I am a repeat customer at NuView Auto Salon. I love their service! First time I scheduled a detail they came out to my home picked my car up and delivered it back looking brand new! Can't even express my excitement when I got my car back! Beautiful. I let my car get to a state it should have never been in and he brought it back to looking like new. My wheels look great, got stains out of my seats. My suede steering wheel I thought had permanently worn the color down but it looks fantastic! Center console had to of been a nightmare to clean but he took the time to get it sparkling. I'll definitely be bringing it back for a good clean on the outside next.

My car was super dirty and smelled from dogs and a family member smoking in it. Matt did such a good job cleaning it and getting rid of the smell. When I bought my car, the seats had stains. He was able to get most of the stains out. He made my car look and smell better than I could have ever imagined. He has excellent customer service and answers all questions that you have. When I picked my car up, he went over what he did to the car with me and showed me spots that were hard. He did such a great job with my car, I am so thankful that I brought my car here to get detailed!

Just used them to get my windows tinted. The tint looks fine but they lose points on time and scheduling. My appointment was at 4 and I waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes before they even took my car back. If only they could’ve schedule me for 45 minutes later 🙄 then took an additional two hours to get the tint. The original appointment was 1-2 hours. If you are trying to get your tint quickly and efficiently this is not your place.

I took my car to this shop a few months back to get it cleaned up so I could trade it in. The team there got it so clean that when I went to trade it in, the sales guy helping me flat out told me that the initial grade his used car guy gave the car was unreasonable and unfair because it was so pristine. I ended up being able to negotiate a much better value on the trade and I have to give credit for that to the team at Oakley Auto Spa. Plus Rich is a genuinely good guy and went above and beyond to accommodate me during my workday. They did a good job outside the car bit several areas inside were still dirty. They also took the car seats out, put them back but didn't secure them nor tell me they needed secured. Very dangerous for my children! Edited I understand the seats needed removed to clean. However, the car seats were not face down when I got the car back. They were positioned in the seat with the strap over the back as if they were fully-secured. I only noticed when I put my child in that the seat moved. I have added a picture showing the time stamp of the photo. I am just now posting because I received a prompt from Google to share a review for it. I did not call to complain, I just simply will not use the service again.

Look, this is the only place I'll be going to get my car detailed in the future. The staff was friendly (they gave me some lemonade while I waited!), the waiting area had a Pacman machine for free, and, most importantly, they took my car with dog hair all over and made it look as good as possible. (I gotta get it shampooed next time to really get all the hair out.), and it was crazy affordable. Plus, it's Black-owned. Do not sleep on Mr. Bubbles!

I had my car interior detailed and a wash and wax on the outside. I was very skeptical because the business didn't have a lot of reviews, and the storefront wasn't very apparent from the street. Upon calling and asking several key test questions, I decided to trust my gut and take my car there. When I picked my car up the next day, I couldn't even recognize it! I'm the type to never clean out the inside, and I haven't given the outside a wash in well over 6 months. It's been several days now and both the inside and the outside still sparkle like brand new. I had watched dozens of short clips of other auto detailing locations getting old nasty dirt out of seats and carpets and was kind of skeptical about how much could actually be done for my car since I neglect it so much. The customer service was above amazing as well. I loved the detail so much that I plan to take my sister's car there for her birthday in two weeks! Highly recommend! Kind of embarrassed to post the before and after pictures, but it's life changing! I smile at my car everyday now!

My search for an auto detailing company began with hesitation right off the bat. I was unable to contact a local company that could fit the 2018 Corvette through their wash bay. Thankfully, I found Extreme Clean. No wash bay requirements because they clean bumper to bumper by hand! What a relief! Not only was every inch of the car sparkling upon return, but I was able to evaluate any existing nicks on the car with the attendant. Did I mention the lovely folks who work here actually picked up the car from our office and dropped it off six hours later?! This is included in their very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company for their attention to detail in cleaning, as well as customer service! Five stars HANDS DOWN!

Not the greatest experience. I previously had two vehicles at this location to have window tint installed and had zero issues. I figured this would be a great place to take my 2025 Lexus Es 300h. They were able to schedule an appointment same day which was very convenient. However when I received the vehicle back I noticed spots in the rear windshield that have large bubbles/creases. I'm no stranger to window tint so I decided to give it a little while but they are still there. In addition to the bubbles in the tint, I found what seem to be water spots all over the interior of the vehicle and scraps of tint stuck to the outside of the car. I opened the trunk to find a pretty large amount of water on my all weather mat which was left over from install. Overall not as great as my previous experiences with this shop. I expected a little more care to be taken especially with the vehicle having right around 100 miles on it

The entire process with Ziebart was quick and easy, from quote and appointment request to getting in for the job to be completed. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very willing to address any questions I had. Service took less time than anticipated and they went through the next 24 hours in detail in terms of allowing the liner to fully cure. They did a top tier job bring my Harley back to a like new look. It had a bunch of grime and dirt build up in the engine and other places due to being caught in a rain storm and having to trek several miles down dirt roads. He had a quick response time to my call and was easy to communicate with. He was also able make an after hour drop off and after hour pick up due to my jobs long hours. I would highly recommend bringing your detail needs here.

Hands down best experience with my Ceramic Coating with the 3 yr. warranty! I just recently bought a 2500 GMC Truck from the lot. Noticed some inconsistencies in the paint and a ton of car wash scratches, old wax on surfaces, and a couple paint corrections needed. After scheduling my drop off I couldn't wait to see the results. And boy was I impressed. the quality of the work was good. I honestly feel like the truck just got a new paint job! While there I also took advantage of the interior leather ceramic coating. With 3 kiddos I didn't want the back seat to ever look like the minivan after a vacation trip. (If you know what I mean, then you get it). Pictures speak for themselves so you be the judge.

We contacted Rich to look into having my son's, new to him, car detailed inside and out. A gift from his Grandpa. Rich's communication was great. He was honest, and took great care to listen to what we were looking for and how he could help. Reyyan was very polite on the phone and empathized with what happened then managed to make a same day appointment to clean my truck. Slow to respond ownership and refusal to take responsibility for damages. Windshield cracked while in their possession (business is disputing responsibility). Patronize at your own risk. Details: I have a been a satisfied customer of Sharonville Car Wash for many years. I had my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee washed on 1/29/2025 and when I got back into my vehicle the windshield was cracked (from top to bottom). The employee drying the vehicle had the defrost on Max while he was wiping it down and apparently in certain temperatures the reaction with the cold water from the wash is capable of cracking a windshield. I asked to speak to the manager who reviewed the film to confirmed what happened. The owner, Jeff Stewart, was supposed to reach out to advise. 2 weeks later, after I left messages for Jeff - he let me know that he had also reviewed the film from my visit. And that in his 30 years in this business, it is not uncommon for the Sharonville Car Wash to experience cracked windshields. He was confident there was a chip somewhere in the windshield prior washing that caused the failure. The Sharonville Car Wash will take no responsibility for damages regardless that the windshield cracked while the vehicle was in their possession. He encouraged me to file a claim with my personal auto insurance to repair. He later followed up with me and revised that he now believes a crack was actually visible at the drop off, although his manager countered that it was more likely glare since the view angle is from the side and close to sunset (I did not notice any cracks or chips while driving - and the vehicle is less than a year old). Jeff explained the footage shared from multiple cameras from inside the wash that don't show any cracks or chips on the vehicle is due to the different lighting they use inside and they have no cameras that would capture the windshield outside after the wash. He explained that his manager was confused about both the glare on the window and the footage showing a "crack free" windshield during the wash."

This my first time coming here and I am not satisfied. There was no attempt to clean the seats, door panel or cup holders. I am having to go back and clean everything he missed. They run it throught the car wash then wipe the surfaces to make ir look shinny no actual detailing was done.For the price they are charging I am not expecting the vehicle to come out looking like it has never been used. But to not even clean places that are in plain view iis not detail work. When the guy called me over after "cleaning" I asked him where my keys are because I didn't see them in the seat or dashboard. He response is "Buddy I work for tips." Completely ignoring what I said. I had to ask again before he said they are in the cup holder he pushed closed. Then just stood there with his hand out. I will not becoming back to this location with customer service like that.
