Albeit kind and prompt, the quality of the detail does not match the premium. There has been a fair amount of exposed dirt and debris in plain sight that can be wiped away by hand. Also, the seats were not adjusted and vacuumed; only what was exposed was cleaned. This feels indicative of the job done. We paid a premium to not do the detailing ourselves, but feel the job mirrors what we could’ve accomplished ourselves in a couple hours.

I recently had my car's headlights restored and the results were simply amazing. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. They explained the entire process to me and made sure I understood what was going to be done. They also gave me an accurate estimate of the cost and the time it would take to complete the job. When I got my car back, I was blown away by the transformation. The headlights looked brand new again! The clarity and brightness were significantly improved, and I felt much safer driving at night. Cleanest, Fastest, Cheapest Interior Detailing with Courteous Customer Service at the Lake Oswego branch! Got Lexus SUV exterior washed and interior detailed for $95 and Highly recommend them for it. I called them Sunday afternoon to see if I can be accommodated the same day and they said just bring your car over. They detailed the car within an hour and even though I returned back past their closing time, they were courteous enough to wait for me without any rudeness. They truly cleaned through every nook and cranny that my OCD self was satisfied. Put a free scent in the car and organized my scattered bags and items neatly in the trunk. They took me through the car before accepting my money so I was sure to object on anything that wasn't done properly. Highly professional yet superbly affordable. Thank you!

Recently received company vehicles through work and decided to get my car detailed. Dapper Pros were recomended by a co-worker. I’ve never had my car detailed before this time. I had some concerns and issues regarding my paint surface on my car. This company worked very hard to understand my needs and were careful to not give me the service I requested because it was not my best option for my needs. I ended up using their services and was way more pleased than I thought I would be. I’ve heard stories from friends who were not thrilled with the service companies they had used, which was not VIP/Squeegee. This was not my experience with VIP/ Squeegee. They went far beyond expectations in helping get my car cleaned up and ready for the winter months. I will use them again….and recommend them to my friends. If you have any reservations about their integrity, put them aside. These people were awesome and they went beyond to help me get what I needed done. They cleaned my interior, made my headlights clear again, and cleaned and treated my exterior. All stellar work completed. A fair price with work done in a timely manner. Always their concern was fitting into my schedule and meeting the needs I had regarding protecting my car paint finish.

Damaged car nice big scratches !!!!! I didn’t realize until I got home today. Got screamed at by guy directing my car to the point I didn’t know what he wanted me to do. Would scream at me to do one thing then scream another before in even did what he first asked, and the tone he used. At one point I just stopped and was almost in tears. Then he would eerily smile at me after I did something right and wave me on. I said you don’t have to raise voice like that at me . I should of just backed up then and left ..... There was no one behind me but I was afraid if I backed up was going to mess up car the way he was yelling. I was afraid he would approach me and hurt me or something . I did get refund complained to cashier they where friendly and understanding. I have gone to drive through car washes before and to jiffy lube and take 5’s no problem pulling in it was him. Also note I’m a surgical tech I am use to getting yelled at every now and then In stressful situations by surgeons. it’s not that I’m overly sensitive. This was ridiculous. !!!

My 12 year old car had never been detailed before. We live out in the country and it gets hard use transporting our daughter, our active young grandson and our four dogs around. My husband said my car smelled like someone had died in it! I was hoping it could be a bit freshened up. Jeanette and Angel work wonders! It looks and smells absolutely brand new! I scheduled my appointment 3 weeks in advance for a 9 AM drop off. On the phone I was told it would take 3 hours. The morning I dropped my car off the man working wass cold and rude. It seemed like he was irritated at me for being there. He told me that it would be 6 hours and that he had 2 vehicles to do before he could get to mine. When I recieved the car it looked great other than the fact that all my door jams were never touched. First detail I have ever had where I recieved my car back with dirty door jams. I called to notify them and I was told if you want to come back Ill whipe them for you. Not even Im sorry. No I do not want to drive back 45 min from salem so you can wipe my door jams. I wanted it done right the first time. Why should I waste my time and fuel because you didnt complete the job. Il take my other vehicles somewhere else. I wont lie the car looks great other than that!

Purchased a used truck in serious need of care (weather damaged paint, cabin smells, etc.). I took it to another detailer first who did a decent job with general cleaning, but it wasn't enough to bring it back to life. Gallagher was recommended to me by my mechanic, and the work they did was amazing! Took years off the aged look of the truck and got rid of the odors! They are extremely knowledgeable and stand by the work they do. Highly recommended!!

These guys are top notch - the best of the best. Alpha fixed a leak in my sunroof a year ago - removing the carpets and much of the interior, thoroughly drying it, testing it for mold and clearing all the drains. His work was meticulous and he communicated throughout. 6 months later, (not as a result of his work), a piece of my interior trim was coming off and I reached out to him for advice in reattaching it. When I came by unannounced, Alpha stopped what he was doing and spent over 30 minutes of his time reattaching the trim at no cost. I recently purchased a ceramic coat and again, the service was top notch. Not only was the job absolutely flawless, he fixed my bent license plate and did a light detail on the interior as a 'thank you' for my service. Alpha and his team are artful, detailed, knowledgeable and thorough in their craft. But they are not just dedicated to excellence in their work, they are genuinely committed to outstanding customer service. Bravo!

I could not be happier with results of the Full, Complete Detail my truck received at Alpha’s Auto Detail. Ricardo did a truly outstanding job on both the interior and exterior and his attention to detail honestly blew me away (my dash clock was a couple of hours off and Ricardo noticed and actually set it to the correct time!). I purchased a used truck from a private seller a few weeks ago and despite the previous owner taking great care of the truck, it had accumulated a fair amount of dirt and debris within the cab and under the hood. Wanting a fresh start with this truck, E&N was recommended to me. Being that they have great reviews, are reasonably priced, local and family owned made the decision easy. When I picked up my truck, it looked like it just rolled off the factory floor. The thoroughness of their work is unparalleled. Lastly, how the owner handled my concern about the amount of gas used while in their possession spoke a lot about his commitment to customer service. In short, when I started up my truck I noticed my fuel range dropped from 68 miles to 34 and the mpg efficiency dropped considerably as well. The owner explained to me they leave the cars idling with the heater on to help dry out the vehicle in time to be picked up. Not realizing that nor preparing accordingly, I was offered a discount to offset the fuel loss. That's a level of customer service I rarely experience these days and was appreciated. Make a mental note though that you may see some fuel loss yourself, especially if you have a big, thirsty V8.
