I'm not sure what's going on with this team, but I've given them 2 separate chances both times they've messed up the vehicle and I had to go back to have The work redone. The first time they damaged my mirrior and didnt say anything. I had to go back and see if they could fix my mirror on my brand new truck. It only had 400 miles and they tried to say it was like that when it showd up. I had pictures proving otherwise So instead of going in for a bedliner and rust proofing, like I did on the first truck, all I had them do was a simple interior detail, and they still couldn't manage to get that right. After taking the vehicle in and leaving it there so they could have first thing in the morning when they open. Because I needed it by 4. When I showed up to get it, it wasn't ready and I had to stand there for 40 minutes while they attempted to do all of the work. So i had to schedule another appointment to drop it off all day yet again. And go back to pick up my vehicle and there is still issues with it.I explained that the front and back glass, both needed to be addressed. Along with multiple other areas Nobody touched my front Glass, leaving it completely filthy and full of streaks. And still had all the dirt/ debris under the seatbelts .Most definitely not worth the two hundred and twenty dollars I spent. Go ahead and save yourself the money spend fifteen minutes with a microfiber cloth and a spray bottle with just water.I guarantee your vehicle will look better. Update: after speaking with their customer service department they are as useless as their technicians. And if you have a problem you can count on the store lying about the situation and the customer service team to do absolutely nothing. They claim the vehicle was in to rough of shape and couldn't be cleaned. Which I found halarious due to the fact I was able to clean all of the areas in the pictures just fine myself. They are just lazy and unprofessional. I don't know how glass can be to rough when a simple spray of glass cleaner and a microfiber cleaned it right off. Or how the dirt they left behind I was able to vacuum right up. But yet some how it was to rough.... give me a break this entire company is a joke.

Had the Kit B+, headlights, rockers, door sills and edges, ceramic coating, wheels and windshield treated on my new C8. Keith and his son take pride in their work and do an excellent job! A bit pricey but well worth the investment. They did my Jaguar F-Type convertible 4 years ago and it still looked brand new after having driven it over 35,000 miles! Easy to find car wash with free vacuum in Fairfield right by Cincy auto mall. Vacuums were plentiful and the car wash had no line early in the morning. Staff was helpful.

I understand you're closed monday and Tuesday due to snow storm. What about today Wednesday? While all businesses banks, stores, restaurants and other car wash tried they best to get out clean the snow and open, you still home not doing nothing, not caring about customers. On google it says you're open but you're not actually. Snow still every where, why? Because you know you make your income through automatic membership payment. That's why you don't care as you know we still have to pay, right? When you started service was great but now you careless. As we can see most of your vacuum on the floor, and about half of them broken. YOU MUST IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE.

My search for an auto detailing company began with hesitation right off the bat. I was unable to contact a local company that could fit the 2018 Corvette through their wash bay. Thankfully, I found Extreme Clean. No wash bay requirements because they clean bumper to bumper by hand! What a relief! Not only was every inch of the car sparkling upon return, but I was able to evaluate any existing nicks on the car with the attendant. Did I mention the lovely folks who work here actually picked up the car from our office and dropped it off six hours later?! This is included in their very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company for their attention to detail in cleaning, as well as customer service! Five stars HANDS DOWN!

After some fairly extensive research and quotes from several places, I decided on Jason and his team at CarZmedics to do the ceramic coating for my new vehicle. What sold me was Jason taking me in the shop showing me his work and did a demo by pouring a pitcher of water on one of the vehicles he'd ceramic coated. I saw his work first-hand and was grateful for the time he took to explain his shop, his processes and his results. His team's work is solid. I'm so happy with the ceramic coating, it's like my car was dipped in glass! If you're looking for a reputable, knowledgeable shop to have paint / ceramic and other work done, this is your spot! I had two chips in my Toyota Tacoma’s paint from rocks. I purchased OEM paint from the dealership, and tried to touch it up myself, but wasn’t pleased with the results. After searching the internet, I found carzmedics, and emailed Jason. I received a reply quickly, and he quoted me a very reasonable price to correct the paint chips. When making the appointment, he assured me the work could be done while I wait, since I live in the Dayton area. Jason also discussed the other products he provides, but was not pushy to sell those. Finally, he was honest that he could not make the chips disappear, but make them look better. The day of my appointment, Jason was on time and his shop was clean. He completed the work quickly, the price was what I was initially quoted, and I am pleased with the results. I’d highly recommend carzmedics, and not only plan on doing business again in the future, but I have recommended him to a coworker. Attached are before and after pictures.

Ken is very good at what he does. He takes great personal pride in his work. He made my 4 year old car look better than it did new. I was very disappointed that they did not offer cleaning the inside of cars. The only problem I had was pulling up to the car wash for the ultimate package deal and not knowing what to do. I was the only car there and I read the signs, but who was I supposed to, give my ticket to? Someone finally came out and took my ticket and just told me to move up into the car wash. I literally had no help trying to get my car exactly onto the tire track to move inside of the car wash area. The girl literally gave me no instructions and only took my ticket. Although I was impressed on how clean my car was and the great job the car wash actually did, they could have better instructions or better help from an actual person. All in all it would not be my first choice for a car wash, but I would probably use it again.

Amazing service each time I’ve made appointments with Beyond Perfection! Matt is very informative and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand what work he did and that you as a customer are satisfied. He even goes as far as giving extra tips on how to maintain your car personally to keep it in the best condition which I appreciate a ton! Very positive results. My 2 year old Dodge Charger was polished, given the 10 year ceramic coat, front bumper paint protection film, and window film. The car looks better than it did when new. The ceramic makes the paint feel extremely smooth to the touch, more so than any wax that I have ever applied. They even successfully polished out a scrape in the paint, making actual bodywork not needed. The staff was extremely pleasant to work with and patiently answered all my questions. My car stays outside all the time, and I drive it all winter, exposing it to salt, sand etc.. I'm confident that this treatment will protect the car from the elements, and extend its useful life.
