The vehicle looks very nice they did a great job. My truck was very dirty inside with mud, dirt and stains on seats and carpet. Not an easy job I have done it myself. Expensive in my opinion but maybe I’m out of touch on pricing. They must have used very high heat to clean the rear seat covers because they got ruined and are unusable. A quick phone call would have resolved that issue. I would have had them remove the covers and clean the seat. They also missed wiping the middle of my back window. Other than cost, seat covers and back window everything else looks very nice as it should. The cost was $529.98

Jeanette Smith your review is not based on detailing your car. It is rather a bias review based on a false accusation of you walking here to pick your car back up. We stipulated that we would kindly come and get you. You made your own choice as to walk, which is not relevant to the detail and no mention was made by you relating that you wanted a rush job. Secondly, you clearly stated that you were embarrassed, due to your car being extremely dirty, on the inside. I am attaching pics of the interior which is in fact extremely dirty; an interior this filthy can NOT be cleaned quickly and allotting 2 hours to effectuate the job properly is not uncommon. You did in fact relate the car looked nice when finished. Based on your review, the detail of the car had nothing to do with your bias and unfair rating. This is simply an entitlement issue on your part sadly to say.

Great Service! My mom’s SUV got a ceramic coating done this past week and the transformation was awesome! There were many surface scratches and every last one is now gone! It looks like a brand new car. She could not have been more pleased! Zach and Carissa are very nice people and stick to their word. We were quoted a price and that is what we paid despite them running into more work than they anticipated. They are the type of small business that we like to work with and will definitely be back!

I’m not too impressed. I honestly just wanted to vacuum out my car quick but the attendant said I needed to purchase a wash to do so. So my daughter and I proceeded to the wash pay area , then we had to wait for this truck to clean out the bed of his pickup truck. Annoying but ok fine things happen. Then, things got real interesting. My daughter has autism and LOVES car washes and bright colorful things so when we see a new one we like to give it a try. So we proceed into the line, the guy gives us instructions (pull ahead, stop, neutral, don’t touch steering wheel, don’t touch brake) same rules as any other place. Common sense actually… We start thru the wash process and she’s loving the lights and everything associated with the wash experience. Then, THUD…several times! we are propelled into the back of this pickup truck that somehow hopped the tracks. Unsure what’s going on my daughter begins panicking , my crash detection light comes on along with my anti skid light. Ok, now I’m slightly panicking as it deadlocked my entire vehicle . The car wash then completely lit up the bristles stopped spinning and moved away from my car . HOWEVER the track kept propelling me into this dudes hitch over and over . So I yell out for help beep my horn to get someone’s attention, telling them TURN OFF THE TRACK!!! Then they say, ok we have to separate you from him and back you out of the wash. Already petrified I have to really romp on it to get my car to detach from his then we have to go over several track guide wheels backwards. My kid thinks we are now backing into other cars… then I’m like somebody get us OUT OF THIS TUNNEL so I can calm and comfort my kiddo. Nope. Now I’m told I have to go thru this car wash ALL OVER AGAIN. I said u had better make sure there’s nobody else in here. And then was told I needed to pull to side and do paperwork and told to “go exchange insurance info with this complete stranger “. Absolutely not! This other driver begins asking me what my kids name is where I live what my SSN is. Sorry nope I’m not telling you ANY OF THAT!!! He refuses to give insurance info so your worker Chris (very polite and professional thru this entire process) called the police per my request. He said it’s “not the car washes fault you need to work it out with your insurance “. THE TRACK NEVER TURNED OFF, REPEATEDLY PROPELLING ME INTO THE OTHER CAR. Yes the truck operator was at fault by messing with his steering wheel causing his truck to leave the track, but that track should have stopped the second EVERYTHING ELSE was disabled! I am dealing with a lot of finical issues and stressors right now so paying an insurance deductible is not at all something I’m in any position to do!!! Let alone even more depreciation on my vehicles value. Also, I get ACCIDENTS HAPPEN but now my daughter, my AUTISTIC DAUGHTER is petrified of car washes. Something that up until today, brought great joy and excitement to her! She has now woke up twice crying saying “turn off the car wash I don’t want to crash”! I’m really hoping the car wash steps up and makes this right! I was 2 hours from home visiting family and was left with zero choice but to drive the vehicle back home where my insurance could handle things as the car wash chose to admit ZERO BLAME! Me getting a rental car at 5pm on a Sunday afternoon was not going to happen obviously…I’m not sure what is all wrong with my car or the extent of damage however I do feel the car wash company AND the police should have reviewed the footage right then and there to determine fault and also weather or not my car could be safely driven 2 hours home! Was told if you have roadside assistance call them we can’t do anything, sorry! Excuse me what? My lawyer will also be receiving a phone call tomorrow regarding this incident and legal action will be taken as deemed necessary . A 7 year old little girl is now PETRIFIED of car washes and having NIGHTMARES! I’m including a lovely picture of the man’s vehicle off the tracks after they got my car detached from his hitch/rear end .

I took my family to the first night of your Haunted Car Wash and we enjoyed it so much. All of the decorations and scary costumes looked fabulous! We will definitely be back next week again. I take my car to this place and this place only... They go above and beyond just cleaning and washing it. It looks brand new, smells brand new and the price is pretty cheap for the work they do. The best thing about the whole experience is that it lasts a week or two. The car looks brand new for that long. I highly recommend this place

Not sure what I paid for. Interior not well cleaned and rags used left streaks all over the hood and near windows. Incredibly disappointed for the price of a $40 car wash.

This is by far the best detailing shop ever! I drove 2 1/2 hours to get my cyber truck wrapped because MDX has the best reviews. they did such an awesome job. I got compliments on it all day yesterday. Everybody there is very friendly and very accommodating. The owner even came in on his day off so that I could pick up my truck. they even went out of their way to make sure it was fully charged for me when I picked it up. I am a customer for life now. I won’t trust my cars with anybody but MDX detailing.

Anson was great to talk to! He was super helpful giving me pointers on how my vinyl wrap would go. I got to pick the exact color I wanted! I got my car back!! I absolutely love it! It comes with 1 year warranty which is super awesome! I will definitely go back for tint and upgrades!

I have been to the pet wash many times. Today was the worst experience I have had. The left wash had no pressure so I moved to the other wash and it was filthy! There was hair and poop in the was. I had to clean it ( glad I had cleaning supplies in my car!). When I got the dog in the tub, there was no hook to secure her. Sorry to say I'm looking for other options !

I recently bought a new 2024 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro in August and had it ceramic coated by Mountain Top Auto. It looks amazing. You can tell that Josh took his time and applied the coating properly, like he was doing he own vehicle. Before I decided on Mountain Top Auto, I checked around with other places, and Josh had the best price. He uses a very good product that is sure to last a very long time. Now I get compliments everywhere I go. This will help protect my vehicle's paint from fading from the sun and make it very easy to clean. It will also help with snow removal and it should fall easier.

This is the place to go if you are looking for fair pricing, honest mechanics, and great customer service! The place we used for several years took new management and we were no longer satisfied. My husband found First Class Auto several months ago, and today, I took our third vehicle there for state inspection. This place is a gem! Friendly, courteous, and honest! I had gotten a flat tire one evening and I put the mini-spare on in order to get me to a tire shop. The mini-spare was not appropriate for highway speeds to get to work so I called First Class Auto and Detailing first thing this morning and explained the work situation. So, despite a busy schedule on their end, they were kind enough to take me in right away, plug the leak in the tire and have me back on the road within 10 minutes of arrival. Thanks to the staff for the quick and friendly service and thanks also for being able to fit me in quickly on short notice.

The did the tint on the front doors first then had my new Jeep wrangler ceramic coated and the tint strip across the windshield. Looks amazing. Quick, efficient, would highly recommend !! Also had our Harley ceramic coated. It made it look brand new. These guys are awesome!!

Had them do a paint correction and ceramic coating on my truck. They did a phenomenal job! The truck came out looking better than I expected and they even buffed out some scratches and hazy spots that I thought were permanent. They really exceeded my expectations. Not just on the truck, but the all around customer service experience from start to finish. 5 stars across the board!

Did not like it. A normal car wash includes air to dry the car but this did not and now my car is damp. Vaccums are not included

Thank you to Drexel and Max with Rothrauff Auto Sales (Velotric Electric bike) these 2 guys took the time to answer all the questions that my son had. Never once tried to rush him. Both of them are very nice and knowledgeable about the bikes. If you are looking to purchase an E-bike highly recommend going to see Drexel and Max. Not to mention they closed at 3pm and we never left there until about 7:45pm. They are truly a pleasure to work with.
