Awesome facility! They have a mini, prewash bug station. Love that. Cole was a great help in choosing which wash was best and then telling me about the free vacuums after my wash! And the vacuum stations even have an air sprayer and mat holder.

I used to visit the business often when I lived in the Warren area. I've since moved to Niles and I have been through in a while. The owner is a childhood friend who i grew up with. Went here for a paint correction, buff/polish on a black GMC 1500. Had a lot of paint swirling and holograms from car washes and poor detailing. Jason and his crew did a phenomenal job! Pics don’t do justice of how great it looks! And the prices are great. Will definitely be going back for more.

This time got the interior clean, exterior wash and hand wax for our SRX. Car looks close to new. Very happy. Cost was $175 and I tipped 20%. That's the second car I've had done by them and even though they cost more than some local guys, they do a better job.

Sorry but I'm editing my post . I'm just disappointed I went to get my car washed yesterday and the machine broke my light bar on my jeep tearing the wire. I talked to the employee and he took my information. I was told that I would get an email that night but I never did . So I went back today as soon as they opened to get more information. I went there and they said they stopped taking people with light bars on their car after my car went through. I don't understand why it was OK before and I had no problems with my light bar and suddenly their machine rams into my light bar a couple times witch never happened before. They just made it sound like it's my fault for not knowing that they won't take cars with that anymore but then why did they let me wash my car when it was OK before .

Smells like something dead is inside of the air vents and the blower is barely work and there's no soap inside of this facility it's just water the windows are left dirty literally just got washed with a silicone scrubby and no soap I definitely want my membership refunded

Very happy with the quality of work they did. When I tell you my carpets were anything but clean I mean it. Took my car to them and in just three hours they had it looking brand new again. Customer service was amazing as well. Highly trustworthy. Highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing professional work. My black Expedition that the previous owner must have ran through an automatic car wash daily had terrible swirl marks and was so dull looking. The shine is now completely restored and it finally has shine, metallic flake, and depth. The ceramic coating applied was done perfectly. Again, I am amazed at how great my black car looks. It finally looks platinum.

I bought the best wash possible to order It sprayed heavy water and heavy soap Rinsed, then sprayed some kind of wax Air dried Did not do well at all left dirt all over the car And it didn't even dry well They claimed that it would not leave spots but if water is left on the car I'm sure it's going to leave spots I took these pictures to show the dirt left on the vehicle Sorely disappointed I want my money back maybe even have somebody who owns this come and wash my car by hand

I give it two stars because I pre washed my truck in a bay then I ran it through the soft touch and they're still dirt on my tailgate it would be great to either get a wash with that or to get it to where it would wash my tailgate too I believe the cloth never made it to the tail end of my truck

Unsure if the prewash procedure has been diluted due to laziness or the new ownership. Seems as though the efforts of the personnel are focused more towards sitting back down inside the office playing on phones than taking care of customer vehicles. I spend over $120 a month on memberships for our vehicles. The quality of service is diminishing. If improvement doesn't show in the near future, my business will unfortunately be taken elsewhere.

Every location has elimimated the pre wash pressure wand spray and mops. I was told this was because people complained about surface scratches from the mop. I'd rather be asked if I would like the mop used, and make that decision. Don't penalize everyone with an inferior wash because a few people (who are probably way too picky about their clearcoat surface scratches) complained. Put up a sign that states "Not responsible for surface scratches from detail pre wash mop". Every single SUV, truck, or car that goes through the automated wash will remain dirty, especially on the rear of the vehicle, without the use of a pressure wand and pre wash mop. Please bring this feature back to your wash and I'll come back as a wash club member. I immediately canceled my membership once I was made aware of corporate's decision to eliminate the mop. Here is a photo of what to expect when washing at this car wash. This photo is of the last time I went through Coates car wash, and I went through the wash twice after noticing how dirty the back was the first time. Pic was taken after the second time through. Pathetic customer service. Please bring back actually cleaning vehicles instead of just collecting money.

Took my car here to get washed and when I left my new car was covered in scratches!!! I spoke to one of the guys there the basically told me to kick rocks! Do not go here unless you want to have you car covered in scratches. I posted pictures of the scratches. Avoid this place! You can see the quality of their customer service in their reply below. We took our truck to have it washed through the touch less and when we left it was barely cleaned or rinsed. I should be able to get money back. Would not recommend this car wash.

Do NOT go to this car wash. I went through and paid for the $12 wash. My car (which wasn’t too dirty to begin with, just a few spots and bird poo) left with every single bit of dirt on it that it did when I drove it over there. The rain could have cleaned it off better. It’s an absolute rip off. Do yourself a favor and go to the car wash over by Menards or wash it at home.

Does a great job without brushes dragging grit over the paint. I get the full wash using the coupons and the cost comes to @ $8.25. Dryer could be better as it is herky jerky and leaves water for the chamois wipe up.

Nabil came and did a great job on my car which was very dirty. He cleaned every individual wheel and shined the tires as well as applying a wax to the exterior of the bmw. He then did an interior clean which got so much dirt out of my door jambs and seats.

Basically following suit with all the other reviews. I have a 2014 Honda Accord that I let go the last few years. I was getting the itch to get a new car but figured with the prices and interest rates to go another way and get it detailed! Josh did awesome! Used to really like this wash. Decided about a week ago to go all out. Did the $17.00 wash. After leaving the wash, I realized it was still dirty. Not sure why it always seemed better with the $11.00 wash. It's in a convenient spot with not many options around. But I'll be going elsewhere.

Terrible now that it’s under new ownership. Not only did they eliminate all interior services, but the car wash itself has dropped in quality. They used to have several attendants pretreating your car, which included using giant brushes to scrub off the front of your car before you enter the automatic wash. Now there’s one person who squirts your car with a hose. The end result was terrible — front of my car was still plastered with bugs, and there were dirt smears all over the back. Coates used to be a step above the rest. Not anymore.

Used to be the best place around, not so much anymore. Like other reviews before, they no longer put any effort into anything. Vehicle comes out sprayed off but not clean. Still dirt on my running boards, across the tailgate. Will be canceling mine and my husband's monthly membership. As he will also be canceling his work (about 12 trucks) membership. Sad, sad situation.

I've gone there several times with great results. But yesterday after the car was washed and dried the overhead equipment was dripping some solution all over my car as we were driving out and it was soaked from front to back. It left spots all over.

This is the worst detail shop I’ve been to. Absolute Worst. See review and all pics attached. Left my car for the day and paid the highest price for full detail + engine bay clean up $160. The car mats weren’t washed when I arrived and had to specifically ask. Both glove box and arm rest compartments are not touched. Pet hairs are still left everywhere, under seats, between them and across the car interior. Stains are left on most of the fabric. Roof, gage cluster, and switches aren’t touched… Absolute waste of time and money. They have no regard to admitting or caring. The gear shifter isn’t clean, I wiped it with my finger and got dirt off. Door hinges, trunk and boot door are not cleaned. This shop doesn’t even deserve 1 star. See photos below.

Ripped the back trim off of my Dad’s new car… when you do not prep the cars before they go through the tunnel this is what happens!! Thankfully the dealership will fix it because this company does not take care of their customers! I used to manage the Howland location. I loved working for Coates but as soon as this new company took control it went down hill. If you leave the premises and don’t report damage they will not cover it even though we have cameras and can check to see if the car came in with damage or not! They do not tell you when you purchase a club that they do not cover vehicles 10 years and older if they get damaged. When you send a dirty car through without scrubbing, spraying the wheels, and generally not looking at the car at all it causes damage to vehicles and equipment. All they want is to sell you a club membership so they can show the bank their “guaranteed” money and buy up more family ran businesses. They do not care about the quality of your wash at all & that is why I quit! Also, we are in the winter months. Ice builds up on the curtains especially from trucks with bed covers. Since they don’t spray that stuff off anymore it will stick to the equipment and slam into your car causing damage. Just a heads up I’m sure this will be a problem.

It use to be a good car wash when Coats owned it. But since they sold it has gotten worse. Since they sold it they keep taking away things they do to your vehicle. I will not renew my membership. Or ever go back. Theses photos show how this is not a clean vehicle.

This car wash is constantly out of soap and other chemicals. They have it set to quickly go through and wash so fast that it leaves so much residue and dirt still on your car. One of the worst car washes around the area.

Gates/ plate readers are never working properly, some brushes inside wash aren’t working so vehicles never get as clean as they should be, and I never get tire shine at this location for some reason even though it’s included in my membership, but they do have 1 or 2 friendly employees. Dan and his team are the best in this area. They’ve worked on 6 of my vehicles over the past decade and have always done clean, professional, and fairly priced work. Back in 2019 I bought a new Gladiator when they came out and took it immediately to Dan because I wanted a lift and new tires. They aren’t “Advanced Custom Lift” but there’s no one else in Trumbull county that even crossed my mind when I wanted this work done. Dans attention to detail and perfectionism are why they are able to tackle the wide range of jobs they can do, and it’s clear that’s something he passes on to everyone else who works there. Even when installing a new product on a new to market vehicle and dealing with a fire at his old location, they did flawless work. Hope you guys have a great week and continued success.
