Wow so glad we found optimum to do our detailing after looking on the Internet wasn’t quite sure who to pick but we sure picked the right one. We recently purchased a Honda element that had been previously smoked in and it needed some heavy, heavy cleaning. The inside interior was yellow when we took it in, and Ali was able to book us ASAP . The attention to detail was amazing. It did not even look like the same car when we went to pick it back up. I found Optimum Detail of Dublin by a random google search and found a package in my price range. I clicked for an estimate and received a phone call almost immediately. Ali came to my house that night to examine the vehicle, 2018 Jaguar F Pace, and provided a detailed quote. He got me into the shop the next day and three days later returned it with a beautiful ceramic coating, interior protection and wheel treatment. I have never left a one star review, but for other customer’s safety and awareness it seems fair to warn everyone. During the detailing service my car received a substantial crack in the windshield causing the whole thing to need to be replaced. I had just returned from a cross country road trip so my car was definitely dirty and in need of a refresh. I had also been hit by a small pebble causing a chip in the center right of the windshield. All of this was pointed out when Sebastian (the owner) and I went over the car together at drop off. When I went to pick up the car there was an eight inch crack from the bottom left of the windshield on the drivers side extending up. They claimed I “just didn’t notice because the car was dirty”. When I explained that was impossible as the crack was in my field of vision, the windshield was not covered in dirt, and I had just assessed the windshield the day before and at drop off because I was mindful of the chip— they had nothing to say. At the time, no offer of a refund or any explanation. Thankfully they sent videos during the detailing process, and footage of the windshield can be seen. It shows only the original chip clearly providing evidence that between that video and pickup my windshield was cracked while the car was in their shop. *Update: after contacting the BBB and the owner with footage showing damage occurred at the shop, they paid the $500 dollar windshield replacement fee, but no refund for the $509 dollar detailing service. The owner’s response to my review (claiming publicly he had to cover damage that’s not his fault, while privately agreeing all the evidence shows it happened in his shop) is indicative of the type of service you’ll receive. There are many past reviews with very satisfied customers, which is why I chose this business. So perhaps I just had the one bad experience and you’d be fine! Either way, I would suggest if you use this company to have full inside and outside footage of your vehicle before drop off.

Have you ever spilled a gallon of exterior paint in your car seat? No? Well I have! I was terrified I was going to have to replace the whole seat and carpeting. In desperation I called this detailing shop at 5:30pm (about ten minutes after it happened). Sebastian answered the phone and said he would wait for me to arrive even though they were closing at 6pm. Besides the gallon of paint my car is an absolute wreck due to having four kids and being a travel nurse. I basically live out of my car for work, and I haven't had this car cleaned for 4-5 years besides the weekly surface wipe and quick sweeping I do myself. It's a rolling garbage can. I'm not proud of it but, I bet half of Columbus has the same problem. If you do! You don't need to look any further. This is your detail shop! The pictures speak for themselves. I'll be back for sure.

Zander did a great job detailing all 3 of our cars. My girlfriends fk8 type r, my at4, and our custom built Genesis coupe. The Genesis looks as good as it did with the fresh paint job, the at4 hasn’t looked this good since I bought it, and I don’t think my girlfriends civic has ever looked as good as it does. He spent 8 solid hours working on them, and got everything spotless even the calipers. Even left us with a microfiber and some candy. Overall beyond impressed with the work he did and wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. Thank you Zander for a great job!

Completely blown away by the work done by Chad. He was a great communicator and set the expectations for my experience and also which package was right for me. The day of service was easy and he made the process as seamless as possible. The results were incredible - our SUV looked brand new (we have two kids - 7 and 5…and two dogs). I have already reviewed for my dad and his classic car, but I just had my own car (2024 Acura Integra) detailed by Best Lil Detailer, and...WOW! This car has cream/white suede in the front seats, and suffered and unfortunate pizza grease incident recently, and I was terrified I'd have to replace the seat fabric. It had been a while since the interior got proper attention, and I'm grateful they were able to make my car look brand new all over again! I could not be more impressed with Jacob. I sideswiped a road sign when I slid off an icy road and have a lot of dings and scratches that I couldn't get off myself with Nu Finish. He got me in on less than 24 hours notice and fixed the remaining surface scratches, and I'm coming back in a week for him to work on the deeper ones. Car wash quality is superb. people are friendly. Free Vaccum token is worthless because the vaccum has zero suction. I have tried each station with high hopes that it will be better than the last. I hope there is something they can do to improve it.

Ryan does a fantastic job! He completed a ceramic coat and detail job on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it looks amazing! I recently purchased the vehicle which was in gently used condition. It did have a few small scratches and the paint did not shine as much as it should but boy does it now! He took care of all of the scratches as well. Ryan has the best customer service and is an all around nice guy. We will not take our vehicles to anyone else!

Ryan and LionHeart did a perfect job on my Tesla Model Y. The ceramic coating makes the blue shine almost like a mirror. I also got my front windows tinted and it just completes the look I was looking for. The pick and drop off service they offer makes this process headache free and is very convenient. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE, YOU’D REGRET FOR YOUR MONEY. First time here to experience the worst car wash service I’ve ever had and would never come back again, also would warn people around me to not go there ever. I paid the highest price for a full service car wash, and when the guy told me it’s done, it turned out they never attempted the trunk, and when I ask them to clean it, they just cleaned partially and still left large areas with dust and dirt, and told me those are not covered in my service and they are unable to be cleaned…… excuse me? Does anyone send their car to a full service car wash just to expect partial of their car to be cleaned? Ironically, I took their towel and wiped those spots off myself, and the dirt came off easily, they just simply didn’t do their job and with a very bad attitude toward their clients. As I further checked around my car, it’s very noticeable that there are a lot lot lot more spots that the people didn’t work on at all, such as the vents, the door, the wiper holder, the seats (the parts they clearly indicated in their service that will be taken care of but in reality they were not). Very disappointed, and certainly not worth the money.

Tidy Rides did a great job with my 7 year old car! They came to my home for the service. Unfortunately, it started to rain before it was done and they finished the work in the garage. They made a second visit when the weather improved. They completed the final touches while the sun was out to insure the car was as spotless as possible. Amazing job. My 2014 Benz has carted three kids from each of their births through current day (oldest age 7) and never been detailed. I know. Yikes. It was a mess. Ice cream stains on back carpet. Coffee stains on front carpet. Permanently affixed safety pins in front armrest (clear nail polish spilled and dried). They got it all out. And it smells great. Prompt communication. Fast service. I do not recommend this car wash for 2 primary reasons. 1.) I have left the car wash several times with areas of my vehicle still dirty and dry. It does a subpar job at accomplishing its only task. See photo. 2.) The entire passenger side of vehicle has been scratched from bumper to bumper at several different heights. I suspect Blue Sky and filed a report. They do not accept responsibility. It has cost me $500 to repair the scratches from a professional detailer. Whether it can be proven these scratches originated from BlueSky or not, I will not risk my vehicle going through this carwash anymore and have cancelled my subscription.

Spilled a small amount of milk in my car, ruined it for weeks with a spoiled smell. Had two different detail shops try to clean it out, couldn’t get it gone. Finally found Details On High, where Roger kept my car for 5 days straight ( which was fine with me ) all because he wanted to go over and over it to make certain that it was clean and NO more sour milk smell. This was not an easy job and they got it done right. 100% recommend this place to anyone, very professional, thanks again Roger!!!

Okay…the absolute most amazing facelift the Mini has enjoyed to date. And it was at a wonderful cost. Call for any needs you have and ask for Roger who removed highway cement from my little red car without any damage to the beautiful paint. I recently visited Momo Car Wash on Henderson Road at Upper Arlington, Columbus, Ohio, 43220 to wash my vehicle and had a disappointing experience. There was a man named Kenny (or Cany) stationed at the entry point, controlling the flow of cars into the car wash. While the car wash was busy, I waited patiently in line as instructed. However, when an empty spot became available, he refused to let me in and instead told me to come back later. His behavior was unprofessional and left me feeling frustrated. As a result, I decided to cancel my membership, despite having used this facility since 2017. I hope management addresses these issues to improve customer service and provide a smoother, fairer experience in the future.

Was disrespected at this car wash by staff they were yelling at me to take off my christmas garland from my grill. After I told them they were screwed on and zip tied. They even checked. It's been there since Dec 1 nothing has come off and I go to moo moo everyday!!! They let me go In the wash and I watched the girl staff tell the manager to turn off the wash after she told me it was fine. This was all unnecessary. The manager just stood in the car wash and screaming at me says he's calling the cops instead of letting me and the car infront of me out. Cody the manager literally made everyone get out of the line like 15 cars and the poor guy infront of me wait while he decided that he was going to make a scene. I finally got out with the poor old mam in front of me. I have never been to a moo moo that treated ppl this way and I go to them all over the city. This was so unnecessary and I hope the staff gets trained on customer service. It's unfortunate that I've had a membership for 2 years and the manager was so disrespectful I don't want to renew it. Definitely never going back to that one. They got soap all over my car and I had to leave that way.

I called to get an estimate on my car and I was told it would cost $350(interior only) for a Honda CRV base pay. I was informed that once they arrived it could go up or down. My car has cloth seats and there were stains on them. He told me it was an extra $25 for “concessions” I asked him to explain, I said does that mean you’ll have to use more product or something and he said yes. I got my car cleaning and was happy. I noticed it was wet and he said to crack the windows to help it dry. I got my car cleaning 7/20 they finished around 4:30pm. It is 7/21 and my seats are still damp and now that it’s drying I am questioning what extra product did I pay for because I still have stains and lines that were from their machine that won’t go away. That’s why I gave a 3.
