I went to Wendy's for a chili, and, when I pulled out of the lot, someone pulled in out of the drivethru in front of me. Needless to say, I hit the brakes and there goes part of it on the passenger side of my seat(velour)! I got part of it up, but, I wanted to get the rest cleaned up by a pro. Cleaned up the suv ok...and I mean not well but I suppose okay. Quiet surprisingly it left the suv better and worse than it was b4 I pulled in. It did get the rear wheel muck off the rear bumper directly behind the rear wheels but left the entire body hazy as if it was washed but wasn't rinsed off. And I made def sure I allowed it to rinse and then blow dry. But it was all that was available st 740pm on a Monday...so so

This is the best car wash I ever been to it’s in a nice location and not that far from my house. I love how they have the car wash/ vacuum part all in one. Excellent interior detail job! Really thorough, and, well, detailed :) It was done how I would've done it myself. (If I had the patience, tools, and didn't have mad allergies) I bought a near 20 year old fleet vehicle, and I was really excited about it ! But it was…um, pretty 'lived in'... inside… and it gave me the ick! to drive it. Platinum Auto Protection fixed that and then some ! and I can finally enjoy my "new" car ! Communication was excellent ! They literally picked up my car at the shop next door where I had it at for work, detailed it, then returned it. I literally just told them where the car was, they got it and detailed it, and they returned it, I paid online, and it was done. Chris even added some interior matts he had lying around ! Amazing ! But the best thing about the whole experience is really the quality of work. As someone with allergies - it's very meaningful for me to have such a resource for auto cleaning. The attention to detail was beyond compare !

No pressure out of hose in one car wash so pressed stop button and requested refund. I followed up 45 days later as the auto generated email stating they received my refund request said it could take 3- 20 days. They still 2 months later have not refunded my money. Multiple car wash stations have no pressure. They advertise super power pressure to eliminate hand washing. That is a false claim...I always have to hand wash when I use their facility. I have another refund to request and am not confident I will get any of my money back. I will no longer be supporting this business.

Took a brand new 2021 Tacoma (with only 3 Miles on it) overlanding in the NorthWoods of Maine. Made a few wrong turns and ended up scratching the sides of the truck up pretty good. I was pretty bummed out about it and decided when I got home (2400 miles later) to see if a local detail shop could buff out the paint enough to make it look brand new. I was blown away with the results. They took their time to wet sand every bad spot and the truck looks show room new. Beyond impressed. I will always send my vehicles here moving forward.
