I have had my Honda Pilot detailed at 3 different detail businesses here in Eugene. At Encore Tessa offer's multiple degrees of detailing in all categories. Something other businesses have not. Having just returned from Burning Man, my car is a mess, to say the least. Inside, outside, including my engine compartment all covered in Playa dust. Almost impossible to remove. Tessa and crew did a remarkable job. Much greater than I had expected. Inside, outside, engine all completely clean and shiny. If I only had before pictures… I don’t know where to begin. This is a 2015 Scamp. I bought her almost a year ago. She had only been camping three times in her entire life. She had so much oxidization that she was turning black on the upper half. After fixing interior stuff, I finally gave her attention on the outside. She looks brand new. Thanks to Blue Rose Auto. Not only did I schedule my appointment from 2000 miles away in Texas, they also kept me informed about my appointment. When I arrived to drop it off, they greeted me with smiles and excitement. And the two days that they had it, they sent me photos and updates continuously. Their pricing was above and beyond excellent. Their customer service is excellent. I am so thankful. Tanner and his crew did an excellent job on my vehicle! The Vehicle had been sitting for quite some time and even had a wasp nest forming in a few places I was unable to get to. Thank you so much to this amazing company, and to Tanner. He is the nicest guy!! My car sat untouched for 2 months and started to grow mold. They cleaned all the mold out of my car and made my car look like it did on the day I got it. I had mold all over my seatbelts, my seats and carpets. They were able to clean all of it off and kill all of the bacteria and mold. I recommend the ozone treatment & I highly recommend this shop. You get what you pay for, for sure. I put a ton of miles on my Rav for a sales job and usually drop it off dirty as h. When I pick it up it looks brand new and I'm always stoked. Bill did an amazing job with my 2017 Subaru Outback. He even pointed out a problem with my sunroof drain tubes I didn’t know I had and suggested I take it to an auto glass place to see if they could fix it. He also cleaned off my battery terminal corrosion and charged it for me. I could tell that Bill takes a lot of pride in what he does for other peoples cars, treating them as if they were his own. My car looks great and smells a whole lot better now. I had called several places in Eugene before deciding to have Bill detail my car and I’m so happy that I chose him. The Chevy Trailblazer I bought after totaling my van was filthy. I don’t know the last time it was vacuumed let alone detailed. I took it to at least vacuum but just struggled with the packed hair under the back seat. Austin did an incredible job with this beyond disgusting vehicle. There isn’t a single hair or speck left from previous owners! I highly recommend!!

I purchased the $300.00 package. Windows and mirrors not clean with dirt and streaks. Wheels not cleaned and dirt on bumpers, hood and body. I expected more for the price since they advertising stated how great they are. Disappointed in quality and felt for the price much more care. I dropped the pickup off at 10:15 and picked up at 6:00PM with seats still damp. The drivers floor mats were over the gas pedal so while pulling out into traffic I had no power. Really an overall lack of attention to detail.

I took my ‘06 Tahoe in to get detailed and headlights restored. They did a great job getting some of the mold spots in it because it sat for a bit. The headlight restoration was mediocre at best, and there was a lot of details that did not get clean(see photos). I just feel for $400 the level of cleaning detail would have been better. In my opinion if you cannot get the headlights to restore due to the inside, don’t charge a customer for a service you are unable to provide. **Update**: Got a hold of Mike at Extreme Clean and he is having me bring it back in on Tuesday to take care of what was missed free of charge and give me a lift back to my home. Will modify rating and post another update upon completion and inspection. **Update** Upon further investigation, Mike was not given the correct information from the person dropping off my vehicle. His team did a great job with the info they had and Mike even had me bring it back down and did some of the things I wanted done free of charge. Mike remained respectful and professional through the whole thing, even though the error was not on his or his teams, behalf. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Mike!

Amazing work done by some of the nicest people. Very detail oriented and did exactly what we needed. We have 3 pugs who shed like crazy and 2 kids who snack in the car, but after taking my car in you would never guess. Not a speck of dirt or a single dog hair. We had them restore my headlights and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! They look brand new again. My youngest daughter got in after I picked the car up and said “I love when you take our car here because it gets so clean!” Would recommend them to anyone who wants the best for their cars. Thus has been a great experience!!! The car is sooo clean and looking great. And the window tinting, is better than I could have ever expected. The car looks great and is like getting a new vehicle. It's cooler inside when it's sitting in the sun, the a/c cools the car a lot quicker and colder, it's just terrific. The guy's did an excellent job and we're very professional. Once you get to where a young employee recognizes your car, by going regularly, good luck. Even though owner saw on camera how the employee did very little on 6/17/24, while sending my car through faster than the car in front of me, it got worse. I emailed owner, it changed for 1 month. The owner claims some people abuse the wash memberships, but ultimately they put them in business. The same employee in the morning of 7/27/24 was then exclaiming, “Wasn’t he here 12 hours ago?!” I called the owner about it being the 2nd time this employee acted up. Now owner gave up and thinks I should go somewhere else. Not managed, ran by angry youth, and I see on here others have been complaining about rude attendants.

The self wash stations are good, get the job done. The carpet/seat interior shampooer smells like pure sewage water. Absolutely disgusting and the single drop that I let get in to my car before I truly smelled it has made my car stink. Go there for outside cleans, but avoid any interior cleaning resources they have.

They never fail to disappoint me in both of their service and poor end results! Both the owner and his elderly son are extremely rude mannered and have witnessed them yelling at their customers. After pointing out that the top of my car was still very noticeabley dirty after getting the ceramic wash, the owners son looked annoyed and refused to correct it. His answer was, go somewhere else instead. Okay then, I will!

Scott looked it over, gave me a realistic estimate of what he could polish out -- and in half the amount of time he quoted, he got rid of way more than expected. I was floored. The rate was reasonable, service was impeccable; and on top of all of that, Scott is just a super friendly, professional guy. Detail Werks was nice to deal with and seemed like they knew there stuff. Chris held his quote from 8 months ago which I appreciated. He gave me a entry level package deal which seemed reasonable. I was amazed with what he did with a black trim bringing it back to almost new and did a good job with the headlights clearing them up. My only gripe is I wish he was more thorough with restoring the black trim there's a lot of spotty misses and not complete areas. I realize its a 2002 CRV and maybe I was asking for too much with the price given but I would have been ok if he needed to increase the price and called to say the overall job was taking longer than what was quoted. I wish I went over things more thorough with him on what to expect.

I was very impressed by the attention to detail and hard labor that was put into my 2010 Ford Escape by Manny at Slingsuds Auto Detailing. Besides the occassional regular car wash, I had my car detailed once in the 12 years that I've owned it; boy did I realize that I had no clue what a "true car detailing" meant. It was very exciting to see the process, a very tedious and long process. The interior is vacuumed, wiped, scrubbed, every crook and cranny is cleaned, once the interior is up to Manny's standards then he moves to the exterior of buffing & shine and the final step of Ceramic coating. Your car will truly sparkle and you will feel like you are driving a new car. Manny was kind to give me instructions on the after care so the results can last...who does that? We paid $29.99 for the Platinum Detail and while the outside looked good, with the exception of one tire that was missed and the running boards, they failed to clean the interior. The dashboard, inside of doors, the outside mirrors and inside rearview mirror, windows, inside of doors and missed vacuuming the back seats and the floors. We could have done a better job ourselves. Very, very disappointed. Not to mention, they forgot cleaning products in our car. Will not go back and do not recommend.

First off I'd like to say I love to give good gratitude to thouse who deserve it. Overall this place is a great place to get your car washed , if you want the interior done, id say go somewhere else or do it yourself. I asked the employee who I gave my keys to please pay good attention to the doors, dash and side of center console , the only thngs i asked about was not touched at all. I can wipe my finger across my door and wipe off the dirt with barley touching it. I'm not too mad because it gives me less to do. Looked like half of the employees were doing their job and the other half was standing around.

There are some mad skills going on at Fuller Reflections! I highly encourage you give them a call the next time you want to fall in love with your car all over again, because you will!
