We bought a used Cadillac truck, it looked great however, the previous owners didn’t do much maintenance to the paint in terms of waxing. The vehicle is actually black. I wanted to get it to look like new. So I found Youngstown detailing co. First off Chad was excellent and easy to talk to and very nice, he explained the whole process of putting on a ceramic coating. We dropped off the vehicle and when we picked it up, we were AMAZED at the way the vehicle looked after the process. It looks better now than it probably did when it rolled off the assembly line. The vehicle has a wet look like it was just painted. We have another car that we are bringing back to them to do the same coating on. I strongly recommend going with Youngstown Detailing co for new and used vehicles. The coating we chose has a 9 year warranty, less washing no waxing most dirt slides right off, along with water.

Gates/ plate readers are never working properly, some brushes inside wash aren’t working so vehicles never get as clean as they should be, and I never get tire shine at this location for some reason even though it’s included in my membership, but they do have 1 or 2 friendly employees. Just going to start avoiding this location unfortunately.

Had my vehicle detailed at this business recently, and I have to say that I’m extremely disappointed. Several surfaces on the car still had layers of dust, mud remained on several surfaces as well, and the windows were not wiped completely. Additionally, I was charged an additional 40 dollars for pet hair removal, only to have the entire roof interior not be done or vacuumed. Luckily the owner gave me the pet hair fee back, but for 115 dollars and an entire day without a car, I’d expect more than what could have been done by someone in their garage in an hour. As someone who’s had several details done, this is by far the worst. The only positive experience from this endeavor was that the customer service was decent.

Nice value car was. Has a drying and vac area underneath roof which is awesome. Cons, one wholesale of vacuum has been down for weeks as well as brushes that clean the side if the car. Staffn is very nice

Waited 30min in line! I have a membership of $30month. I usually use the Austintown location, This is my first time using the Boardman location and this will be my last time! I ended up, not to washing my car, because it was going to take me another hour to wait for my turn Angel The guy that worked there, tried his best to Let me get out, he had to open the membership line that was out of order and it still took me 10 minutes to get out of there! worst experience ever!

Car wash was excellent. Employees are great. The only issue I have is when I paid for the membership I never received a bar code for the wash. This has happened twice and I still don’t have anything other than my receipt to get through the wash. The employees have been super understanding but it’s just a pain to have to stop and explain every time I use the wash. A barcode sticker would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Awful car wash. Very little product when you swipe your card to pay you only get 4 minutes at a time. The cancel button doesn’t cancel or pause your transaction; it adds time and charges. Also the brush in the last bay didn’t work.

We went here yesterday. We drove both of Our 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4×4's to get washed. It was a gorgeous 70° day & Hubby & I wanted a 'Self-Serve" car wash, as we saw too many bad "reviews" on automatic Car washes around Boardman & Youngstown. I got My Jeep Jan. 16th, 2021 for My Birthday. The "SNAZZBERRY" is Jeep's newest color, for the 2021 Wrangler Sport 4×4. My Husband's Birthday is Wed. March 24th, 2021 and He got a matching Jeep to mine, 3 days ago. His is "STINGRAY" We didn't want to risk scratches, dings, or dents by taking them to regular car washes, as the reviews were awful. Not the case with WHATAWASH. VERY HAPPY RESULTS. MACHINERY WAS FINE & EVERYTHING WORKED AS EXPECTED! THX! GOD BLESS! WE WILL BE BACK WEEKLY!

I took my 2012 Buick Verano in today for detailing. They did an excellent job, and I had them do my headlight covers, and they were so foggy looking that other drivers couldn't tell that I had my turn signals on. My car has never been garage parked, but it has low miles and still looks good, minus the paint chips from rocks. My headlight covers now are brand new looking. I highly recommend this place!!!

$9 for the premium touchless auto wash and it did a sub par job with my suburban. The dry cycle was no where near long enough, though I did like that I didn't have to pull forward to get the dry, it moves up and down the car. Probably won't use this part again, but my husband uses the self wash bays & I go for the vacuums quite often.

I have always trusted Coates to do a good job washing my cars. I will drive past other washes just to go to this local establishment. However my last trip resulted in damage to my 2 week old car. Ever since the new owners took over, they have cut the services dramatically. They stopped using the bug spray which worked very well . They stopped brush washing your windows before you got in the tunnel, especially flat windows in the back of an SUV that never get washed by their brushes . And if they do have towels outside, they are never dry. They’ve only been half dried and there’s never any bottles of cleaning fluid anymore. . The new owners are running this place into the ground very quickly . Looking elsewhere
