Had my 3-row SUV detailed here and they did amazing work. It was done in 4 hours and looks like a brand new car. Plus the staff was wonderful and communicative the whole time. I'll definitely be taking my car here in the future. My only suggestion is adding an option for the "new car smell" so the car doesn't smell like cleaning chemicals. I'd pay extra for it.

Ohhhh, my "Bob" 😆..... It's taken me 57 years, but i finally found the best place to wash my car without spending a fortune. Let's start with the tire cleaner that wasn't supposed to be available. Well, i can't hardly wait until when it does supposedly work, because i've honestly never had as much brake dust come off of my rim caps and make them look decent for a change. And as for the rest of the job, i'll let you see if it's good enough or not with the photos in this review that is going to go worldwide, since i'm in the top 10% of Google reviewers worldwide, and i couldn't be happier to give my highest review of my life. I'm so glad i drove from the Westside of Columbus after reading other's reviews. It's definitely worth the few extra minutes to come here, that's for sure. And i'll never go anywhere else again. It's easy to miss, but if you're looking for a great car wash, I'd suggest this one. High quality effective products that leave your car nice and clean. Has vacuums, a nice drying area in the back, vending for cleaning products like towels and glass cleaners etc. And the owner seems to be there at least once a day making sure everything is picked up, clean, and stocked. I heard they're trying to potentially get air dryers installed as well which would be a convenient addition.

This location washes pretty well. Has 2 front/top brushes and 4 side brushes. They have around 20 vacuum spots. It is easy to get in and out of. Use the light at Marc's/Kohls then turn right. The staff is always polite. I use the Creama and it gets the car clean and makes the wheels shine.

The cheapest express option wasn’t the best and left bird poop on top of my car and on the windows. Deeper dirt didn’t come off but that was to be expected. The vacuums are nice! Overall good experience but I would likely upgrade next time

I have been visiting this place since it opened with my car that has a roof rack. However, today the store manager, who has always allowed me to enter without any issues, rudely informed me that I could no longer come back. Without any explanation he said I was not welcomed back. While delivering this message, he sent me through the car wash with the car wash top mode still on, which nearly caused damage to both his equipment and my vehicle. I believe this situation could have been handled much better.

Super fast! I was about 9 cars back and the attendant kept the cars moving. This was my first visit And I will definitely be back. I got the $20 unlimited monthly pass- I may be back today lol The vacuums are strong and well maintained, the car freshener provided smells like mens cologne. They do have it down to a science for keeping the cars moving. I also saw a gentleman employing the trash cans by the vacuums while we were there. With the nice weather around the corner, I look forward to future visits.

This is the best carwash in Westerville/ Columbus. Brad, the manager for over 11 years, has maintained (with his bright staff members) a quality experience every single time I've been through this location. I've visited all the local Westerville car washes (Moo-Moo, Goo-Goo, Take 5, Wash-Go, and more) in the two years I've lived here. Turkey Hill has been consistently the best value and service I could want. **A floor mat wash station would be the best suggestion I could have for an already great car wash service.** Tell Brad, the guy with the white beard, that Brent sends his best, because I appreciate how he always gives his best for his customers.

Have you ever spilled a gallon of exterior paint in your car seat? No? Well I have! I was terrified I was going to have to replace the whole seat and carpeting. In desperation I called this detailing shop at 5:30pm (about ten minutes after it happened). Sebastian answered the phone and said he would wait for me to arrive even though they were closing at 6pm. Besides the gallon of paint my car is an absolute wreck due to having four kids and being a travel nurse. I basically live out of my car for work, and I haven't had this car cleaned for 4-5 years besides the weekly surface wipe and quick sweeping I do myself. It's a rolling garbage can. I'm not proud of it but, I bet half of Columbus has the same problem. If you do! You don't need to look any further. This is your detail shop! The pictures speak for themselves. I'll be back for sure.

My girlfriend had a major stain on her car, either road paint or cement (I forgot to take a 'before' picture for reference). I said take it to Universal Detailing! Westerville Auto Spa did my car right. I bought an SUV back in May. And I love it. However, there was a pretty bad odor in it from the previous owner who smoked in the car. My car was cleaned inside and out with great attention to detail. The smoke odor that I've been fighting for months is gone. I don't know how they did it, but would recommend 20/10. Seriously, go get your car cleaned. They won't let you down.

Don't even bother wasting your time and money. You'll get the same result using a handheld vacuum and going through the carwash. I brought my car here expecting it to be clean upon return. Nothing about it feels clean or smells clean. Not only was it not clean, I arrived to pick up my car and my seat was so reclined back it was stuck and jammed. And no one knew what happened to it. The carpets are visibly poorly done. There's still stains on my seats that I easily wiped away with baby wipes. The interior windshield was never touched, you can still see my kid's handprints. The outside windshield and side mirrors have streaks and water marks where they were hardly wiped down. Only one half of the tires were touched. Overall, I would never go back. Horrible experience.

Terrible management! I never see the old staff here and it looks like they have a new manager and she came up to me at the kiosk with an attitude trying to sell me a pass and wouldn’t take no for an answer. The old crew understood that I can’t purchase a membership because it’s a company truck but when I tried to explain that to her she starting yelling at me and telling me that I can’t afford $20 a month which is insanely disrespectful. I always enjoyed coming here but that was definitely my last time. Other washes might be slightly more expensive but definitely better customer service and better wash quality overall. please listen to me and take your business elsewhere!!!!

This Take Five location is frequently down for service issues. The employees rarely acknowledge any gestures of hello or thank you. This location frequently opens later than their stated hours so when you arrive, it’s not open yet! About every other vacuum (It seems like) Is either clogged up or just simply not working.Will be switching over to another car wash monthly opportunity soon.

Joined this car wash not long after it opened. The wash itself is acceptable when all the elements are working. Problem is that lately there is always some function that is not working. For example currently the drying chamois wheels at the end are not functioning. Kind of annoying when you don't have time to stop and wipe down your car. Probably going to drop the sub and try the place down the street if the maintenance doesn't improve.

Ryan does a fantastic job! He completed a ceramic coat and detail job on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it looks amazing! I recently purchased the vehicle which was in gently used condition. It did have a few small scratches and the paint did not shine as much as it should but boy does it now! He took care of all of the scratches as well. Ryan and LionHeart did a perfect job on my Tesla Model Y. The ceramic coating makes the blue shine almost like a mirror. I also got my front windows tinted and it just completes the look I was looking for. The pick and drop off service they offer makes this process headache free and is very convenient. I called to get an estimate on my car and I was told it would cost $350(interior only) for a Honda CRV base pay. I was informed that once they arrived it could go up or down. My car has cloth seats and there were stains on them. He told me it was an extra $25 for “concessions” I asked him to explain, I said does that mean you’ll have to use more product or something and he said yes. I got my car cleaning and was happy. I noticed it was wet and he said to crack the windows to help it dry. I got my car cleaning 7/20 they finished around 4:30pm. It is 7/21 and my seats are still damp and now that it’s drying I am questioning what extra product did I pay for because I still have stains and lines that were from their machine that won’t go away. That’s why I gave a 3.

Nothing at this place works. It looks desolate and run down. The disappointing part is that you have to wash dollars upon dollars in quarters before you find out it doesn't work. Tried to get ahold of owners multiple times to no avail... DONT GO HERE. DONT WASTER YOUR MONEY!!!

Okay…the absolute most amazing facelift the Mini has enjoyed to date. And it was at a wonderful cost. Call for any needs you have and ask for Roger who removed highway cement from my little red car without any damage to the beautiful paint. Please do not take your vehicle here. My husband and I were planning on selling our vehicle and brought it here for an inside and out clean. This place noticed damage to the hood and continued to buff with the idea to "make it shine." This also includes the pillars on the doors which they then tried to take wax and a magic eraser to because of "oxidation." The photos show clear buffer swirls across the hood. Outside of the external damage, they did not do a good job on the inside as well as I still found debris and dust and dirt in the door jams. After the poor detail job and causing damage to the car, they have refused to give any money back. Find a different shop who knows how to detail and pay the extra money for a good service.

I recently had my car detailed by Jonny and Gristian, and they did an amazing job. Jonny was very polite and professional when I first met him at their main location. I intended to get the gold package, but after looking at my car, he said I only needed the silver package. I was very impressed at his honesty and not taking the up sell he could have had. I scheduled the service for the following week at my house. They put in a lot of work, and the end result was great. All the pet hair was gone, all the surfaces were cleaned, and they even got a stain off the ceiling from where a balloon popped and left a sticky residue that had baked in for years. I highly recommend them for their integrity and great work.
