small price quote discrepancy at first, but they honored what i was quoted, so left my car for the day. when i picked up my car, i could not be happier. it was perfectly clean like new! i had a lot of pet hair that i have tried to get out myself and couldn't and i literally couldn't see not even one hair. they did an excellent job, very professional. i tipped the guy who did the detailing and left a happy customer. thanks Epic, we will use you in the future.

Love this place! We had to reschedule a few times (problems on my end), and Ramon was patient and very quick to respond. We dropped it off this morning at 8:30, and it was done before 4:00. I wish I had taken before photos so it was apparent how badly the detailing was needed, but as seen in the after photos the car looks great. It's a 2010 Camry, and even though it's 14 years old it came out fantastic.

We were amazed at the service mad dog provided.They gave us our 2022 Tacoma back and it was in the same condition that we bought it in!! Not only did they exceed our expectations they finished when they said they would! We will definitely be back! And referring our family and friends to them! Great job you guys!! Brian and Drew are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I still to this day have not been able to stump either of them. They do a lot of holiday themed car meets for kids. Fantastic selection of products that can get confusing very quickly but they can answer any questions. Only place I use for car detailing!

This place was a refreshing change from the few others around town. My son had spilled milk in my back seat. Let’s say it stunk! When I got my car back it was not only like brand new they even had pictures of pulling out my back seat and the milk curdled and then an after picture of it all cleaned up. My car looked good for a month or more. They were cheaper because their a new business name detailing and windows tint as well. My car looks 10 folds better then before! Ask for jay.

Edgar was awesome, very personable, showed up on time and did a super thorough detail. Even remembered to put the frost protector back on the spigot afterward. Very happy with the work and will hire Dapper again. Photos are before and after of my Model Y with white interior. Especially pleased that Edgar was able to get most of the ink transfer (from blue jeans) off my white seats.

Came here to get my car detailed despite the poor reviews because it was the only place with availably. Now I know why. Paid $120 and waited 2 hours for there still to be dust, dirt, sand, and crumbs all up in everything. I had to take it back the next day to get it done again and still had to point out to the guy cleaning it all the places he missed including the space in between my seats, the cup holders, my plastic trunk cover. I still had to go back and vacuum under the seats. They also removed some melted crayon from the change holder and scratched it all up, if you couldn’t do it without scratching it just leave it. Wasted a ton of my time and money to still clean it myself once I got home. I added on the tire treatment and still dirty. I would not recommend this place just clean it yourself. 2 stars because they cleaned it again when I showed them all these pictures. $120 for this is crazy.

I take all of my companies funeral service vehicles to this location. They are friendly and efficient. The lady with the curly hair always makes it a point to say hi, and inquires if she hasn't seen me in a while when I do show up. I put monthly passes on our more frequently used vehicles, and purchased gift cards for the less used ones. The monthly pass is a great deal. I subscribe to the #3, which is their top-tier monthly option. It's $39 a month, and they install an RFID barcode sticker on the interior of your windshield. Everytime you arrive, they know what wash plan you are on. You are able to use the car wash 15 times in a month under that rate. Contract says if you use it more than 15 times a month, you are considered a for-hire vehicle, and need to pay a surcharge. I don't know what that charge is, as I only use the wash every 2-3 days. Ultimately, if you use the car wash 3 times, it pays for itself. Use it 10 times in a month, that's like paying $4 a wash. 15 times is roughly $2.60 a wash. The only thing I wish they had was in-depth detailing services. They advertise quick detailing, but when I called to inquire about removing stubborn hard water spots on vehicle body and windows from water sprinklers, they said they were not equipped to remove them in a detailing package. I now have a mobile detailing service scheduled to arrive in 12.5 hours to detail the exterior of the car and remove those hard water marks.

In addition to having an adventure dog who always seems to be wet a muddy, I also had someone spend the night in my car smoking and doing drugs. Needless to say, my car was a disaster. Mark is very personable and did an excellent job removing a metric ton of dog hair and cleaning my seats. My car looks better than when I bought it. He also touched up a long scratch where my car had been keyed and it looks so much better. His services are expensive but you get what you pay for!

Jason was fantastic! I left my car out for many months and it unfortunately grew a white and green mold on the cloth seating and seat belts. He got rid of it and the inside looked like new. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and really cares about his work. He communicates well. He'll be my main guy for any detailing. Highly recommend

Jason did an amazing job on my moldy car! It was better than when I got it from the dealership. He communicated consistently, always got my permission if something was going to cost more or take more time, and took every possible step to make sure I was happy with the results. He even rounded up all the random stuff in my car and put it in a nice bag--I did not expect that level of care at all. This place is very good and the staff is great. However after the wash today I brought my vehicle over to the vacuum area where I was drying my wifes new car. They were painting the building next to the vacuum area and I now have blue overspray dots all over my wifes car. I had to leave and do my best to remove the blue overspray off of her new car. I'm sure others didn't notice the painting going on however I would suggest doing this after hours as I have even more work to do making sure her new car is free from the blue paint.

MobiGleam came out and detailed my Jeep Wrangler which was much needed as it has been sitting in the driveway during most of the pandemic. The Jeep had some mold on the soft top, general dampness, lots of dirt and dust from offroading, and even pet hair -- MobiGleam was able to tackle it all. BEWARE! My vehicle's paint was scratched going through this car wash and the owner was extremely defensive and argumentative. I would have turned it over to insurance, but since I didn't have any "before" pictures it may have ended up affecting my rates. Furthermore, it did not do a good job cleaning my car. I will never go through this car wash again. Update: As you can see by the owner's response (3 years after the fact), he doesn't care much about his customers or their property. I'll take this opportunity to recommend Scrubby's car wash in fairview on NE Halsey street x 220th. Also, thanks for bumping this 3 year old review to the top!

I booked an interior detail and they did an amazing job on cleaning my dirty truck that haven't been cleaned in years. They turned my truck from looking like a dumpster to looking brand new.
