Erie Autoworks team did a FANTASTIC job on my new Corolla for undercoating and ceramic. I did a poor job trying to wax it myself and they were able to get all of the wax out of the plastic trim, while also cleaning up the inside and taking off a dealer sticker that was stuck to my front windshield, all without me even asking. They truly went above and beyond. I will definitely be back. Thanks guys!!

Professional and courteous shop. Very knowledgeable and was impressed that they will access rocker panels from factory OEM plugs underneath if available on your vehicle. Versus drilling the tops of the rockers like some shops do. Fast service and always willing to answer questions. Erik's honesty and integrity is why I drove 30 min further than my closest fluid film supplier to go to Erie Undercoating. Update: After the initial Fluid Film coating, I really like that they do a 2 year discount on just an underside re-coat. They really take care of their customers.

I called at 9:30 this morning asking for them to come detail my care and THEY gave me the time of 2:30. So I was expecting them to be at my place at 2:30. I planned my day around them being at my house on time. I got a text at 2:11 saying they were delayed and it would be let me know when they were coming. I responded and got no response. I called at 2:22 and then again at 2:30 and no answer. They tried to call at 2:45 but I already sent the message telling them to cancel the service. The got an attitude and still couldn’t give me a time of arrival. If someone is expecting you at a certain time and you’re late and can’t continue the communication, what is the point of the service. This company needs to learn what professionalism and punctuality!

I have an SUV and I travel with three dogs. Yolanda did an amazing job. There was so much dog hair and filthy feet marks on the seats from my dogs going to the dog park. I'm a travel nurse so my car is packed to the brim and unpacked every 13 weeks. It was filthy when I tell you I could eat off the flooring now .it is spotless! She is worth every penny and the best part is she comes to you.

I've had my truck detailed at several local businesses over the years, but after trying Auto Details I'll never go anywhere else. The job they did was so good I was genuinely shocked. love this place great people and amazing on the car wash and not to mention they give windex streak free window cleaner and sanitizer spray with unlimited rags to use to clean the inside of the car the suction of the vacuum is amazing and the fact that I can get even pet hair off my seats are a major plus , I do recommend them and checking them out they aren’t expensive on membership either and on top of that air freshener every time you come and a floor mat cleaner machine! And with the streak free window cleaner you can even roll the windows up and down and the left over water just disappear and back to crystal clear ! Amazing 🤩 now they just need the vacuum needle nose attachment to get In between the tight spaces of the car other than that I love this place and only people who have membership or pay for wash is allowed to use the stuff so you’re not dealing with a bunch of people just getting in your way and sneaking in to use the stuff one way in one way out cameras and sun hangover card for shade !! Diamond Pearlz Detailing does fantastic work! Earl (owner) is wonderful to work with providing excellent service and communication. Detailing: Earl has detailed both of my cars on multiple occasions and they come back looking brand new. More recently, I challenged him with a car I inherited and was planning to sell. It was owned by a smoker with a long haired pet and was in really, really bad shape. Earl worked his magic and I don’t know how he did it but that car came out sparkling and scent-free (I subsequently sold it for the top amount expected with no issue, I always got full expected value on the trade-in quotes). Tint: Earl also applied tinting to both of my cars and the attention to detail is impressive. I had him do my new car that wasn’t tinted and liked the work so much I brought my other car in the following week. It’s been a couple years since the tint jobs and they are both still perfect. Earl is very professional, he tinted my car windows quickly and his prices are very modist! He charges less than other tinting services and he was able to squeeze me in right away. Making an appointment was super easy and he was very up front about payment and fees. So glad we chose to go with Bryan and 2B Clean Auto Detailing for tinting and a ceramic coat on our recently purchased used 2022 Tesla Model Y. From the initial conversation, I knew we'd chosen the right guy. Bryan is not only so nice, but also so informative and knowledgeable. He took time to discuss all options with me. We ended up having to move our appointment date and Bryan was very accommodating with that too! Not only does our Tesla look amazing, but he went above and beyond and was able to buff out some weird discoloration around the window trim (photo attached and the trim is now _perfect_). Our car looks amazing - I can't stop checking it out! We will be getting our second vehicle done shortly too. If you're in the market, or on the fence about whether or not to get a tint and/or ceramic job, go for it with 2B. You will not regret it and his prices can't be beat! I'm not BFH's biggest customer, but you wouldn't know that based on their customer service. Ben goes above and beyond, and is great with answers on how to protect your investment and make it last. He and his team do outstanding work. I've been a loyal customer since getting a paint correction and ceramic coating a few years ago (first photo), returning for additional services like window tint and wheel coating. My car had two prior owners, and is almost 10 years old, but BFH restored its showroom shine and protected it for years to come. Whenever I move on to my next car, new or used, BFH will certainly be my first stop!

We have been longstanding, platinum members, for at least 4 years. The wait in the "Members Only" line is unnecessary. We get our fees auto paid from our bank acct. to have wait in line for service for towels and deodorizers while non members are assisted with their purchases. There should a staff member at the members only line at all times. It's unfair for those of us who pay on a regular basis. Another problem is that 5 times out of 10 times, the rag drying roller is not working. We don't get discounts for things not working. I get it. Things break down but, that's pretty bad when you go through 3 times in 1 week and the thing isn't working. The washes are nice and the location is close to our home but we're starting to consider going to another car wash closer to our jobs. We have friends who have been long standing (5+ yrs) customers there and, thus far have no complaints. I hope someone reads this and hope that this can be addressed.

The quality of the car wash itself is good, my only complaint is the vacuums on the side of the building. Half the time the people vacuuming their cars didn't pay for a car wash, they just pull up to use the vacuums and half the vacuums don't work. They suck, and not in the way they should lol customer service is great though

Absolutely DISAPPOINTED! I enrolled in the Ultimate Bath Car Wash Plan, and was totally let down. First of all, the Ultimate Bath Wash includes a towel touch-up. Upon the completion of my wash, I waited several minutes for a representative to touch-up my vehicle, because no one was attentive to the fact that my wash included a towel dry touch-up. When the attendants finally arrived to touch-up the drying of my vehicle with the towels, only one of the attendants actually paid attention to drying my vehicle. The driver side was flawless, while the attendant on the passenger side lazily put the towels against the vehicle, and did not dry the wet spots on the passenger side mirror, nor the corners of the front window (Two highly visible areas). Secondly, I attempted to use the free vacuums; however, not one works. DESPICABLE. Needless to say, I will be cancelling this membership, and heading 3 minutes down the street to Sgt Clean Car Wash. AT LEAST, they have vacuums that operate.

Hi just need to give a shout out to an employee by the name Jake, Jake gives 150% ! No matter how many times I come in, which is normally every other day since I have a monthly pass, he will always make sure my Telluride is detailed even the wheels so the armor all that is put on the tires to make it shiny doesn’t over spray on the side of my vehicle. Jake is the general manager and he leads by example, there are so many young employees that will just walk away when they see a client waiting , which is sad because I tip them when this is done because I know it is extra and Andy the owner has told me many of times I don’t have to tip them but he thanks me, in the world we live in today those individuals that go up and beyond need to be recognized so Jake hopefully you will see this or Andy, thank you for having a top tier manger!

I recently had a paint correction and coating service done on my car with John and the results were nothing short of spectacular. The paint correction process completely transformed the finish of my vehicle, eliminating swirl marks, light scratches. John paid attention to every detail, restoring a deep, glossy shine that made the car look brand new. Knight and Shining Armor showed up on my Facebook feed one day. I saw what an amazing job they did on one of the Avon cop cars and said “oooh so bright and shiny!” I told my boyfriend about them and he got me a gift card for Xmas. Long story short, I forgot to use it and two years later when I finally went there to get a quote, John told me gift cards are typically only good for one year but he would give me a discount (which ended up being more than the gift card). I scheduled an exterior detailing for the following week and ended up purchasing a new jeep during that time and changed my appointment to a ceramic coating instead. I had lots of questions and John answered all of them and gave me plenty of suggestions/things to consider. I was on the fence about the warrantied/non-warrantied coatings but given that my new jeep just came off a dealer fleet and I keep it in a garage at home and at work, he told me I could easily get by with the non-warrantied coating with maintenance. I ended up going with the 3 year non-warrantied coating. I was so impressed that he was so transparent with me. Most people would try to upsell you on the 5 year warrantied just because it’s more money in their pocket. The ceramic coating is definitely worth the splurge. My new jeep looks amazing - so bright and shiny just like I imagined! What was even more impressive was how easily dirt came off after driving in the rain. Basically all I did was pour some water on it after I got home and it pretty much slid right off. I couldn’t be any happier with the service I received! John is such a great, honest guy! I wish every businessman were like him. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced!

My car is BEAUTIFUL! I couldn't be any happier. It looks better than the day I bought it. I called early in the morning because one of our dogs vomited in the backseat of my Explorer the night before. I tried other places but they were booked weeks ahead. I recently got my car detailed at the North Olmsted location. We have have taken our cars there in the past and been extremely happy; but this time their services did not meet our expectations. We paid for the interior, exterior and engine bay detailing of the car, the quoted price was $350, nearly $400 out the door. To be fair, at this price point we had very high expectations. I feel it should be noted the car was not extremely filthy when it was taken in, I have include before photos that were sent to a different shop for quoting. They were priced a bit higher than the other places I called but they were able to get us in quickly which we were happy with. We did pick the car up right at close and appreciate them waiting for us to pick it up. Due to coming at the time, we quickly looked it over and immediately noticed the debris under the hood, we did mention this upon check out and were given a remedy on the spot. The next day when we went to take photos to list the car and look over it more closely I noticed multiple areas that were over looked, plastic pieces not wiped down, dirt and debris in carpet areas, sand in the trunk, sunblock overspray that could not be removed. Overall, yes it is much cleaner, but for the price point I would have expected it to be flawless. I debated calling bc he had been fair upon pick up but the more I thought about it, I thought for the price it should have been cleaned more thoroughly. I did end up calling, and was told I could bring it back but I should have said something when it was picked up, the call was less than 24 hrs after picking it up. I elected not to drive 30 minutes back to the shop but will keep this experience in mind when scheduling my next detail.

Both vehicles were black and very hard to keep clean. They recommended a great option for the ceramic coat that really makes the paint pop and protects it very well. Someone this place hired got in my way with some.steel like pole when I was exiting the wash and blocked me from the dryer being able to dry my entire truck, this man didn’t apologize or care even when he told me to back up and caused the car wash door thing to close on top of my pickup, however the owners son was there and when I told him what happened he gave me a free wash (and a card for an additional one) and he even helped me to dry my truck with a towel. Because of the owners sons apologetic and carting attitude and him going above and beyond to rectify the situation I highly recommend this car wash. Plus the wash has a very strong under panel wash, uses by far the best soap around and best of all its truly touch free!

This was my first time going through the Clean Express Auto Wash in Elyria. My vehicle was pretty dirty and the auto wash did a great job of getting it clean. I chose the CLEAN EST ULTRA Signature Wash + Ceramic package. The smell of the soap in the Carwash is nice. I could smell it while I was going through the wash and for a little while after. I loved that even my tires were shiny and clean. Gotta love free vacuums & free air!! There are several vacuum stations which makes it nice because it was busy but I didn’t have to wait on a spot to open. To vacuum my car. The attendant that greeted me was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend any of their locations.
