Paid over 1000 dollars to have truck undercoating and rust protection plus have truck detailed in and out truck was half cleaned and undercoating was half done to tell the truth truck was dirtier picking it up then when I dropped it off also had the diamond gloss done to the truck now looks like oil spots all over the paint and if it doesn't come off my paint I will see yall in Court way to much money for the service I've gotten. Update 6/25/2024 now the refuse to do anything to my truck and was told not to bring my vehicle back to any of there stores because I refuse to pay them the pictures speake for they self and they last email has been added TRUST ME PEOPLE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY DONT CARE BOUT YOUR VEHICLE JUST THE MONEY

Wanted enough to rinse my car, used my card for payment. Charged me ten dollars for two to three minutes of water use. Unbelievable. Never returning. Avoid this place if you don't have cash. They can't steal the cash from your pockets, but they apparently can from your debit or credit account.

During my experience there, I found that the price for the automatic car wash you can receive, even at the most basic level, is fairly decent; and the tiny areas that the washes sometimes miss, you're able to pull over at one of the vacuum stations and use the damp microfiber cloths they provide there. I also love the free vacuums, and my car looks so much nicer inside and out after visiting. I have not tried any of the other amenities they offer there like the floor mat cleaners. Overall great place!

I took in my car that I had loaned as a work car to my daughter and kid. So horrible another detailer refused to do it. I can't believe how clean he made it. I came in a few days ago to get a wash since it had been a minute. The wash was packed, so I was very grateful when the employees did their best to resupply towels for me, as well as window and all purpose spray. Recently the underbody spray has done me great however I wish the packages below the top two had the underbody as well. I’ve had one instance of an issue however they took care of it in no time. Don’t recommend doing business with Charles. Within the first 4 months I’ve had 2 issues with catalytic converter, loose charging plugs, tensioner for belt wouldn’t work, and now traction control not working and car is sputtering, they make the issues good enough to hide for a while till it’s your responsibility to pay for it. Never buying a car from here again.

Just took my truck to wash it. Spent $15 spraying and brushing and the bugs are barely touched. The brush left streaks of dirt everywhere. I could have got the same results from my water hose without soap.

Awesome car wash bay. When you select "high pressure soap," you're gonna get high pressure soap! Not just a diluted solution spraying out of the wand. I was very impressed with the wash features and the fact that the credit card reader works! So many self service car washes you go to are duds. Not this place. Highly recommend giving this wash a try.

Showed up punctually for an interior detailing service on my Hyundai Tuscon. Super convenient that I could have my car detailed at home while I work. Very thorough job! Even under the seats, weather mats, and in little crevices were spotless! I have two dogs that shed fairly heavily and the interior looked brand new! Used this car wash Saturday. First time I ever took this car through a carwash because I haven't it for even a year. This damage was done to my car! I went back Sunday and found part of my brake light cover. Called and left messages and no one will return my call. Others have come forward with damage they obtained there as well. Great people in the service department. Totally overwhelmed by the massive amounts of Hyundai warranty work. Even employees have to get vehicles gone off site. I bought a perfect town N country van using FB marketplace in a 75 mile radius search. Bought it at Charlie's Dodge Jeep Ram in Maumee. Having warranty work gone American Mall Auto. Can't wait 4-6 weeks for service. TomAhl isn't involved now. It's not the same operation anymore.

Detail Drive-By is so very easy to work with. Dropped my vehicle off the night before and they were finished by 3:30 pm the next day.
