I ordered a coupon for Car Wash Cleveland from Groupon, it was listed as a $225 wash for which we paid $148. We dropped the car off at 10am and received it back at 8 pm. It was a rainy night so it was dark due to cloud cover. I didn’t really get a chance to inspect the car on pickup, but did notice the floor mats were not in place. The next day when I did have the opportunity to look closely at the car this is what I found: The floor mats, Weathertechs all around, were thrown in the truck, still dirty. The car interior was drenched, the only “spot” I had on my carpet, front passenger side, still remained. There were several areas of the car that appeared to be attempted to be cleaned and the cleaner was still visible in a runny pattern as if it was applied to heavily and left. The inside of the rear window was completely ignored. The rims were still filled with brake dust. I ended up being charged an additional $21 “shop fee” and tipped $20 I would not categorize this as $190 detail. We submitted a trouble ticket about 5 days ago and have since not heard anything back . Edit* They reached out and asked if they could correct any issue with detail. I let them know that I think 10 hours was quite enough time the first time when stated it would take 4 hours at maximum . I would like a partial refund which is stated on their complaint form. I’ve never heard from them again. Went radio silent.

Diamond Pearlz Detailing does fantastic work! Earl (owner) is wonderful to work with providing excellent service and communication. Detailing: Earl has detailed both of my cars on multiple occasions and they come back looking brand new. More recently, I challenged him with a car I inherited and was planning to sell. It was owned by a smoker with a long haired pet and was in really, really bad shape. Earl worked his magic and I don’t know how he did it but that car came out sparkling and scent-free (I subsequently sold it for the top amount expected with no issue, I always got full expected value on the trade-in quotes). Tint: Earl also applied tinting to both of my cars and the attention to detail is impressive. I had him do my new car that wasn’t tinted and liked the work so much I brought my other car in the following week. It’s been a couple years since the tint jobs and they are both still perfect. Earl is very professional, he tinted my car windows quickly and his prices are very modist! He charges less than other tinting services and he was able to squeeze me in right away. Making an appointment was super easy and he was very up front about payment and fees. Had my black Kia Telluride detailed today. I was on the verge of trading it in because of the paint kias paint is really bad and with a black car it swirls really bad. I also beat the car up by running it through the car wash the brushes take a toll on it. To start the detail off my detailer was on time and notified me every step of the way. He put his heart into the detail and convinced me to not trade it in by just his work my car looks better than new and spots that I thought they couldn't be saved were saved. I would recommend to anybody to give this company a shot before you think your paint can't be saved. They came to my home and did it and I even was able to sleep after work and was not bothered. Quiet storm detailing was a top notch experience from beginning to end. I had a last minute interior detail needed due to someone getting sick in my car; I called and they got me in that day and ready for my initial drop off in 30 minutes. Robin on the phone was lovely to work with and Dave and the other technician were very thorough and nice. They even had me inspect the car before leaving. I would recommend. Also communicated potential up charges to me before doing them so didn’t feel blind sided at the end at all.

No one can beat there vacums when they working right but as far as the wash I get the best one its cool but I always have to ad my own additional car care sauce to bring out everything a wash suppose to look like as you can see in my pictures.

Clean Express Auto Wash is a good company, but this physical location just isn’t the best. When busy, Traffic is terrible getting into the parking lot, and people are really rude cutting you off. It’s just too congested. I’d rather drive out the way to visit other locations.

I'm not BFH's biggest customer, but you wouldn't know that based on their customer service. Ben goes above and beyond, and is great with answers on how to protect your investment and make it last. He and his team do outstanding work. I've been a loyal customer since getting a paint correction and ceramic coating a few years ago (first photo), returning for additional services like window tint and wheel coating. My car had two prior owners, and is almost 10 years old, but BFH restored its showroom shine and protected it for years to come. Whenever I move on to my next car, new or used, BFH will certainly be my first stop!

Went and had the undercarriage and inner panel rustproofing as well as the miracle shield applied. Owner is a very personable guy. My only complaint is that they could not figure out how to get my liscense plate cover off because I had the plastic screw caps, then it got wrecked somehow during the miracle shield application process. After showing the owner pictures of my liscense plate cover the night before drop off (and a small verbal disagreement), he did however reimburse me for the cost of the liscense plate cover (even though he still insisted that they were not at fault). After removing the liscense plate and cover myself, he also applied the miracle shield to the untreated area.

This was my second vehicle I had rust proofing done to. The rust proofing on my first truck was done amazing. However, my new truck was not so much. The rust proofing under the vehicle looks good but the overspray was absolutely terrible. I understand some overspray will happen but it was all over my rear quarter panels, trim work, front fenders, all four doors and caked on my power running boards. Some areas you are able to remove it but others areas not so much. I am very disappointed with the outcome of this vehicle. When you pay $400+ for a service you would expect your vehicle to look better than when you dropped it off. I don’t think it would be too hard to block off important areas of the vehicle to protect from overspray. I’m not sure if I will ever return due to this. Total opposite experience compared to when I had my last vehicle undercoated in 2019.

This is the only car wash I take my brand new black Tahoe truck to get a wash. The employees are very fast and efficient. I don’t have to worry about my truck getting scratched up by the car wash system. The prices are affordable. I live 25 minutes from this place and I pass at minimum 10 car washes on my way there however I only trust this place.

I am amazed by how kind and generous the owners of The Car Wash are! I had gunk stuck on my trunk after my car was shipped during my move to Cleveland. I called The Car Wash one Saturday morning to ask if they could help with removal — they squeezed me in right there and then and removed it complementary, as a “Welcome to Cleveland” gift. I couldn’t believe this act of kindness 🥹 I decided to go ahead and get a car wash, which was excellent. Really strong vacuums, such nice service having your car hand dried after the wash. Will drive all the way out to The Car Wash for all future car washes :)

Absolutely DISAPPOINTED! I enrolled in the Ultimate Bath Car Wash Plan, and was totally let down. First of all, the Ultimate Bath Wash includes a towel touch-up. Upon the completion of my wash, I waited several minutes for a representative to touch-up my vehicle, because no one was attentive to the fact that my wash included a towel dry touch-up. When the attendants finally arrived to touch-up the drying of my vehicle with the towels, only one of the attendants actually paid attention to drying my vehicle. The driver side was flawless, while the attendant on the passenger side lazily put the towels against the vehicle, and did not dry the wet spots on the passenger side mirror, nor the corners of the front window (Two highly visible areas). Secondly, I attempted to use the free vacuums; however, not one works. DESPICABLE. Needless to say, I will be cancelling this membership, and heading 3 minutes down the street to Sgt Clean Car Wash. AT LEAST, they have vacuums that operate.

Hi just need to give a shout out to an employee by the name Jake, Jake gives 150% ! No matter how many times I come in, which is normally every other day since I have a monthly pass, he will always make sure my Telluride is detailed even the wheels so the armor all that is put on the tires to make it shiny doesn’t over spray on the side of my vehicle. Jake is the general manager and he leads by example, there are so many young employees that will just walk away when they see a client waiting , which is sad because I tip them when this is done because I know it is extra and Andy the owner has told me many of times I don’t have to tip them but he thanks me, in the world we live in today those individuals that go up and beyond need to be recognized so Jake hopefully you will see this or Andy, thank you for having a top tier manger!

Had my 2022 WRX tinted here. Tony provided a full consultation, giving me things to consider when choosing my tint shade- like how my black interior will make the tint appear darker. I had to cancel my first appointment, but they were super understanding and put me in the books for their next available. They even picked up and dropped my car off while I was at work! Work was absolutely not what was promised, took two weeks 1st trip in, truck looked terrible when I got it back. Told me then to bring it back in 14 days and he will complete the detail. this did not happen and when I expressed I felt as though he ripped me off he told me to leave or he would call police. Took my Range Rover Velar to Platinum Auto Detailers on April 22, 2024 to have ceramic coating and ppf on the front of the vehicle. AJ was very friendly and accommodating. The first thing was that it took longer than initially stated, which I understand that things happen. I was pleased with the job but had to bring it back a week later to do the interior detail. When I picked it up my brother saw the car and said, “ I thought they detailed it.” The outside of the car was dusty and the windows weren’t clean. When I mentioned it to AJ he said that that can’t be since he did it himself. Although he offered to come out to look I just told him never mind. He proceeded to give me the warranty info and car care instructions. I went home and read the care instructions. The exterior of the car was beautiful. Fast forward to June of this year and I notice that the ppf on the front bumper is bubbling and separating. I called and texted Aj on a Sunday. He didn’t return my call or answer my text until Wednesday after I texted him again. He said it was the first time he’s seen the text. When I explained to him the problem his response was that that can’t be. I sent pics and he mentioned that the problem was the result of high pressure water getting behind the seal edge of the film. Yes I did use the high pressure washer to clean the vehicle, but nowhere in the car care instructions did I see not to do so. AJ’s solution was to bring the car in and they would access the problem and fix it but wanted to charge me for the cost of the repair, since as he said the warranty would not cover it. I checked with another ppf detailer and they said that the original detailer should make the repair for free. I still have yet to hear from AJ regarding the cost of the repair and quite frankly I’m not sure if I would even entertain the thought of taking my car back. It seems that customer satisfaction is not a priority over profit. (Just my opinion). I am a business owner and if the customer is not satisfied with my product for whatever reason we make it right, even if it’s at cost to us because our name and reputation is involved. What an expensive venture to just be dismissed!

I had a ceramic coat put on my truck by Chris and it was well worth the cost. I took a trip to the outer banks and back and had a lot of road grime and bugs. I came home and washed it with just water, no soap, and all of the dirt and bugs just wiped off. I would recommend Chris for a ceramic coat or even a detail as he does a great job!!
