Next Level was better pricing and way more convenient. They literally put us in immediately and 3 hours later, we had our baby back with the front side windows tinted to match the factory tinted rear windows and the windshield tinted absolutely beautifully!

Erick does amazing work! My truck had been off-roading quite a bit in Puerto Rico with heavy pin striping from brush and about 4 years of a constant barrage of sun and heat. The truck is also black and shows paint swirls from being washed very easily. Erick’s expertise and attention to deal made the truck feel new to me again. He explains the process thoroughly and sets realistic expectations before you spend a dime. He also sends updates and photos as he goes. Liam did a ceramic coat on my 2013 C63 and let me start, his communication was 10/10 from start to end explaining how it was going and where he was at in the process. I gave him the car freshly unwrapped (poorly cause I did it myself) but he was able to get all the residue off and make the paint look like a mirror. I recommend him to everyone💪

Amazing service! I couldn’t recommend this detailing service enough. I spilled latte all over my car and it started smelling like sour milk. I contacted them and got a response right away to set up an appointment and get a quote. I got serviced the following day and my car is even cleaner when it was new. If you want your paint RUINED. 05 Mercedes SL 500 Black. The machines must be broken. This place should close and a hot dog stand should be put up. Besides the damage, I walked across the street to get some ATM cash to tip. Wasn't able to, the car was still dripping in the lower sections, the mirrors I wiped. I had to ask for a rag and wipe after the employee was paid to do that. Plus they charged me an extra dollar for SUV/truck. I feel raped. Don't ever go here.

We've tried this car wash several times with three different vehicles, and the outcome is always the same: the interior is never cleaned well. Cup holders have splatter, scuff marks on the glove box, and doors are never wiped off. The windscreen and glass often have streaks or overspray remaining. It's hastily done with no attention to detail. I've even brought these issues up prior to having the car cleaned so they would pay extra attention. I regret having tipped them. I tried to inspect the car before leaving, but as soon as I get home, I always find more issues on the other side of the car. Very disappointing.

Was looking for a local detailer and found Custom Corrections - can't recommend enough! Edgar is really nice and communicative. We had to reschedule, but he was quick to figure out another day and time. We did a quick walk through when I got there and another one when I came back to pick up my car. He did a great job, definitely worth the price. I'll definitely be going back for upkeep and eventually to do the exterior.

I just came through with my 4Runner and paid the highest price for the ultimate or whatever package you call it... and it did such a crap job- like the only good thing that happened was I got to vacuum out my vehicle -but the outside is not much different than when I got here. Waste of money basically.

I don't really mean to make them as mediocre. I went here because my buddy has had really good luck with them. I mark mediocre because they made a bad worse by not having an up to date website stating they don't work on diesel sedans and that they DO have a key drop off. Would have saved me and my brother from a very long and bad night on multiple front. I just don't think anyone running a business should be so behind on modern business standards like this. Sorry guys. Maybe next time.

Recently received company vehicles through work and decided to get my car detailed. Dapper Pros were recomended by a co-worker. These guys are top notch - the best of the best. Alpha fixed a leak in my sunroof a year ago - removing the carpets and much of the interior, thoroughly drying it, testing it for mold and clearing all the drains. His work was meticulous and he communicated throughout. 6 months later, (not as a result of his work), a piece of my interior trim was coming off and I reached out to him for advice in reattaching it. When I came by unannounced, Alpha stopped what he was doing and spent over 30 minutes of his time reattaching the trim at no cost. I recently purchased a ceramic coat and again, the service was top notch. Not only was the job absolutely flawless, he fixed my bent license plate and did a light detail on the interior as a 'thank you' for my service. Alpha and his team are artful, detailed, knowledgeable and thorough in their craft. But they are not just dedicated to excellence in their work, they are genuinely committed to outstanding customer service. Bravo!

I could not be happier with results of the Full, Complete Detail my truck received at Alpha’s Auto Detail. Ricardo did a truly outstanding job on both the interior and exterior and his attention to detail honestly blew me away (my dash clock was a couple of hours off and Ricardo noticed and actually set it to the correct time!). The interior looks and feels brand new and the exterior paint is simply gleaming. I’ve never had my car detailed before this time. I had some concerns and issues regarding my paint surface on my car. This company worked very hard to understand my needs and were careful to not give me the service I requested because it was not my best option for my needs. I ended up using their services and was way more pleased than I thought I would be. I’ve heard stories from friends who were not thrilled with the service companies they had used, which was not VIP/Squeegee. This was not my experience with VIP/ Squeegee. They went far beyond expectations in helping get my car cleaned up and ready for the winter months. I will use them again….and recommend them to my friends. If you have any reservations about their integrity, put them aside. These people were awesome and they went beyond to help me get what I needed done. They cleaned my interior, made my headlights clear again, and cleaned and treated my exterior. All stellar work completed. A fair price with work done in a timely manner. Always their concern was fitting into my schedule and meeting the needs I had regarding protecting my car paint finish.

Albeit kind and prompt, the quality of the detail does not match the premium. There has been a fair amount of exposed dirt and debris in plain sight that can be wiped away by hand. Also, the seats were not adjusted and vacuumed; only what was exposed was cleaned. This feels indicative of the job done. We paid a premium to not do the detailing ourselves, but feel the job mirrors what we could’ve accomplished ourselves in a couple hours.

I recently had my car's headlights restored and the results were simply amazing. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. They explained the entire process to me and made sure I understood what was going to be done. They also gave me an accurate estimate of the cost and the time it would take to complete the job. When I got my car back, I was blown away by the transformation. The headlights looked brand new again! The clarity and brightness were significantly improved, and I felt much safer driving at night. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail. The staff not only restored the headlights but also took the time to clean and polish the surrounding areas. Had a poor experience with window tinting. Twice I showed up to my appointment and the employee performing the job was more than 15 minutes late. After the first time I was offered a discount to come back. After the second time I was too frustrated at the time they had me wasting. I do not know if it was Marcial (the employee) or the company's communication that caused the issue. Either way they did not respect their customers time and are not worth doing business with. I gave a two star because I did have my cars detailed at my house and was pleased with the experience, but the lack of timeliness with the tinting has tainted my view of the company.

Had my first appointment canceled the night before (I had booked 2 weeks prior) because they accidentally overbooked. They rescheduled me for two weeks out. I show up to my appointment yesterday after an hour drive and no one is there. Got a text that my appointment was canceled because no one could come in, with zero notice.
