This is THE place to have your vehicle washed. The owner Hank has done a fabulous job with re-modeling the entire wash tunnel with state of art equipment. They have affordable monthly wash plans also. The manager Mike & his crew are top notch! Chris, Ty, Lauren & the whole crew are so friendly, pleasant & pay attention to every detail..... Even the students who help out in summer are great too. You can tell they all enjoy their job & Hank treats all his employees very well & with respect.

Always friendly and do a good job. The people that help you at the entrance and dry your car at the end are very nice. There is no perfect automatic car wash, but this is the best I have found. I recommend the monthly package if you can commit to going 2-3 times a month.

I had a coupon for a free car wash and decided to check on Hercules Car Wash. I wasn’t disappointed! Right from the beginning the guy that took my coupon was very friendly. The car wash itself is very nice and quick. At the end you have blowers to dry your car off, on top of a few workers using microfiber towels to do the rest of the job at the very end. All the workers looked hapoy to be there. I’ll definitely be returning!

Unfortunately a deer decided to go head on with my expedition causing major front end damage, took my vehicle to osgars and they were very friendly and straight forward. The process was quick and within 2 weeks I had my expedition back looking better than ever. Once I got it home that night I noticed that the rear running lights were not working so I called them Monday morning and they were more than willing to get it back in to find and fix the problem. Most companies would've said oh well but the staff here are amazing and I'm glad that they were highly recommended to me. Great people and great service!!

First time at this location today. WOW. Unbelievable shine on my vehicle. I highly recommend the fast pass monthly membership. Incredible value always friendly service the best car wash around. They give you free, Air fresheners, and towels to wipe down your vehicle after the wash as well as free vacuums to use that are very powerful and strong. This is the best spot in Mansfield for a car wash! Skip the rest, this one is the best!

Nice clean facility. Extremely expensive tho. Did I mention it is expensive? This is the 2nd time I have came here and paid $16 and the front & back of my vehicle barely was clean in the touchless wash. There wasn't even enough cleaner that came out of the machine to make it to my vehicle. Not happy with this. This $16 car wash lasted 3 minutes 20 seconds ‼️ RIPPOFF....I timed the car wash again and it's almost a minute less‼️ 9/23/2024 not even 2.5mins for $16

It used to be a nice little place to go clean out your car and give it a good wash. But now it seems like they've turned the pressure down on the washers and you don't get very much soap. Also, they took out all the trash cans by the vacuum cleaner so you can't really clean out your car 🤦🏻‍♂️. What is the purpose of going to clean your car at The car wash if you can't throw away some trash?

It's one of the best car washes in Mansfield. You get your money's worth, and you get so much soap, and your car is definitely clean when you're done. Also, you can use your credit card. And I think you get more time by using your credit card than you do by just putting coins in.

Window tint catastrophe! I paid for full tint, including sun strip. I very clearly explained on the phone while booking the appointment I want as dark as legally possible. I called from work to see how things were going on my car, to find out they were almost done installing 20% on every window, and that if I wanted to change it I have to pay for it. Ohio legal tint is 50% on the driver and passenger front window, and as dark as limo on the rear and back windows. That gave me an unsettling feeling, then I pick up my car at 6, which are their closing hours, and there are bubbles all over! Even a scratch on the passenger window! I literally have done a better job myself! I decided I wanted PROFESSIONAL window tint, and it turned out horrible!! I left a message explaining how every window has bubbles. All of this is not including the sunstrip on the front window cannot exceed 5” and it is literally half of my front window! I spent 275$ , if they will make it right and maybe the manager didn’t look over the job, I would be happy. This car is my baby, and it feels like someone shaved my babies head! I posted pictures but it’s really hard to see due to the sun

I have the $20 membership for two cars in our household. I try and hit the car wash daily as weather and time allow. I have had good experiences at all 4 Mansfield area washes, especially the downtown (newest) one, which is close to my work so I go there a lot on my way home. Staff there is awesome. I've also used the Ashland and Marion washes. The washes all differ in their quality - some are touchless, some have brushes, some have tire wash, some don't. Generally, for a quick wash, I am satisfied in all the locations. If I have been off roading then I unfortunately never get a "good" wash, I generally have to hit the truck with a power washer at home first and then run through Buckeye a couple times... which isn't a complaint, just an observation. The only reason I give them less than 5 stars is due to frequent issues with the auto plate readers at the PAW location. I often have to play the back up and walk it in game and sometimes have to go to the other stall. Not a huge deal, although I feel like a tool when there are people behind me and I can't get my plate to read. "Umm, can you guys back up and let me out, please?" Overall, especially for $20 a month, I'm quite satisfied.

I love the concept of having a clean vehicle and belonging to a car wash club. But my experience with this company is they take months to repair anything that's broken in the car wash and the people working there really don't care plus there's no corporate phone number to call a complain.. So my next best option is just to cancel my membership and find another company who takes care of their equipment in a time.In a timely manner.

My boyfriend and I own a farm and use his truck for all the running along with our dogs which are always messy. Needless to say it doesn’t take long for it to get filthy but Briggs made it look and smell like the day he drove it off the lot. All the dog and barn smells and dirt marks have vanished. Quality work. Repaired an insurance collision for us. Made the whole process streamlined and easy. Took care of everything with the insurance company. Terrible experience here. While my car was in the shop getting a tire they “aligned” my 2018 Camaro without my knowledge and then charged me $80 to alignment. My car was significantly more aligned before they touched it. When I called to talk to the owner, Joe, about either fixing it or refunding me my money (since I now have to get it fixed) he informed me “they hardly touched it” he then informed me I could take my vehicle elsewhere if I had an issue with it and HUNG UP ON ME. This shop used to be excellent. It is now subpar at best. The ONLY ASSET this shop has is Jason. I would not recommend this shop to anyone and if you do go here, please have a backup plan of something is wrong because Joe does not care about his customers or retaining business

First review before my car was damaged !!!!! (I used to go here years ago! I loved it then i love it now! Always the best fast service. Amazing vibes and very nice professional people.) I wrote this great review before they damaged my car and did nothing about it but blame me !!!!!!! I will be reporting Darryl the manager who acted like i broke my own door panel off or it was broken before on a 2021 Camry from Toyota ! Blamed me and was very rude. Posting video now. He said “your car wasn’t damaged before but there is nothing i can do” as i pulled my phone out he walked off. During the crash i heard something hit my window i was scared and got out after and found this on the floor.

We were completely disappointed by the job done by this company. They brought our car back in the dark so we had to look it over with lights and we it was awful. They left hand and fingerprints on te wax, they windows were smeared, the wax wasn't completely wiped off, the windows were smeared, the head liner was untouched as was the moon roof. The cup holders weren't cleaned out and the amourall wasn't completely wiped off inside the car. The trunk was untouched (when we asked about that we were told they couldn't open it (there is a trunk button on the key fob and the back seats fold down for complete access to the trunk) they said they would be back to remedy it the next day but they never did. Overall it was a highly unsatisfactory job badly done. I wouldn't recommend anyone take their vehicle to them for detailing.

I used a credit card for the manual “wash” on my motorcycle. There was no soap and the brush didn’t work, so essentially it was a 1 minute rinse while trying to get something to actually work on the switch board and now they are trying to charge me $10 because the stop button was apparently another thing that didn’t work after it told me $2. I would give negative stars for their manual “wash” if I could. What a joke! I will be disputing the charge to my card.

Waste of money for large dogs. Make sure you bring towels. It's ok if your dog needs a quick rinse. I'd rather go to TSC. $10 and I got a wet dog in my car. Not happy! Will not return!

This was the first time I had used this dog wash, I am very pleased with the results. There was good water pressure and the temperature was nice and warm. The shampoo cleaned well and left a nice light scent. It could have used an exhaust fan as it got a little warm in there with the sunshine but overall it was very user friendly and cost effective!
