We were looking for a top of the line detail shop to do an interior and exterior full service detail on our brand new 2023 Genesis G70. We wanted the best ceramic finish available along with the interior treatments. Well, we found it with Fine Touch Detail! We researched a ton and found this shop in the top 5 in our area. We looked at shop information, videos and stills. We were sold. Our entire experience with them was flawless, from our first meeting to getting the car back on schedule. Mind blown! The attention to detail was phenomenal and far exceeded our expectations. I don't usually say this, but their customer service was outstanding. These guys did a great job on our detailing. It looks like new. They even glued back on our missing letter on our Malibu logo. $350 detailing. $3500 quote to get the mouse nest from behind our dashboard in our air conditioning vent. We will figure that issue out ourselves.

If I could give more stars I absolutely would l. I called in and got a great quote, they scheduled me within 3 days and when Rick saw the condition of my car he stated usually he would charge more but he stuck to his quote and I thought that was amazing! I have a golden retriever and a toddler so you can only imagine. I got the car back at the time he gave me and it was basically a brand new car! It looked and smelled amazing! They out did the job for sure. Even gave my car a complimentary free wash. I couldn’t be more pleased and I will be going back and recommending anyone looking for a car detail to come here. I bought an interior detailing for a dirty 2017 Kia Sorento. It looked better than a brand-new car. I drive 15-20 new cars a year delivering new cars for auto rental and just drove a new car today. He threw in a complimentary car wash, and he went all out on that. I bought a windshield rain repellent that worked great today but I am reserving judgement to see if it lasts 6 months. A nice touch that my wife loved is he left two high quality chocolates with a Happy Birthday note (the detailing was a birthday present). When she saw the chocolate, she asked me to leave a good review as part of her present. No big deal since I was going to leave one anyway after I saw the car.

The work ethic, Precision Detailing did and the positive attitude and wonderful heart...and I haven't even gotten to the detailing he did to the car itself (including buffing out a damaged area on the side of the car). After purchasing a car in Clackamas the wife and I started to smell something very musky halfway home. Immediately regretting the decision we reached out to Detailed Automotives to see if they could expedite service asap. Not only was the technician very polite he also was able to come to my residence within two hours of the call. Upon arrival he saw the issue first hand and assured us he could get the stain and smell out. I’ll put on here what I told him upon notification he had completed and seen his work firsthand, “you killed it!”. The car looked and smelled practically brand new. I have every intention of using their services going forward. It was hassle free and a great overall experience.

Recently had my Four Winns boat detailed by this company. The only thing I can say is AWSOME!!! . They took an well oxidized boat and made it shine like new. Phil came to my house looked at the boat gave me a price that was a lot less than some quotes that I got and stayed to the agreed price. Gave updates as they progressed. Even took the Moring cover and washed it . The boat looks great customer service was great will definitely use them on any other detailing that I need .

When you want your car to feel like it did when you drove away from the car dealership that very first time, professional detailing is a must. I usually have my car done once a year. I found MCC Detailing through a search because I needed to get the car done while working. This was my first mobile experience and I wasn't sure if the quality would hold up. Cesar also beat the prices of his competitors by a fair bit, so I was curious if this would be a "get what you pay for" situation. I'm happy to say, however, that the quality of work is high and I'm definitely happy with the results. With his competitive prices, I may just have the details done more often than once a year. I recommend him without reservation.

We bring our vehicles here and they always do a great job. The fellas at the end of the wash take the time to dry all the door jambs and glass. The ones upfront clean off the bugs before it enters the tunnel. Great service!

I came down here even though it’s pretty far from home because there’s no “full service car washes” in my area. Only “detail shops” that are super expensive. So my car was in desperate need of a professional wash inside. I have 3 small shedding dogs so between their fur, dirt from our shoes and their paws, small rocks, leaves and mud, my car was pretty bad. For about $40 and an hour, the guys at Magic Touch car wash did a pretty decent job. So areas were missed between the driver seat and center counsel and under the floor mats up front. Overall…, I’ll be back and I would recommend them. But next time I’ll point out the areas I want them to focus on. Maybe that will help. If it does I’ll change my rating to 5 stars.

If I could put zero stars I would, first of all I got my Mazda 3 hatch tinted last December and it took them 2 days to do such a small car. They said to not roll down the windows for 5 days, I waited 7 just in case. Since then my driver window tint is already coming off. How are you gonna charge 345 for tint that doesn’t last. Once my car was done the girl that was doing my tint broke my third break light and didn’t even mention it to me at all, I had to found out myself by going on bumps and it popping right off. the owner called and had said he would replace it after the new year, well it is now march and I haven’t heard back soooo don’t waste your money or you’ll get your car back with pieces broken and with tint that doesn’t last even a year.

Recently I had this place tint windows on my car. The customer service was superb, one of the guys even gave me a ride back home after I dropped the car off at their shop. The tint job, however was pretty low quality. Out of seven windows, one had a small wrinkle, one had a hair stuck under the film, one had about 1/8 inch wide and about an inch long air pocket, a lot of dust and other small particles left on the glass uder the film. The trim around the edge of the film was just horrible. While the door glass were trimmed so-so, the 3 panels in the hatchback looked like crap, all the trim lines were crooked and zig-zaged. I would never even consider going back for window tinting there. UPDATE: 5 days later one of the windows started to peel off. I went back to Platinum Spa, they immediately took the car in and replaced the tint film on two windows, including the one with a wrinkle. So, at least they stand behind their work.

Half the price of some I was quoted here in town, they got me in the next day, and the car looks brand new (and it was a dirty, dirty job, too, let me tell you -- I have two dogs and I had let things go way, way, way down hill). The dog hair was just... GONE. I don't know how they did it. The carpets looked brand new. Everything has that new car shine and a new car smell, too! The young man that is managing what seems to be a family business is friendly, easy to communicate with and provided a lot of information about how I could keep the finish up better than I had been. My only beef is that they did not flip the back seat up and vacuum under it. But, after what they did see, they were probably afraid to! hahaha! I'll mention it next time, but given the incredible amount of work they did on the rest of it, I'm not complaining.

Matt cleaned the full interior of my SUV. The car hadn't ever been professionally cleaned before and had years of daily use. He worked really hard to get it fully clean and done on time. An auto detail shop that outperforms all expectations. We bought a used 2006 Chrysler 300 Limited AWD and brought it to An Eye For Detail hoping they could bring it back to life. It was already in pretty decent shape and had fairly low miles but had some significant water spots in the paint and a fair amount of grime and crud in the usual places of the interior. Luckily it had no rips or tears in the upholstery and no dents or other body damage. It was a nice car but this was our first used car purchase in more than 20 years and bought it knowing it's never going to be like buying new. At least, that was our realistic expectation. Well, after they were done with performing their magic, An Eye For Detail returned to us a 17 year old car that looks like it just drove off the lot. Water spots were gone. Paint shined like new. Interior was spotless. What a wonderful surprise. And their professionalism, communication, and overall customer service was second to none. Thank you An Eye For Detail! We'll be back with our other vehicles no doubt!!

Edit : I originally had an issue at this car wash where my tail light was damaged during the wash. At first, there was some misunderstanding and miscommunication, which led to frustration on my part. However, once everything was clarified, the owner took full responsibility for the damage and communicated with me professionally. He quickly reached out, ensured everything was handled properly, and even covered the repair expenses. I always purchase the top wash as I’ve gone there since they opened but I’ve noticed the quality has gone exceptionally down with the quality of the wash that’s been done on my black truck. I’ve went back a few times to point it out but it seem to fall on def ears…Apparently the guys with the brush are allergic to running the brush over the door handle area on both sides of the truck. I’ll post a picture on the next wash if it happens again for the 5th time over the last couple of months. Let’s see if they or the owner actually reads the reviews and correct simple management issues.
