DMH had a holiday BOGO gift card deal. We bought one and had cleaning/detailing done on our 2013 SUV before we sold it, it turned out so much better than imagined! The car looked close to brand new! Really lucky to have come across Dapper, would not have wanted to drive this car anywhere with the mold issue that came about. Edgar was awesome, very personable, showed up on time and did a super thorough detail. Even remembered to put the frost protector back on the spigot afterward. Very happy with the work and will hire Dapper again. Photos are before and after of my Model Y with white interior. Especially pleased that Edgar was able to get most of the ink transfer (from blue jeans) off my white seats.

I received a confirmation email shortly after booking the job and a phone call to let me know of a slightly late arrival time. They did an amazing job of restoring my 20 year old beater subaru that I didn't want to sell it! It had a bunch of sap damage to the hood that they took care, hazy old headlights were sparkling, even the engine was clean enough to eat off of! The best thing was how much better the car drove - everything just felt so supple and smooth, including the handling, it was a shockingly noticeable improvement.

Tony was great with communication when coordinating 3 vehicles to have detailed at my work. His mobile facility has everything he needed to get my Porsche ready for Sunset Cars & Coffee the following day; including spotless water! Even though I only requested an exterior detail, he was kind enough to see the interior needed a little vacuum and dusting, it was a really nice extra touch. I had my car serviced by Caleb Stien who did a fantastic job. The interior looks and feels brand new. I was concerned about the leather steering wheel which he was able to clean up very well. The exterior looks awesome! There were black scuffs that Caleb was able to buffer out which left me impressed.

The experience at Fresh Start Detail was excellent from start to finish. They answered all of my questions in detail before scheduling my ceramic service. I drove up from Tualatin because they were the best shop I found after doing independent research. The multi-layer ceramic coating looks flawless. 7/15/24 - Addition to my original review. We were so impressed with Fresh Start Detail that we took the Lexus back in to be Ceramic Coated over the Paint Protection Film to protect the paint. My car is silver but it really made the car shine. I will be anxious to see how easy it is to clean. They take very good care of your car. Everyone you deal with from Caleb, Pedro and Jason are so nice to deal with explaining everything including how to take care of your car after it has been coated. We will be taking our truck in next to have it ceramic coated. If you really want your paint to stay looking like new, definitely go see them. You won’t be disappointed. 8/2023 - We bought a brand new Lexus and wanted to protect it from rock chips. We were very impressed with Caleb and his employees. We actually live 15 minutes from two car detail shops but drove close to an hour to have Fresh Detail put on Paint Protection Film because of the communication we had with Caleb and the wonderful reviews they have. We were so impressed from the first minute we took my car there to when we picked it up. They did a fantastic job on it and treated it like their own. I would totally recommend them for any job you decide to have them do. They will definitely be the first shop we decide on for any future work on this car or any others we may have. You won’t be disappointed. The loaner car too for $5.00 a day was even an added bonus when we lived so far away and didn’t have to take two cars. They have great products too to take car of your beautiful car when you get it. Don’t hesitate if you want to protect your investment.

Next Level was better pricing and way more convenient. They literally put us in immediately and 3 hours later, we had our baby back with the front side windows tinted to match the factory tinted rear windows and the windshield tinted absolutely beautifully!

The monthly memberships are the way to go! This is a phenomenal car wash in terms of both quality and staff. I pay for the $39 monthly ultimate unlimited washes. It's a convenient stop off, rarely large lines, and plenty of vacuum spots available. With one ultimate wash at $15, this makes it a steal. It's easy to cancel and reactivate as well. Especially with Oregon's dry summers, your car will appreciate the regular thorough washes here to remove dirt from your adventures. Word of caution: my slim-license plate holder on the front is no match for this wash and I find it regularly bends my plate. They will kindly tape your plate before entering if you ask them.

Was looking for a local detailer and found Custom Corrections - can't recommend enough! Edgar is really nice and communicative. We had to reschedule, but he was quick to figure out another day and time. We did a quick walk through when I got there and another one when I came back to pick up my car. He did a great job, definitely worth the price. I'll definitely be going back for upkeep and eventually to do the exterior.

Great staff, decently priced monthly subscription. I do like that you can cancel and renew at any time. Makes it nice for times you will be traveling or some of those rainy weeks. Cons…I swear they used to dry better! Additionally sometimes I find I have to go through twice or the following day to get all the dirt off. With the subscription it doesn’t cost many any more, but would be nice if the washing and drying were more powerful.

Liam did a ceramic coat on my 2013 C63 and let me start, his communication was 10/10 from start to end explaining how it was going and where he was at in the process. I gave him the car freshly unwrapped (poorly cause I did it myself) but he was able to get all the residue off and make the paint look like a mirror. I recommend him to everyone💪

Just bought a new car and wanted to get some protection for my paint. I reached out to Jon at OWP and he responded back very quickly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I got a 1 step paint correction and a 5 year ceramic coating. Even though it was a new car, Jon identified a few defects within the paint and that's why I went with the paint correction.
