I took my '24 Civic in to Chris for a small bit of paint fixing on a rock chip. It just so happened to be on the body line of my passenger side door. He took time out of his day to explain to me why he couldn't sand it down (the body line has a very, very thin line of paint, and he was honest in saying to sand it would permanently damage my clear coat). He went on to tell me what we could do instead, and filled in the chip as absolutely best he could. I feel much better about having my paint fixed, and the honesty I received was informative and relieving! He was super friendly, helpful and patient, and his whole family even said hi. These are great people with a great business - even the work was super cheap! 100% worth the drive! Thank you so much for what you do!

Patric and Jason did an amazing job. After 2 years of parking under a tree and not doing more than typical car wash spray washes, there was so much sap residue my car had started to look yellowish and had gray streaking I was unable to get off on my own. They took their time and were very thorough. Throughout the process they provided me a lot of information, tips and recommended products I could use to help me maintain my vehicles paint and overall condition. This place opened up just this week, decided to take my daily driver/work vehicle in to try it out. Between driving everywhere for work and my GSDs, the interior was a mess. My biggest concern was my window tint, I didn't want any scratches or issues while cleaning. Pat and Jason were great, very professional, and explained everything they could do for my price tag. I was glad they offered drop-off, and quickly got my car back by the end of the day in terriffic shape. Took me a minute to find a dog hair, windows were spotless, and the they even went the extra mile on the exterior. Love the craftsmanship and attention to detail. 10/10 would reccommend, will for sure be back with my Ram.

Kevin specializes in cleaning clean vehicles, not dirty ones. If your vehicle is dirty, take it elsewhere where they will actually clean it. Don't waste your money.

He did a amazing job on my grandpas car. He was very professional and was fast. I wish i had pictures to show you the difference he made. The car was disgusting and nasty and there is just no words tl describe how bad it was. But he went the extra mile and made it shine!!! When we got it back it was like a brand new car! He got tye cigarette smell out and everything. I highly recommend him and will continue to take all my vehicles there. Sweepers always break and they don't plow the lot when it snows, have gotten stuck in the past, today just drove on because the lot was so bad. Owner doesn't up keep the place at all

If I could give this car wash zero stars I would! I used this car wash a while back and it charged my card $10 and never reimbursed me anything. I used the car wash through one cycle. I thought maybe it was a glitch or something so I tried to use it again today and the same damn thing happened! My stupidity for using it again I guess. Regardless do not use the car wash. Unless you're paying cash. It will definitely charge your car to minimum of $10 for one 3 minute cycle!

This place is too pricey for self serve. In a short time since I was last there, the price inflated to $3 a session. I thought I'd try anyhow in case the time had increased too. I only used 1 cycle then packed up and went to the other wash next to the Lube a couple of blocks away where it was $1.75.

Have you ever spilled a gallon of exterior paint in your car seat? No? Well I have! I was terrified I was going to have to replace the whole seat and carpeting. In desperation I called this detailing shop at 5:30pm (about ten minutes after it happened). Sebastian answered the phone and said he would wait for me to arrive even though they were closing at 6pm. Besides the gallon of paint my car is an absolute wreck due to having four kids and being a travel nurse. I basically live out of my car for work, and I haven't had this car cleaned for 4-5 years besides the weekly surface wipe and quick sweeping I do myself. It's a rolling garbage can. I'm not proud of it but, I bet half of Columbus has the same problem. If you do! You don't need to look any further. This is your detail shop! The pictures speak for themselves. I'll be back for sure.

My girlfriend had a major stain on her car, either road paint or cement (I forgot to take a 'before' picture for reference). I said take it to Universal Detailing! In her words, "He provided truly the best service I have EVER received and I cannot be more grateful for the hard work Sabestias put into my car. Not only did remove the tough stain, but he also took the time to buffer and wax my car, clean the tires, and the entire interior! My car has never looked better and I can only thank Sabestias and his team for this."

Amazing job. My 2014 Benz has carted three kids from each of their births through current day (oldest age 7) and never been detailed. I know. Yikes. It was a mess. Ice cream stains on back carpet. Coffee stains on front carpet. Permanently affixed safety pins in front armrest (clear nail polish spilled and dried). They got it all out. And it smells great. Prompt communication. Fast service. Totally worth it. Before and after pics included.

He’s got the knowledge and the right tools to get the job done so that it looks new off the line. every. Single. Nook. And. Cranny. You’ll have to see for yourself. Could easily be asking for more. Sure glad he didn’t for me. In fact, it was the in the low end but the amount of work they do with that budget is way over the top . I don’t have the funds for stuff like this but I have VIP in town and wanted my over- worked Kia K5 to look and feel pretty. Really glad I did and really glad with the value I got. Worth it and then some. Won’t be disappointed. My baby thanks you too. She feels pretty for sure. The good vibes are magnetic ;)

Overall good job. My only complaint is that there were some areas missed. The ceiling of the car had areas that had definitely not been cleaned. My glove box also was broken but the piece was inside so it was an easy fix thankfully. Easy scheduling, good communication.

Can’t recommend Ben and Driveway Detaiis enough. Had the guys so a detail and apply PPF (Paint Protection Film) to the front end and it came out amazing! While I am beyond happy with the quality of work, I am more impressed with their service. Specifically their transparency, responsiveness and overall concierge approach.
