It meant so much to get it in fast to get detailed because unfortunately my son puked in the car LOL & it took a little longer then normal to finish, he had to work extra hard on it & he took his time to make sure job was done right. ✔️ & it looked brand new. Bought a 7 year old vehicle and the paint was just completely scratched beyond belief. After doing some research I came across Glass Details. My search for an auto detailing company began with hesitation right off the bat. I was unable to contact a local company that could fit the 2018 Corvette through their wash bay. Thankfully, I found Extreme Clean. No wash bay requirements because they clean bumper to bumper by hand! What a relief! Not only was every inch of the car sparkling upon return, but I was able to evaluate any existing nicks on the car with the attendant. Did I mention the lovely folks who work here actually picked up the car from our office and dropped it off six hours later?! This is included in their very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company for their attention to detail in cleaning, as well as customer service! Five stars HANDS DOWN!

This company runs their establishment the way I wish all companies did! Had my sons car detailed for his birthday. The customer service from everyone my son and I conversed with was great! The car detail itself was also done immaculately. The communication ( verbal, text and pics) between the staff and I from beginning to end was definitely top quality. I usually go to a different WhiteWater but I went to the Hamilton (ERIE) location after my husband had such a great experience there. Boy was he right. I was greeted with smiling faces and staff willing to help. The equipment was all in great shape and did a wonderful job. I will defiantly drive the extra miles to use this location again.

Not a good experience. Disappointed because everyone else seems to have such good experiences! Paid an extra $1 for the “bug wash” addition and the guy barely touched my car with the brush, spent a maximum of 5 seconds between the three areas they say they’ll hit. The first vacuum I pulled up to didn’t work at all, the other one wouldn’t even suck up a pebble off my floor. I didn’t bother to finish vacuuming my car because it was that bad. Thanks for the air freshener though, I guess!

Do not use this location! "Manager James is the worst! At one point between my wife and children we had three memberships. Now we have 0. If you value quality customer care and transparent and courteous service, don't use flying ace. We just had a Tidal Wave open a few feet away from this location. I highly recommend Tidal Wave or Mikes as an option. "Mgr" James you still suck, and run a terrible store! Wish I could leave a negative 5 star review!

If I could give a -20 stars I would. I just recently bought a membership with this company. I visited the facility in bridgewater location and went through the car wash. Once I arrived home- I walked past the front of my car and noticed a huge scratch on my hood. I then tried contacting the store 3 of which their phone system kept disconnecting- so I called back the 4th time to which someone answered and instructed me I had to come in and file a claim. I went back and was filling out the form- when a employee Courtney started talking to another employee about how many times someone called and that no she didn’t answer it ON PURPOSE because she didn’t want to deal with it. I am guessing the other employee whispered to her that it was me and she quickly tried to back track apologize for talking about me basically to my face. I manage over 100 employees- this is the number ONE rule is you don’t speak about other customers in front of other customers, it only is that just rude (clearly she was not taught manners) but this is extremely unprofessional. Now follow up 6/4- Hannah has called me to let me know that they could not see a scratch when I left the car wash. So they must have MAGICAL cameras to be able to see a scratch that you have you get close to see? *** follow up- site manager called- stated he made his decision by his “camera” and was just as unprofessional as his employees. I was extremely aggravated at his lack of acknowledgement that his equipment scratched my vehicle and is unwilling to take accountability of that based on a low resolution video. Will be calling corporate. Moral of the story is- don’t go here unless you want scratches all over your vehicle and nothing to be done about it.

Got my new Tesla from factory with some seriously disappointing paint defects, Scott the owner was amazing and worked with me over text about all the problems with the paint. He got my car in promptly and him and his team did an amazing job with the Paint Correction and Ceramic Coating it looks absolutely phenomenal. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in the future, he is an awesome guy and very knowledgeable.

Awesome car wash! They put a ceramic coating on the vehicle and shines the tires. My car looks brand new after going through the wash. The only thing I can suggest is to put a plastic sleeve on the rear window wiper.

I took my 2024 Malibu in there with 3,000 miles, and when I was pulling up the girl wasn't paying much attention. She kept telling me to go forward, well come to find out I needed to turn to the right a little. I hear my tires hit where they lock in at, and she hurried and told me to turn right. I didn't think about it because I've been using Splash and Dash since they first one opened in Hamilton on Princeton PK. My car before this I bought with 40 miles, and I always wondered how scratches would appear. Anyways 2 days later after washing my Malibu I noticed a a chunk missing out of my driver's side wheels (front and back). Since I didn't notice it right when it happened there wasn't much I could do. I'm starting to hear stories about people's cars as well, so I'm cancelling my membership. It also knocked my mirror forward and backwards the last time I went. Ya I'll wash it myself!

Had the Kit B+, headlights, rockers, door sills and edges, ceramic coating, wheels and windshield treated on my new C8. Keith and his son take pride in their work and do an excellent job! A bit pricey but well worth the investment. They did my Jaguar F-Type convertible 4 years ago and it still looked brand new after having driven it over 35,000 miles! I'm not sure what's going on with this team, but I've given them 2 separate chances both times they've messed up the vehicle and I had to go back to have The work redone. The first time they damaged my mirrior and didnt say anything. I had to go back and see if they could fix my mirror on my brand new truck. It only had 400 miles and they tried to say it was like that when it showd up. I had pictures proving otherwise So instead of going in for a bedliner and rust proofing, like I did on the first truck, all I had them do was a simple interior detail, and they still couldn't manage to get that right. After taking the vehicle in and leaving it there so they could have first thing in the morning when they open. Because I needed it by 4. When I showed up to get it, it wasn't ready and I had to stand there for 40 minutes while they attempted to do all of the work. So i had to schedule another appointment to drop it off all day yet again. And go back to pick up my vehicle and there is still issues with it.I explained that the front and back glass, both needed to be addressed. Along with multiple other areas Nobody touched my front Glass, leaving it completely filthy and full of streaks. And still had all the dirt/ debris under the seatbelts .Most definitely not worth the two hundred and twenty dollars I spent. Go ahead and save yourself the money spend fifteen minutes with a microfiber cloth and a spray bottle with just water.I guarantee your vehicle will look better. Update: after speaking with their customer service department they are as useless as their technicians. And if you have a problem you can count on the store lying about the situation and the customer service team to do absolutely nothing. They claim the vehicle was in to rough of shape and couldn't be cleaned. Which I found halarious due to the fact I was able to clean all of the areas in the pictures just fine myself. They are just lazy and unprofessional. I don't know how glass can be to rough when a simple spray of glass cleaner and a microfiber cleaned it right off. Or how the dirt they left behind I was able to vacuum right up. But yet some how it was to rough.... give me a break this entire company is a joke.

I've been washing my car here for decades and the experience is always a positive one. The prices are within reason and the place seems well kept. If I had to offer a suggestion it would be to include the rubber tips on the sprays to prevent accidentally hitting the car while spraying. This would be an easy implementation.

This car hadn't been cleaned in quite a while; it's no show car, but they made a huge improvement for a very reasonable price. I had a mobile wash done and then an interior cleaning at their shop. Communication was great, and they were great to work with. Detailing products in stock; super pleased here. The last picture is AFTER I put 800 miles on it! Their wax coating really helped keep the car clean.
