Thank you so much to this amazing company, and to Tanner. He is the nicest guy!! My car sat untouched for 2 months and started to grow mold. They cleaned all the mold out of my car and made my car look like it did on the day I got it. I had mold all over my seatbelts, my seats and carpets. They were able to clean all of it off and kill all of the bacteria and mold. I recommend the ozone treatment & I highly recommend this shop. You get what you pay for, for sure. Amazing work done by some of the nicest people. Very detail oriented and did exactly what we needed. We have 3 pugs who shed like crazy and 2 kids who snack in the car, but after taking my car in you would never guess. Not a speck of dirt or a single dog hair. We had them restore my headlights and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! They look brand new again. My youngest daughter got in after I picked the car up and said “I love when you take our car here because it gets so clean!” Would recommend them to anyone who wants the best for their cars. Took my car there to treat some mold, they cleaned it same day. And the next day I noticed a small spot they missed and they immediately fixed it. Car is mold feee and looks brand new. It was a good amount of money but totally worth it to treat it professionally.

I purchased the $300.00 package. Windows and mirrors not clean with dirt and streaks. Wheels not cleaned and dirt on bumpers, hood and body. I expected more for the price since they advertising stated how great they are. Disappointed in quality and felt for the price much more care. I dropped the pickup off at 10:15 and picked up at 6:00PM with seats still damp. The drivers floor mats were over the gas pedal so while pulling out into traffic I had no power. Really an overall lack of attention to detail.

The Chevy Trailblazer I bought after totaling my van was filthy. I don’t know the last time it was vacuumed let alone detailed. I took it to at least vacuum but just struggled with the packed hair under the back seat. Austin did an incredible job with this beyond disgusting vehicle. Thus has been a great experience!!! The car is sooo clean and looking great. And the window tinting, is better than I could have ever expected. The car looks great and is like getting a new vehicle. It's cooler inside when it's sitting in the sun, the a/c cools the car a lot quicker and colder, it's just terrific. The guy's did an excellent job and we're very professional. Detail Werks was nice to deal with and seemed like they knew there stuff. Chris held his quote from 8 months ago which I appreciated. He gave me a entry level package deal which seemed reasonable. I was amazed with what he did with a black trim bringing it back to almost new and did a good job with the headlights clearing them up. My only gripe is I wish he was more thorough with restoring the black trim there's a lot of spotty misses and not complete areas. I realize its a 2002 CRV and maybe I was asking for too much with the price given but I would have been ok if he needed to increase the price and called to say the overall job was taking longer than what was quoted. I wish I went over things more thorough with him on what to expect.

I was very impressed by the attention to detail and hard labor that was put into my 2010 Ford Escape by Manny at Slingsuds Auto Detailing. Besides the occassional regular car wash, I had my car detailed once in the 12 years that I've owned it; boy did I realize that I had no clue what a "true car detailing" meant. It was very exciting to see the process, a very tedious and long process. The interior is vacuumed, wiped, scrubbed, every crook and cranny is cleaned, once the interior is up to Manny's standards then he moves to the exterior of buffing & shine and the final step of Ceramic coating. Your car will truly sparkle and you will feel like you are driving a new car. Manny was kind to give me instructions on the after care so the results can last...who does that? This detailing was totally worth it. I truly recommend SlingSuds Auto Detailing for their honesty, professionalism, attention to detail; your vehicle will be in great hands.

I live alone out in the Coburg Hills, and I’m handicapped. I’d been wanting to have my car detailed for some time, but I wasn’t interested or able to wait for six hours in a detail shop to get the amount of work my car needed to have done. So, I started to look online for alternatives. This is when I discovered, “Autorem”, a detail shop that not only has its own garage in Springfield, but also has a mobile service which allows clients to have their car detailed at their place of residence. So, I called the company the week before Christmas, and a nice young man by the name of “Will” came up within a few days to completely clean and wax my car for a very reasonable price, especially given the distance he had to drive to get to my place. He spent a good five to six hours doing such a thorough job that when he was finished, my car looked like new!! I was very impressed. That’s why I have given this company a five star rating. The service was impeccable and Will was prompt, polite, and quite experienced. I highly recommend “Autorem” for any kind of detailing your vehicle requires.

I can't recommend enough. I had an emergency after my poor, sick dog made a nasty mess in my car, but Tessa was able to fit me in to clean my seats. She did a terrific job, even got the stains that were already on my seats when I bought my car! She also went the extra mile and vacuumed out my ride, which was sorely needed. Amazing!! Scott looked it over, gave me a realistic estimate of what he could polish out -- and in half the amount of time he quoted, he got rid of way more than expected. I was floored. I cannot even understand how he was able to do it but Josh took our disgustingly filthy smoke mobiles and turned them into two showroom ready cars! There are some mad skills going on at Fuller Reflections! I highly encourage you give them a call the next time you want to fall in love with your car all over again, because you will! ***update*** After writing the below review, I was contacted by their team. They apologized for the job done, came and picked my car up the next day to re-clean it. It came back looking great. Upon inspection of the car there, I noticed they had spilled a cleaning agent that had hardened to a sticky paste on my hood. Then I noticed they had not cleaned the door jams on the passenger doors (they did so while i was there, but the included picture is what they missed on the 2nd go around). Then I noticed that they hadn't cleaned the whole trunk track of gunk and debris. Then I noticed that the rims hadn't been fully cleaned, but just the outer spoke aspects (and not even fully cleaned either). The top roof also had debris and dirty spots near the tracks and crossover bars. They also got buffing compound and tire spray on my side skirts and didnt clean it off either. Upon entering the car, I noticed that my whole dash and other parts was coated in white paper-towel-like particles everywhere. My center console still had small sticky residue particles. If the local kid did this for 50-100 bucks, ok, sure... but 375 ( I was charged extra 50 for the dog hair, which they barely got out and I removed VERY easily with a strip of ducttape.). Overall very disappointing for the cost.

Update: my review prompted a call and i was told.my account would be canceled. Not sure how it would have gone without the review but it shows that to some degree they care about feedback. I stopped this car wash because my car doesnt always get clean. I have to go through multiple times for it to clean my car adequately. Happy to have some response to my difficult cancelation. Can only cancel via a form that takes weeks. Meaning they charge you in the mean time. Ive always been able to call an have my membership canceled. This is a really poorly designed system for the customer and is designed to keep charging you

Great deal if you wash your car more than twice a month is their monthly pass as it is cheaper and has unlimited use. Vacs work well and there are enough cans to dump garbage, and they do a decent job of emptying them throughout the day.

I qa sputting my Audi S8 in a local car show so I got the "Elite wash and detail" for $39.99 but was charged an extra $8 without notice or mention on my receipt (I assume for cleaning my already clean floor mats x4). We went through the automatic car wash, which only took about 2 minutes. It seemed short to me. We then went into the detail area and watched as the car next to me had their trunk opened and cleaned, but mine was not even opened and left dirty. My center consoles and door compartments were not vacuumed out at either. Nor, were my back seat cracks. My drivers floor mat was placed on top of the gas pedal, which almost turned into an out of control issue, which is scary in a V10 capable of over 170mph, luckily I was able to pull it off before anything bad happened. Overall, I would not suggest the detail service here.

I bought the 39.00 car wash, windows inside and out, vacuum interior. 10$ extra for dog hair. (Worth every penny) You must know exactly what you want when you go there then watch them like hawks, check everything before u leave and ask them to redo if needed. (Extras on my plan: mats 2$ each to wash, seats 4$ extra to wipe down, etc.) My 50$ was well worth it for me. Spotless floors, clean car, clean windows. Better than 150.00 for similar elsewhere. I had them redo some vacuuming before i left. They redid graciously. Its well worth it for me to do extras myself. Nice people . They will do exactly what you pay for and do it well. Paid for the executive wash. Good customer service, and we were given a disposal wipe to clean the dash. There was a line when we arrived but it moved quickly. The wash itself was good, the color changing lights provided a cool aesthetic, and we appreciated the hand dry, it was a nice finishing touch to ensure the truck was looking good when we left.

Man I couldn’t have asked for my truck to turn out any better. My grandpa passed and I was given his farm truck. 302k miles of all farm truck. I don’t know how they got all the dust and dirt out of the seats and carpet. Pretty sure truck was never truly cleaned. Will 100% be a repeat customer.

This car wash is easy to find at the Kendall Auto Mall area in Eugene, it has long lines at times. In my recent experience at this car wash, my car was clean after but there drying system didn't work so well. Also, the attendant was a bit rude as I pulled up to have my car washed.

I am so ecstatic with how well they did on my suv. Dropped it off this morning. Picked it up at 2 o’clock and it’s beautiful. I couldn’t be more happy. We had the Front two windows tinted to match our back windows and we went with the ceramic tint. They matched it beautifully now I can’t wait to go in and have the front top visor of my window tinted. That’ll probably be next month if you were looking for a good tinting on your windows I highly recommend them.

My husband surprised me with a detailing by Kyle @ Diamond Detail Co. And this car for the past almost 10 years have been on so many mountain and beach trips with two dogs that love to get extremely dirty. I wish I had before pictures to show because WOW he cleaned every little last inch of this car, places I've tried to clean in the past that I thought were hopeless he had scrubbed spotless, and even got every last little dog hair that was embedded in the carpets.
