Have you ever spilled a gallon of exterior paint in your car seat? No? Well I have! I was terrified I was going to have to replace the whole seat and carpeting. In desperation I called this detailing shop at 5:30pm (about ten minutes after it happened). Sebastian answered the phone and said he would wait for me to arrive even though they were closing at 6pm. Besides the gallon of paint my car is an absolute wreck due to having four kids and being a travel nurse. I basically live out of my car for work, and I haven't had this car cleaned for 4-5 years besides the weekly surface wipe and quick sweeping I do myself. It's a rolling garbage can. I'm not proud of it but, I bet half of Columbus has the same problem. If you do! You don't need to look any further. This is your detail shop! The pictures speak for themselves. Ryan does a fantastic job! He completed a ceramic coat and detail job on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it looks amazing! I recently purchased the vehicle which was in gently used condition. I called to get an estimate on my car and I was told it would cost $350(interior only) for a Honda CRV base pay. I was informed that once they arrived it could go up or down. My car has cloth seats and there were stains on them. He told me it was an extra $25 for “concessions” I asked him to explain, I said does that mean you’ll have to use more product or something and he said yes. I got my car cleaning and was happy. I noticed it was wet and he said to crack the windows to help it dry. I got my car cleaning 7/20 they finished around 4:30pm. It is 7/21 and my seats are still damp and now that it’s drying I am questioning what extra product did I pay for because I still have stains and lines that were from their machine that won’t go away. That’s why I gave a 3.

Okay…the absolute most amazing facelift the Mini has enjoyed to date. And it was at a wonderful cost. Call for any needs you have and ask for Roger who removed highway cement from my little red car without any damage to the beautiful paint. Please do not take your vehicle here. My husband and I were planning on selling our vehicle and brought it here for an inside and out clean. This place noticed damage to the hood and continued to buff with the idea to "make it shine." This also includes the pillars on the doors which they then tried to take wax and a magic eraser to because of "oxidation." The photos show clear buffer swirls across the hood. Outside of the external damage, they did not do a good job on the inside as well as I still found debris and dust and dirt in the door jams. After the poor detail job and causing damage to the car, they have refused to give any money back. Find a different shop who knows how to detail and pay the extra money for a good service.

Detail Pro Shop did an awesome job tinting my Corolla for the tropics of Ohio sunshine. The team helped me select the correct tint for nighttime driving 20. I would think anything darker and it would be hard to see pedestrians at intersections during the night. The car is much more enjoyable to drive, it is cooler when sitting outside in the sun and looks better.

Amazing job. My 2014 Benz has carted three kids from each of their births through current day (oldest age 7) and never been detailed. I know. Yikes. It was a mess. Ice cream stains on back carpet. Coffee stains on front carpet. Permanently affixed safety pins in front armrest (clear nail polish spilled and dried). They got it all out. And it smells great. Prompt communication. Fast service. He’s got the knowledge and the right tools to get the job done so that it looks new off the line. every. Single. Nook. And. Cranny. You’ll have to see for yourself. Could easily be asking for more. Sure glad he didn’t for me. In fact, it was the in the low end but the amount of work they do with that budget is way over the top . I don’t have the funds for stuff like this but I have VIP in town and wanted my over- worked Kia K5 to look and feel pretty. Really glad I did and really glad with the value I got. Jimmy converted a 3-year old Audi A6 Prestige’s appearance to look like it was just driven off the showroom with a better than OEM paint surface finish/protection that will last for three years +. The vehicle paint appears to be extremely shinny even when it is not clean. Ceramic coating is now a standard paint treatment that is applied to all my vehicles since washing of the vehicle is reduced since rain can remove light dirt off the vehicle while it sits on the driveway or parking lot. One of my vehicles, Silver Sienna, is in its third year since it was ceramic coated and the paint appears to have similar pleasing appearance as when it was initially coated. I highly recommend Ceramic coating to all vehicles based on pleasing appearance and decreased cleaning requirements. Picture attached is the car that has not had a car wash in 3 weeks.

Great Service and Results from Shamrock Detailing I recently tried Shamrock Detailing for my car, and overall, it was a very good experience. They clearly take pride in their work, and the results were impressive. 1. Quality Work My car came out looking clean and refreshed. While it didn’t feel like a complete transformation, the detailing was thorough, and the shine on the paint was noticeable. They did a great job removing surface grime and bringing out the color’s depth. 2. Friendly Staff The team was polite, professional, and easy to work with. They explained the services well and made sure I was comfortable with the options before getting started. It’s clear they care about providing good customer service. 3. Fair Value The pricing was reasonable for the level of service provided. It felt like I got what I paid for, and I appreciate that they didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary extras. 4. Room for Small Improvements The overall experience was solid, though a few smaller details (like extra attention to exterior crevices) could have made it even better. That said, I’d still trust them to handle my car again in the future.

I've gone here several times over the years and they generally have done a great job. However, the last 3 times I went, they used something to try and clean the dashboard where the instrument read outs are and they left some kind of residue/film on it that made it extremely difficult to see the displays. I told them about it the last two times and explained I tried goof off and several other products to try and get rid of it but was unsuccessful. I asked if they would please clean it and get rid of it. Well the last two times I went, they made it significantly worse and as you can see from my pictures, they just scratched the heck out of the display. It is now permanently difficult to read and if I want to fix it, I'll have to replace it. They also use some kind of cleaning oil that leaves the entirety of the inside of my car EXTREMELY slick with an oily like substance that gets on everything it touches. I had asked them to use it lightly or not at all but I guess the message never got passed along to whoever they had cleaning. In general they do a pretty decent job but based on them completely scratching my display and leaving an oily residue every single time, I'm now going to have to look elsewhere. I also requested an estimate for a paint job and they said they'd give me one but never did. When I called a few times to inquire about it, they said they'd call me back but never did.

Took our daughter’s car in for mini detailing, 12/26, at opening, 9AM. Was told it would take 2 to 3 hrs. Called to check on it at 11:30AM. Was told it would be another hour. We showed up at 12:30PM, because she needed to get back to NYC. The detailing had NOT begun. I CANCELLED. They could have given me a courtesy call, that they were running behind.

I came here because of nice reviews. I did not have the same experience as everyone else. Car looked OK from 20 feet away, but upon closer inspection, it became apparent that: 1. Steam cleaner never touched my carpet. There are untreated stains. 2. Same goes for the floor mats, same stains as when car came in, they just vacuumed them. 3. Buffer or polisher never touched my paint, all the swirls and scratches are still there. 4. Car was hand waxed, but dried up wax was left on some moldings and in door gaps, etc. 5. Vacuum cleaner never went under the seats, between seats and center console, and in door pockets - food crumbs and dirt that was there, is still there. Basically, I got a mediocre wash, vacuum and wax for $185. This is not detailing. Detailing is called that for a reason - YOU MUST PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS! Would have been 1 star, but they washed the engine (damaging the underhood sound deadening foam in the process) and shined up the dash, so here is 3 stars for y'all.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE, YOU’D REGRET FOR YOUR MONEY. First time here to experience the worst car wash service I’ve ever had and would never come back again, also would warn people around me to not go there ever. I paid the highest price for a full service car wash, and when the guy told me it’s done, it turned out they never attempted the trunk, and when I ask them to clean it, they just cleaned partially and still left large areas with dust and dirt, and told me those are not covered in my service and they are unable to be cleaned…… excuse me? Does anyone send their car to a full service car wash just to expect partial of their car to be cleaned? Ironically, I took their towel and wiped those spots off myself, and the dirt came off easily, they just simply didn’t do their job and with a very bad attitude toward their clients. As I further checked around my car, it’s very noticeable that there are a lot lot lot more spots that the people didn’t work on at all, such as the vents, the door, the wiper holder, the seats (the parts they clearly indicated in their service that will be taken care of but in reality they were not). Very disappointed, and certainly not worth the money.

They are definitely not Sammy! I guess the 2005 wasn't nice enough to get the type of service that anyone else would get who pays that same $183 to get a full detail inside and out. She was very rude, raising her voice and trying to place blame on my daughter as to why they could not complete the car on Friday, saying that my daughter waited until 6:30 to call about her car. She dropped it off at 10:30 a.m. and by 6:30 p.m. they were not done. They eventually owned up to the fact that they made the mistake inside their business communicating with each other and decided that the car was not going to be cleaned until the following Monday. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Mat's still dirty, missed places cleaning the seats! DAYM! Trying to support a black/brown owned business and this is what we get! SMDH!

My son made pulled BBQ pork for Christmas dinner, but while bringing it to our house some of it spilled out on my back seat. One Fine Ride came out today and cleaned my back seat. I am disappointed with the Elite detailing service. I scheduled the appointment for 3:00 PM on June 18th. Marcus texted me at 2:44 PM to say he would be at my house in 30 minutes. He texted me again 23 minutes later to ask if we were still good for today. I responded that we were, and he arrived at 3:50 PM. When he finished detailing, he claimed to have used a clay bar treatment on the exterior of my vehicle. However, there were still bugs on the front hood and bumper, water spots, and a gritty feel to the body. When we asked Marcus about the bugs, he said they wouldn't come off, and it would cost extra to use another cleaning solution. We then used our clay bar pressing lightly to check his claims, and it was clear that he had not used a clay bar on the front of the vehicle. The clay bar we used had black dirt marks, and the bug and gritty texture was. The top of the Acadia was wet, and Marcus admitted he forgot to dry it. We then moved on to the interior of the vehicle. Marcus stated that he had cleaned EVERYTHING, but this was not the case. We opened the hatch. I was dirty. Marcus stated he for got to clean the hatch and asked if we wanted him to vacuumed it. The back (3rd-row area) was not wiped down, and the carpet was not vacuumed. There was a Gatorade bottle and bottled water under the back seat. I am very disappointed with the service I received. I paid $332.65 for Elite detailing and received an average cleaning, at best. I emailed the company with pictures and a detailed email (this is only some of the picture we took). They did not respond to my email. I chose this company based on the star rating and reviews. I would not recommend this service.

Marcus did a wonderful job cleaning the interior of my dad's car. He even cleaned the exterior windows. He took over 4 hours to do a small caerr and made sure it looked and smelled great! He was late arriving but I told him we were in no hurry and he kept us posted as to his arrival time. I would definitely recommend him if you are not on a tight schedule!

Don't even bother wasting your time and money. You'll get the same result using a handheld vacuum and going through the carwash. I brought my car here expecting it to be clean upon return. Nothing about it feels clean or smells clean. Not only was it not clean, I arrived to pick up my car and my seat was so reclined back it was stuck and jammed. And no one knew what happened to it. The carpets are visibly poorly done. There's still stains on my seats that I easily wiped away with baby wipes. The interior windshield was never touched, you can still see my kid's handprints. The outside windshield and side mirrors have streaks and water marks where they were hardly wiped down. Only one half of the tires were touched. Overall, I would never go back. Horrible experience.
