The Dr. was quick to respond to any questions about services and was super nice and easy to work with! My car was a nightmare with two kids, sports and just life! From food crumbs to dog hair and sticky slime in the carpet of the car, the Dr was able to get it ALL! I dropped my car off after work and it was easy to find and do. The next day I was kept in the loop on how the process was going and my car was finished at the exact time they said it would be done and look like a brand new car! The attention to detail that Matt delivers is absolutely top notch. My car is 11 years old in very good shape for its age. When I receive it back it looks as new as an 11 year old car can look. Parker did an awesome job on mine and my husbands cars. It was so convenient to have him come to my house since I am eight months pregnant and have a four-year-old daughter. Wow! My car wasn’t even this stunning when I first bought it off the lot. The attention to detail at this place is incredible—they even cleaned the tracks under the seats, which no one has ever done before. They also cleaned inside the armrest compartment—again, something that’s never been touched in my car. I was convinced that I had scratches and plenty of scuff marks, but Llamas took care of them all! The car smelled fantastic, and I truly fell in love with it all over again. What really blew me away was when Ms. Angelica asked where the mats were. I had taken them out, assuming they wouldn’t clean the floors beneath, but she let me know that I should’ve left them because they clean EVERYTHING! I was so impressed. Even the trunk was spotless, something I didn’t expect at all. I’m beyond satisfied and will definitely bring more business to Llamas. My car had bugs on the windshield that I thought would not come off with this wash. They scrubbed both windshield and back thoroughly before putting the car through the wash. They did an excellent job. The back came out cleaner than it ever does in an automated wash. I will use this wash again.

Called CJ asking for a quote on a saturday, went in the following saturday, got 50s on the front and 20s on the back + rear windshield and he absolutely killed it!! Highly recommended, got in at around 1:30 and he got me out by 3:30 (even while he was busy with other customers) the detail, precision, efficiency, and price really made the entire experience a 5/5, pictures are a before and after

I went to Wendy's for a chili, and, when I pulled out of the lot, someone pulled in out of the drivethru in front of me. Needless to say, I hit the brakes and there goes part of it on the passenger side of my seat(velour)! I got part of it up, but, I wanted to get the rest cleaned up by a pro. Had a supreme detailing that was supposed to be done at 3:30 PM. When dropping off, I told them I'd be back to pick it up around 5 & they said that sounded good. Around 5, I called to check if it was done but no answer. I get dropped off at 5:30 to be told it has at least an hour left. When I mentioned I tried calling I was told they don't take any calls at the location. How else was I supposed to know about an accurate completion time....? How do you not take calls? I was stuck there waiting about 2 hours. When I went to look the car over, my floor mats weren't in the car & they realized they forgot to clean them. I was told to give them another 5 minutes to wash. They were placed in my trunk still wet and still muddy. After going home, I realized that the windshield was still dirty on the inside - very streaky. This wasted so much of my time & at 8 months pregnant I was not a fan of having to sit around for almost 2 hours - or being the one to put the wet, still muddy floor mats back in my car. Overall, I am disappointed with my experience at zappys.

I had the Supreme detail done. I did perform a review of the vehicle at the detail center. But when i got home and had better light I had some issues. The inside on my vehicle was a better than average job. They missed detailing cup holders in the back of the vehicle. Carpets were cleaned well. There was a smudge on the inside driveside window. The outside had rain spots in the roof, truck, and front and rear glass. If the vehicle had the clay bar treatment it did not feel smooth as glass. There seems like no wax/sealant was applied to the vehicle at all as it did not have that slippery wax feel on the finish. FYI: I came home an applied a small amount of wax to my vehicle and I could tell the difference. The roof of the vehicle felt like it only got wash. Over all it was an average detail job.

I wanted to love the service because I’ve had family members use them and say good things. They did do a really good job on my seats and carpet since I have a dog but there is a part of my steering wheel that is either dirty or they used something they shouldn’t have because it looks a little eaten away at and my exterior plastic trim now is looking spotty. These are things I didn’t notice before we left. The car took over an hour longer than expected and no one would answer my call to check in. They also washed off my mats and just put them in my trunk without taking a towel to dry them off. Even just a quick swipe of the towel to dry them would’ve been fine. It wasn’t what I expected for close to $200.

Solid car wash for the price, normally pretty quick too. Plenty of options from a cheap basic wash...to a full detail. The middle options seem like the best value. Good monthly prices if you like your car washed often. Normally go here when I can.

Incredibly impressed! My car looks brand new! I had a detail to remove gasoline odor that spilled onto my leather seats and they did a great job removing it. The customer service was outstanding. This place was good! I was able to get in a few days after calling which was so helpful. I had just gotten my car out of the body shop following a car accident and it was filthy. I was charged a low price for this detail which was great! Only part is that when I left, I noticed there were some parts of the car they were still dirty. But for the price, it wasn't a big deal. Owner and employee were really nice to me, as it's intimating as a female sometimes going into shops like this. They were very respectful. Will definitely come back.

Took a brand new 2021 Tacoma (with only 3 Miles on it) overlanding in the NorthWoods of Maine. Made a few wrong turns and ended up scratching the sides of the truck up pretty good. I was pretty bummed out about it and decided when I got home (2400 miles later) to see if a local detail shop could buff out the paint enough to make it look brand new. I was blown away with the results. They took their time to wet sand every bad spot and the truck looks show room new. Beyond impressed. I will always send my vehicles here moving forward. Phenomenal job.

I thought the people that I met, including the owner, were professional and addressed every question I asked. I appreciated the attention to detail that was given when we did the walk a round on my car. I even got to see some vehicles up close and personal that had already been completed, so I felt like I knew exactly what I was going to be getting right away. I had my 2023 ZL1 Camaro done in about a 3/4 covered XPEL paint protection film and then 100% ceramic coating over entire car. I was extremely happy with the results. The car washes so easy with a foam cannon and drys just as easy with a leaf blower. It’s all about protecting my investment, especially on these Ohio roads, and I feel the work that Block a Chip did for me achieved just that. The cost may seem a little high to some, but when you get high end results like what they did for me, it’s a no brainer. You actually get what you pay for! Thank you for doing such a terrific job.

I really like this car wash, except for the fact that they don't dry my windshield. They say that the drying stops will get caught in my roof rack. When they stopped that service, my monthly payment wasn't lowered like I was told it would, nor did they start drying with a squeegee at the end. My wipers obviously don't reach the edges, so my windshield never seems quite clean. Other than that, I do like the convenience of the location. They do need to repair the non working vacuums. The ones that work are amazing.

Evan, at the mentor location, is the best employee this company has! I normally use Madison's location but happened to be out this way and let me tell you that there is a stark contrast between the service here than back home. Evan took the extra couple seconds to really pay attention to where my car needed the most love, the front bumper and wheel wells. Madison can't even be bothered to spray half my car usually and it seems they forget to refill their supplies in the lines of the actual car wash. I'll go through and sometimes get the wax rinse and other times, it's missing. It's like it has nothing to spray out because the tank is empty and they can't be bothered to check it. Mentor has the best location, by far!!! I wish I lived closer so Evan could take care of my car every time I come through!

Excellent interior detail job! Really thorough, and, well, detailed :) It was done how I would've done it myself. (If I had the patience, tools, and didn't have mad allergies) I bought a near 20 year old fleet vehicle, and I was really excited about it ! But it was…um, pretty 'lived in'... inside… and it gave me the ick! to drive it. Platinum Auto Protection fixed that and then some ! and I can finally enjoy my "new" car ! Communication was excellent ! They literally picked up my car at the shop next door where I had it at for work, detailed it, then returned it. I literally just told them where the car was, they got it and detailed it, and they returned it, I paid online, and it was done. Chris even added some interior matts he had lying around ! Amazing ! But the best thing about the whole experience is really the quality of work. As someone with allergies - it's very meaningful for me to have such a resource for auto cleaning. Just got off the phone with Sarah the manager of all people. I explained to her my card was charged without me being told its auto-renewal after dropping down to a lower package last month. She was argumentative and insisted her people ALL tell the customer about auto re-newal. She talked over me loudly and was rude and obnoxious. I asked if they had cameras and could go back to the day I renewed and listen to the audio to confirm this. She said the cameras have no audio. Of course the don't Sarah! Whatever is going to back up your horrible customer service and insist a paying customer is lying to you? Who does business like this? Sarah at this location, that is who. Preston is a stand up nice guy he's her manager I will be speaking with him about this. Its a nice car wash and overall the people that work there are great but Sarah is the anti-christ and the bad apple in a bunch of good apples that work there. I wont return because of her. Shame on you Sarah for calling your paying customers liars and insisting your co-worker told a customer about auto-renewal and they absolutely did not. All over $21 you lost a lifetime customer. That is not good for business.

Well, if a spray and wash can make a 14 year old ford look good, I suppose the place ain't half bad. Although it would be nice to have a card reader or a way to get change for my card so I can get the amenities like towels or armoral. I don't carry change anymore. I mean the wash bay you can use a card why not the rest?

I was thinking to myself it sure would be nice if they offered a free wash since they're new. Low and behold there was the promo signs saying just that! Very well thought out use of a small property. Friendly staff! Phenomenal job washing all the salt and snow off my brand new vehicle! And free vacuums! Was able to use one of the indoor ones! Promotion for monthly memberships are 1/2 off for 3 months. I am going to take advantage for sure!

Free wash week 12/6-15! Very nice car wash and they have indoor vacuums (after you go through the wash) in addition to the usual outdoor free vacuums. I have not seen any other clean express location with those. Very nice employees and always nice to go through a brand new car wash.
