I have dealt with Ray from supreme finishes many years ago on an old car of mine. I recently leased a new car and went to him for an iron decon and clay bar and his work is AMAZING to say the least. I have OCD when it comes to my cars and the way I drop it off is the way I pick it back up and I respect that so much because he sees that I take care of my car and I can’t even tell someone sat in my car. Ray is such an easy guy to communicate with and very respectful. I also would like to thank James for the best tint job I have ever received on my 4 vehicles that I have had in the past and by far the clean up after the tint is immaculate. No stains or the door panels or seats and the windows are actually clean. I can not recommend or thank these two guys enough. Supreme Finishes in Strongsville is definitely the place to go. I hope this finds them and puts a smile on their faces because you guys made my car look so good and again thank you so so much for your work.

Took my Audi Q5 in for a 5 year ceramic coat, two-step paint correction and emblem swap - I am absolutely blown away by the results! I cannot recommend Supreme Finishes enough. Ray is extremely knowledgable with his work and took the time to explain what was involved in each step of the process. He kept in constant communication with me throughout and paid a close attention to detail to ensure the outcome was what I was looking for. My Audi looks brand new now thanks to Supreme Finishes. I won’t trust my vehicles with anyone else but Ray!! Definitely a customer for life!

I've been a customer since they have opened this location. Last week I entered the car wash and was instructed to go more left than usual. This resulted in my driver side mirror getting ripped off towards the end of the wash. Never had any issues previsously. Enjoyed there facility along with my wife and immediate family. I had filed a report with Blue Falls and was instructed to get two estimates. The district manager was supposed to call and never did. So, I dropped off my estimates at this location and was immediately told I didnt qualify because my truck is 10 years old. They should have told me in the beginning instead of wasting my PTO to go to multiple auto body shops and continuning to pay for a service that I can use (broken hanging mirror). The cost of the repair was around $250. I have since cancelled two of my vehicles monthly passes ($55) and my wife will be cancelling hers. I was told "other car washes in the area will have the same policy". Maybe so but the wild auto body goose chase and being lied to gave me a bad taste. In the grand scheme of a $250 goodwill repair and now a loss for over $2,000 in annual sales. Blue Falls should have made this right. 9.10.24 I have tried calling the number just rings no voicemail is setup. Please call me at 440-390-1170

Randomly stopped today because the amount of dead bugs on my windshield was embarrassing. Ended up being really impressed by the quality of the wash, the vacuums, and most importantly the staff. Brought in my wife's 19 Jetta. Was in pretty rough shape from numerous road trips to horse shows and kids. The guys here were up to the challenge. They seriously made the interior look like we just drove it off the sales lot new. I have been to radiant detailing many times. They did my first ever full car detail and also put a 7-year ceramic coating on my car. It has kept my paint job looking brand new. The detailing is amazing and they put a coating on it to keep it extra clean, even with my two ferrell boys trying to mess it up as much as possible! Could not recommend them more!

Not a fan. Took my new Bronco in because it is touchless, but a terrible dryer and hard water basically made the wash pointless. White spots everywhere. It didn't even do a good job spraying off road grime. Search continues for a decent touchless car wash.

$14 for a basic wash, I had a bird use my truck as a port o potty. All I cared about was the bird mess and it didn't get it. Windshield also had mess left behind. Soap residue on all my tinted windows, didn't rinse long enough or hard enough to get it off. I only use the laser washes, but I've noticed some are just not as good as others. I cannot recommend this location.

Well the tint looks fine but you melted my B pillars with a heat gun. What in the actual F?! Scratches all over the roof too. Not sure why you were wiping my roof in the first place but did you use a rag full of gravel? Absolutely unacceptable. 201 miles on a 1 week old brand new car. Update: management notified and immediately ordered new panels and buffed the scratches. As far as I can tell it was repaired. I personally won't return but given all the other good reviews I'm sure this was just a one-off issue. Thanks for correcting the issue without any hassle.

Called 5 times before arrival, waited in line for 20 minutes beacuse they couldn’t authenticate my membership. I just paid, washed and left… ruining an automatic car wash experience is like burning toast or blowing an open lay up.. management staff aren’t the brightest crayons 🖍️ in the box but at least there in the box

My son started working here a few months ago so I decided to get unlimited washes for 2 cars since hand washing at home is very time consuming. And I wanted to keep the salt off of my cars this winter. I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the cars. I got the Works package and it includes tire shine. Both of my cars are incredibly clean and shiny. I haven't used the vacuums yet, I will wait for the weather to warm up. Definitely worth the $55/month.

Rented a UHAUL from this location. The fuel level on the contract was far different from what it actually was. When I picked up the truck, the truck had less than 50 miles to empty on it. However, the contract had the truck listed at 3/8 of a full tank. This really hurt me financially both for the initial fill up, and the fees UHAUL hit me with on the back end as I went to turn it in. I should have taken a closer look at the contract before leaving, but this was an unpleasant surprise. Renters beware.

It is a simple business that so many locations screw up. They get it right here. Dirty vehicle goes in a clean car comes out. Easy and no issues. They have staff to pre treat and wash pockets the brushes have a had time getting to. Is it a hand wash, no - but the windows are clean, salt and grime are washed off. Plus, they have self-service vacuums that actually vacuum Overall, it is much better than average experience
