I won a free detail at Heights Got Talent the other night. So I took the car in today and left it there all day. It was detailed by Andre Watkins. I don't think my car looked that good even when it was new! The service employee, Adam Henton, was so friendly and courteous. The car looks like the windows are open even when they are closed. I couldn't be more pleased. The hubcaps have never looked that good. So perfect! I hope Honda does the talent show again next year. It was great fun!

Had my black Kia Telluride detailed today. I was on the verge of trading it in because of the paint kias paint is really bad and with a black car it swirls really bad. I also beat the car up by running it through the car wash the brushes take a toll on it. To start the detail off my detailer was on time and notified me every step of the way. He put his heart into the detail and convinced me to not trade it in by just his work my car looks better than new and spots that I thought they couldn't be saved were saved. I would recommend to anybody to give this company a shot before you think your paint can't be saved. They came to my home and did it and I even was able to sleep after work and was not bothered. Found my new detailer

Attendants are wonderful ! (I suggest a tip for them) Great customer service. I get the hot wax. However the bottom of my car is rarely clean and windows spotty especially when it’s busy.

I made my first visit to this Waterway car wash about an hour ago. After reading the reviews I noticed multiple people stating there was soap left on the vehicle after the wash. They are correct but I wasn't too concerned about it for only $16. When I got home to wipe the soap dots off the windows. I noticed there were paint chips in the hood and a lot of mini chips in the windshield. I can actually hear the car being hit as I was going through the wash it sounded like gravel or salt. I went back and spoke with the manager and he put in a damage claim he was very professional as are the wash attendants. I gave them three stars because I'm assuming they are going to fix the damage. I will post the update to this claim here when it is resolved.

Exceptional. The ceramic coating and detail (inside and out) exceeded my expectations. James and Jay know their stuff; and are the real deal. Their coating is the real professional grade product (not the fake stuff) and actually increased the value of my car. Insurance company even recognizes it. I was looking for something to prolong the surface life of my daily driver and got far more. I definitely recommend.

The people there are nice and the wash is good, but the customer service is horrible. This location doesnt show up on the app, so I cant cancel my subscription. When I try contact support, they say I do not have a subscription, but I have had 3 declined charges. Do not make a subscription here.

This is the best car wash I ever been to it’s in a nice location and not that far from my house. I love how they have the car wash/ vacuum part all in one. Now I don’t have to go two separate places for two separate services. The customer service here is also excellent I would and definitely do recommend this place to any and everyone I know.

I ordered a coupon for Car Wash Cleveland from Groupon, it was listed as a $225 wash for which we paid $148. We dropped the car off at 10am and received it back at 8 pm. It was a rainy night so it was dark due to cloud cover. I didn’t really get a chance to inspect the car on pickup, but did notice the floor mats were not in place. The next day when I did have the opportunity to look closely at the car this is what I found: The floor mats, Weathertechs all around, were thrown in the truck, still dirty. The car interior was drenched, the only “spot” I had on my carpet, front passenger side, still remained. There were several areas of the car that appeared to be attempted to be cleaned and the cleaner was still visible in a runny pattern as if it was applied to heavily and left. The inside of the rear window was completely ignored. The rims were still filled with brake dust. I ended up being charged an additional $21 “shop fee” and tipped $20 I would not categorize this as $190 detail. We submitted a trouble ticket about 5 days ago and have since not heard anything back . Edit* They reached out and asked if they could correct any issue with detail. I let them know that I think 10 hours was quite enough time the first time when stated it would take 4 hours at maximum . I would like a partial refund which is stated on their complaint form. I’ve never heard from them again. Went radio silent.

I’m very impressed by this Firestone car center on Shaker’s Lee Road. It’ve been going there now for years with both of our cars and not once have I felt that they would have made an unnecessary repair recommendation. They are always to the point and get it done within hours if possible. I had an emergency this Saturday afternoon at 2pm. My front axle broke, which rendered my car completely useless. I had to tow it somewhere and noticed that this Firestone is one of the very few places open around that time. I asked if I could drop it off over the weekend and they said that they could have it fixed and back to me before days end. They really saved my weekend! I’m very thankful for their good and reliable work.

I am amazed by how kind and generous the owners of The Car Wash are! I had gunk stuck on my trunk after my car was shipped during my move to Cleveland. I called The Car Wash one Saturday morning to ask if they could help with removal — they squeezed me in right there and then and removed it complementary, as a “Welcome to Cleveland” gift. I couldn’t believe this act of kindness 🥹 I decided to go ahead and get a car wash, which was excellent. Really strong vacuums, such nice service having your car hand dried after the wash. Will drive all the way out to The Car Wash for all future car washes :)
