Picked up our car yesterday afternoon and WOW! What a great job. We had lots and lots of pet hair, so paid the additional for that and it’s all gone! Also paid for engine bay cleaning and it looks beautiful. Will definitely use this place again. The owner is friendly and accommodating. I had to reschedule a couple times and he was gracious about it. Our rusty car hasn’t looked this good in a long time.

Amazing experience, impeccable work, highly recommend! JayClean was recently recommended to me by a friend after I purchased a slightly used (new to me) 2021 Volvo XC60. Jay was transparent and thorough in his presentation of services as I had no experience with paint correction, ceramic coating or film wrap on any car I've owned in the past. When all was said and done Jay actually ended up recommending less work after getting a closer look at the vehicle in his shop and determining film might not be the best fit due to some previous imperfections to the hood. It should be noted that Jay could have very easily ran with our original plan and taken more of my money, but presented me with honest options to choose from. I ended up going with full ceramic coating to the exterior and interior of the car. I also opted for the fabriguard tx to the interior which has already payed off after a few months of ownership. This was my first experience with JayClean and I will absolutely be back, and will be sure to recommend others in the future.

What an awesome experience! Mike showed up on time and got right to work! The weather was less than favorable outside too! The transformation of the before and after is just amazing. Ignite Auto Spa came to our home to clean up both of our vehicles. I have never been as impressed as when our cars were finished. Wow was the word I used. Great customer experience, I love getting my car washed here the team does a great job they vacuum your entire car and wash your mats too. The owner is a really nice guy. They did raise their prices recently though so I don't go as frequently anymore.

I go to the location on Graham Road and decided to get a pass because I was worried about other washes scratching my paint. Although it’s touchless, the wash is not very good. I have purchased the highest wash they offer and very often do they miss obvious spots; wheel wells, bumper, headlights. And the dryers are stationary but you have “80 seconds” to go through them. If you go straight pass them it will leave an absurd amount of water on the cars, and multiple times I have tried to go slowly, and then they automatically turn off on me leave half my car still wet. Would not recommend at all

For $16, I had hoped for a better wash. Attach pic just shows circled 2 of 4 areas that just didn't come clean. My windshield also still shows the wiper tracks as opposed to being clean. If I use this car wash again, I'll just try the basic wash, but more likely, I'll go elsewhere.

Personnel friendly, informative, attentive and professional. The wash comes out great and love the after- wash accommodations life the microfiber cloths and vacuums. A couple times there seemed to be a malfunction which was scary and I had to rap the breaks so we didn't run into the car ahead of us and they're was a large unusual sound.. but that only happened once and there was no damage to the car. The monthly price seems a little high but I'm still willing to pay it for the service.

This is a great car wash, the price is a bit high for just basic. I had some bird droppings on my windshield, and though it did a great job. It didn’t remove it all. But they have free vaccums and also a floor mat wash station.

Pulled up last summer and drove away when I seen the prices. Upon arrival some employee approach me trying to sell me. Not cool. I want to pay and go unless you're offering to hand dry my car at the end. I seen that no employee there will physically hand dry my vehicle at those prices. Several months later I Check the back of my Giant Eagle receipt and notice a 50% off discount that they do honor. Checked it out. Not bad. Wash was not good. I was directed in the wash too close to the vehicle in front of me and halfway in I noticed the huge pickup truck behind me RIGHT ON MY BUMPER! NOT SAFE AT ALL! These people who own this place must think we're all rich and could care less about us. The last thing that touches your car at the end of the wash actually dirties your car which is why I think they leave towels and fluid to clean your car at the end, which they do not advertise. Good luck. Went across the street for a safer experience.

Bobby with Exclusive Auto Detail is very straightforward with pricing and makes sure you leave satisfied with your clean vehicle. I just had my SUV detailed with them and they did an amazing job. When looking over my car at pick up, I made a comment about something small and Bobby jumped right into getting it resolved. I left with a very clean car and it didn’t break the bank. Bayley did an amazing job on my vehicle. It literally looks brand new. His attention to detail cannot be overstated. The car had hail damage, an automotive odor from previous owner (mechanic), and was dirty (mechanic owner dirty). I wanted to gift the car to my extremely picky mother. It looks phenomenal. The odor is completely gone and it looks show room new. The extensive hail damage is essentially undetectable. He went out of his way to accommodate my family. And my mother is extremely satisfied. I just got my car back after putting a machine in my car over night to remove a smell and when I got my car back it had like a butane odor that gets in your clothes and makes it hard to breathe and we took it back the owner smelled it and said, they would take care of it, when we picked it up 2 days later it was just as bad. They tried saying they detailed it but you could tell they didn’t clean my carpet or anything for that matter and I am blown away that they lied right to our face when I asked if he clean my carpet and headliner he said yes! I am not one to write reviews but I am so disappointed that they didn’t get this overwhelming smell like chemical out after they are the ones that put it in my car!

The soft cloth scrubbing is so much better than other car washes that spray only - less acids and chemicals. Very friendly staff makes this place great. Also, I choose them because the wash actually scrubs the car. Those no-touch places use acids that hurts your clear coat.

It's hard to come by a truly touchless wash that does as good of a job as the laser wash. The duration of the dryers at the end of the wash also does an excellent job ensuring that minimal water remains after the wash so you can have that beautiful spotless finish with minimal work hand drying the car after you exit the wash. it did an excellent job of making my car really shine and my car still looks great a week later!

Next level auto detailing knows what they're doing. I brought my new Camaro in and they took amazing care of it. It even looks way better than the day I bought it. It's been about a month since I had the ceramic coating completed on it, and I have followed their instructions for taking care of it. I have been to radiant detailing many times. They did my first ever full car detail and also put a 7-year ceramic coating on my car. It has kept my paint job looking brand new.
