Paid $285 for a 2 step clay and buff job to remove over spray and swirl marks. Passenger side looks like I would expect. Driver's side is horrible. Like it was skipped. Maybe they had another person do the driver's side. Either way it's bad. Didn't notice when I picked it up, as it was inside, in a low light shop. She did say that I had some scratches that she wouldn't be able to get out, and that is fine, that's not what I'm talking about. You can see in the pictures the lines where I removed the pin stripe 2 weeks before taking it to her. And the swirls, and over spray. Would go back and ask for it to be fixed, but can't afford to lose my truck for another 8 hours.

A great experience! My family (wife, 1.5 yr old son, and me) went over and the staff was super, talking with us, helping engage my son so that my wife and I could get the car washed, gave us some air fresheners for free. Really appreciated the free use of vacuum cleaners there :-)

Usually very nice, but today as I was vacuuming my car, they turned off the vacuums because it was sprinkling. I paid $16 to wash my car (which didn't even get all the dirt off, and we had to wipe it off ourselves) and only vacuumed half the car! It was hardly raining. Now I have to either pay MORE to finish or just deal with a half dirty car. Bummer. Usually better than this.

It left soap on my car and I went to tell them but they didn’t care. I got a complete attitude. So than I went to just wipe it off with towels and see this note. It takes 2 towels to dry off my car, 1 for glass cleaner and 1 for interior cleaner. I will be canceling my membership.

Some of the rinse isn’t working and I always have soap on my car. It isn’t getting the dirt off of the bottom of the doors off. I see this when I’m drying it off. The driveway has a lot of pot holes in it and the water lays on it. Have always enjoyed this car wash but I think they are not taking care of it like they use too! The one on Trenton is getting worst.

DO NOT GO HERE •Swinging arm for self wash gets stuck •Air Freshener and Towel Dispenser weren't stocked There was no beep to tell me my time was running out and I needed another 10 seconds (after the swing arm got stuck on me 4 times). It stopped and told me to add a quarter for more time, but when I did It made me buy a whole nother wash.
