This is an AMAZING deal! I dropped my car off the evening before--though they said it would take an hour. I picked it up the next day and it looked like NEW. They did the inside and out for $50. (That's really too little). I HIGHLY recommend the service. One employee said he wasn't sure that he put the mats back correctly (because I have double mats). The mats and the interior were perfect. Try them!

Buckeye Clean Werks did a fantastic job with my 2018 Ford Raptor. They applied a ceramic coating to the exterior of the vehicle, and tinted the windows. They are very knowledgeable and were very helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get their vehicle detailed and turn some heads while driving down the road.

Ryan does a fantastic job! He completed a ceramic coat and detail job on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it looks amazing! I recently purchased the vehicle which was in gently used condition. It did have a few small scratches and the paint did not shine as much as it should but boy does it now! He took care of all of the scratches as well. Ryan has the best customer service and is an all around nice guy. We will not take our vehicles to anyone else!

Ryan and LionHeart did a perfect job on my Tesla Model Y. The ceramic coating makes the blue shine almost like a mirror. I also got my front windows tinted and it just completes the look I was looking for. The pick and drop off service they offer makes this process headache free and is very convenient. My SUV’s interior looks brand new. This young man was able to put in time to get coffee stains off my leather seats and a significant stain off my car ceiling. As a driver for my job The vacuums are the best part they always work well and even better than my Dyson at home on Boost and the kid who upsold me the best package was very smart and said it would protect my paint as well as prevent water spots. So in my opinion just opt for the best one they got . It can be a little busy but I’ve always had good luck finding a spot. The manager is cool too he explained sometimes with the best package you get free air fresheners or wipes for your car and they alternate that every month so it’s always a fun surprise to see what the next months item is. You have to have the best package for this perk! Just another reason I love this place.

At this location... 1. The entrance from the street is good, but the entrance to the wash is pretty tight 2. They don't have the wedge vacuum attachments; only the crevice 3. They use an adequate amount of soap 4. The rollers actually make contact with the sides of the vehicle (not really the back, though, but that's all Moo Moo Express locations) 5. It does not smell good inside the actual wash tunnel. Something with their water drainage?

Have you ever spilled a gallon of exterior paint in your car seat? No? Well I have! I was terrified I was going to have to replace the whole seat and carpeting. In desperation I called this detailing shop at 5:30pm (about ten minutes after it happened). Sebastian answered the phone and said he would wait for me to arrive even though they were closing at 6pm. Besides the gallon of paint my car is an absolute wreck due to having four kids and being a travel nurse. I basically live out of my car for work, and I haven't had this car cleaned for 4-5 years besides the weekly surface wipe and quick sweeping I do myself. It's a rolling garbage can. I'm not proud of it but, I bet half of Columbus has the same problem. If you do! You don't need to look any further. This is your detail shop! The pictures speak for themselves. I'll be back for sure.

My girlfriend had a major stain on her car, either road paint or cement (I forgot to take a 'before' picture for reference). I said take it to Universal Detailing! Decent car wash, usually very busy. Unfortunately they really got cheap on us. They used to give you a car freshener AND a wipe towel when you purchased the higher $18 wash level. Now they've decided to only give you one of the two depending on the time of the month, which I think is extremely cheap of them and reflects very badly on management. At least they should just give you the wipe towel which is a lot more useful instead of trying to sell you $4 larger towel. If they reverse that decision and I will increase my rating from three stars.

Can’t recommend Ben and Driveway Detaiis enough. Had the guys so a detail and apply PPF (Paint Protection Film) to the front end and it came out amazing! While I am beyond happy with the quality of work, I am more impressed with their service. Specifically their transparency, responsiveness and overall concierge approach. Most often this conveniently located car wash with several stalls and 1 small drive thru is clean and has plenty of soap. There is dirty stalls now and then - but rarely in recent years. I can wash and brush scrub my vehicle for as little as 3.00. drive thru is more but fairly reasonable. It's off Stringtown across frm Discount Drug Mart so there is usually no large line of cars. It has a large parking lot area for maneuvering.

I am disappointed with the Elite detailing service. I scheduled the appointment for 3:00 PM on June 18th. Marcus texted me at 2:44 PM to say he would be at my house in 30 minutes. He texted me again 23 minutes later to ask if we were still good for today. I responded that we were, and he arrived at 3:50 PM. When he finished detailing, he claimed to have used a clay bar treatment on the exterior of my vehicle. However, there were still bugs on the front hood and bumper, water spots, and a gritty feel to the body. When we asked Marcus about the bugs, he said they wouldn't come off, and it would cost extra to use another cleaning solution. We then used our clay bar pressing lightly to check his claims, and it was clear that he had not used a clay bar on the front of the vehicle. The clay bar we used had black dirt marks, and the bug and gritty texture was. The top of the Acadia was wet, and Marcus admitted he forgot to dry it. We then moved on to the interior of the vehicle. Marcus stated that he had cleaned EVERYTHING, but this was not the case. We opened the hatch. I was dirty. Marcus stated he for got to clean the hatch and asked if we wanted him to vacuumed it. The back (3rd-row area) was not wiped down, and the carpet was not vacuumed. There was a Gatorade bottle and bottled water under the back seat. I am very disappointed with the service I received. I paid $332.65 for Elite detailing and received an average cleaning, at best. I emailed the company with pictures and a detailed email (this is only some of the picture we took). They did not respond to my email. I chose this company based on the star rating and reviews. I would not recommend this service.

I want to start by saying that Marcus has already made my car look 1000x better than the previous detail company I scheduled at the beginning of the year (which rhymes with Ross) and took his time! I called Nick's Auto Repair a few weeks ago on a Friday night around 6:00pm, after my Dad pointed out to me that it sounded like my wheel bearings were going out. I have two small kids so was in a bit of a rush to get them fixed. Nick answered and was at my house within a couple of hours to run diagnostics. He confirmed the problem and was able to get parts and come back to my house to do the repairs the very next day, so that I could get safely back on the road on Monday with my little ones! It’s crazy the amount of negative reviews I see here regarding their wash experience. I cannot speak for everyone of course but I will say, my wife and I both have newer vehicles (2023 Silverado Trail Boss and 2023 Suburban RST) both of which are white and have been ceramic coated, and this is the ONLY car wash I will use! Being touch less is the obvious reason with the ceramic coatings but more so, our vehicles are white so they get dirty very fast. I was my truck 2 times a week on average and my wife’s Suburban at least once a week and I will say, I have taken both through very dirty and I have been more than impressed how they come out! I personally have not experienced my vehicles still being dirty after going through this wash but who knows. I personally recommend using this wash as it has extremely good pressure to break up all the bugs/dirt and yes, I agree that the dryer should be extended to 60 seconds for those of us with much larger vehicles, but outside that, I think its a great carwash where you dont have to worry about paint swirls that you WILL get with non touch less washes. PS. I did go through today and the wax cycle did not work. I simply called the owner, he said he was heading over to take a look. Thats a great response for a mid day Saturday!

Great little wash for its value! Attendants take the time to prep your vehicle down and got those pesky spots that most express car washes miss. There are also free vacuums. For the price it is really great and they also offer ceramic sealant which really makes your paint pop! I have washed both of my vehicles here with no issues but do bring a towel to dry off your car!
