Car hadn't been cleaned in 3 years. Leather seats were pretty stained up and not including dust and dog hair. I didn't doubt the owners abilities just the dirtiness of the car but he performed miracles. The car looks and smells like new. Highly recommend.

Can't even express my excitement when I got my car back! Beautiful. I let my car get to a state it should have never been in and he brought it back to looking like new. My wheels look great, got stains out of my seats. My suede steering wheel I thought had permanently worn the color down but it looks fantastic! Center console had to of been a nightmare to clean but he took the time to get it sparkling. I'll definitely be bringing it back for a good clean on the outside next.

My car was absolutely filthy. I have a part Husky mix who sheds like crazy and I drive a lot for work. I'm not the best at getting in for a wash, doubly so for the interior. I had my car interior detailed and a wash and wax on the outside. I was very skeptical because the business didn't have a lot of reviews, and the storefront wasn't very apparent from the street. Upon calling and asking several key test questions, I decided to trust my gut and take my car there. When I picked my car up the next day, I couldn't even recognize it! I'm the type to never clean out the inside, and I haven't given the outside a wash in well over 6 months. It's been several days now and both the inside and the outside still sparkle like brand new. I had watched dozens of short clips of other auto detailing locations getting old nasty dirt out of seats and carpets and was kind of skeptical about how much could actually be done for my car since I neglect it so much. The customer service was above amazing as well. I loved the detail so much that I plan to take my sister's car there for her birthday in two weeks! Highly recommend! I had my windows done here back in 2019. I still have the receipts of the transaction. I reached out through email as my memory along with the person with me at the time of the deposit, that there was a lifetime guarantee on it. Well my tint as of last year started peeling from the rear window. I reached out through email with pictures of the receipts and never heard back. After failing to reach them, I am left no other choice but to leave a review. Pictures are supplied. It is very unattractive to look at and I will be disappointed to have to pay out for it to be done correctly. My brother had the same issues with this location and finally was fixed after a bad review was set up. Update: I went into the location, everyone was really nice and helpful in taking care of my concerns. I have an appointment set to get the back window tint replaced. I do appreciate the quick process of going into the location and setting the appointment after review! After the visit, I recommend to go in person as it is a smooth process.

Look, this is the only place I'll be going to get my car detailed in the future. The staff was friendly (they gave me some lemonade while I waited!), the waiting area had a Pacman machine for free, and, most importantly, they took my car with dog hair all over and made it look as good as possible. (I gotta get it shampooed next time to really get all the hair out.), and it was crazy affordable. Plus, it's Black-owned. Do not sleep on Mr. Bubbles!

They did a good job outside the car bit several areas inside were still dirty. They also took the car seats out, put them back but didn't secure them nor tell me they needed secured. Very dangerous for my children! Edited I understand the seats needed removed to clean. However, the car seats were not face down when I got the car back. They were positioned in the seat with the strap over the back as if they were fully-secured. I only noticed when I put my child in that the seat moved. I have added a picture showing the time stamp of the photo. I am just now posting because I received a prompt from Google to share a review for it. I did not call to complain, I just simply will not use the service again.

Not the greatest experience. I previously had two vehicles at this location to have window tint installed and had zero issues. I figured this would be a great place to take my 2025 Lexus Es 300h. They were able to schedule an appointment same day which was very convenient. However when I received the vehicle back I noticed spots in the rear windshield that have large bubbles/creases. I'm no stranger to window tint so I decided to give it a little while but they are still there. In addition to the bubbles in the tint, I found what seem to be water spots all over the interior of the vehicle and scraps of tint stuck to the outside of the car. I opened the trunk to find a pretty large amount of water on my all weather mat which was left over from install. Overall not as great as my previous experiences with this shop. I expected a little more care to be taken especially with the vehicle having right around 100 miles on it

My search for an auto detailing company began with hesitation right off the bat. I was unable to contact a local company that could fit the 2018 Corvette through their wash bay. Thankfully, I found Extreme Clean. No wash bay requirements because they clean bumper to bumper by hand! What a relief! Not only was every inch of the car sparkling upon return, but I was able to evaluate any existing nicks on the car with the attendant. Did I mention the lovely folks who work here actually picked up the car from our office and dropped it off six hours later?! This is included in their very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company for their attention to detail in cleaning, as well as customer service! Five stars HANDS DOWN!

They did a great job from start to finish. They worked hard on all cars and I was impressed. So many people mistake an express full service with a detail. This service is an Express/on the go cleaning. If your car is filthy you need a detail. There’s a big difference. I read some reviews where people posted pics and their car was filthy. You cant get a detail in an Express full service car wash good lord it can take hours to clean a filthy car. This is designed to vacuum, clean windows and dust/wipe dash and console. They do a great job here! My car looked great, windows looked great! Keep up good work that’s why you’ve been in business so long!

Avoid this Car Cleaning Scam at All Costs! I had the misfortune of visiting this car cleaning place and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I paid $20 for a car wash and walked out feeling like I got scammed. It was as if they just waved a rag over it and called it a day. But the worst part came later when I discovered they had put something foul in my water bottle. I took a sip and nearly vomited on the spot. I don't know what they thought they were doing, but it was beyond unacceptable. I had to throw away the entire bottle because the stench was so overpowering. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this place unless you enjoy wasting money and risking your health.

I have an all black car, over a decade old... I live on the opposite side of town, but will ONLY get my car washed here! It can storm rain & it still shines! I can customize my wash which is great beings I have colored detailed wheels, yet I don't like my tires done, so I add the wheel brightener. I visit once a week, Wednesdays are best because my $10 wash is only $7! I only wish there were 1 close by my house! The staff is plentiful, friendly & always helpful with smiles! I've never been so impressed, as I am with this carwash! Also u get a 3 day guarantee your car stays clean, or they give you free wash with your previous receipt! Super nice! Note: My posted photo of my car was @ least 3days after washed! & I do not park inside a garage either! Outdoor parking only. Remarkable!

Owner is HORRIBLE , not worth $35 !!! And I still have dirt / stains in the front of my car. They didn’t wipe out my cup holders , or my front seats. It was definitely an assembly line get in and get out which is fine BUT DO A GREAT JOB !! I’m paying more than enough. I feel scammed , don’t waste your money and all of my tires aren’t even shining as I’ve paid for the highest package. Red rag particles are everywhere in my car !! How is this normal ? Or acceptable. I enjoy coming to this car wash. There are plenty of spaces after the car wash for vacuuming. My suggestion is to come on a weekday when it’s less congested. It can get packed on the weekend, naturally. Feedback: labeling the cleaning supplies in the spray bottles may be helpful. I believe the blue liquid spray is to clean the glass but I’m not sure what the reddish solution is.

I have a wrap on my car. I'm too lazy to hand wash it. I've been running it through the basic bronze wash 1-3x a week over the past 3 months. My wrapped car stays looking excellent. The attendants are always very nice. Love having access to the free vacuums too. It's definitely worth purchasing the monthly package if you drive by this place more than two times a month

My car was nasty dirty. Alot of bird poop and dirt. I went through the automatic car wash. They scrubbed it before it went through and between the car wash attendant and the automatic car wash there was no dirt left behind. I'm totally impressed. I will return.

While the guy who cleaned my car acted polite and friendly, the job wasn't done well. They cleaned the floors well, but did a poor job on the seats and doors. They ignored the nooks and crannies, which are a big reason to use a professional at all. They left splatter of some kind of brown stuff all over the whole underside of the dash and on the door. The car was dirty initially, but I expected a lot more. I’d say they got it more than 15% of what was expected. An improvement, but not enough of one.
