Chris and his wife did a fantastic job with applying a ceramic coating and polishing on my 2023 Tacoma. He communicated thoroughly through out the job with text and video keeping me informed over the 3 day process. They also had me come back 2 weeks later to demonstrate the hand wash process to maintain the paint and minimize swirls, scratches and water spots. Jeremy tinted my windows on my 2016 Ford Fusion, and did a stellar job! I. previously had no tint on my car so it was a “fishbowl” and had 0 privacy to it. Now that i have my windows tinted, that’s no longer an issue. Wouldn’t recommend any one else to tint your windows or detail your car.

We got the extreme interior detailing service for our CRV, and I could not be more impressed with the service received. The team was extremely thorough and even cleaned both of the carseats that were inside the CRV. As you can see from the photos, the vehicle looks nearly brand new inside! An unexpected bonus was that the team sent me photos and videos of the cleaning while it was taking place, so I could see for myself how extensive their cleaning was. Great experience, great pricing, and phenomenal service! My truck is showroom ready! Really could have not have expected any more, interior and exterior look amazing. A storm rolled in about the time it was ready and they offered to keep it in the shop until the next morning. So glad they did. Today was our 3rd time having a family car detailed at Beyond Kompare. It's always a wonderful, stress-free experience. Right when we walked in, Trey was there to greet us and explain what to expect and when the car would be ready. When we arrived to pick it up, he went outside with us to see the car. This is the only company I’ve ever really felt deserves an amazing review. Anyone who cares about their vehicle should take their vehicle to this guy. So professional and an astonishing attention to detail. I unknowingly had an interior leak in my vehicle from my AC line and it had flooded the entire passenger side causing a disgusting smell. I spoke with Mark on the phone inquiring about getting the Rhino Lining on my new truck's bed. I mentioned the dealer offering a vehicle protection plan from Ziebart at a discounted rate, but that I was not sure. He took the time to explain the benefits of the free yearly renewal when going through the dealer. I WAS SOLD! He booked me within a few days and I am completely satisfied. They even buffed out a scuff on the bumper that I planned to take back to the dealer to have them address. I feel Mark and the team went above and beyond from beginning to end and I had an amazing experience. I am actually returning to get my front windows tinted in a few days. Hard to beat the peace of mind with lifetime warranties on tint and Rhino lining, and the yearly application of rust protection as well as the interior and paint Protection.

In a word? EXPENSIVE! They kept my car way too long. Several weak excuses. Tanner promise to have my car detailed there if I purchase the rust proofing. I spent almost $1,000 that day. When I picked the car up and complained that it wasn't detailed, Tanner said he never promised that. So dishonest I will look for an alternative next time. Edit: Just noticed today. They completely butchered my rear window defroster. They actually have you sign a waiver before they start on rear windows with defrosters built in. I asked Tanner how likely it would be that the defroster may get damaged. His answer was, "Our guy who's going to do it has been at this for over 25 years. It's very rare that a defroster will be damaged." Based on his assurances, I signed the . looks absolutely horrible. Eventually, I ended up getting the back window replaced by Safelite. Ziebart is even more awful than I initially thought they were. Michelle, in three other so-called "Business Managers", referred me to Ziebart's customer service email. There, I found some people who absolutely could not care less about the customer. All they do is defend their position and get taken to small claims court... A LOT! Very dishonest people in this organization. That's the reason they put up with people on the front line, lying to the customer. It's part of their culture. Stay away from the Poe Avenue store! Wanna have some fun? Do a web search for "Does Ziebart damage defrosters." It is a bit of a rabbit hole. But if you want to get into it, you will conclude what I and many other customers concluded. STAY AWAY FROM ZIEBART!

We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from Brian and the excellent team at Ziebart in Centerville, Ohio. We recently purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra in really good shape for being 8 years old already and we wanted it to last a long time, so we researched rust protection. We decided to get the Ceramic Z-Gloss total protection package. It looks like a brand new truck! The treatments really brought out the metallic shine in the Crimson Red Metallic paint—and it’s so smooth to the touch! The interior is so clean, we are taking every precaution we can to preserve the wonderful job they did! We also purchased the Rhino Liner, which is a great protective layer if you haul anything, and a new tonneau cover to replace a leaking one. Like we said, it looks like a brand new truck!! We highly recommend Ziebart of Centerville—when we get another vehicle in the future, we will definitely be going back for their excellent service!!! Thanks to Brian and team!!

Nothing but good things to say about Zach and his team! I brought my Civic in to get the Xpel 3 year ceramic coat and 1 step polish. Communication was top notch and the results were outstanding. I had scratches from the dealership cleaning the vehicle prior to delivery that he was able to get out with ease during the polishing stage. The end result shows how much pride Zach takes in his profession and I’m extremely grateful and happy with how it turned out. He even went above and beyond by coating my trim because some formula dripped on it so he did the entire front end plastic to make it look uniform! I’ll be recommending ZJ Detailing to everyone for their detailing needs!

UPDATE: The company Zach Jones dba ZJ Detailing buys his supply’s from (XPEL of Texas) reimbursed the total price I paid, since his “experts” couldn’t complete the job. 100% not recommended. ZERO STARS Zach Jones dba ZJ Detailing, has yet completed my service and admitted Wednesday 10/11/2023 on a phone call to me that him and his employees are NOT able to do my truck due to as in his words "It's too hard". His told me to take my truck to Cincinnati to be redone, I AM NOT taking my truck to Cincinnati nor would I take a shop recommendation from Mr. Jones that can't complete the work I have already paid for. so he took it upon himself and filed a warranty claim with his Xpel dealer on my behalf. Erin Cooley called to let me know a warrant claim had been filed, I explained it's not a warranty issue, ITS a ZJ Detailing hasn't completed the work nor does he have the ability to. I explained to her that he told me to take my truck to Cincinnati to be completed and that is not an option for me, she clearly stated that she doesn't expect me to drive there and I explained to her I have driven 45 minutes one way to ZJ Detailing and Cincinnati was going to be 1.5 hours one way. She asked me to send pictures so the salesman can work on better training for them, She also asked what happens if he refunds me 100%, I stated I walk away we just agree to disagree with his customer service, quality of work, and expertise of him and his employees, I also advised I'm concerned about the condition of my hood under the Xpel due to the number of times his employee poked it with a syringe BOTH times. Mr. Jones dba ZJ Detailing has NEVER even seen the poor quality from his shop. as he only has the pictures I have sent him. Mr. Jones has said HE would be coming out to replace the PPF, after several non answered text messages from approximately 8/25/2023 he would be coming to my house around 4:00 pm. Then my truck would need to be left outside and it would be replaced while I'm at work. Then it could only be done would need access to my garage (No way) Then he wasn't available due to my Google review, I'm really sorry that the truth hurts, It's been viewed over 60 times, I have had people contact me about the issues and it's really nice when I out and people comment on what a nice truck I have, and I say until you see my horrible ZJ Detailing job and after looking they say "OH MY GOD" and I share his contact information and explain he claims he has a "NO REFUND POLICY", it sure creates a lot of conversation. By the way Mr. Jones has YET to show the BBB or myself where I signed a NO REFUND POLICY", not that it's even valid in my case due to the fact he hasn't completed the job I paid for nor are him or his company competent in doing so and that's words from his mouth. and when I said if not resolved I'll file in court and he stated "Just let me know the date" Oh believe me young man the court will do that for me. I had MADE it clear to Mr. Jones and in my BBB complaint against him, he needs to REFUND me the entire $4,682.72, I also stated if that wasn't achieved I would be filing in court and the amount will be increased to refund me any lost wages, courts charges etc. Along with him being liable for ALL hood damage when my truck is redone by a UPSTANDING and Reputable company THAT can and will redone my truck, yes it is a corporate business, I like using small business but this time Mr. Jones has a lot to learn about running a quality, customer service driven and attention to detail business. In closing pictures of my unfinished job that I have paid for NOT just a hood as Mr. Jones has ONLY talked about are like gold to anyone looking to do business with ZJ Detailing. and Mr. Jones, my pictures and videos don't lie as you have done during this complete negligent process. Hopefully one day you will see being honest will earn you integrity and understand the TRUTH is much easier to remember than the lies to me and the BBB.

Had interior exterior detailing done there a few weeks ago. We won’t use them again. They did very poor job on exterior. They claim it was washed waxed by hand which was a poor job. I get a better job done at local car wash for 12.00. As for the interior my windows were not even done they still have a film on them in/out. Interior detailing was done half as$ed. What a huge waste for over $400.00 very poor quality shady work. Beware! Crooks as far as I’m concerned.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience my first time here. I was referred to this car wash and went with their full interior detail and was left with not only smudges, but a broken vent that will no longer turn side to side. I had already decided not to return because of the smudgy glass (I think they used a dirty wipe or dirty water to clean the inside of my windows), and they missed cleaning the fabric on the passenger side A-pillar, I just re-cleaned it myself at home. I didn't notice the vent was broken until 3 days later (I don't drive very often) and when I called, the receptionist was short, refused to accept any responsibility, I just wanted an apology. It was my first time having my car detailed - I normally just clean my car myself on a regular basis, but I definitely won't return here.

I don't know how they managed it but there was nary a speck of dust in my vehicle after they detailed it. Maybe even more impressive than that was their ability to eradicate the dog hair. Amazing! Moved here from Tampa, FL and was looking for a car wash/detail place like what I had there. Found a place online but showed up to find it closed. Walked next door and found another detail place, Top Notch Auto Enhancement. Saw Eric working on cars and asked about the services, and while they didn’t offer what I normally would ask for, Eric said he’d do it and for a similar price. Got the car back after a little over an hour even with other cars ahead of mine and my car looked amazing! Wiped down, vacuumed and glistening. Rode through the car wash, came out and my mirror was damaged. The wash was very powerful. I reported the damage and the manager. She reviewed the cameras within 24 hours. She agreed that there was no damage to my car before I entered into the car wash while watching the video. The insurance company contacted me and denied the damages stating that the pictures wasn’t clear enough for them to see the full damage to my mirror but clearly stated my car was not damaged on video before I entered into the car wash! Please be mindful that you will have to contact your own insurance company if any damages occur while using this car wash! This will not pay for your car to get fixed by any means.

Tyler on my interior is the reason I gave stars would've given 5 stars if I wouldn't have felt like the owner tried to pull a fast one on me. First off; The owner, JC did a great job on my exterior waxing (everything painted, he knows paint very well no doubt), getting rid of my scratches on the paint portion of my car was immaculate. However, I paid to get my headlights polished & renewed but he claims my headlights were foggy from within (I bought my car new & it's 4 years old), I touched and literally felt & know my headlights are blurry looking from the outside & I'd never purchase that service from him (this service was discounted beforehand since I'm military). When I pointed out my windows & mirror having white spots (which clearly came from his wax & buffing stuff since it wasn't there beforehand that day) he claimed that it was stained old dry spots from auto washing my car. I got the spots off myself with windex (letting the windex settle for 1 minute on windows). Mr. JC & Tyler are very nice men, professional, & do the job... as far as ALL my mirrors, windows & headlights though, no until mentioned, mirrors & everything glass needed attention.

I recently bought a 2013 G37 coupe. The car only had 61k on it and an amazing carfax. However, I don't think they ever cleaned it and the paint felt like sand paper. I had taken several of my newer cars to Cochran's and they always did a great job but this time I was asking for a miracle. When I picked up my car I was in disbelief. The car looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. It's been 3 days and I still can't believe how good it looks everytime I see it. Above and beyond what we expected could come from a 4 hour session!! I think we did the diamond wash - whatever included the steam cleaning. Our car looks and smells brand new. We had TONS of dog hair all over, our windows were a mess from the dog slobber, and our cloth seats had some stains. It was all gone when we got our car back. Worth every penny! We’ll definitely use Rich’s services again.

The right/2nd lane of the automatic wash is not wide enough for a Silverado 1500 unless you fold your mirrors in before entering, and even then it’s very tight and the wash arms come within inches, so be careful entering precisely center. With the mirrors folded in Lane 2, the jets don’t angle in a way that will clean them, but at least they won’t make contact. With mirrors out in Lane 2, the wash mechanism crashes into both mirrors with every pass. I didn’t have the same trouble when I used the leftmost wash lane on a previous visit. There should be signage warning pickup trucks to use the left/1st lane only, and skip this place entirely if you have anything bigger than a 1500.

We use this car wash pretty regularly because our SUV cannot go through automatic car washes due to a leaky window. It's a clean car wash, the stalls work great and it has always worked well. There are vacuums for use after. It's not a super convenient location but it works so that makes up for that.

Disappointed in the quality of the car washes lately. I took one of my cars in about a month ago and got the ceramic wash and used the vacuums onsite. I noticed that the back of my car still had a lot of dirt from the last rainstorm we had that the wash hadn't cleaned. I thought at the time maybe it was cause of the ceramic wash which I hadn't gotten before. Today I went again with a different vehicle and had the same issue. The car just came back from a road trip and the front didn't get touched at all. The windshield didn't get clean either. I had to wipe down everything to get the dirt off. I noticed a sign saying something about 100 gallons of water saved at the end of the wash so maybe they changed their water pressure recently. Flying Ace used to be really good and it is great that the vacuums are complimentary for customers but I won't be going back since I...ya know....need my cars cleaned

This car wash is HORRIBLE, went through with my wife's car yesterday, dirt was still on the windows, bird crap still on the car. We had somewhere we had to be so i did not pay close attention to the results of the was until I got out at home. What a waste of $22. I called yesterday, no one answered the phone. The message says they would call back prompty, it is almost 24 hours later, no call back as of yet. Customer service is so very important right now, I guess this place just doesn't care about that. There are many, far too many, other car wash choices out there, we will definitely try those and suggest anyone reading this do the same. Left another message this morning, find it hard to believe there is no one capable to answer the phone live, again, apparently this place could CARE LESS about the customer, best to go elsewhere everyone.

Incredible!!!! The interior detailing was unreal. There are literally parts of my dashboard that a shiny, and I never knew before that they were supposed to be. HIGHLY recommend! I wish I had before pictures to add because it was an absolute mess… never dreamed it would get this clean! So happy, thanks a million!

They came to our house and provided service for 2 of our vehicles one small SUV and one full size. When they call it a car detail, that’s what they mean! They cleaned everything in the cars, no crevices left with a speck of dust! The time and effort they put in makes it worth every cent! Super friendly and professional! Even my pup loves them! The best service you can get in Ohio, literally. Ryan makes sure to really satisfy the wants of his customers and makes sure to put full effort and dedication to making sure the tint on the car is perfect, even the detailing. By the time I finished, my car was basically brand new 🤣🔥. 100/10 I recommend
