This was my first time going through the Clean Express Auto Wash in Elyria. My vehicle was pretty dirty and the auto wash did a great job of getting it clean. I chose the CLEAN EST ULTRA Signature Wash + Ceramic package. The smell of the soap in the Carwash is nice. I could smell it while I was going through the wash and for a little while after. I loved that even my tires were shiny and clean. Gotta love free vacuums & free air!! There are several vacuum stations which makes it nice because it was busy but I didn’t have to wait on a spot to open. To vacuum my car. The attendant that greeted me was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend any of their locations.

So glad we chose to go with Bryan and 2B Clean Auto Detailing for tinting and a ceramic coat on our recently purchased used 2022 Tesla Model Y. From the initial conversation, I knew we'd chosen the right guy. Bryan is not only so nice, but also so informative and knowledgeable. He took time to discuss all options with me. We ended up having to move our appointment date and Bryan was very accommodating with that too! Not only does our Tesla look amazing, but he went above and beyond and was able to buff out some weird discoloration around the window trim (photo attached and the trim is now _perfect_). Our car looks amazing - I can't stop checking it out! We will be getting our second vehicle done shortly too. love this place great people and amazing on the car wash and not to mention they give windex streak free window cleaner and sanitizer spray with unlimited rags to use to clean the inside of the car the suction of the vacuum is amazing and the fact that I can get even pet hair off my seats are a major plus , I do recommend them and checking them out they aren’t expensive on membership either and on top of that air freshener every time you come and a floor mat cleaner machine! And with the streak free window cleaner you can even roll the windows up and down and the left over water just disappear and back to crystal clear ! Amazing 🤩 now they just need the vacuum needle nose attachment to get In between the tight spaces of the car other than that I love this place and only people who have membership or pay for wash is allowed to use the stuff so you’re not dealing with a bunch of people just getting in your way and sneaking in to use the stuff one way in one way out cameras and sun hangover card for shade !! Helps you see what you cleaning so you don’t miss a spot lmao

Someone this place hired got in my way with some.steel like pole when I was exiting the wash and blocked me from the dryer being able to dry my entire truck, this man didn’t apologize or care even when he told me to back up and caused the car wash door thing to close on top of my pickup, however the owners son was there and when I told him what happened he gave me a free wash (and a card for an additional one) and he even helped me to dry my truck with a towel. Because of the owners sons apologetic and carting attitude and him going above and beyond to rectify the situation I highly recommend this car wash. Plus the wash has a very strong under panel wash, uses by far the best soap around and best of all its truly touch free!

I'm not BFH's biggest customer, but you wouldn't know that based on their customer service. Ben goes above and beyond, and is great with answers on how to protect your investment and make it last. He and his team do outstanding work. I've been a loyal customer since getting a paint correction and ceramic coating a few years ago (first photo), returning for additional services like window tint and wheel coating. My car had two prior owners, and is almost 10 years old, but BFH restored its showroom shine and protected it for years to come. Whenever I move on to my next car, new or used, BFH will certainly be my first stop!

Paid for a $25 Platinum Wash. As we were going through the wash my steering turned and something felt off. The conveyor then felt like it sped up. There was still soap on the car as the air dryer was going. The brush at the end went down then up quickly. I pulled out and looked at my vehicle. Still had soap and dirt on it. I pulled around to the pay stations to flag the gentleman down who helped me in the beginning. Explained the situation to him and he seemed like it wasn't an issue. Told me that they get that a lot and it's fine. I said that there is still soap on my car and he said it's the way the dryer vents are positioned. Told him there is still dirt on the car and asked him if I could go through again to get the car cleaned. He said he can't do that and that if I wanted to go through again I should have purchased the unlimited. Not wanting to argue further I asked him to raise the gate so I could leave. Not a very good experience. Here are the photos of the vehicle after the "Platinum Wash" Contacted the company and they said they would send out a free wash card. That was over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received the card.

Definitely would NOT recommend. TWO washes AND even did the “bug pretreat” (which you have to physically use a brush on the vehicle yourself) and STILL NOT CLEAN! Pictures are from after TWO washes (one platinum) and the BUG PRETREAT that I had to do myself. I have brain cancer and use automatic car washes bcuz I can’t physically wash it so doing the “bug pretreat” that was suggested after I said it wasn’t clean is ridiculous to have to do! It’s bad enough that they don’t do the back bcuz of the “tire” but they don’t even get the front clean!

I wish I had before and after photos. Had full interior and exterior done. Called Rodney at Polish Em Off and he offered to pick up the car after my check-up service at the Toyota dealership - just WOW, what service! We decided to get the detail done because the orange barrel of doom on the highway bit the car! Terrell was the worker at the shop who did all the work and it looks and smells NEW again! Fantastic job, we couldn't be any happier, we'll be taking our other car there next week. They did the full inside, outside, trunk, and engine compartment! Definitely recommend taking your car there, who doesn't love that new car smell?!?!?!

I went in to the car wash on Oct 17th 2024, the worker was waving me in and I would not go because the cone was too close. I hit it a previous time at that same location, the worker proceeded to come to me and use profanity towards me!No professionalism at all! I asked his manager for the district managers information to file a complaint on the man! Manager said they won’t do anything! I left went to the one on Cleveland street and actually was treated very respectfully by that team and actually got to talk to the district manager of the unprofessional acts that were shown to me! Lost my business as a consumer!

First time being at a self car wash and had a ehh experience lol first nothing worked except wash and rinse so wax and tire wash all were like empty or something cause when I tried to use it the machine just turned off and didn’t spray so I used up my 2.50$ in time trying to get that to work so I had to spend more money to rinse my car off and I didn’t see a change dispenser so I had to put 5$ in for 5 minutes of wash lol bad experience for me probably just stick to laser wash or try a different self wash.

Have been coming here for years to keep my cars clean. It is conveniently located, and if you avoid the most obviously busy times, you seldom have to wait. The equipment is kept in good working order, and the bays are always clean and debris-free. Great place to use if you need to clean off the winter salt-spray, or prep your car for a hand-waxing in the summer.

I prefer this place because of the cheap price and the different soaps you can use etc. But a few days ago when I came I swiped my card and the water started to run then randomly shut off. Swiped my card again and it didn’t come back on. Went to the next open spot and tried that and it worked so I was able to wash my car eventually. But I got charged 10$ instead of 4$. So in that case I would’ve just went to an automated car wash for the same price.

The coin machine was not working well to get change , then I deposited 6 dollars in quarters and got a total off 1 min 48 seconds ,the coins did not count correctly so ended up having to put in more quarters again to restart it and still only gave me anther 1 min 48 seconds ,definitely needs some upgrades

The worst car wash I've ever used. My vehicle was still covered in soap after the wash was done. Chose the highest priced option, a garden hose has more pressure than this wash. The wash itself sucked more than the vacuums as well. Vacs are either tired or clogged. Either way they were useless.

I took my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee here when I saw they were having a $50 weekend special to try them out. They did an amazing job! I will definitely be back! The interior looks and smells new again! The only thing I wish I would have known they are a cash only business up front.

Today I stopped to get my car washed. Paid at the kiosk with a debit card. They sure took the money right away out of my account but the doors would not open to let me drive through. Takes up to 20 days for a refund? Ridiculous! You would think you could put up an "out of order sign" or SOMETHING! Won't go there again!

Halfway through my wash, the equipment stopped. No attendants, so I had to go home with a soapy car and finish the job. Looked up Zappys and called. Was told I'd have to go online and fill out a claim form. Which I did. Takes up to 30 days for them to make a determination as to whether you get a voucher (they have to check their cameras to see if they can find pictures of the car you mention in your claim form) for another car wash, NOT a refund. I just want a refund, NOT going back there. 😒

I did the $14 "The Works" car wash and was thoroughly disappointed. Not only did it not take simple dirt off of my vehicle, but the rinse left it covered in soap. It was an absolute waste of money.

It washed my car really well and can't beat the price. I just had a problem with the card reader so I had to back up and use the other lane. Thank goodness no one was behind me. The entrance was tricky to find too. You have to go behind the ice cream place.

Unfortunately I have had to use D&S a few time because of accidents BUT IM GLAD I DID! they have Wally’s been very friendly and professional. Timing was impeccable. Called on a Thursday dropped of the car on Monday and it was complete with having the adjuster stop out ordering parts and completing my car within 7 work days. I would recommend D&S to anyone.

My car is BEAUTIFUL! I couldn't be any happier. It looks better than the day I bought it. I called early in the morning because one of our dogs vomited in the backseat of my Explorer the night before. I tried other places but they were booked weeks ahead. I spoke with Ralph who was professional and very nice. Thankfully he was able to squeeze my car in. It was ready at the promised time. They even threw in a complimentary wash and wax! Despite being much cheaper than anywhere else I called, they did a thorough job of detailing my car and shampooing my seats; I was extremely pleased with the results. They squeezed me in around my crazy schedule and even offered to let me use a loaner car while I waited. I've been using this laser wash for about 7 years now. I've had good experiences each time I've been there. I think the car wash is at a great location. You can grab all your essentials and more at the local stores and get a car wash before you leave. After you're done with the car wash, you can take the highway for a bit to really air-dry your car. The business also currently offers car wash tickets for the ultimate wash (The $12 wash) for $9 online. Check out the website for great deals while they are there.

I went there and bought the top notch car wash with sealer. After the fun rainbow soap was all Over my vehicle it stopped working. I had to go out and use the other machine and purchase a cheap wash just to rinse off the soap. My window is all smeared. Cost me $20. I called for a refund and got no response.

I went up there I got my oil changed it was quick it was fast. it was a little expensive$89. seems a lot. I usually do my own oil changes at home. to not be told if I'm even supposed to get in or out of my car. to have my questions basically ignored and just have gruff instructions. that is terrible customer service .They did what they were doing but they weren't very nice about it Is it cuz I'm female? or is it just because it was 9:00 in the morning and they didn't want to be there. I don't know I know I won't be going back.

I called at 9:30 this morning asking for them to come detail my care and THEY gave me the time of 2:30. So I was expecting them to be at my place at 2:30. I planned my day around them being at my house on time. I got a text at 2:11 saying they were delayed and it would be let me know when they were coming. I responded and got no response. I called at 2:22 and then again at 2:30 and no answer. They tried to call at 2:45 but I already sent the message telling them to cancel the service. The got an attitude and still couldn’t give me a time of arrival. If someone is expecting you at a certain time and you’re late and can’t continue the communication, what is the point of the service. This company needs to learn what professionalism and punctuality!

I have an SUV and I travel with three dogs. Yolanda did an amazing job. There was so much dog hair and filthy feet marks on the seats from my dogs going to the dog park. I'm a travel nurse so my car is packed to the brim and unpacked every 13 weeks. It was filthy when I tell you I could eat off the flooring now .it is spotless! Knight and Shining Armor showed up on my Facebook feed one day. I saw what an amazing job they did on one of the Avon cop cars and said “oooh so bright and shiny!” I told my boyfriend about them and he got me a gift card for Xmas. Long story short, I forgot to use it and two years later when I finally went there to get a quote, John told me gift cards are typically only good for one year but he would give me a discount (which ended up being more than the gift card). I scheduled an exterior detailing for the following week and ended up purchasing a new jeep during that time and changed my appointment to a ceramic coating instead. I had lots of questions and John answered all of them and gave me plenty of suggestions/things to consider. I was on the fence about the warrantied/non-warrantied coatings but given that my new jeep just came off a dealer fleet and I keep it in a garage at home and at work, he told me I could easily get by with the non-warrantied coating with maintenance. I ended up going with the 3 year non-warrantied coating. I was so impressed that he was so transparent with me. Most people would try to upsell you on the 5 year warrantied just because it’s more money in their pocket. The ceramic coating is definitely worth the splurge. My new jeep looks amazing - so bright and shiny just like I imagined! What was even more impressive was how easily dirt came off after driving in the rain. Basically all I did was pour some water on it after I got home and it pretty much slid right off. I couldn’t be any happier with the service I received! John is such a great, honest guy! I wish every businessman were like him. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced!
