Quiet storm detailing was a top notch experience from beginning to end. I had a last minute interior detail needed due to someone getting sick in my car; I called and they got me in that day and ready for my initial drop off in 30 minutes. Robin on the phone was lovely to work with and Dave and the other technician were very thorough and nice. They even had me inspect the car before leaving. I would recommend. Also communicated potential up charges to me before doing them so didn’t feel blind sided at the end at all.

We had our 2023 Acura RDX treated with ceramic coating and PPF two years ago. We recently noticed a fairly significant dent in our front fender and brought our car in for our yearly ceramic coating check, detail, and asked Marcus to repair our dent. Marcus and his team worked for many hours to repair our dent with his Paintless Dent Repair expertise. Our car looks amazing and as good a new! I ordered a coupon for Car Wash Cleveland from Groupon, it was listed as a $225 wash for which we paid $148. We dropped the car off at 10am and received it back at 8 pm. It was a rainy night so it was dark due to cloud cover. I didn’t really get a chance to inspect the car on pickup, but did notice the floor mats were not in place. The next day when I did have the opportunity to look closely at the car this is what I found: The floor mats, Weathertechs all around, were thrown in the truck, still dirty. The car interior was drenched, the only “spot” I had on my carpet, front passenger side, still remained. There were several areas of the car that appeared to be attempted to be cleaned and the cleaner was still visible in a runny pattern as if it was applied to heavily and left. The inside of the rear window was completely ignored. The rims were still filled with brake dust. I ended up being charged an additional $21 “shop fee” and tipped $20 I would not categorize this as $190 detail. We submitted a trouble ticket about 5 days ago and have since not heard anything back . Edit* They reached out and asked if they could correct any issue with detail. I let them know that I think 10 hours was quite enough time the first time when stated it would take 4 hours at maximum . I would like a partial refund which is stated on their complaint form. I’ve never heard from them again. Went radio silent.

Terrible service! I went in for auto detailing, and the price was supposed to be $140, but they added extra charges for a “dirty” car, even though it was clean. All I needed was to clean the mats and upholstery. The job was done terribly: all the windows were smudged, and I had to re-clean them myself. The seats weren’t even touched and remained dirty. They didn’t properly clean the mats, just sprayed them with water, and once they dried, the dirt was still there, even though they are rubber mats that can be easily cleaned with soap and a sponge. They also just threw the mats into the trunk, which they didn’t clean either, leaving all the dirt. I do not recommend this place at all; they do a very poor job. Also, the Groupon app does not mention that you will have to pay an additional $60 for the car wash. There is no wax coating at all, and honestly, I wouldn’t pay more than $100 for such a wash

Had my black Kia Telluride detailed today. I was on the verge of trading it in because of the paint kias paint is really bad and with a black car it swirls really bad. I also beat the car up by running it through the car wash the brushes take a toll on it. To start the detail off my detailer was on time and notified me every step of the way. He put his heart into the detail and convinced me to not trade it in by just his work my car looks better than new and spots that I thought they couldn't be saved were saved. I would recommend to anybody to give this company a shot before you think your paint can't be saved. They came to my home and did it and I even was able to sleep after work and was not bothered. Found my new detailer

Wow wow wow! Seriously I can not say enough good things about Alex. He is so detail oriented and meticulous! We have a yellow lab that hikes miles with me every day and we had take. 2 beach trips and a 10 day tent camping trip. My Subaru Outback was trashed. Hair from my dog in every nook and cranny! Alex spent 5 hours detailing the inside of my car at work and was done when I was ready to go home. I can not recommend Alex and La mobile Auto Spa enough! What a gift he is! My car is ready for more adventures!

Had my 2022 WRX tinted here. Tony provided a full consultation, giving me things to consider when choosing my tint shade- like how my black interior will make the tint appear darker. I had to cancel my first appointment, but they were super understanding and put me in the books for their next available. They even picked up and dropped my car off while I was at work! Excellent service! My car has never looked like this before! It felt like a brand new car leaving a car lot. I have a daughter so it was spots in my car that I never knew that could come out I’ve even tried other places previously and it never looked and felt so new and clean. No one can beat there vacums when they working right but as far as the wash I get the best one its cool but I always have to ad my own additional car care sauce to bring out everything a wash suppose to look like as you can see in my pictures.

Such a great place to get my car detailed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND . I worked from their office space area while they cleaned my car. When I got home I noticed a bit of a few dry spots of the left over soap and called and the owner James and immediately said he’d fix it and bring it in when I had time. Luckily I was able to come same day and James made it right. Was my fault for not looking before I left. If that’s not good business service idk what is as he was willing to fix it just on my word. Definitely will recommend his services and also come back for another one once the winter season has ended. Thanks so much for my clean car!!!

never coming here again. bunch of lazy teenagers standing around NOT cleaning my car. got thru the whole wash with them BARELY wiping down the leftover water drops and noticed, THEY DIDNT EVEN TOUCH THE WHEELS. I had a ceramic coat put on my truck by Chris and it was well worth the cost. I took a trip to the outer banks and back and had a lot of road grime and bugs. I came home and washed it with just water, no soap, and all of the dirt and bugs just wiped off. I would recommend Chris for a ceramic coat or even a detail as he does a great job!!

Review update: that same day, I called and expressed my disappointment. The manager was extremely kind and asked if I was close enough to return for another wash on the house. Afterwards, we spoke for a second and he explained what he stated below. Great customer service. I meant to update this sooner. He also gave me a certificate for one more free wash in the future. ——————————————————————- I am shocked. I just went through this carwash and was excited based on the reviews. I tipped the dryers $20. When I parked down the street to get groceries, I saw my car was not close to clean. I don’t understand how they let me drive away like this. The wheels and tires are more dirty than they were when I entered the car wash.

This is the only car wash I take my brand new black Tahoe truck to get a wash. The employees are very fast and efficient. I don’t have to worry about my truck getting scratched up by the car wash system. The prices are affordable. I live 25 minutes from this place and I pass at minimum 10 car washes on my way there however I only trust this place.
