Such a great place to get my car detailed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND . I worked from their office space area while they cleaned my car. When I got home I noticed a bit of a few dry spots of the left over soap and called and the owner James and immediately said he’d fix it and bring it in when I had time. Luckily I was able to come same day and James made it right. Was my fault for not looking before I left. If that’s not good business service idk what is as he was willing to fix it just on my word. Definitely will recommend his services and also come back for another one once the winter season has ended. Thanks so much for my clean car!!!

I ordered a coupon for Car Wash Cleveland from Groupon, it was listed as a $225 wash for which we paid $148. We dropped the car off at 10am and received it back at 8 pm. It was a rainy night so it was dark due to cloud cover. I didn’t really get a chance to inspect the car on pickup, but did notice the floor mats were not in place. The next day when I did have the opportunity to look closely at the car this is what I found: The floor mats, Weathertechs all around, were thrown in the truck, still dirty. The car interior was drenched, the only “spot” I had on my carpet, front passenger side, still remained. There were several areas of the car that appeared to be attempted to be cleaned and the cleaner was still visible in a runny pattern as if it was applied to heavily and left. The inside of the rear window was completely ignored. The rims were still filled with brake dust. I ended up being charged an additional $21 “shop fee” and tipped $20 I would not categorize this as $190 detail. We submitted a trouble ticket about 5 days ago and have since not heard anything back . Edit* They reached out and asked if they could correct any issue with detail. I let them know that I think 10 hours was quite enough time the first time when stated it would take 4 hours at maximum . I would like a partial refund which is stated on their complaint form. I’ve never heard from them again. Went radio silent.

My son started working here a few months ago so I decided to get unlimited washes for 2 cars since hand washing at home is very time consuming. And I wanted to keep the salt off of my cars this winter. I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the cars. I got the Works package and it includes tire shine. Both of my cars are incredibly clean and shiny. I haven't used the vacuums yet, I will wait for the weather to warm up. Definitely worth the $55/month.

I’m not sure how this car wash has managed to get the reviews it has. I decided to try out the $1 membership at the Parma Broadview location simply because of the price and let me tell you it wasn’t even worth the dollar. Every time I come out of the wash my tires have this brown film on the rims. I even tried going to the CLEAN on Bagley and came out with the same issue. The car wash also does not completely rinse the soap off of the car and leaves soap suds dripping from my mirrors for the dryers to spray on the side of my car at the end of wash. Lastly, the pressure from the water guns is extremely intense and almost too much. I can feel the mist from the water through my sunroof and I’m just waiting for the day it breaks through. VERY disappointed in quality of car wash. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I will continue to drive a little further for the wash on Day Drive.

Went and had the undercarriage and inner panel rustproofing as well as the miracle shield applied. Owner is a very personable guy. My only complaint is that they could not figure out how to get my liscense plate cover off because I had the plastic screw caps, then it got wrecked somehow during the miracle shield application process. After showing the owner pictures of my liscense plate cover the night before drop off (and a small verbal disagreement), he did however reimburse me for the cost of the liscense plate cover (even though he still insisted that they were not at fault). After removing the liscense plate and cover myself, he also applied the miracle shield to the untreated area.

Diamond Pearlz Detailing does fantastic work! Earl (owner) is wonderful to work with providing excellent service and communication. Detailing: Earl has detailed both of my cars on multiple occasions and they come back looking brand new. More recently, I challenged him with a car I inherited and was planning to sell. It was owned by a smoker with a long haired pet and was in really, really bad shape. Earl worked his magic and I don’t know how he did it but that car came out sparkling and scent-free (I subsequently sold it for the top amount expected with no issue, I always got full expected value on the trade-in quotes). Tint: Earl also applied tinting to both of my cars and the attention to detail is impressive. I had him do my new car that wasn’t tinted and liked the work so much I brought my other car in the following week. It’s been a couple years since the tint jobs and they are both still perfect. Had my black Kia Telluride detailed today. I was on the verge of trading it in because of the paint kias paint is really bad and with a black car it swirls really bad. I also beat the car up by running it through the car wash the brushes take a toll on it. To start the detail off my detailer was on time and notified me every step of the way. He put his heart into the detail and convinced me to not trade it in by just his work my car looks better than new and spots that I thought they couldn't be saved were saved. I would recommend to anybody to give this company a shot before you think your paint can't be saved. They came to my home and did it and I even was able to sleep after work and was not bothered. I have been using this car wash for a few years now and lately they have not been turning the top brushes on I guess because the snow on top, but I can't reach the top to clean it. If there are worry of snow blowing on top of other cars, I assume they can space them out more but is not right to not do a complete job and expect for me to pay a full price, so I am cancelling my membership for now.

Great experience with Jaedo. Very nice guy, highly skilled, and uses quality tint. I will certainly be back and refer people to him. He tinted my Chrysler 300 all the way around. After about 2 months I decided my windshield was too dark and I wanted to go lighter. He custom ordered the percentage I wanted, came to my work to pick up the car, offered to drop it back off to me, and even washed my car while he had it. Great customer service.

Went to a car wash with the giant rollers and they bent my license plate and broke the plastic border of my plate so it's touchless for me unless I "warsh" it myself (warsh is a hillbilly thang, matbe you git it, maybe you dont) The downside is laser washes don't get deep dirt. Still a great service IMO.

Suburb location with covered / inside place to vacuum and clean your vehicle. This car wash is always clean. The bathrooms on location is also always clean. The employees smile and appear to be in a happy and helping mood. I like that the have vending for cleaning products and snacks. They have the option to clean the outside and YOU clean the inside yourself. Or they will clean the insides for you. Not sure of the costs for this option. We will continue to use this location.

Next level auto detailing knows what they're doing. I brought my new Camaro in and they took amazing care of it. It even looks way better than the day I bought it. It's been about a month since I had the ceramic coating completed on it, and I have followed their instructions for taking care of it.
