I have a horse and a dog. Dog hair, mud, and hay always stay embedded in my carpet no matter how hard I try to shop vac and keep it clean - to the point that I’d say “I guess it’s just part of the car now…” Somehow, the guys here managed to get every last bit, and frankly, it wasn’t even this clean when I Bought my car. The clear plastic fender protective film always had dirt embedded around the edges and now you can barely tell it’s there. WOW is all I can say but I'll say more. These folks are the nicest people I have met in a long time. They first did a detail on my daughters 2008 Hyundai Accent. While in good shape the car had 220,000 miles on it so you can imagine it was quite soiled. Not when they got done....the car almost looked like when I drive it off the dealer parking lot in 2008. Yesterday I had my 2017 Terrain detailed inside and out and a remote starter kit put in. I was in and out on a 4 hours, job well done, and even went the extra mile to touch up some paint I had dinged a while ago. They treat you like family, always offering me food and beverages. Not one for reviews, in fact this may be my first, but after my experience w/ this establishment last week I felt one was warranted. I by design have an extremely particular “OCD” type personality and take pride in the exceptional care and maintenance I devote to my belongings especially my vehicles. My stance on car detailing has always been “no one cares more about my vehicle than me thus no one despite compensation, could ever take the time and attention tht I would take to clean my car.” A busy work schedule following a vacation left me w/ absolutely no time and subsequently led to an apprehensive decision to pay someone for tht service. I can now say tht I stand corrected. I was pleasantly surprised at the phenomenal job tht was done on my vehicle. Having received front window tints (perfect match to rear) full interior/exterior detail, including a clay bar treatment, buffing, wax, top coat sealant and a paint touch up, my 3y/o black luxury SUV w/ very light cream interior looked better than it had since I drove it off the show room floor. No abrasive or harsh smelling chemicals were used on/in my vehicle, it had the coveted “brand new car” smell as if all the leather was replaced w/ new. The crevices within the center control area and between the seats tht I normally struggle to remove debris from w/ my homemade vacuum attachments were cleaned thoroughly and entirely. It got to a point where I was intentionally looking in the deepest darkest corners of the interior of my vehicle to find a crumb or anything to indicate tht these guys missed a spot, I couldn’t find one. So to make a long story longer, these guys are the real deal, they clearly care about the quality of their work which is evident in the work itself. Very reasonably priced, in fact I was willing and felt I should have paid much more for the services I received. Not to mention the turnaround time was especially impressive seeing as when I brought my vehicle in tht morning there where already a slew of other vehicles in the garage and outside, presumably in queue for service. My car was completed by tht afternoon. Simply put, the detailing for all my vehicles will be exclusively handled by Mr.Eds from this point moving forward. Highly highly highly recommend.

Excellent service. The team does a fantastic job with cleaning. Do note that this is not a detailing place but just a car wash. For the price, they do an exceptional job. Tip: try coming in when there is no rush or long lines. Removing stuff from your car ahead of time helps them clean well. If you see any spot that was missed, ask them and they will clean it.

This place is VERY hit or miss. On an off or slow day I’ve gotten better but if it’s busy chances are you’re not going to get a good interior clean. Water spots all over the windshield, none of the cup holders were touched, finger prints all over the console screen the exterior was still very dirty, and a poor vacuuming job. I had to come home and clean it for another 20 minutes after paying over $40 plus a tip and I waiting for about 40-45 minutes start to finish.

I needed a estimate on getting a dent on my truck removed , I came in and they took a look at it. I was told they could get close to original but it would not be a 100%, the only other alternative was to take the truck to a body shop, that could take weeks for a repair and they would most likely need to paint the truck,which I did not want done. I dropped the truck off on a Wednesday afternoon and by Thursday afternoon it was finished. When I picked it up, I was completely surprised on how it turned out. The dent was just about completely gone, you could not see where the dent was, unless you looked very close and knew where to look. The price that they charged I thought was very reasonable for quality of work they do, I highly recommend Dent Tech for all you dent repairs big or small.

The outside of the car looked really nice and shiny. The inside was vacuumed but it didn’t look like anything else was done. The windows looked clean but there were some streaks. The leather seats and dash were really dull and the car car didn’t smell clean. I did smell something really good when I arrived and then when I picked up my car but the scent wasn’t inside the car, it could have been on the property. The glove compartment wasn’t cleaned at all. For the price, I felt really ripped off. I considered using their housecleaning service but after inspecting my car, I have to pass; That is disappointing because finding an accomplished housecleaner in the Lehigh Valley is like finding a needle in a haystack. I think it’s great that natural ingredients are used to clean! I use some of those in my own home and they smell incredible and make surfaces look beautiful! No hate in my review, to each his or her own opinion. The owner was a very nice woman. All the best.

I’m a past customer. I had both my ceramic coating and ppf on the front of my truck done by Joe. We had a falling out and now he will not tell me what ceramic coat nor what ppf are on my truck. Talk about a classless act. Hes too worried about selling his “exotic” cars then he is about his customer service. I would never recommend or go to him. He has left me up the creek without a paddle… $5000 later.

These guys are absolutely top notch. I took my car to them for a ceramic coating and we’re thrilled with how it turned out. The car had a lot of swirls and scratches from when the dealer “detailed” it when I bought it. He got all the paint imperfections out and even a few small dents pulled before coating it. His attention to detail is incredible. The paint looks like glass now. They also did a quick interior detail which looked incredible as well. Baldwin Detailing has been taking care of my cars for the past 6 years, since my husband passed away. My 2009 Sable car has never looked so good! The shine, protection on outside from cerama coat is unbelievable! Interiors stay amazingly clean as well. My body shop recommended Beadz instead of a $5000 paint and clear coat restoration. The car is 6 years old, after the Beadz work, it looks like it's brand new. But better, the ceramic coating really works. I am really happy with the workmanship and customer service. I am former car mechanic and my brother was a car body shop mechanic. We are both very impressed with their work. In addition, it's now really easy to keep it clean. And they saved me about $4000. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation. My only regret is I didn't do it sooner

Best car wash in the lehigh valley. It doesn't matter which one you go to. They offer unlimited washes a month if you buy the monthly subscription which is only 25$ you can use it at any location. Free vacuums that actually work. I saw a company come in and replace a couple vacuums. They definitely keep their stuff working. Nice people.

Fairly decent automated car wash. Purchased the $14 Supreme wash and it did pretty good job getting rid of all pollen, bugs, bird dropping, and other dirt but not perfect. Also did a far superior job cleaning the rims than Rudy's but still less than desirable. As others have noted the free vacuums a major plus. Weather was beautiful today when I visited so there was a massive line actually backing up onto Airport Rd. So an extremely long wait to make it through the line.

This father and son duo did an amazing job and my 2005 Honda Accord Coupe car looks brand new as if I just bought it at a dealership. Shout out to Blake and Mirror Image. Had my black 2023 Cadillac Escalade detailed and ceramic coated. The paint correction prior to the coating eliminated swirl marks and imperfections in the paint.
