. I always use it when I'm in the area. Only 2 bucks for 4 minutes, plenty of time to get your car clean. Lots of soap on the high pressure soap option. Plenty of water pressure. Does an excellent job. Bring a drying towel with you for a nice finishing touch for an even better shine.
