X Factor got my car in for interior detailing within a few business days of my initial call and finished within one day. Price reasonable for this 20 year old car. Detail’d did a great job ceramic coating all 4 of our black vehicles. With one truck’s paint being pretty beat up from automatic car washes, it turned out way better than I ever imagined. The communication before and during the process was great and they made adjustments to their personal time to meet us to drop off or pick up our vehicles. We will definitely use their services again.

I had Shacks Mobile Service come to my residence at the prompt time they scheduled me. They were very nice and professional. They went straight to work and after it was done it looked like I just took it out of a show room! The attention to detail was phenomenal and would definitely recommend. I will be having them come detail my car at least once a year if not more! Also price is very reasonable and quality/attention to detail is top notch!

Chris and Lorenzo at Attention to Details have detailed several of my cars and I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my rides. They are truly the best in town. Reasonable pricing and quick, quality service. They've got a lifetime customer in me. Chris even saved me in a pinch when I spilled Thai sauce in my suede perforated seats. I called him after hours and he met me at the shop to get it removed. I thought I had ruined the seat, but Chris took his time and made sure every delicious ounce of drunken noodle sauce was removed before sending me on my way. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call. You won't be disappointed!

Staff was friendly but they try to pusht the membership a little too hard. Also if you have a truck don't bother doesn't even clean your tailgate at all. Not worth the $$$

I took my '24 Civic in to Chris for a small bit of paint fixing on a rock chip. It just so happened to be on the body line of my passenger side door. He took time out of his day to explain to me why he couldn't sand it down (the body line has a very, very thin line of paint, and he was honest in saying to sand it would permanently damage my clear coat). He went on to tell me what we could do instead, and filled in the chip as absolutely best he could. I feel much better about having my paint fixed, and the honesty I received was informative and relieving! He was super friendly, helpful and patient, and his whole family even said hi. These are great people with a great business - even the work was super cheap! 100% worth the drive! Thank you so much for what you do!

I called to get an estimate on my car and I was told it would cost $350(interior only) for a Honda CRV base pay. I was informed that once they arrived it could go up or down. My car has cloth seats and there were stains on them. He told me it was an extra $25 for “concessions” I asked him to explain, I said does that mean you’ll have to use more product or something and he said yes. I got my car cleaning and was happy. I noticed it was wet and he said to crack the windows to help it dry. I got my car cleaning 7/20 they finished around 4:30pm. It is 7/21 and my seats are still damp and now that it’s drying I am questioning what extra product did I pay for because I still have stains and lines that were from their machine that won’t go away. That’s why I gave a 3.

Definitely will go back! First, I put the normal car wash effort in my car, but today it looks new again. Newark car care worked around my schedule, but best of all they restored the shine to my car leaving it looking new fresh off the lot. Best of all, I have floor liners which they cleaned plus cleaned my floors.

Stole my money. Car wash did not work in anyway. Sprayer was broken. There was a hole in the hose that fed the brushes. Tire cleaner didn't come out. The whole thing is a huge mess. And the top it off the phone just rings busy if you try to contact them. Do better.

What are the rankings took my money one of the car washes didn't work the incense spray never spread out anything there was no soap when I was washing the car couldn't even use a scrubber because it only came out of the top. Do not waste your money

I bought a '20 Ford Edge SEL and wanted to give it a better look. I bought an Edge ST-Line grille and needed it installed. The only place in town to respond was Pagani's, and I am glad they did. Bobby was very easy to deal with and very responsive to emails. He was also accommodating to my schedule and Ford parts issues. I normally don't deal with non-dealer body shops but Pagani's has a new customer in me. Will highly recommend!!

I can’t remember if I posted a review when Magic Touch did my mom’s car for me, but she had really trashed it with her two little dogs driving thousands of miles with her. The guy that detailed it was unbelievable. The car looked brand new and I know we got a lot more money out of it because he did such a great job. I’m getting ready to have them do my car. I have every bit of confidence that it will look fantastic!

Have you ever spilled a gallon of exterior paint in your car seat? No? Well I have! I was terrified I was going to have to replace the whole seat and carpeting. In desperation I called this detailing shop at 5:30pm (about ten minutes after it happened). Sebastian answered the phone and said he would wait for me to arrive even though they were closing at 6pm. Besides the gallon of paint my car is an absolute wreck due to having four kids and being a travel nurse. I basically live out of my car for work, and I haven't had this car cleaned for 4-5 years besides the weekly surface wipe and quick sweeping I do myself. It's a rolling garbage can. I'm not proud of it but, I bet half of Columbus has the same problem. If you do! You don't need to look any further. This is your detail shop! The pictures speak for themselves. I'll be back for sure.

My girlfriend had a major stain on her car, either road paint or cement (I forgot to take a 'before' picture for reference). I said take it to Universal Detailing!
