Bought the $20 wash yesterday around 830pm. It couldn't even get the bird crap off of my car the pressure was so low. What's the point if your wash can't even get that off a car? Going elsewhere from now on.

Exceptional. The ceramic coating and detail (inside and out) exceeded my expectations. James and Jay know their stuff; and are the real deal. Their coating is the real professional grade product (not the fake stuff) and actually increased the value of my car. Insurance company even recognizes it. I was looking for something to prolong the surface life of my daily driver and got far more. I definitely recommend.

Diamond Pearlz Detailing does fantastic work! Earl (owner) is wonderful to work with providing excellent service and communication. Detailing: Earl has detailed both of my cars on multiple occasions and they come back looking brand new. More recently, I challenged him with a car I inherited and was planning to sell. It was owned by a smoker with a long haired pet and was in really, really bad shape. Earl worked his magic and I don’t know how he did it but that car came out sparkling and scent-free (I subsequently sold it for the top amount expected with no issue, I always got full expected value on the trade-in quotes). Tint: Earl also applied tinting to both of my cars and the attention to detail is impressive. I had him do my new car that wasn’t tinted and liked the work so much I brought my other car in the following week. It’s been a couple years since the tint jobs and they are both still perfect. Earl is very professional, he tinted my car windows quickly and his prices are very modist! He charges less than other tinting services and he was able to squeeze me in right away. Making an appointment was super easy and he was very up front about payment and fees. I have to say too, I pulled into his shop and seeing his own car as an example of his work really made me confident about choosing him. Super satisfied, he couldn't have done better with my car.

I was in search of having my car ceramic polished and stumbled across this fantastic business!! I dropped my vehicle off and picked it up 24 hours later. Let me first say, the customer service is impeccable!! From start to finish, I was treated as someone whose business is very appreciated. The initial view of my car was AMAZING!! Every color spec in the paint just popped! I saw texture in the paint I hadn’t seen since the first day I purchased my car and some I never saw. It was raining when I picked up my and didn’t have to use my wipers as the rain just whisked away. I HIGHLY, and without reservation, recommend this company!!

I can’t recommend these folks enough. The young man who detailed the interior of my car made it look just about brand new—even got the rust stains out of the fabric in the boot. He got rained out the first day after more than four hours of work, and came back the next day to make sure everything was as good as it could be. Making the appointment was super easy, and communication was spot on. The only hitch was a broken clip for the driver’s side door console, but they were quick to order a new part (no charge to me), and replaced it as soon as it came in. I’ve had some really shoddy detailing that cost an arm and a leg; PIPS attention to detail was so very appreciated: 100% worth the money :)

I do not recommend pro mobile detailing. I left my car with him for two full days. I came to pick it up at the agreed upon time but the car had not been touched and Dillon and his workers were no where to be found. The owner of the building happened to be next door. He said the guys strangely did not show up that day. He went in to their office for me to retrieve my keys. I've left multiple messages trying to figure out what happened. There has been no reply.

Dominic’s brother performed my car service. I had the mobile version so I didn’t even leave my home and could work while it was being completed. I had the deluxe service and it was amazing. It did take about 4 1/2 hours. My car looks new and it had some stained seats and wear and tear that dated it. All that is dingy looks new, clean and impressive. Well done! Brilliant

I ordered a coupon for Car Wash Cleveland from Groupon, it was listed as a $225 wash for which we paid $148. We dropped the car off at 10am and received it back at 8 pm. It was a rainy night so it was dark due to cloud cover. I didn’t really get a chance to inspect the car on pickup, but did notice the floor mats were not in place. The next day when I did have the opportunity to look closely at the car this is what I found: The floor mats, Weathertechs all around, were thrown in the truck, still dirty. The car interior was drenched, the only “spot” I had on my carpet, front passenger side, still remained. There were several areas of the car that appeared to be attempted to be cleaned and the cleaner was still visible in a runny pattern as if it was applied to heavily and left. The inside of the rear window was completely ignored. The rims were still filled with brake dust. I ended up being charged an additional $21 “shop fee” and tipped $20 I would not categorize this as $190 detail. We submitted a trouble ticket about 5 days ago and have since not heard anything back . Edit* They reached out and asked if they could correct any issue with detail. I let them know that I think 10 hours was quite enough time the first time when stated it would take 4 hours at maximum . I would like a partial refund which is stated on their complaint form. I’ve never heard from them again. Went radio silent.

Absolutely DISAPPOINTED! I enrolled in the Ultimate Bath Car Wash Plan, and was totally let down. First of all, the Ultimate Bath Wash includes a towel touch-up. Upon the completion of my wash, I waited several minutes for a representative to touch-up my vehicle, because no one was attentive to the fact that my wash included a towel dry touch-up. When the attendants finally arrived to touch-up the drying of my vehicle with the towels, only one of the attendants actually paid attention to drying my vehicle. The driver side was flawless, while the attendant on the passenger side lazily put the towels against the vehicle, and did not dry the wet spots on the passenger side mirror, nor the corners of the front window (Two highly visible areas). Secondly, I attempted to use the free vacuums; however, not one works. DESPICABLE. Needless to say, I will be cancelling this membership, and heading 3 minutes down the street to Sgt Clean Car Wash. AT LEAST, they have vacuums that operate.

Hi just need to give a shout out to an employee by the name Jake, Jake gives 150% ! No matter how many times I come in, which is normally every other day since I have a monthly pass, he will always make sure my Telluride is detailed even the wheels so the armor all that is put on the tires to make it shiny doesn’t over spray on the side of my vehicle. Jake is the general manager and he leads by example, there are so many young employees that will just walk away when they see a client waiting , which is sad because I tip them when this is done because I know it is extra and Andy the owner has told me many of times I don’t have to tip them but he thanks me, in the world we live in today those individuals that go up and beyond need to be recognized so Jake hopefully you will see this or Andy, thank you for having a top tier manger!

I had a ceramic coat put on my truck by Chris and it was well worth the cost. I took a trip to the outer banks and back and had a lot of road grime and bugs. I came home and washed it with just water, no soap, and all of the dirt and bugs just wiped off. I would recommend Chris for a ceramic coat or even a detail as he does a great job!!

Had my 2022 WRX tinted here. Tony provided a full consultation, giving me things to consider when choosing my tint shade- like how my black interior will make the tint appear darker. I had to cancel my first appointment, but they were super understanding and put me in the books for their next available. They even picked up and dropped my car off while I was at work! I have a daughter so it was spots in my car that I never knew that could come out I’ve even tried other places previously and it never looked and felt so new and clean.
