Edit: 2024 update. I bought an 02 Corvette a few years ago that to me was awesome. Flawless was just getting started and Austin drove from Toledo to where I was at in Woodville at the time and did a demo for me in my driveway. I was sold right then and there! Ceramic coating, window coating, and window tint all done and on a regular maintenance schedule. You won't find a better place to keep your ride looking it's best and protected!

I had never taken a vehicle to a car detailing place before but I had bought a SUV off a friend that needed a good cleaning on the inside. I read the reviews and decided I'd give Flawless Finish a try, and I am very happy I did. The staff here are so friendly and patient as they put up with my many questions and phone calls. When I first picked up my SUV I was amazed looking into the back and front but when I got home I cried. I spent 200 dollars to have my car detailed and he did not do the trunk or wipe everything down. I understand he said he could not do the top but couldn’t wipe everything down or sweep? I did not get what I paid for and the only positive thing I can say is how friendly he was. I’ve attached some photos of my detail. I will sadly spend my day finishing his job. 200 dollars wow!

One thing about Sino, he is a perfectionist 🤩and takes pride in his work. He has many services within his detailing business and packages to fit every budget. He also uses a customized wax he created and it is fabulous 🥰🥰 We have several types of cars and trucks (big family=🚙🏎️🚘🛻🚛) in my family and Sino has detailed many of them and we have always been impressed with his work and pricing. My experience at Flawless Finish Detailing truly was flawless. I emailed for a quote late at night around 10pm and received a response in under 30 minutes. They were able to get me in quickly (2 business days). I had two windows tinted with ceramic, and the Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light package with the one step paint correction. My truck was ready to pick up in 13 business hours! My favorite part was the hassle and paperwork free loaner vehicle. WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!

I work across the street and they will come get our cars on Wednesdays from our parking lot and clean them inside and out for ladies days!! Since Covid our office has changed a lot, but I am about to put the new ladies on to this service. I also feel safe with them being outside if I have to walk out of the office late, since we are in a sketchy area. I know they would not allow anything to happen to one of us.

They undercoated my new truck and the undercoating dribbled on the folding running boards so I went back at the end of the day a couple days later and they cleaned them up like new again. Overall they did a nice job coating everything underneath the truck. Highly recommend

Z-One Auto is a family owned business who treats the customer right. They did a phenomenal job on the window visors for my SUV. The only regrets I have is that I didn't have them do my window tinting. The other popular business I went to had to redo the tint on my windows three times before they got it right. Though the manager of this business was kind the employees simply didn't take pride in what they were doing. If you want it done right the first time definitely choose Z-One Auto. I highly recommend them for any type of added accessories to your ride. 👍👍

Great experience with this car wash we just moved from Phoenix. Car wash’s here seem to be below that. We however did like this. Dried the car well and hand dried at the end. Equipment did not beat our car up and did a decent job. Looks like they are still renovating but looks promising.

I went here for a car detail and before I went there I specifically asked the guy if he uses the machine to buff and wax my car, he said yes. I waited and he never used a machine like I requested, I'm guessing he lied so he could get my business. He did a so so job on the exterior but the inside was a insult. My doors on the inside and around my steering column was still dusty and dirty, I can take pictures to prove this. I'm never going back again, $200 dollars 💸 flew away. Not a good job.

Honestly this place should be investigated. As others have mentioned, I was tricked into buying a monthly subscription when I thought I was paying for a single car wash - I'm not an idiot, it was the wording they used. When I try to cancel it online it says the membership can't be found. I've contacted them multiple times via the website and have never gotten a response. When you call the number it directs you to the website. Every time I go by the car wash they're closed - the guy at the Take 5 Oil Change said they're usually closed on really cold days. Cool. Meanwhile $22 a month is coming out of my checking account for no reason.

First time visiting. Got my truck fully interior detailed. Not only is every stain gone, but it looks and smells better than factory, even for a 300k work truck. Steve is very down to earth and is highly focused on every little detail. I think he cared more for my truck than even I do! All for a fair price, too. A hidden gem of a place. VERY HAPPY!! Called this morning frantically looking for someone to detail my car TODAY as soon as possible. Dropped my dog off to the groomer and she pooped on the front seat so this was a BIG emergency. They told me to come right in, dropped my car off and the service was complete in 2 hrs. Only $120! Definitely had to tip with good prices like that. Looks amazing, smells amazing, no poop or dirt or anything. Very clean and friendly. Definitely will be coming back in the future. Highly recommend!

Had my mother's 05 Cadillac detailed here. The results were amazing. These men (not kids) were very professional. They were very friendly and genuinely interested in your auto. They took great pride in there work and were more then willing to show you all the little details they took care of. This car looked like brand new. The carpets were clean, including the stains, the doors were clean, including the scuff marks, the seats look new. I highly recommend that if you want a great detailing job on your car take it to "Experience Auto Detail" they are worth every penny.

The car wash itself looks kind of older, but it still left everything sparkling compared to the newer ones. They give you a card for a tire shine, which if cleaned properly my blacktop package looks great and will shine. They left it dirty and smudged probably because it is freezing and after a few minutes you can't feel your hands. I tried to use their vacuums and they still are awful. Same as last year. They barely suck any dirt so you're spending more time trying to clean then necessary. I told myself I'd support small businesses today, but now I'm kind of left regretting it. $7 more at the other place would have added all the extras and had me doing less work. Was it worth it coming here? Nope.

The best car wash in the Toledo area....by far. The best value is to buy one of their car wash packages. By the third wash, you already have saved money compared to paying one wash at a time. The staff is friendly and work their tails off. They chamois your car after it goes through the large dryer to give your car/truck a spot free look. Vacuums available to do your interior as well.

Over all, the quality went down hill since they've lost the great hard working workers, but you can't beat a cheap wash with a hand dry finish. Management is pretty chill but can be a bit fiesty if they have to be and I would recommend their detail shop if you want your car interior to look brand new again.

I payed for the Supreme it was one guy that dried my car off he dipped the brush to put tire wet on he only dipped it once for all 4 tires I got home and my tires where dry on 2 of my tires I usually get better service than that when I go

Tommy's left water spots all over my car. It looked worse than when I took it through. The spots are hard to see in the photos, but they are just about everywhere. Nice, modern car wash, but the results speak for themselves. Not good! There are car washes popping up all over the Toledo area. I tried Tommy's because I was in the area. I will not use Tommy's again. I tried Tommy's again since they were giving a me nth of "The works" for new customers. After going through several times over a few weeks, I noticed the Ceramic Body Wax had built up in places on my car. I went to Tommy's today and asked for the basic QUALITY wash because I wanted the wax washed off and no more applied. They said they couldn't downgrade my wash to a QUALITY and I had to pay. ??? I paid the $10, and now I have downgraded Tomyy and his team to 1 star. I told the attendant at the wash this guaranteed I will never be back. The attendant said nothing. Neither did the "manager'.

So I literally never had a huge problem like this but I have 3 cars and never had them as scratched up like the one I have now. I went there on Thursday and payed for a wash I was vacuuming out my car and noticed there was scratches all over the driver side of my car I went and had a calm discussion with the team member he took my information and took pictures and said they were going to get back to me well it’s been a couple days and I called the manager he told me he had to look at cameras and he will call back. Well I called back and asked for corporate number they told me to hold on and hung up on me. Went up there and still didn’t receive a answer on top of the manager trying to tell me I bought the car like this unacceptable!!!! Only had the car for two weeks !!

If you are busy and need a place to quickly clean your car this is the spot. The membership is worth it, especially for someone like myself. I'm on the road 6 days a week and it's nice to have unlimited washes. The staff is great. They were slow and one of them offered to pressure wash my rubber mats while I was there today. Total waste of money! My car was dirty and I hadn't had time to wash it. I was driving by and decided to just get it done here. First, let me just say I was shocked when I pulled up and saw the price - $20 for ONE car wash! You've got to be kidding! But once you're in that lane you're pretty much stuck. So I opted for the $26 ultra monthly package thinking I'll just cancel after the month but at least get a couple washes out of it. But nope - I went through twice and my car still wasn't clean!! I can somewhat understand the dried bird poop (although after 2 times through that should come off too), but even the everyday dirt/dust didn't come off in many spots and especially the back end! And it's not like this was years of dirt piling up, I've only had my car for a few months. The fact that it's white makes it all show so much more and just added to the disappointment. I had to get a bottle of their spray cleaner and a rag to wipe down some of the spots that were missed. I complained to the person on duty, but understand it's not her fault, she was new herself and handled it as well as she could. She canceled my membership and gave me a # to call. Unfortunately I lost that receipt and never ended up doing it. I'm sure they wouldn't have refunded me anyway... :-/ I'll go back to the do-it-yourself car wash where I can make sure it's clean.

60% of the vacuums were either broken or completely off. The other 40% that did work could barely pick up a piece of salt off the mat of my car. After moving my car 5 times and wasting so much time I finally left to go to another car wash smh. At least post signs at the ones that do not work!
